Having lived in Dubai for over 12 years I know this hotel well — smart international standards with an excellent bar — Nelson’s — to meet and dine with friends. Now living outside UAE and this still my first port of call when I return to Dubai. Already stayed here twice during November this year — it’s excellent and highly recommended.

Lovely stay over there. Nice and comfort nearby to metro station it city. Pool area is awesome. Open out door club area at the middle of two tower.

Super classic hotel with all the facilities and aminities, class up to the mark… The rooms are super luxurious and the hotel staff is all welcoming and smiling faces… Food quality is up to the mark and the best section is 1st floor with nice lounge and swimming pool… Loved to be here…

Media Rotana was a great experience for me. The hospitality is in a class of its own. I hope to stay there again.

I would definitley recommend the hotel. The facilities were great and the staff were brilliant with my 8 year old son. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If I go back to Dubai I'd definitely book the Media Rotana again.

The most amazing hotel ever. I had a guy name Freeman help It me with everything. The food is out of this world and they have something from every continent. The staff were absolutely amazing. We had the kids club right next to the outside bar and pool and it was just perfect. I am never going to a different hotel. They outdone themselves and it was amazing!

Pleasant atmosphere, cozy rooms, responsive staff. There is an outdoor pool with temperature-controlled water. Convenient location. The most delicious buffet of all my travels around the world. Nearby there is a 24-hour supermarket with everything you need. Recommend! Unforgettable experiences) )

I felt I'm not in Dubai. The menu had pork meals and the waiter was offering wine continuously. I just felt uncomfortable. Shouldn't the restaurant respect the country's culture and understand the customer's background? And, the chief waiter lacks training. He kept using his figure and put it over and close to the dishes to explain the names of food. Really? He has no idea how to handle food or customers.

Fabulous food, free flowing drinks, including bubbly! Excellent attentive service, one thing lacking, a bit of good background music, maybe Andre Botchelli, Dean Martin, (all Italian! ), or maybe Il Divo!
I myself love music from the eighties, which is played at a lot of very prominent and successful brunches.

Were on dinner-the theme of sea Food. Excellent level, stunning selection of seafood dishes. Raw, baked, sushi, Tempur, soup…) Very tasty.

Good friendly service, breakfast is good. The area around is a bit limited but the shuttle to the Mall of Emirates is handy.

I stayed for one night recently and it was a good experience. Room was clean and big and very polite staff. Check out was at 12 but we manage to get a late check out for 2pm. Location is not the best but it's close to mall of emirates. Breakfast was OK but it serves until 10 but the problem is that even if you got there before that time you will on be a served until 10 o clock! Other than that it was a nice hotel.

I highly recommend. The hotel is 30 minutes from the airport in a nice area. The hotel is close to the Palm Jumeirah. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The room was well appointed, clean and nice. I had a bathtub, shower and small appliances such as iron (and table) and hairdryer. The mini bar in the room is well furnished. The meeting rooms at our disposal were spacious, well lit. The meal at restaurants is varied with a different speciality every day (Mexican, Lebanese…). We ate at the free buffet and at will. The buffet is very varied which allows everyone to find his happiness. The hotel has an uncovered pool area on the 1st floor with bar/lounge and restaurant nearby… very nice.

Attended a few events there. The food has always been excellent, the service is great, staff is extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to use their conference rooms. The hotel in general looks like it's well maintained. Almost everyone here just wants to help with a smile. Great hotel. Well done.

Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. Pool is a little small and can get quite busy. Location is good for exploring the marina and JBR. Pergo’s is a great in-house Italian restaurant. Only real negative is the windows would really benefit being cleaned, they are filthy and spoil the view out to town.

Its a very good place, convinient location but a good 15minutes walk to the metro station. One thing truely amazing about the place is its food. The breakfast and lunch is amazing. The variety and quality of the food is simply exceptional. If you are a foodie this is the place, with comfortable rooms, nice environment its a good hotel to stay overall.

This place is a 5 Stars. The staff is amazing, the food is spectacular, and the rooms are spacious. Will always be among my first choices if I ever need a hotel. The rates are also very reasonable.

Nice hotel, great clean room, nice staff, the only downside would be for me the behavior of the young women at the reception of the breakfast not very amiable at all.

Upscale place, nice but not overly expensive all considering. A little too much crowded but noneless a good choice if you are on a short tourist visit to Dubai or for business.

I loved the Christmas tree which thy have kept this Christmas season. The Terrance is a quiet decent place to spend ur evening outdoor.

I had been here for a CPD and the tea and coffee service were excellent. As soon as we entered help was immediately provided. People around were quiet humble and helpful.

Really awesome food and friendly staff in pregos Italian restaurants, less variety of food in the brunch but it’s fabulous.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Cleanliness and service are very high quality. Friendly staff. A bit high prices for food and beverage at the hotel. A representative of the hotel got us a private taxi that cost 3 times the normal rate, when we just asked for a taxi as usual. Comfortable atmosphere and a good location for getting around. Recommended.

Nice and tidy hotel! Room service was great. Facilities clean and modern. Helpful stuff. But the Manu food for the rooms need some updating, and tbh quite pricey! But overall I liked my staying here. Stayed for 7 days. Business trip.

5 days ago I was visiting my hotel diabetes. Room 316 The hotel breakfast was very perfect. The hotel was very clean and perfect for swimming pool, however, see the site represents the shadows, but the sun is absolutely pool. Hall facilities were good, but I wish someone would help passengers on arrival and showed all parts of the hotel. Room service was excellent. Go to service existing stores, but the main place.

This hotel was absolutely perfect I stayed there for 4 months. The staff were all very good. I can honestly say I could not find a fault with this place. The room cleaning was perfect every little detail was looked after just so well. The reception staff made me feel so nice every day. We became like family. The bar was also great Breakfast was just top class and the waitresses were super brining me my tea every morning without even having to ask. I shall return again without any doubt.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at… great location, friendly staff, beautiful place overall! The Terrace lounge by the pool had great food and drinks, and a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

I'm extremely disappointed at the level of lies you guys are about! I went to Nelsons one night and I was told that if I spend 700 dirhams I would get one nights stay… first time I try to book it, I was told I need or proper id… I understood, now that I got my id I'm told I cannot use it due to high occupancy, nowhere on this damn voucher does high occupancy come in… being in hospitality myself I know the difference between high occupancy and full occupancy… then the lady on the phone has a nerve to tell me to take an advanced public holiday to check in when it suits y'all… carry on taking peoples money with empty promises and you gonna learn!

The hotel is nice, you get good service, but it is noticable that it is not a 5* hotel. For the rest it is worth going to.

Beautiful hotel but some charges like service charge and tourism charge are strange to me.

The open air seating arrangement for the bar is great on a cool breezy evening.

Hannels restaurant have themed nights every night, I went for the British and Indian night and it was amazing so many different dishes to choose from. Pies, Yorkshire Puddings, chicken tikka masala, popadoms… The staff were super friendly and they give every customer a personal tour around the buffet. You are definitely spoilt for choice. They changed for using Wi-Fi in the room. This is not good for 5 star hotel.

We visited on a Friday night when there was an asian themed buffet in the Charles restaurant. Brilliant service and incredible food.

The one place I have been racially discriminated against in dubai by assistant director of f&b raoul steinbach asking for my labour card as a legal document to go to nelsons bar! He said if I do not have a labour card I need to show my health card… How ridiculous … Not even emirates id or driving licence would work for nelson. They need to know if im legally working in dubai! Sooo disappointed. As all other white people walked in being greeted by paul the security guy with a smile with no proof of labour card or health insurance! And lyod the bar manager just reiterated the same… Just pure racism in Dubai…

Stayed 3 days during the nautic show in March. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good hospitality and a personalized and efficient service. Wifi costs and it's a no good.

It is a excellent hotel in the centre of Dubai, quite close to the metro. Taking into account my price Dubai, is an option to consider if you want a five star hotel without firing. It has a swimming pool with a terrace quite spacious where you can relax. In addition it has a bar type English very set. Two areas what they're thankful for a beer or wine. Somewhat complicated in Dubai. Spacious rooms, clean and elegant. The best breakfast that I have ever seen.

About the hotel can not say anything. But here's the lounge terrace is just awful.! Love in the evenings to smoke a hookah. Decided to change my favorite place where I go every night and to try something new, come to this place. Ordered the Fruit plate, brought such a quantity as if stolen. Brought a hookah with red pipe and when I dragged the dirt went in my mouth. Sat there for 10 min. Asked for the bill and went to my favorite spot. Emotions are disgusting.
