We have been staying here in Villa Rotana since February 7th. We would like to thank every single person we met in this hotel for their hospitality and kindness. Our kids are having really great time because of Mr. Ali Saiid Mohamed Gad (my kids know his full name. Lol) Special big fat thank you for Alex, Wegene, Abdul, Leera, Rose and every stuff member whose name we don't know. Thanks for the Valentine's rose I was given by you.

I went there during Ramadan, for Iftar buffet. Food was good and price was fair. I didn’t like the Resturant location and size.

Villa Rotana is the Best Value For Money Hotel in Dubai. They treat their gusets with good hospitality which you can get in a 7 star luxury hotel. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable and feels like staying at a luxury hotel. The view from hotel is amazing, like staying at next to Burj Khaleefa. Thank you Villa Rotana! for your kind hospitality.

You will not find a hotel with staff who look after you like they do here. They go above and beyond in order to make sure everyone is happy. The rooms are well looked after and there was everything you need in the apartment including power for the washing machine and everything you need for the kitchen. The pool is great. You can find a spot that is in the sun for the whole day and they even provide free water which is flavoured with lemons. They even offer you glasses with ice. The pool has views of the Burj Khalifa. The gym is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need including a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Location is perfect and is a 2 min walk from metro or 10 mins in the car to the Dubai Mall — door to door. There is a supermarket next door which has a good range of things even if it is a tough more expensive. Think Spinneys prices more than Lulus. The front desk team are superb and set you up for a fantastic stay. The staff really do make this place shine. I saw people writing about it on the review sites but it really is true.

Normal and regular rooms and service. Swimming pool on top is small and not wow. Location is Close to the important places by metro. Other than that nothing wow.

This hotel didn't stay, but. We visited like that Burj Khalifa in the evening and missed the last subway train to our hotel. We walked a few miles and went to this hotel to ask to call our friends to come and take us away. The staff at the hotel did not refuse us, but on the contrary offered to sit down and drink soft drinks, and for free. Thank you to the staff for the responsiveness and pleasant atmosphere!

One of the best places to stay, the view and the interior design is fantastic, Service was superb. You pay for the excellent service. I booked a suite and I love everything about this place.

You wouldn’t believe me if I tell you Villa Rotana is the Best Value For Money Hotel in Dubai, would you? First they treat you like a 5-star guest! Check in was like 5 minutes and you get your room! The hotel is quaint yet so spacious! At night you can see Burj out of the window twinkling, such a magical sight! The room and bed are also very spacious! The gym is quite big already, to be honest with well maintained facilities. The pool is not olympic-sized but cmon there’s a desert view and Burj peeping at you! So so special. The location is very prime, stone’s throw away from Business Bay so you can access the whole of Dubai in style. You need a taxi? They’re plenty! They’ll fight over you! The service is impeccable! The staff are courteous, helpful, unscrutinizing, professional, and quick! I really hope I’ll experience the same in their other Hotels when I come back to Dubai soon because I loved Dubai! It was my first time and I would say it was love at first sight! Villa Rotana is the best place to stay here, believe me. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels all over the world but first time I felt a very relaxed kind of service because in other five-star hotels I feel like their service is forced, it makes me feel uncomfortable to make certain requests. But here I feel at home. That’s it! Thank you Villa Rotana!

I spent 17 nights in Villa Rotana while getting my home fixed. Let’s be clear: is not a flashy super hotel or a life changing experience but is effective. Villa Rotana is a small building (for Dubai) 5 floors high, fancies very comfortable suites where you can accommodate up to 4 people if need family space. It has decent food (is a dry hotel, no alcohol served), and has a good gym and Pool. All at a great price, a fraction of any of the big chain names. Location wise is real good, nearby Downtown and Water Canal, making it a short drive from DFIC, Dubai mall, Jumeirah or Al Quoz. Personal in the hotel is diligent, amicable and always have a smile ready for you. Rooms are clean and fairly well maintained. Kitchenette is good enough, lacking some cutlery or pans but if you ask, you are provided with them.

Probably the best hotel for people who can't afford other 5 stars … Has all great amenities of a proper professional 5 star hotel … Must try.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Dubai business district this hotel offers everything a business or leisure traveller could want. Exquisite breakfast buffet, walking distance from the Metro and comfy beds with great bathroom facilities.

Villa Rotana hotel was a very good choice we made to stay during our family holiday in April 2018 for 10 days. We had 2 young children with us and they also loved it! The apartment style rooms have a luxurious feel that is spacious. All the staff from the front desk, chefs, waiters, housekeeping, lifeguards… showed exceptional friendly etiquette to each guest. Throughout the whole stay they have made me and my family have a relaxed, safe and enjoyable trip… Will sure to stay here again in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The service is incredible and so is the food presented there. As Well as this, the rooms are great to stay in with such good space and incredible beds that are so comfy you could sleep for days in.

Very cozy hotel, serivce is great, friendly staff. Pool Is stunning but small. Gym is so good.

Nice place to stay. I have stayed three days. Everyone there is friendly approaches from check-in to checkout. Really great!

Overall a good stay. Well sized bright and neat rooms, decent option for food — Breakfast and Buffet Lunch, welcoming and cheerful staff. Hotel location is good with plenty of connectivity options — Metero, Taxi and Bus.

Nice hotel overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The staff is very polite and willing to help. The porter works flawlessly, all movements are honed to trifles, completely discreetly open doors, help with luggage, cause taxis. Service at a high level.
Immediately after arrival, the husband accidentally broke something and injured, he was immediately assisted, all cleaned up, the item was not included, although in our forums hoteliers all write that the client pays for any damage.
And then they went and asked how he felt.
At Juice breakfast is offered at a discount, so well we did not pay them at the reservation. Breakfast was good. Varied and delicious. The boys liked the car for Aladushkov.
The room is spacious with a mini kitchen. Very convenient. Only the devices of all 2 pieces, although placed four there.
I liked the presence of washing machine, very convenient, but the powder must be bought. The room was very clean.
The rooftop pool is clean and the view beautiful.

This hotel provides large 1 bedroom suites but does not let you bring in any visitor even if they provide their ID (they claim it's a government rule which surprises me because all hotels are flexible about this in Dubai) … so if you're considering staying there more than a couple of nights, this will be a considerable downside. Wi-fi is quite bad. If you have a Du line, there is no network coverage in most rooms (you can't make or receive calls). On the bright side… the staff are polite and efficient. Food could be better.

Stayed here in 2016 and the hotel was very well kept throughout my stay. The open top pool facility at the top of the building was very nice and provided front row views of the Burj Khalifa. The staff were really helpful too. Close access to the metro station enabled ease of travel — Business bay.

Very money minded. No regard for their customers. I wouldn't recommend it at all! I have stayed and had events at other 5 star and 4 star hotels but they don't even come close to a 4 star in terms of their customer service!

I loved my stay with them. The room was very clean and well attended to, staff were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Located on the main highway which is the only good thing about this property, but many taxi drivers don't know where it is. It's nit straight forward to reach it too like you need to go into different routes to reach it. Food is as usual Egyptian style, the pastries are always dry probably because of how it is displayed. Room are not so quiet noise will come from neighbours, people walking in the corridors or from outside the building. Only tea and coffee is free in the room plus two bottles of small mineral water. It is easy to steal the cashier here as the counter is just inches away from the main entrance glass door, security was available on day shift but wasn't there at night (at least in the 5 days I spent).

It's OK. Rooms are average, quite large. I would prefer full shower over existing bathtub. Hair dryer is located in the middle of the room and fixed to a drawer which is not a very good idea. Breakfast is not good for this class, quite limited choice. What I really liked was the modern gym and nice pool. Overall quite good price value.

As Rotana hotels devotee, we know what to expect when we stayed in Villa Rotana last weekend – excellent service and superb facilities. We’re so happy that the hotel didn’t disappoint. From checking in up to saying our goodbyes, everything was well taken care of. The basic room that we had offers a stunning view of Burj Khalifa! Even from the pool and some points in the hotel offers spectacular views of Dubai. Even though it’s scorching hot when we visited, it didn’t stop us from taking a dip since the pool is temperature controlled. Also they have a pool bar where you can order refreshing drinks.
Having only one restaurant did not make it less since the menu options covers most of guests favorite such as Arabic, Italian, western cuisines. Trying out the Moka Café during dinner and breakfast, no doubt that the hotel chosen their Chef carefully as the food was delicious with outstanding presentation! I love their steak and biryani, generous portions too.
If I have to choose what my most favorite thing we did here, probably I’d choose the in-room dining service! Great presentation and delicious! We’ve ordered pizza, pasta, fish and chips, milkshakes and the toblerone cheesecake was to die for!
Great location too as its 20 minutes drive from Dubai airport, opposite side of Business bay metro station and a station away from Dubai Mall. We definitely had a great stay in the hotel. Thanks to the warm treatment Villa Rotana!

Really nice place. Nice staff. Manager Abdul was amazing. Staff offered nice suggestion on where to go. Prices were affordable. Breakfast style buffet. Different food everyday. Coffee types to choose, really good taste. Housekeeping impeccable. Have a pool and a gym.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped if you're planning for make your own food.

This is the best hotel I've been to in Dubai. Great Service Great food Great Quality Great beds and rooms-suites This is a really awesome, great hotel, a real memorable one.

Solid true 4* hotel in a central location. Basic room had great bed (true king size, firm, good pillows) kitchenette, decent pool deck with spa style bathrooms. Downside, no quick bite food items — Cafe is focused on buffet breakfast and fairly pricey dinner menu and room service menu.

Clean and bright and within easy reach of Metro Station, Business Bay. I am confused, however, as to why this hotel receives such good reviews. It is not particularly child friendly and the fifth floor swimming pool, although great for swimming lengths, has a very deep shallow end of one meter which is too deep for small children. It was not always easy to communicate with staff in this hotel who often misinterpreted requests. Having said that, staff in leisure area were very willing and helpful. Be aware that if you are walking on foot with small children the pavements are not at all accessible for pushing a buggy and indeed at present, building works beyond the Business Bay Metro Station is an accident waiting to happen for pedestrians and it is impossible to reach the park further along this road. Also watch out for two small metal rods protruding from the pavement between Metro Station and Villa Rotana. We were disappointed in the food, again not particularly great for children and certainly not comparable to Hotels of equal status in Doha, Qatar. We are not likely to stay in this Hotel again and feel it is possibly more suited to Business customers although even for that purpose there is no public lounge for one to one meetings other than the cafe where one must sit at a table. As already noted by one review the Wifi connection is poor, costly and Face Time is not possible, which is hopeless if you have planned business calls.

Slow internet. You only get terrible free internet in the lobby. In the room, it's still terrible (less than 3MB/s) but they charge you up to 75AED/night. Very frustrating.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in early May and were very pleased with the accommodation. We had booked a room only but was upgraded to a Suite for no extra cost as this was our first time in Dubai. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
