Good prices good cuisine rich coffee and some exquisite refried beans accompanying the enchiladas, I would eat those refried beans again and take a liter home.

The very friendly treatment of their employees and the place is amazing.

All the above. Miguel was great for tours and I’m sorry I don’t know everybody’s name but everybody was great to hear from the receptionist to the bar and waiters. Everybody was really nice and really cool and I would recommend this to other people to come down and check it out really historical take a couple tours the boat tours incredible I never knew that they had hieroglyphics on the rocks and things like that it’s a very nice place to visit.

Very father the hotel! All the rooms are designed in different concept. It is very big and back where the restaurant was adapted where before was a chapel. The staff is very friendly. And it's located near the center.

Interesting boutique hotel. Had a room in the back corner behind the bar. Very quite, clean, well appointed room. Bar was a nice area to kick back and relax with friends. Restaurant on site which was very good.

Very nice Hotel. Small but picturesque as almost all of the village. Need to improve Internet service, it's bad enough, we never could make it work. The cost per night is relatively high.

Just excellent, very well decorated rooms, very luxurious and exclusive areas with good views, has bar inside (with a well), very elegant restaurant with excellent service. Highly recommended to come and visit this boutique hotel in El Fuerte. As a curious fact, every room of this hotel has a different theme, so all the rooms are different, for example: The Red Room, the bridal, Mery Jane, etc…

Very beautiful rooms and garden. Close to the historical downtown. Tranquil. I'd love to stay there again.

Cozy but be prepared for no tv, no iron, no clock. Its the bare necessities. Good was very good though and the entertainment was nice.

A tiny but pretty room, I felt in India …

We came to celebrate my mom's birthday, the attention was very friendly and personalized. The place is extremely quiet very pleasing to the eye and the rooms are old fashioned but with everything you need to sleep and rest. The courtyards are very pretty, full of birds that make the stay in the gardens very pleasant. The restaurant food is very good. The employees are polite, courteous and treat you with courtesy and respect.

The hotel is really beautiful… very cozy, comfortable, really very nice… food very good but expensive. The service in general well, pity that there is staff that has nothing to do there. Only ruin the great experience that can be stay and enjoy the stay there. The Strong and magical village is very cute and limpio0

Lamp broken in room, bathroom leaking water, not all the rooms have a TV and if it has, control is not useful, bad information and attention of the waiters, and receptionists.
