Hotel rooms are very cheap, natural view from the hotel is breathtaking, rooms are big and spacious and staff is very friendly and nice. The road connecting to hotel is not well maintained and street lights are not working properly when I visited. One advice who are visiting the hotel, just follow Google Map and you'll reach safe and sound. Food is ok, they can do better in that area. Hotel was newly renovated, so they were missing the food menu. I had a great time their and want to recommend others to visit the hotel.

Amazing place to visit during monsoon or winters. Lakes n mountains are nearby, presenting a great view. Scientific principles of water harvesting are amazing to watch, developed during the princely states times.

Rooms are good but basic amenities are missing. I booked 3 rooms for my family but in two rooms the water in bathrooms were completely black and stingy smell was coming. Also, in second room, the washroom door was not closing. In third room, bathroom drain was completely clogged. Dinner & breakfast was ok but not upto the mark. Management was not ready to accept the fact that they have either given us the rooms that were not in use or they have not checked the rooms before giving it to us. Suggestion: Bijolai Palace is not good for stay. POSITIVE — Bijolai Palace management has offered the same package in any other location within India. We are thankful to Bijolai Palace for listening & considering our experience.

It is a very good place nicely situated near kaylana lake the service and hospitality was very good and I enjoyed the event there.

A historic place in Jodhpur for stay. This resort have own lack. You can enjoy boating also there. This resort situated on a small hill at sursagar area in Jodhpur.

On the outside, the grounds look very nice, but there is a lot missing in the rooms and in the bathroom, like for example the bedside table, corresponding lighting, in the bathroom no hair dryer, the water trickles from the shower, in the restaurant the food was good, unfortunately only 2 soda water for all guests! The WLAN is a disaster, but at least it does something every now and then and not only in the Hotel hall, as in the previous hotels.

This hotel is a special property, at first I thought it was a former fortress, but inside everything was very stylish but modern. The interior is like a small park and from the terrace you have a beautiful view of a lake and the surrounding area.
Breakfast, dinner and luggage service were exemplary.

We stayed at Treehouse Jodhpur for three nights. From the reception area to the rooms, you can’t stop your eyes from looking at the marvelous beauty if its architecture. The service was outstanding. The staff members were highly professional and reacted quickly on our requests. The interior was good and surrounding was spectacular. Rooms were not less than a royal set-up. The palace carries a beautiful blend of both modern and traditional architectural beauty. We loved the food as well. I would surely recommend it to all my loved ones. A must stay property in Jodhpur to enjoy the colors of vibrant Rajasthan!

First of all, I take pleasure to appreciate the warm hospitality provided by the staff of Treehouse Jodhpur. We simply loved your services a lot. Not a single moment, you guys made us disappointed. We were highly amazed to see the beauty of this palace. The rooms were big with king size bed and we got all the modern amenities in the bathroom too. After reaching here, we felt like entering into a different world. The food was delicious and available in large varieties. Best property to stay in peace and luxury!

My family went to Jodhpur this Christmas vacation as winter is the best season to explore Rajasthan. Staying at Treehouse Jodhpur was one of the best decisions of my life. It is a dream place for any traveler to stay. This royal palace has everything to make you stay in sheer luxury. We loved everything of this property a lot be it its marvelous architecture, lush green lawns, natural lake or breathtaking views of its surrounding. We enjoy the colorful and musical evening very much. Dancing on the tune of folk music in Rajathani costumes was one of the fabulous experiences. Highly recommended!

Amenities: The rooms & bathroom were well maintained having all modern amenities. From a comfortable king sized bed to electronic safe in the room, everything was best in class. Location: The property was ideally located, just 8 km away from Railway Station and around 15 km from domestic airport. Rating: Looking at world class facilities and admirable ambiance, I would surely rate 5 out of 5 this property!

We can’t forget those five nights stay at Treehouse Jodhpur hotel where we received warm hospitality and matchless services. Not a single moment came across to us during our stay. The Staff were nice & friendly and always attentive to serve its guests in best manner. The property was huge, be it natural lake, garden or corridors, everything was simply superb. The rooms were airy and well furnished. Surrounding was quite pleasant. The best time to see the magical beauty of this majestic property is evening when lights & traditional music add special colors to its appearance. In short, it was a perfectly maintained and picturesque property to relax & unwind. The rooms were spacious and well decorated with all modern amenities. The reception area was quite prompt and we had no issues with any of its services. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was quite ideal and easily accessible. Walking around the Bijolai Lake was very pleasant. Overall a fine property to stay in Jodhpur with family and friends! Highly recommendable!

Only problem is to locate the property and travel of 3km on barren land otherwise the property is extremely good in terms of history, natural beauty, helping staff, good food both veg and non vegetarian. If u are in search of peace and fresh air with an connect to history and contemporary facilities for have made the right choice. Rooms are clean and maintained. Swimming pool is a small one (u have a view for entire lake). The best part was the helping and courteous attitude by Mr Multan Singh who helped in every aspect to make my trip a best experience.

It was a great experience to be stayed at Treehouse Bijolai Palace. Hospitality was simply superb and room service was outstanding. I am 100 per cent sure that travelers can’t find such a nice property at reasonable price to stay in luxury. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and cleaned. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff were attentive and always there to serve us. Food was good but not awesome. I am pretty much sure that Treehouse will improve soon in this department. Overall it is a dream property and you will surely fall in love with its evening.

Recently we group of five friends visited Treehouse Jodhpur hotel. It is a big palace located at a prime location. In and around views of the palace were tremendous. The reception was quite helpful and staff were commendable. The rooms were spacious, hygienic and had pleasant ambiance. The chef cooked well dishes and you will surely like the vegetarian food a lot. If someone asks me to rate this palace, I will surely give 4.5 out of 5 due to its warm hospitality, amazing architecture, serene ambiance and modern amenities. Staying here was a excellent experience for all of us!

Staying at Treehouse Bijolai Palace in Jodhpur was like a fairy tale for me. The palace was beautiful with serene ambiance. Everything was immaculate in the Palace. From rooms to lake, everything was just superb. Rooms were quite big and airy and has attached bathroom packed with all facilities. Reception was friendly and they ensured all comfort for their guests. If you are staying here, you will surely fall in love with its evening. The architecture of the Palace is excellent and quite attractive. Food was good and available in various categories/options. It was dream holidays for us. Simply Outstanding!

A stay at this place clearly gives us the feel of staying in a Palace. The hospitality and cleanliness of this place is stunning. Specially the reception desk guy "Mr. Kapil" was very helpful. We stayed at Bijolai, A Treehouse Palace Hotel Jodhpur for three nights and had a great time here. The Palace is quite beautiful and will enthrall your attention with its marvelous architecture. It is designed with the touch of Rajasthan culture and royal tradition. The property has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were always on their toes to attend you in a special way. We were quite pleased with their care and attention. They simply won our heart. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to all my near and dear ones.

The external ambience is awesome but internal rooms are average (palace room junior suite all are almost same only size difference). The management needs to apprise staff to be courteous and polite and be proactive to address customer concerns. The hotel is good for group travelers but straight no for couple as private party are usually arranged by group travelers where loud music is played for long night hours which definitely spoils the entire romantic mood. Food has good taste but only Indian dishes, rest dishes are average.

Due to its high-class facilities and room services, I suggest you all that at least once you should come to this place. I have found good quality Services at quite low prices. Service from hotel staff personnel was excellent and they were very cooperative as well. Our any kind of query was answered in a prompt manner. I must say the hotel has very strong managerial support. Daily Housekeeping service as complimentary has made my whole experience more fascinating.

One of the best hotel at Jodhpur. 10km far from city but very you will have very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean. Food is also very delicious. Buffet menu is nice with its delicacy. Staff is very friendly and co oprative.

Buffet is not available daily. Toilet are messy. Swimming pool is small in size. Not worthy.

The aura is perfect if you seeking peaceful getaway. The rooms basic air conditioned and exterior of the hotel & view is picturesque /breathtaking. Food is sumptuous & very good, humble staff. Overall a value for money. A gym/spa/small gift shop would have added more value.

On December 28th and 29th, 2015 (2 nights stay) My Beau and I were staying in the hotel and whilst we were packing on our final night, after having dinner at the restaurant in the vicinity, we found out that a cash of Rs. 5, 000/ — went missing from our backpack that was lying on the corner table of our room, we both panicked a little as we had to continue our trip to Osian safari, the next morning and that was the part of the cash we were carrying for our trip because all our Credit and Debit cards were from US banks and we thought those would might not work there. Even then we tried to keep our calm and started looking for the cash in our luggage and the other baggages we were carrying but there was no way that we could keep it somewhere else, since we were sure we kept it in the said backpack. Then we had to call the reception and asked them to see the Manager, who on listening about the incident told us that yes we do allow the staff to clean the rooms in the absence of the guests like when they are out for dinner or site seeing, and that came to us as a shock because they do come in our presence as well, so why would they come when we are not around? We asked the manager to let us see the CCTV footage of the cameras which he allowed after a while but what we saw was more shocking that the camera facing our room's lobby was not working while all the others were.

I'm travel agent from Delhi been there to see the destination. Must say that I had a wonderfull & excellent experience at Bijolai plalce. Welcome was awesome & had a smooth check-in. All the staff was very pleasent n helpfull specially Digvijay at reception n services of Rajesh n kuldeep. Everything was excellent like food, ambience n all. Special thanks to the GM — Mr. Krishan Mohan Tara & Mr. Chandan singh Chauhan for their hospitality… a big thanks to all of them. Beauty full place… nice garden and lawn … pool greenery around palace… its a little old property but well maintained. Courteous staff … huge suit room. Delicious and fresh food served. Frequent power outages but switched on backup generators. Only hotel is situated in remote area and perfectly directed on Google map where there is no Sigh board with “Bijolai Palace” find little difficulty to locate. Where as I called on reception and been assisted and there is no security in parking area.

Amazing hotel nestled around Bijolai lake. Very courteous staff. All staff members were eager to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was upgraded. There was no charge for tea coffee replenishment. The room and hotel was very neat and clean. You feel as if you are staying in a palace. The breakfast was also very good. Very nice service. I would recommend this to all. The location is also good, just 3.5 kms away from the main areas. The fort, city area is approx 7 to 8 kms, so not far at all. Quite easily accessible.
