Amazing, clean & spacious rooms.

Amazing, very clean, peaceful, complete stuff & good service with a very kind staff.

My wife was shouted at today by the lady security guard upon entering for no reason at all. When confronted the security guard continued her rant. She forced us to sit down, and it took nearly 10minutes before we were served by the front desk. Utterly rudeness really isn’t acceptable towards guests. I run hotels for a living, and people get fired for less these days. Unacceptable by any means!

Evrything abt the hotel was really good. Really prompt services. Just dont trust the guy at the front who sells tickets to attractions in dubai. He may give a good deal but he can be deceiving abt his information. He represents a different company, not the hotel. So thats why im giving the hotel 5 stars.

Good location Close to the Metro Business Bay, spacious and comfortable apartments.

This place is big and beautiful and food shops either side so you can cook for yourself easily, the employees are really friendly and welcoming and the place is clean, really enjoyed my stay here.

Please don't ever stay here my wife and I stood here and they were racist against Americans as I am Arab and she is American they kept stopping us and asking if we were both listed till I had to threaten them for making her feel bad that she wasn’t covered but it’s Dubai everyone wears whatever they want. I am from Abu Dhabi and we were visiting Dubai and have never witnesssed such a horrible experience there are so many better hotels and reasonable price plus there were ticks in the room please don't stay here specially if your American avoid a headache and horrible staff.

Location is great. Less than 5 minutes walk to business bay metro station. The apartment is clean and spacious, but needs some update. The breakfast buffet is okay. Nothing special about it.

The hotel is located next to the Metro. Near Burj Kalifa. Lived in a spacious two-room suite with two bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything is very decent. The staff is friendly.

I traveled solo from the US and was very pleased with the accommodations. My unit had 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full-size fridge-freezer, stove, pots, pans, china, silverware and a washer dryer. Housekeeping was very thorough on a daily basis including washing the pots and pans. Pool and gym are very nice as well. Two supermarkets in walking distance less than 3 min walk. Parking is free. Very close to metro, taxi stand outside, and internet connection is great so you can use Uber. Bank with ATM right next door.

Perfect hotel for a small family and also a big family. The room size of a 2BHK is huge! Almost the size of a big suite in normal hotels. It is also way cheaper tgan a normal suite hotel room. The restaurant is also very good, it provides a lot of variety and the quality is top notch. Overall I loved this place in terms of its price range, all the amenities and the accessibility from this area to all key places in Dubai.

Room 3201, deluxe with two bedrooms. Large, spacious, two balconies, nice view, 32 floor. But with all this obviously this room survived not one bachelor party and cheerful birthday. The laminate is scratched, the corners on the walls are freshly putty, obviously who did not fit into the dimensions, one wall apparently than that poured and then the staff of her diligently vycheshli and it is visible (living room to the right of the TV) in one of the baths in a folded rubber bath mat Found hair, a lot of hair. Well otherwise everything is fine. Date of residence December 11, 2017. Price 11500 rub. The choice is yours, pull.

Many people must come to live in this room, very value for money, room is very large, cleaning room staff also for our folding towel, every day is different very surprised!

The City Premiere Hotel is absolutely brilliant. The staff are courteous, warm, and friendly, and the service is simply the best. Frankly, I've never seen such attentive service, and the attention to detail is just incredible. My wife and the rest of my family have been incredibly happy with our hotel and the staff, and a very big Thank You to Mr Sooraj, for his attentive service to my family, and for the incredible and insightful advice on the great things to do in Dubai. All of our future stays in Dubai, will be at The City Premiere Hotel.

Good value and good sized rooms. Like so many in Dubai the apartment lacks a lot of basics that would make staying and cooking a little difficult however, compared to the price of some hotels, you are getting a lot for your money. The car park is a little tight however there is a warning on the entrance that cars over a certain size shouldn't attempt entry. I have a Ford Expedition and had no real problems if I held my breath and closed my eyes on occasions. The location if ideal if you want to use the metro as well. Just over 5 min walk to Business Bay stop and a couple of local supermarkets to stock up on supplies. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue in the under £100 category of apartments.

Stayed here with a group of 6 ranging from 1 to 75 years old. We were so well looked after! Great central location, super helpful and friendly staff, couldn't fault a thing. Loved the apartment, loved the pool, loved the restaurant. Strongly recommend staying here, we will definitely try and get back!

We stayed in 2bedroom apartment and it was way too spacious… dining area and kitchen was amazing Spectacular view as we get the Burj Khalifa view the famous dancing fountain of Dubai Mall can be seen… I just can't rate it for 5* as we experienced a slippery floor, moistured wall because of humidity ☀️☀️ Perhaps!

Really nice. Its nearby a metro station, clean and you get plenty of space for a reasonable price. Our appartement was huge, but a little empty to be honest. Staff is friendly and the elevators are really quick. Pool is little small but does the trick.

Very bad for many reasons: 1. The ventilation system is bad. Once the AC turns on, you can smell what other rooms are cooking/ eating. 2. The room service is very slow. You have to be patient when you order food, and you will get it cold. 3. Most important, my flight was at night, they did not let me stay one single hour after 2 pm without charging. The front desk supervisor was very rude.

Very nice hotel apartment. Very neat and clean and also very close to the Dubai mall. Overall it is a true value for money and also time as it is on the main sheik zayed road due to which saves lot of time and also is good option if you just want to visit Dubai mall and the city.

The worst hotel ever! The last time I been to Dubai was 12 years ago and now is my first visit. The hotel staff is not friendly and room service is very very bad. What a waste of money! Rooms are not as expected. I sure you that you should not book in this hotel! You will regret if you stay. What a waste of money! What a waste of money!
