Great luxury suite room and very spacious bathroom.

Very glad to see covid has not affected the service they provide at City Season. Booked in my parents for a long weekend (third time at the same hotel) and had the best customer service ever. All the staff were very nice and accommodating and my parents even got an upgrade to a suite that is bigger than my own apartment! Thank you City Seasons for making their stay remarkable. We will defo rebook again for the fourth time 😊

City Season is a very unrated exciting hotel in the heart of the city. This hotel is situated just with in a reach of every need of a tourist or travellers who wants to explore the place with a few steps only. I have a lovely experience here all the time. No wonder ADNOC company consider this as one of their choice for their employees.

I am not sure if it's actually a 3 star hotel or not. I have seen similar budget hotels with a much better service and cleanliness. Would never visit this hotel again.

Great for business and some time family trip, as long your not expecting any amusement in the hotel. So clean premises and amenities, helpful and friendly team, and most importantly convenient to reach everywhere.

The room was nice. Accommodating staff. Convenient, Location-wise. Facilities are neat and tidy. But the downside is the Wi-Fi connectivity is kinda slow and the cable/sat TV could have been upgraded for more channels and better programs.

Last night we check in Mr. Echo assist as and give a very satisfactory service. The room is excellent. We enjoy our stay. Surely we will book again.

This is one of my favorite hotels where I always love to stay because their very warmth welcoming smiles and most of all, their sumptuous breakfast which I really love and one of the reasons why I kept on coming back to the place.

The place is good… very good staff. Your visitor should carry also thier EID, passport with visa electronic or picture of any they will no accept…

Very good price for value, big room's, movable screen, in bath room big towels, very good and big variety for breakfast, many elevators, valet services, good and friendly stuff, a lot of complimentary water and cofe and tee.

I booked the ballroom for a party. The wallpaper is so old and worn out. Too many pillars and poor lighting. No balloon pump like the other places we checked. We were offered 3kg cake as a compliment. The cake was so poorly decorated. : (

The receptionist was nice and friendly. The room is simple yet spacious. The toilet is quiet clean but some areas are a little dusty, but overall it's a good stay.

Very dark room. There is not enough overhead lighting. Only floor lamps and sconces, and this is not enough. The hotel is in a great location. Great location, good service. There is a kettle and coffee-tea in the room.

In city center and spacious room. Eating places and supermarkets nearby if you need to buy something. Good service from the staff whom are helpful.

The best hotel. Here for more than 15 days now and every day I spent here is amazing, After work when your tired its like going home the place to be.

At the Initially stage itself had a bad experience. There are only Filipinos in the reception and she is abusing a customer in her local language. Then When It was my turn, The crew has no proper service. Sarcastic loud noise. The hotel is near and good location. But the Customer has needs to be good. Please replace with good staff and other nationality also.

Apart from small minor disturbances, it is very good hotel to spend your quality time with your loved ones. Very nice suits and very good staff.

It is a good hotel, nice staff and the service is well. The rooms are not super clean but they are decent, The prices are good and the location is great. Not the best place to stay in Abudhabi but considering your budget and the price it might be good enough.

All staff are super great, nice accommodation, but I'm not happy about the room rates given to me, I'm with them almost in my 4th week & still refuse to give me a special consideration, Chinese people entering the hotel by busses almost daily, you feel like you are in China not in Abu Dhabi, I'm really loving the staff in here, they are the only reason I'm continuing to stay here all the way up to Duty manager Only without mentioning names because really all of them are great welcoming people, any higher position than Duty manager NOT included & I mean really NOT included for a reason I rather keep for myself, May ALLAH bless all the staff I mentioned & I wish them all the best in their life.

Hotel cant get cheaper than this in main city. Pakistani management at its best. Single room to 2 bhk suites avaialble at great price.

Very spacious room and located in city. But there is no recreation (swimming, gym. ) facility. Its mostly occupied.

City seasons is like my second home. Big and spacious rooms and not to mention good hotel staff. The location is perfect as well. I will recommend it for anyone with busy and active lifestyle.

The carpet is very dirty and old and the bedsheets and pillow covers had dirt over it room was not clean and the room service was not all responsive had to tell them couple of times and came after few hours the duty manager was very aggressive and not at polite in his speech. My worst visit at any hotel ever I will never recommend this hotel.

The place need refurbishing and refurnishing, but it's quiet, comfortable, and offers good value for money. Not to mention that it has its own parking and the location is perfect.

The room is very small. Not very clean. Found blood stains on the lamp shade and black stains on the ceiling. Could not turn on all the lights. But price was ok. Price is what you pay quality is what you get. Hot water doesn't work. Out a possible 5 stars I would give it a 2.

FIne for a night or two. We stayed in early May 2017. Cons: non-smoking rooms smelled smokey; kettle didn't work. Pros: quiet and all-hours room service — handy when your international flight arrives in late night / early morning.

Hotel in standard, spacious room, breakfast and dinner plentiful and very substantial, staff however little helpful. It is unfortunately no longer equipped with private beach.

Comfortable, simple, clean. The breakfast was delicious. Staff polite and very knowledgeable.
Only flaw the room was a bit gloomy, the lights were few.

The people at the breakfast area are very attentive and helpful. The price is very reasonable and the selection is quite good.

It is a hotel quite normal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms also. Negative things, very noisy. It seems that these on the street has made the pre-installation of the double window, but it is not installed. It is impossible to turn off the air conditioning. Even if you turn off the thermostat of your room there is a common part of the hotel not to mention a fan in ALL the rooms that it is also impossible to turn off. Reception and delivery with valet parking free.

Always loved this hotel. Clean elegant and quiet.
