I so much love this hotel, the good aroma around the hotel when ever I pass by wish to work here as waitress.

The worst hotel in the UAE. Discrimination is real in this hotel. Bad services. First we booked through online booking to less the hustle, then we arrived we wait for more than an hour, but the other walk in customer who's arrive after us they got there rooms ready for just a couple minutes. What's the use of an early booking? Then, they have rules when you enter to the restaurant they have a dress code. For the breakfast buffet "No short shorts, no slipper will allow but once you follow there dress code you can see inside other tourist are wearing shorts and slipper. I will never recommend this hotel here in Auh. Worst hotel that we've experience especially when you are an Asian even though the staffs are not accommodating. Only the housekeepers having good job in this hotel. We will never visit again this hotel!

Royal Rose is an amazing hotel with overwhelming interior. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has also a good location for all activities.

What a wonderful hotel this is. The best place I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Not only is this hotel a stunning delight of glamour, the places smells Devine. The staff are so helpful. Concierge are amazing.
Rafique and Jash looked after us and helped us with all the info we needed for a perfect t holiday. These lovely young men are so polite, always greeted us with a warm smile.
Our room was delightful. Comfortable beds, lovely pillows and beautiful sheets. An array of top quality toiletries and white fluffy towels.
The only thing I have to say about the gem of a hotel is PERFECT.
I have no negative comments to make.
The pool is beautiful, the gym is great, the food was lovely.

Amazing looking hotel, great value. Very opulent inside with lots of items to make it feel almost royal like. I would say if you bring kids you will need to watch them 101% if the time as everything seems to breakable. The location of the hotel is great it’s close to everything by taxi. There is supermarkets and lots of other shops around the area. As it is a busy areas sometimes you could hear some noise from the street but not enough to disturb the experience. The only bit I didn’t like was the air condition turned off when your not in making the hotel room warm when you get back.

Simple, decent but elegant hotel. Interiors are nice and booking a night just to rest is very affordable but there's a catch, the breakfast's not that good (buffet lacks variety and service needs improvement). I remember telling myself, I wish I just ordered room service and didn't bother paying for a breakfast buffet. It was also Ramadan time during my stay so I had no choice. However, room service, amenities and facilities, I am giving it 5 stars.

The hotel itself is very classy, food, rooms, staff, free freebie). From the city I expected more, I thought that at least it will be in the city, but in principle one time to go). See Ferrari Park, go to Sheikh Zayed Mosque, beauty is not to convey words! And the most important is the beach, the public beach is not worth to go, do not advise, the desire to bathe will vanish. But the beach Saadiyat it can be compared to the beaches of Punta Cana, of course with palm trees on the beach trouble) but water and sand,

Actually and honestly speaking, I was really impressed about everything in this hotel, starting from the lobby and reception coming to the design and cleanness of the room and other hotel facility. Hotel location is very convenient and the area is really good, The staff was very polite and kind, the room is very spacious and quite, and the hotel is very secured. The hotel is well equipped with technology and I really enjoyed about every single little detail in the service. Thank you Royal Rose and well done.

Good customer service. Place has a royal palace kind of theme, the flooring and tiles and curtains. Food is good and iftar offers were good.

This was one of the best hotel, I have ever stayed with my family. Very very kind and polite staff and nice breakfast. Friendly valet parking and kind receptionist and so on. We stayed almost 5 days in the hotel. Last minute, the receptionist was rude when we check out but still I am happy with overall experience. I highly recommend others to stay with them.

I got a room with garbage bin view! Really disappointed with staff. Got a room on 2nd floor in spite of requesting a room at a higher level 3 months ago while booking. Location is not close to Sheikh Zayed Mosque or Ferrari world, the two main attractions. Ambiance is ok. Slightly difficult to find a taxi. Rated 3 star because it is still not a bad experience for those binded with a tight budget. If you can afford other hotels, don't hesitate to remove this one from your selection list.

Those who like something exaggerated, gold and mica, are well accommodated here;-). Very good Arabic and international cuisine, large bright rooms, good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. 03.18 to 12.04.18, for 110000, but it is a discount, for the usual price of 200000-250000 is not worth it.

Place is very crowded with indians and chinese, service is too slow, house keeping is very bad below one star as they broke my iphone charger and they dropped my oil on the floor and never came back to clean in despite me informing the house keeping twice! Oil cost me 100 aed. Hotel said they will replace it to me but nothing yet happened.

The hotel is nice. The view from the windows of the rooms is not very in my opinion. Booked soup to the room delicious was. In walking distance local cafes where you can eat.

Luxury hotel in the style of the French palace. Everything is beautiful, dignified and attractive. In the rooms all amenities: bathrobe, slippers, kettle, water, tea bags and coffee, iron and ironing board, etc. Breakfasts are pleasant. The only minus is the dirty kitchen. Thank you, it was a luxury holiday.

Good hotel. Good quality food. Meeting rooms available. Prayer room doesn't have ablution facility but you can use washroom for ablution but off course not convenient.

An adorable really fancy hotel in Abu Dhabi Downtown, close to multiple convenience stores, Abu Dhabi Mall is walk able from here, they have a Money Exchange and taxi service in hotel which makes it really convenient to stay here. Their lunch and dinner buffets are amazing with a wide variety of cuisines so whatever your mood is you'll find something of your taste. Their 24*7 drinks and breakfast is the best with high chairs and a view of the kitchen. They offer spa and other services in room and in the club area. The rooms are adequately spacious with personal closet equipped with iron tables, safes, shoe trays, hangers, and other essentials. They offer hot tubs and shower. A study area and a patio, tip: book a room in front on 10-15 th floor, it has amazing view of downtown Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayad Mosque. Customer service is excellent and cleanliness is top notch which made my stay memorable! The staff is friendly and yes they make you feel home as they communicate in 5 different languages, how amazing is that. I highly recommend to stay at Royal Rose. They should be a 7*, Thumbs up to the management.

The hotel has never been 5 stars, two years ago I was at the Intercontinental Hotel, this hotel has earned its 5 stars. So to the royal Rose Hotel; The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Reception was fürn ar * * * were not even warmly received cleanliness on the toilet a no go breakfasts had hardly any choice personnel very rude the service is very poor conclusion: will this hotel not Book again!

The only good thing was the courteous staff. The scent made me mad from day two. Breakfast didn't have much choice, so breakfast dropped out from the 2-3rd day and I ate outside. Another difficulty was the water in the bath. It smelled very unpleasant, hardly durable to me, but it was not drinking water either.

Location was good, standard of the hotel is good. The decor was very over the top, think grandma's flat with as much flowery prints as possible. The smell of roses is piped into the air con, it's incredibly overwhelming. I wouldn't rush back.

Not friendly staff, communication only in English (although 90% of holidaymakers in this hotel are Russian and there are Germans), the girl on the reception always chewing gum, explaining that the Chek-in will begin in 4 hours and that the state has introduced a new tax and we have to pay extra to some Thousands of euros for 6 days a little more, and otherwise will not be allowed to the hotel. This is a hotel where only a bartender can pour you a cup of tea in the evening, half a mug, and you stood in front of it in 10 minutes. There's no food. Rice and legumes. From meat to breakfast sausages, in the evening lamb-bones, not always. The queue to the dining room for breakfast started from the elevator when there was a check in. In the room from the cleaning only remade bed. The sea is far away. Once a day carry in the morning to the beach. And a day back. And that's good news. There are no vending machines with Coca-Cola products and other lemonades. Juice only from packages and for breakfast. Tip-Never come.

Lovely hotel. The main thing is that the weather is lucky. They were from December 28 to January 4, 2018. The air temperature is 25-30 degrees, sunny. The water in the bay is 22-24 degrees. Comfortable. A bit stressful local cuisine. No European dishes. But it's little things.

Perfect. For small surcharge suite snatch. Breakfast is easy and there is plenty of food in the surrounding area for all tastes. Currently very overflowing by Chinese or Japanese, thereby somewhat restless. The facility itself is the hammer, luxurious and top equipped. Very well located to reach all the sights. Transfer from Dubai World Central caustic long… something about 2h. Prefer to use Abu Dhabi Airport if it is possible. Otherwise top hotel with everything you need. Gladly again.

I think the reviews below are fake. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The food is disgusting. I don't believe that anyone got a free breakfast or dinner (or why they would want it. The food here is nasty). NOTHING here is free. They charge you for everything. And they won't bill your room, so be sure to carry your wallet with you at all times. The service is a nightmare. "Well-trained staff" ha ha ha that's a joke! The hotel obviously wrote those reviews. Don't believe a word of it. It's all Lies, just like they lie to you on the phone. They misrepresent everything. First of all, we waited for over an hour at check in for our room which wasn't ready until 5 pm! Dinner is not served until 7:30 pm. They told us that there was a Thai restaurant right next door. So we went out looking for it. All Lies, there is no Thai restaurant next door… there's nothing next door (or around the corner or across the street). The location is terrible. NOTHING is "close by. " And NOTHING works. There was no Hot Water on our first night, and the key cards are useless. We keep getting stranded in the hallway (can't get in our room, can't use the elevator). We complain and complain, but they don't do anything. We would have been better to throw our money in the street. Horrible experience AND THEY DON'T CARE! Trust me… DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

It's amazing and luxurious once you get in the lobby it's so gold and grand they even have a gift shop and the beds are so comfy it's the most amazing hotel I've ever been. So come on down to Royal Rose hotel here in Abu Dhabi!

Awesome theme of this hotel attract me always. Amazing hotel in city center. About staff only one night manager been really great with me and my family. Mr Muhammad Ali. Believe me guys this guy is awesome. I had trouble with my booking plus with my ATM card but he helped me a lot with all my issues. And this hotel is really great for family vocation plus ceremonies.

Our airline booked us there after our flight was delayed in Abu Dhabi after this airport and two other surrounding areas were closed due to a storm.
The hotel was the absolute hammer. Everywhere it smelled of roses, the ornaments on cupboards and walls were shod with gold leaf, everywhere pomp and glitter and the most beautiful beds I have ever slept in. The view was great and also the minaret I felt not as disturbing but as rather soothing and exotic. It wasn't noisy either. However, if you stand on the 15th floor by the window and the wind whistles right around the corners, you will already get a Bissel funny xd.

Great room very comfortable but limit view. Very good elevator system just take sometime to get use to it. Good breakfast buffet with good selection of food. The rooftop pool is small but with jacuzzi and plenty of sun tanning couchs.

Have got a free upgrade to a huge room. The climate is also at the lowest level too noisy and the breakfast would have to be significantly better for 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Buffet was laid out well from salad bat, to main courses. Desert bar was nice with chocolate fountain. However, most everything was extremely dry, especially the meats. Was like eating wood. All of the meats from the chicken to the kabob. Dry and tough. It was a chew fest. Really. Watermellon was not sweet. Hummus was dey and without olive oil. Bread was dry and tough and rubbery. Ive had far better buffets at lower quality restaurants. They could of included a drink with the buffet. Instead only water. At least that was wet… other than that, its a really cool hotel. The staff was very friendly. But, I wont eat here again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room service is cheap and nasty. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything from body lotion and cotton tips to mini bar, bath robes and great fast free Wi-Fi.

I loved this hotel. Not only did it look amazing on the inside and outside my husband and I were treated like royalty by everyone there. The suite was grand and luxurious, the spa was superb and we both took full advantage of it. The dining area looked delicious. Even though we were always gone from morning till night and did not get a chance to eat in we always felt like we were missing something. We did try the cafe by the lobby and that's where we met Farhan the food and beverage manager. He was incredible and offered such superb service. He was the one that made our already great experience in an even more amazing adventure. He made himself available and went above all expectations. Ali the night manager was friendly as well and took so much out of his time to talk to us. I also want to mention Marina who gave me a most incredible facial. She took her time and even extended our session to make me even more comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the hotel Thank you all the people who work there. You guys are fabulous. (I also don't want to forget the ones who always parked our car as soon as we pulled up. You all deserve a big raise!
