We had a great stay here! I he staff was absolutely amazing! Nicky at check in was so kind and remembered us our whole stay and was helpful with everything. The bellman Robert was great as well and so helpful with us when our luggage finally came in after air canada lost it! Thank you so much Hilton! The restaurant was great and servers were amazing! We will be back forsure!

The room was a little small for my family of 4 but house keeping and room service came every time we called for them. We stayed for a work trip and had a really good time, staff was very welcoming and friendly! Acknowledge us every time we walked by.

Beautiful building but our room was micro. $52 a day for valet seems steep. I was there Wednesday to Saturday and my car only left 1 time. We used room service, enjoyed dinner one night in the bar. Top notch service.

They have huge TVs but the bathrooms were cut in half to accommodate for them. Beds are comfy and staff was gracious.

Had an issue with a 3rd party reservation site. Front desk agent (Paco) was super helpful during this stressful situation & went out of his way to help & come up with a resolution for this mishap. Entire staff was super friendly & exemplified what real "people relations" should be. Thank you so much to Paco for making my stay & weekend memorable.

Fantastic downtown location! Friendly check-in. Helpful bell service for in house laundry. Clean clothes returned to the closet. Staff even found a small refrigerator for my medications! The best!

Was here for a 3-day work conference, and consistently followed and questioned by security as to the validity of my existence in their hotel. I was actually asked "if I was in the right place" so clearly, security didn't feel that I belonged there. I attempted to reach out to Hilton staff about my concerns, and have heard nothing at all. Do not recommend.

Hosting a conference here for about 250 people. Could not be more pleased! The rooms are lovely and very comfortable, the ballroom and meeting rooms are well suited for all our activities, the staff (at every level) were so accommodating and friendly. Not matter what we requested, it was met with a smile and taken care of immediately. The banquet staff was amazing, as was the food and beverages. And our sales team hit it out of the park! Would love to come back, and soon!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The lobby is very elegant and the furnishings are high end. Even in the heart of the city, the rooms feel very spacious despite the small square footage. I thought the meeting spaces for our event were very well designed and maintained. The location is great and you're able to walk around anywhere in the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Pretty nice hotel. Staff was friendly. The room I had was a king non suite. Room was small but had a HUGE 65" TV on the wall that made up for it! There is a restaurant/bar in the lobby if you want to grab a drink and some eats. Location is awesome, right in downtown Portland. Plenty of places to walk to for food and entertainment.

The lobby/reception/dining and Bar were all 5 star… the rooms however were a 2 star. They had been "renovated" they said. They were extremely tiny, no trash bags in the trash cans. No vent in the shower/bathroom. You can tell it had been repainted and that was the "renovation" The service was great!

The hotel service was exceptional. I was asked numerous times by staff if I needed any additional help. The room key was digital on my phone. Texts from front desk asking if all met expectations? Also able to chech out by text. Really really well done!

Location was about 10 minute drive from downtown. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again, thank you PDX Hilton.

I attended a conference for my industry here in Portland, and I felt that the Hilton with the best place in the area to accommodate our needs. It was large and open, with clean facilities. The largest room we met in was accommodating for the entire group. The location is great and it is beautifully updated and decorated. The bathrooms are a little tight but perfectly fine. The gym is amazing. I love this hotel.

Great location for walking to Providence Park for soccer games, plenty of dining options around, including the restaurant down in the lobby. Nice corner rooms with huge, bright windows and great pillows on the bed (beds are all a bit too firm for my tastes at all Hiltons IMO). The bathroom was the size of an airplane restroom, with the world's shortest toilet set at an angle in the teeny corner of the bathroom. It was serviceable, but not able to apply cosmetics in the mirror or style hair very well (what's the deal with the moody, useless lighting in Hilton bathrooms? ). The conveniences in the neighborhood made up for the inconveniences in the bathroom.

We just stayed two days at this motel. For the price, I was expecting more. A lot more! Musty smelling hallyways, garbage on the floor, gum on the floor in our room, not exactly a clean place. The 2 double bed room with a corner view we booked was so small. Then when you add a table, chair and air purifier in there taking up the open space in front of the windows, it was even smaller and defeated the whole purpose of booking the room. No counter space at all in the bathroom made getting ready very difficult. A fan in there would have been nice. I would have got ready in front of the mirror on the closet door (due to the steam in the bathroom) but there were no outlets nearby. The desk tried to charge us for parking upon checkout. Thank goodness we had our confirmation email to show that it was included. The one positive I can say about the place is it is centrally located. But then again, there are other motels that are also. We will be staying some where else next time.

Nice rooms. We had a lovely corner room, with a pretty decent view. The bathroom was awkwardly small, but still nice. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and respond quickly to concerns. Lobby and restaurant are very nice as well.

Stayed here when we were in town for a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The hotel decor was grand and exquisite, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We didn't expect to, but we dined in the hotel restaurant for lunch, and then dinner. Initially out of convenience, the quality drew us back for a second meal. The mushroom soup is absolutely BRILLIANT. I loved the cup at lunch and just went with the bowl for dinner.

As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need. Cozy tavern in the lobby area with a semi-decent beer selection. The staff was polite and helpful.

Modern yet comfortable. Sophisticated. Bathrooms are odd with translucent doors. Good in hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is great. Bar's always busy — prices are high, but conveniently located.

Disclaimer: I didn't stay here, just attended an event organized here. The event lasted 2 days and I could see why the organizers chose this venue. Rooms are large enough, and there were about 500 of us, which makes it a bit difficult if you want a single place for a convention. Arriving here was SUPER EASY! There is no need to drive, I just took the Max and the station is literally one block away. There was small snafu because the fire alarm went off for 3 seconds, twice. The staff was very QUICK to notify everyone that everything was fine, as well as notify everyone via the PA. I was surprised by the quality of the food catered here. Fresh ingredients and good flavor.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. But if you order a room for 4 people, specify the size of the bed. Even when it's written that two large beds don't mean they're so big that it's convenient to sleep together. At breakfast the waiters are not friendly, sleepy and forget about the accepted order.

Trying to make the best out of a bad situation. We booked a suit over a month ago. Paid way to much so Kaylee would have an awesome sweet 16 room with a city view. We get here at 4 to check in and the room isn't ready. Then as it turns out they give us a standard room because they over booked the suit. I had already paid cash and they are unwilling to compensate us, won't even so much as give us free breakfast. I will never support the Hilton again.

Honestly we didn't stay in the room much, as Portland is too beautiful to stay inside even when it's raining. With that said, it was a very comfortable king size bed, with super cozy pillows and comforter. We slept like babies. If you forgot your glasses, there's no need, the TV is super sized for your viewing pleasure. All in all we were very pleased with everything about our stay at the Hilton downtown and will be returning.

Great place! The hotel is centrally located to businesses and shopping and reasonably priced, good restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean and the room service meals were tasty. The staff was very friendly. Didn't give 5 stars because the convenience store/coffee bar and gift shop should stay open later.

This hotel definitely gets FIVE stars. A TM who visited from Seattle. Loved this place! Very clean rooms, professional and polite staff, incredibly delicious food!, nice and accessible location and so forth would make your stay very pleasing. The ONLY downside of this hotel is the fairly expensive valet parking.

Attended a professional conference here in January. First thing to report is a friendly and courteous staff; really impressed with everyone from front desk to Hop City (restaurant) and even fitness room and housekeeping. Rooms are clean and modern, but small. TVs are so big and rooms so small that it came be difficult to enjoy watching TV unless you're in bed. Location is excellent; walking distance to whatever you want in Portland downtown. Elevators worked well and quickly. Upper rooms were quiet. Other than small rooms, nothing to complain about.

Clean, warm, welcoming. All the rooms come with bathrooms. No hourly rates. Clean towels included. Color TV. I enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. Right in the heart of downtown. Easy walking to all the city has to offer. I proposed to my wife there. Based on how that worked out, I won't go back.

Great experience! Front desk and service generally was awesome even though it was Christmas weekend. Got free waters even though it wasn't part of my Hilton Honors privileges. The only negative (not really this particular hotel's fault) was the digital key service. It works great 80% of the time, but the other 20% it takes 5 minutes, disabling Wi-Fi, and restarting the app to get into the room.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet with the exception of the occasional ambulance siren outside. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The gym was great for a hotel gym and was my favorite part of the stay outside of the great location in the city.

My sister and I just enjoyed a very nice stay at the Hilton. The room (two double beds with a city view) was nice but basically average. And the service was exceptional. The food at the bar was decent, but nothing to write home about. But the staff was absolutely lovely and made the stay great for us. From the valet to checking in to having food delivered, I did feel that the service was exceptional. It was an overall lovely experience. We aren’t really TV watchers, but having a massive TV on the wall was pretty awesome so we made sure to take advantage of it. We ordered drinks and truffles for arrival, which was quite lovely. We left a note for housekeeping requesting extra shampoo (two women with lots of hair can’t get by on one little thing of shampoo and conditioner! ) and also extra coffee. They remembered this for each day of our stay, which we appreciated. We felt well taken care of, with lots of shampoo, conditioner, and coffee. A small gripe — when checking out I basically was told a dollar value and wasn’t able to review the receipt. They just check you out and send you on your way — you don’t review the charges and sign or anything. So I thought the amount was off based on the “long weekender” rate I had booked but couldn’t tell until after I was checked out and away from the desk. I’m not cheap, but I do want the deal I signed up for. So I looked at the receipt, pulled my reservation up on my phone, and was able to verify I had been charged about $100 too much.

This place does a good job all around. Good in the restaurant is usually nicely prepared and not eclectic like the town. Solid for the rest of the country visiting Portland. Great for locals.

Stayed here for a business conference. The room was small but clean and well-appointed. The staff was all very nice. It's in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance.

Great service. Cool room. TVs come with Google Chromecast, so that was fun to use. Add in the fact that you can arrange to bring your pets and that the hotel is very close to some very cool downtown locations, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel lobby is very fancy but there are additional fees for everything. The bed was uncomfortable and made my back hurt, the room was sub par for the amount of money that it cost. No refrigerator or microwave and the shower was very short with low water pressure. I have stayed in Hiltons and other moderate and expensive hotels. This is not at all worth the cost. The staff was all very pleasant and I was sad to hear that parking is not offered to guests or the staff without cost.

I come to this hotel a couple times a year and I love it. It's within walking distance of almost everything, and close to public transportation if you'd rather not walk. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff are always super helpful and friendly.

This hotel is nice, I was here for a conference not sure if that had anything to do with the room not having a refrigerator but I guess some rooms are not equipped with refrigerators. Also there are only 1 set of elevators and with a large conference the wait time was crazy. The rooms are nice conference rooms beautiful and food was delicious. The location is good you are only 5 minutes away from the mall and there is a steakhouse right outside across from the hotel.

Great location, close to light rail in the heart of Portland. Rooms are mostly clean, but there was some air vent in the bathroom covered in dust. Service was great (front desk, valet, bellhops), as expected from Hilton. Biggest complaint is that the rooms are small. Requested a room for 4, and got two double beds. On top of that, there was very little space for more than one or two suitcases, and almost zero counter space in bathrooms. I rate hotel rooms based on my expectations for the price. I might give a Super 8 five stars if it's nice for a Super 8. For the price, I wish this Hilton had bigger rooms.

The hotel staff was incredibly accomodating on meeting my needs as a nursing mom attending a training event. The facilities and refreshments for thr event were stellar. I couldn't have asked for a bwtter experience.

Good location. Close to pretty much anything you'd like to do downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, the room was alittle over furnished for its size. We found ourselves putting stools into chairs and sliding them out of the way just to make room to walk around. Also, the pool/gym closed for our entire stay without notice. They offered an alternative pool in another Hilton building near by but it's more then a little inconvenient to wants to walk across 2 streets downtown in your swimsuit. Other then those issues it was a good stay. I am a Hilton honors member and will continue to choose them when I can.

Stayed here in a recent trip to Portland. It's centrally located downtown with a great location a friendly staff. Parking is $30 a day for valet, but we opted to park at it the garages nearby with much better prices. Service: The check in process was quick and easy, as it should be when you arrive. There are only a few spots that you can pull up to at the front of the hotel that are 15 min check in spots only. After you check in, then you can opt to move your car to a nearby garage, or opt to have them valet it for you. As if often the case, your room will be chosen and booked online before you arrive and you'll just be picking up your door key. Cost: The cost is about right for a large city's downtown hotel of this caliber. I say it is worth it, as one has a great location, and good service, and the hotel food is great, although pricey. The Pros: Grocery Stores, 7 Eleven, Restaurants all within walking distance. Central location The cons: no free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic location in Portland — — you're right in the center of everything! We ended up finding a great deal for two nights when searching for a place in Portland to stay while attending a concert. The proximity to much of what the city had to offer was a definite highlight, and overnight parking prices weren't too bad either while offering in/out privileges. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly, readily offering suggestions on locations and places to eat when asked.

Staff was always courteous and respectful. The place looked great and my room was always fresh when coming back from meetings. They also had a great bartender that made many appreciated recommendations.

Decent, but outdated, compared with other hotels around and for that price enough leaves to be desired.

Very comfortable, no complaints. 24 hour fitness center, pool, all that jazz. I even checked out the price on room service and it wasn't priced any differently than the bistros in Portland, probably better! I absolutely had to check out the pioneer food carts, if you're at the executive tower, you must check out the food cart block! Oh except there is only ever ONE staff member at the front desk, so prepare to be patient while you wait for the line to cycle through the SINGLE staff. The concierge is standing idle while a line forms at the front desk — this has been my experience several times this stay, whether it be a simple question or a check-in/checkout, there is plenty of staff to help with everything EXCEPT the front desk. Minus two stars.

Anothr excellent stay at the Portland Hilton. The new online check-in lets you select your room, so I was able to choose a corner room on the 20th floor with a great view. The digital key available through the app was pretty cool. All this meant I could arrive and depart without ever having to visit the front desk. I'm suspicious that the queen sized beds aren't quite queen sized, and the TV is still resistant to my plugging in my laptop or tablet, but those are minor quibbles.

Worse experience ever. Stayed on Sat the 12th and it was bad. First off they charged us $245 with taxes for a double standard beds on the 4th floor. Don't have ice on the floor, don't have much of a vending machine. The room wasn't that clean. However, when I looked at my bill it was $290 because they hold money in case. When I asked about this the man down stairs (french accent) was rude, and just didn't care about my concerns. Then when I checked out, I told him about all the problems we had, and he just said whatever. When I called down stairs to ask about cabs outside, if they can call or are they there, the woman told me come down and check for myself and hung up on me. Plus, you have to pay extra for Internet. For the dang price you would think that they would have better personalities, plus help their guest. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would go to Motel 6 before this one. Disappointed! If anyone wants to stay there I feel sorry for you.

Dinner at Hop City for Portland Dining Month. Food was okay/mediocre, except for the bread pudding which was amazing. The service though… Super slow. Like, painfully slow, and they weren't busy enough to justify it. We didn't even get bread during the ~20 wait for the first course. It alsowasn't clear were the host stand was, so people had to just aimlessly walk in/around and hope someone on the wait staff would notice and seat them. Just seemed pretty weird and not organized at all. Also the rectangular plates are too small and dumb for any substantial entree to be eaten without slipping off.

Great central location, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The door to the room was very thin however like it was made from balsa wood. Which didn't give me a good sense of security from theft or temporarily block a fire.

Ample seating during prime happy hour times. Fast and attentive service. Good selection of food and drinks, happy hour food selection pales a bit in comparison to other nearby offerings. Still a solid choice otherwise. Would visit again!

Superb service at the front desk. The gym facilities were great and breakfast was perfectly cooked. The room was in the main tower and even there I had a nice view if the city and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little on the small side but had enough room for me. Definitely a top hotel in Portland, I will probably stay there every time I return.

Stayed here recently with student housing for a conference. Overall the facilities were very nice. Rooms were a normal size. Ours had a nice view (16th floor). Beds were comfy but smaller. Housekeeping was super helpful, giving us extra towels, blankets, and pillows for our group of four when needed. The desk staff and concierge were also very friendly and helped with packages being delivered to the hotel. The bathroom was nice and well lit. Elevators were fast. Wifi was ok (we had complimentary; speed was average). Location was good for access to restaurants and getting on the MAX.

I came for the meeting and I loved the hotel is close to all restaurants bars shops and clothing stores. Rooms so big and clean, the service is still 100 percent. It is the second time that I stay and I will return.

Rooms small, no fridge, thermostat was temperamental. Oh and… and you'll have to pay for internet! It's 2016 and the Hilton charges for Internet?! The pool and exercise room was pretty nice. I did snuggle hard in the bed but that's none of your concern.

Rooms are on the smaller size by American standards but the furnishings are clean and well maintained. Comfy beds with lots of fluffy pillows will make your dreams happy. There's decent Wi-Fi (though paid unless you are a Hilton rewards member) and friendly staff that really seems concerned about your stay. The lobby bar has a good happy hour and really gets busy with a decent mix of guests and locals around 5pm.

The rooms themselves were three stars level. Noise was pretty bad even though I was on floor 17th. The rest of the hotel was pretty standard. The guy in reception was a little arrogant when checkin in (and that never happens to me even though I usually go to 5 star hotels or superior) but the girl who attended me when checking out was nice. Overall pretty mediocre experience.

The location was great, within walking distance to great shops. The Hilton itself was beautiful inside. The dining room was rustic yet sophisticated, but a bit spendy ($13 for a begal with eggs and bacon). The customer service was great. We over all had a really nice time.

We stay in Hiltons around the country but this one!? We have stayed here once before and that time they were having a large Corporate Christmas party. When we arrived the valet refused to park out car as they were too busy. We then circled around until we found a parking garage. Then we hiked in the snow to the hotel carrying all our luggage. When I finally got in the hotel they apologized and gave us a free breakfast and told us to move out car to another garage. Then to add to the join when we woke up the next day there were underwear and drink glasses in the hall. Apparently the party was a little wild. At that time I swore never again. Fast forward two years and we needed to come to Portland again for a comedy show. I looked around and found that the Hilton now offered a valet parking package if we stayed in the tower. So I made a reservation but was still wary it stressed me out while we prepared to head to Portland. Upon arrival the valet said they couldn't park a truck as the valet at the tower doesn't carry Hilton insurance!? The manager said the same thing and didn't seem bothered by the false advertising on the website. Once the desk finally acknowledge they could get a manager to speak with me. We are on the 15th floor and it is still incredibly loud as we are directly over the street. Now I am sure we will never stay here again!

Stayed there for one night to attend a concert on 11/4/15. The rooms were nice and spacious and we had a great time. After getting back home to Washington, I realized that I couldn't find a ring that I had been wearing. This was a silver diamond ring that my son had bought for me a few years ago. I thought it must just be still in with some of my items that I hadn't unpacked yet from the trip. After looking again for the ring today and still not finding it I decided to just give them a call and see if someone by chance had turned it in. Fully expecting that I had lost that ring for good. Well after speaking with 'Jack' in the lost and found… they DID have it! Thirteen days after my stay there, they still had the ring! He is shipping it to me today! I am so thankful that there are honest people out there! :) Thank you Jack and Thank you Hilton! You have some great staff members! :)

Stayed for two nights on our second baby-moon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, quiet and bed was super comfy. Enjoyed the HOPCITY TAVERN located in the lobby and the market was also very nice. Definitely recommend both the hotel and restaurant (HOPCITY TAVERN).

I stayed here with my aunt back in September for my 21st birthday. My aunt and I had gone out one night we were there and when I got back, there was champagne, chocolate and strawberries awaiting me. I had mentioned that it was my 21st bday to the receptionist (I think her name was Samantha). But I seriously think that that was one of the kindest things that has been done for me! So cool!

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out this hotel was heaven. My fiance and I had just been married (9/6/15) and we decided to stay at the Hilton Executive Towers for a night as a mini honeymoon. Upon hearing that it was our honeymoon the front desk staff gave us a wonderful deal on an additional night. We took it! We were on the 18th floor with an outstanding view. The room is gorgeous, and extremely comfortable. The noise level is pure quiet — we didn't hear anything the entire time we were there. The staff… they are amazing. Those staff members are so friendly and helpful — we were very impressed. There are a multitude of delicious restaurants all around the hotel, the mall is a quick 2 block way away, and the movie theater is one block away. We loved our stay and even though we live in downtown Portland we're going to "escape" to this wonderful hotel any chance we get.

To be honest we first booked another hotel who so badly messed up our reservation I thought the weekend would be overshadowed by 3 people sharing a full bed, when I realized I had a confirmation email for 2 beds she told me "take or leave it but you wont find anything else this late" At 10pm the Hilton checked in a tired dad with two 12 year olds and by morning made us laugh for how idiotic it would have been to accept that cramped fate. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton and look forward to staying their again.

Everything was good except for the valet staff. Literally every valet staff except for one of them was unfriendly. Makes the stay completely uncomfortable. The staff inside the hotel was great though! If you stay here beware of the rude unfriendly valet parking staff!

Good experience as expected from a Hilton. Yes, you pay for valet parking, yes you pay for Internet (if you are not a gold member) but it is a consistent comfortable hotel in a great location.

For 200 a night you would expect a LOT more. Parking in the building you already paid for is $30, internet is extra, any food is extra and there are not eben bending machines. The bed was a full size bed. The duvet was amazingly soft but theres. Not enough room for two average sozed people to be comfortable. The 24 hour exercise room was pretty cool and there is a fridge in the room but other than that they want you to pay for every single little thing here. I am not impressed. Im mostly angry about being forced to pay parking at the hotel I paid for in a city im not familiar with.

Bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible! I highly recommend bringing your own! and there is no refrigerator.

I arrived for a conference for work and found that I didn't have access to the internet in my room unless I paid for it. It took the staff almost an hour to let me know this as I was troubleshooting my laptop with their customer service. Something that should be explained upon check-in. Then both of my room key went out and Instead of helping me out immediately I had to wait 15 mins through a line of people in order to gain access my room. The room was extremely small for the cost and the staff was rude. Its was one of the most stressful hotels to stay at and I have traveled all over the country. Avoid at all cost.

Nice central location and the rooms were clean, but expensive for what it is and not up to the usual standards of a Hilton. Also, be advised that if you want a refrigerator in the room you will need to call for it. The customer service was good.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived they told me that they had overbooked the hotel and no rooms were available. I was attending a conference at the Hilton and had to commute in each day. The front desk was not helpful or sympathetic, they did not even try to find me another room.

Got a good military rate. Nice Hilton rooms in a great location. Slightly snooty staff at the check in desk but made up for by the bellman and valet guys.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and made my experience nothing but the best given the circumstances. I came down with food poisoning while I was traveling (not from this hotel restaurant), sick to the point of not being able to stand up or leave my room for 36 hours. Every time I called down, Matthew at the front desk was nothing but extremely pleasant and helpful getting me Gatorade, pepto, water and other items right away. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling as the service was top notch! I will also stay here again.

Pros: -Reasonably well-furnished rooms -Used their dry-cleaning service; clothes were returned clean and on time -Friendly housekeeping staff -Nice location; close to several restaurants/breweries and other attractions -Easy light-rail access from airport Cons: -No free internet (unless attending a conference). Many 'lesser' hotels (even within the Hilton brands) provide complimentary internet. -No in-room refrigerator -Valet staff was a bit pushy when I pulled up my car to temporarily park and unload/check-in. -Rooms/bathrooms are unusually small for a Hilton (in my experience) -The conference center is spread over several floors and it can be difficult to move about the conference center -The elevator system is not well equipped to handle a large conference. More than once I waited 5-10 minutes to get an elevator. -Many of the conference center rooms are small/cramped, and the climate control is hit or miss -The projectors in the conference rooms are not the highest quality and seem a bit outdated. Long story short: this wasn't my favorite Hilton experience, but there was nothing seriously wrong with my stay either.

Very nice hotel in terms of the amenities and quality you'd expect from a Hilton. The swimming pool was awesome — it's right around the corner from the elevators, making it every easy to access. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: — Parking at the hotel is very difficult — it's in another building you have to pay for, unless you valet (more $$), and dropping off your luggage at the curbside is not easy since the hotel is right in the heart of downtown. — Staff is nice and professional, but understaffed. This makes the check-in and check-out process frustrating. I'd give it 4 stars if those things can be resolved somehow.
