I was shocked at a Hilton establishment with couches that were torn up. Trusted the Hilton name, and was very disappointed with the hotel.

It was noisy and there was poop on the roll of tp hanging in the bathroom. Also, the coffee maker was too dirty to use. Also, the bar in the lobby never opened : (

No free breakfast. Clean and well maintained. Logging on to internet a bit of a pain, but works well after you are on.

It was a nice place. Friendly employees. Did miss free breakfast but close restaurants. Quiet as well. Comfy beds.

This place was awesome staff friendly and the conference room that we used for my grand baby 9 yrs old Birthday Party was so spacious and bathroom is just across the hall, very convenient.

Nice staff, very comfortable beds, nice sized rooms for Hilton Honors members. Free parking and easy access to the main highway to get to Portland, Mt. Hood, Columbia River Gorge and Canon Beach. Great bargain compared to staying in the city. Parking lot was very crowded at night. Good breakfast.

Overall a good hotel. Friendly staff from the front desk to maintenance. Good sized rooms and up to date furnishings. A decent place to stay if in Vancouver for work, need to be downtown, and/or need to be near the Portland Airport. Only rated 4 stars because there was no "wow" factor. Nothing "special" about the hotel or location.

This hotel hosts the Soldier Ride put on by Wounded Warrior Project. They were excellent hosts. I had a wonderful time and if I came back to this area I would for sure choose Doubletree.

Expensive, no free breakfast, charged me for the room even though I had already paid via Expedia. Had to dispute the charge.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Would stay here again if I return Portland.

Clean room with plenty of space. Nice central location near PDX. Complimentary Hilton honors internet is fine.

Wonderful experience! Check in was super simple. They had everything ready to go right on time! Room was nice, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Nice looking work out room, pool with hot tub, conference room, and bar/restaurant. Breakfast was great! I don't believe it's free for everyone. However, they will tell you when you check in if breakfast is free for you or not… or ya know ask if they don't tell you lol. Overall great night stay!

The rooms are clean and very spacious. However the experience was ruined by the evening staff. The bartender was struggling to keep track of our bar order and we were overcharged for our drinks. Then the evening desk staff almost ran us over when we were out for a smoke and were just sitting on a bench outside the hotel. Sherri then proceeded to yell at us for being outside when she was the one who almost ran us over… on the bench… otherwise the hotel was very clean.

Great experience all around. We got checked in after driving down late on Friday after work the unexpected free cookie was a nice touch. Enjoyed room service from breakfast our last day and and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was a great fit for our needs and I'll keep them in mind for future travels.

We love the indoor pool and all the staff are nice and super friendly. Our children always love the freshly baked cookies when we check in and only request checking out cookies when we leave.

Rooms OK but need updates. Used to doubletree with full cooked to order breakfast but not here. Likely won't stay here again but price is lower than nearby hotels.

Stayed here several times and this time is no different… Great rooms, comfy bed and the staff is awesome. Location is close to shopping, restaurants and freeways… great place.

Very nice comfy cute but, the pillows are way to soft and you can fold them on your arm. So if you come here I would suggest you bring your own pillow…

Lovely staff. Homemade cookies at check in. Very clean, comfortable beds with high quality linens and pillows. Swimming pool area clean and kid friendly. Warm and inviting lobby area with fireplace. I wished we had the time to enjoy the cozy bar and eating area. Next time!

Clean place, but poor water pressure in the shower and sinks. Great breakfast, but will have to pay if not in reward club.

Poor quality room for price. Wasted space in room. One TV never worked. Bed was ok no extra anything like Blanket pillow only two towels in king room really. All information we got was not true. Wasn't happy with room period for 129.00 not again.

This is a really good hotel. Rooms are clean and front desk staff friendly and helpful.

OK, so I just checked in and man what an interesting experience! There were two problems that were readily apparent with the room (s). Not only did the front desk staff (MANY THANKS TO DAISEY! ) jump to in order to make things right, they went the extra mile to enhance our stay!

I am a Hilton Honors member with diamond status. I was upgraded to an enormous suite with my boyfriend. We enjoyed a massive, extremely comfortable bed, great coffee in the room and a delicious, complimentary breakfast downstairs. If I ever come back up here, I'll be staying here again!

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Location is good with easy access to major freeway. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice cozy hotel. They have a nice indoor pool and a small gym. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Beds to soft, pillows to soft. At 169.00 a night it should include breakfast. Cleaning staff was very curtious. Rooms were clean.

Nice hotel and accomodating. They didn't have cookies when we checked in and we had key troubles the second night, but was easily resolved by staff. Everyone was very friendly and gave us free breakfast our second day. The facility and rooms itself were very clean and appealing. Would recommend.

I stayed in a sizable room with a King bed that was comfortable. There was a large desk to work at as well as a couch and chair. It would be nice if breakfast was included though. Otherwise nice place.

This is a nice property. I don't think this is an original double tree but has been remodeled and looks somewhat modernized. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Came to the DoubleTree for a company event. I had no trouble hearing the speaker even in the back of the room. It was spacious and we'll put together. I would be happy to have another company event here.

I loved it. Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in a quiet location yet still close to restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious, perfect for two to stretch out. Enjoyed having a microwave and mini — frig. Restaurant was even willing to let us have some bowls to take to our room for our fruit we had with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Big, spacious rooms, veryvery nice quality. The gym isis tiny and thethe breakfast is not included.

I was at Vancouver for 4 weeks, on business, and Double Tree is a great hotel if you just want to enjoy a hot tube while you drink red wine. Excellent for recharge your battery for another day. Great staff, modern building, nice breakfast, cool bar and great drinks, amazing cookies EVERY DAY! Totally recommend!

I had one of the special suites and it was very impressive. Spacious and very nice materials without. The wood laminate was very nice and I enjoyed the fact the TV's both had the original Samsung remotes vs that goofy hotel system which is usually sluggish.

The room was nice, although the bathroom tub looked a little dirty or old. Staff was friendly. For an overnight stay just for sleep it fits the needs. The amenities had decent hours as well.

Pretty much Valhalla for any true Road Warrior. The bedroom / suite is bigger than half the apartments I've lived in (probably $800/week up if you could move it to NYC). There's good business facilities, a very respectable fitness suite, and joy of joys, a pool. Perhaps higher-end travellers might sniff a bit at the pleather, but after an 8-hour flight it's comforting and welcoming.

Rooms were nice, only visited some friends that were in town and staying there. Played at the pool, it was nice and warm and the hot tub was a great temperature. Pleasant staff, bar in lobby for drinks.

Nice, clean (and clean smelling) rooms. Great desk setup for the laptop. Comfortable mattress. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet ($10).

After having to find a different hotel due to unexpected construction on top of a 17 hour drive from San Diego CA… This was heaven for our family! Impeccable service, beautiful rooms, and amazing beds. Everything was spotless, and well worth the money. We will be def be coming back!

Overall great visit, everything was as it was listed online, however pictures showed online and was given the impression it was a two bed room with separate suite with another Pullout couch. It was essentially one large room. That was the only disappointment for me.

There is no free breakfast at this hotel as suggested in the subtitle. It is $10. It is also quite noisy… can here the person above traipsing back and forth.

I stayed at the Vancouver location for a few days. Extremely friendly staff, very clean environment & rooms. There wasn't an aspect that I didn't enjoy. I highly recommend this location.

Kelli at the front counter was terrible. Rude and passive aggressive. How she has a hospitality job is beyond me.

Worst hotel internet I have experienced. Could not change pages. Very disappointed.

It was terrible. First I didnt pay for it so I couldnt do anything about it. But there was a hole in the bathroom door, garbage in the room, no vending machines even though there are signs to them, but if want a can of pop you can get it for $2 in the lobby, the fridge made this non stop whining noise all night long, on check out day they entered my room at 8:30 am to see if I was still there, and the continental breakfast with coffee is $10 a person. There is no way I would pay for this on my own. I have had better stays at the motel 6.

Very disappointed customer! I just had a horrible experience with this company! I had mixed up the days of my reservation and tried to call to see if there was anything I could do to change it. The first time I called I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called four more times, where the line was picked up and then hung up, ridiculous! I haven't ever been treated like this! Don't use this company their customer service is horrible.

This hotel is not what I expected from a hotel in the Hilton family. The website touts itself as newly renovated (you can smell the paint), but it falls short of what I've grown accustomed to from a typical Doubletree. The rooms have plush towels and higher grade mattresses, but the furniture and fixtures are more akin to a motel 6. The rooms are clean and the area feels safe though. The staff are hard working and do their best to provide that "Hilton" experience. The fitness room is about as minimal as I've seen short of none at all. As an economical alternative to the more expensive Hilton hotels this works, but so does Best Western which this more reminds me of. The thing that chapped my hide more than anything was the price of a bottle of beer — $6.50! That's the same price as the Hilton in Hawaii! Can't wait to see their sandy beaches and clear tropical ocean — oh wait — they don't have that. Come on Doubletree Vancouver, WA. This is not a resort so don't charge resort prices.

I wish I could have given this 5 stars. The second most important thing to me in a hotel room after the bed is my morning COFFEE! The first 2 mornings were fine, but the second night when we returned, we found that they had never restocked the room or cleaned. So the next morning, we had to go to the desk and ask for some coffee. They are so cheap with their sugar, though, I had to go back and take some from one of the tables in the restaurant. There are some people who like more than just 1 or 2 packets of sugar in their coffee and when we have more than one cup — well, you do the math! (They gave us enough coffee for 2 cups each yet only 3 packets of sugar! ) Fortunately, I was only a few doors down from there, but I just don't understand why they were so generous with their sugar substitutes but not cream and sugar. The other thing was that there were 4 of us, but only 2 towels. I happen to catch the housekeeper out in the hall that second morning, and she gladly gave me a couple and apologized, saying she didn't know why they hadn't put additional ones in the room. She asked if there was anything else I needed, and I said no.

Now a Double Tree by Hilton. Rooms all renovated and new carpet (at least our 1st floor room was) breakfast is no longer included its $10.

Nice, clean and modern room. Good ratio cost/feature. Anyhow some quirkiness such as no towels in the shower. One needs to go under the sink located in the corridor entrance to find them.

This place is DISGUSTING. Carpet was covered in stains and worn out, there was a hair on the shower wall, the room was huge but strangely laid out, and the sofa was at least 20 years old. The bedspread had been kept up to date, but surprise! — — it was only on the bed to cover a stained comforter. I was so glad we were only staying for 1 night before moving on.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast, while simple, was tasty and there's plenty of it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with their level of commitment to customer service.

Stayed here for six weeks for schooling. Staff was very nice and helpful.
