My wife and I stayed at other Kimpton properties before and enjoyed them. This stay in particular will stand out as we came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Upon our arrival, we were met by very helpful and friendly staff who welcomed us so nicely. When I mentioned it was her birthday, I was offered a bottle of wine for us to celebrate in our Room, which we did. ;)

We came for Valentine’s Day — we have dinner reservations tonight. We’ve stayed here before and loved it. Imagine our surprise, though, when there was a knock at the door — they delivered wine and chocolate covered strawberries! Lovely!

What an amazing staff! I will be staying here again. Close to everything! Wonderful food. Very pleased.

One of our favorite Kimpton properties in downtown convenient to many of Seattle’s best attractions. The restaurant Tulio is part of it and offers a full bar and very good food.

Very disappointed in the helpfulness of the staff and the total lack of amenities!

So far our stay here is perfect, friendly staff and complimentary wine, couldn't ask for more.

I stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip. The accommodations were pretty good, and the location was fantastic. They're attached to a restaurant that you can order room service from, although it's a bit pricey. If you don't get your room cleaned, you get a little ~$5 voucher that you can order food with. I collected around 12-14 of those and ordered myself a nice meal at the end of my stay. Tea is available in the morning, which is complimentary!

We attended a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was a private party (upstairs) with a set menu, served family style. Every single course was delicious (not just good), the drinks were both tasty and strong, and the service was stellar. Would highly recommend for a private event, as well as for a nice meal.

Avoid if you have sensitive skin; the soaps and linens were definitely an issue. Showerhead was completely clogged do it didn't work will. But the bed was otherwise comfy and everything seemed clean, and they had water set out for visiting dogs. Staff is very friendly.

Our family had a fantastic stay here. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are lovely. Wine tasting every evening was definitely a plus.

We stayed in a king bed suite (Naches Heights Vineyard). The room was spacious compared to some of the other hotels we've frequented. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful considering we came in 5 hours before check in. Cheryl had our bags stored until our room was ready so we could do some sight seeing without having to worry about our luggage. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. They also have complementary wine in the evening. The room included two terry cloth robes, a yoga mat, and an umbrella which was a nice touch for an area that gets rain quite a bit. Well definitely consider this hotel again on our next visit to Seattle.

My experience was wonderful! After a day enjoying the city, my boyfriend surprised me with an over night stay downtown. Having packed nothing, we arrived at the hotel with only what we had with us. Upon check-in and hearing our story, we were upgraded to a king room and given a goodie bag filled with tooth brushes, tooth paste, razors and even a small bottle of contact solution and a contact case! The front desk attendant was sincere and accommodating. Our room was quiet and well equipped. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable too. My only gripe was the thermostat; it seemed to be there for decorative purposes only. We set it as low as it would allow, but it ignored us and would continually reset, loudly, to a temperature that made the room too warm for a good night's sleep. We had a cocktail at the bar and was delighted by and impressed with the bar tender who invented a cocktail just for me. He was entertaining, too. Aside from that I was very impressed and loved our impromptu get away hotel. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

It is a nice place to stay. If you are expecting 4 Star amenities those are present but they don't go above and beyond. I had some 3.5 stars which were better. It is at a good location. They charge certain fees that is not clear. Like I was charged 17.4$ for fees which were not mentioned during check-in. I did not use the facilities that I got for the fees. They need to be more transparent.

I would never recommend staying at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle. They said we used the mini bar and ate food out of it. We were gone almost the entire night from our hotel room having fun in downtown Seattle and ate a great meal outside the hotel. We did NOT take anything from the mini bar. I called and they refused to remove the charges. I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world in my travels and I will always choose any hotel BUT Kimpton. You lost me for life! I will tell everyone how you overcharged us for parking, the mini bar and the room.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. As soon as I checked in, Kaylee at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. I had some amazing talks at wine hour (which was complimentary) and afterwards was able to walk to many local bars and spots in the city. Also the beds may just be the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I can't wait to stay at the Vintage again and will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Seattle in style.

The staff here is so welcoming and kind! The lobby has a nice fireplace that made my cold wintery visit so much better. If the weather fares, borrow one of their complimentary bikes and go for a ride along the water, then come back for the daily wine tasting at 5pm! Definitely booking a stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

The room sizes are smaller than some of the other older downtown hotels in Seattle, but they make up for it in practical use of space and a modern look. The beds and pillows were top notch by my standards, which I take very seriously. Water pressure, shower, and bathrooms were all very solid. They had free happy hours that I was sure to take advantage of.

We found out only when we looked at our bill and I'm still mad about it! Very hard bed, with bad pillows. Sheets are rough and just old. The shower was bad, very little pressure and questionably clean. 6-7 strands of other people's hair. Hand prints on the ceilings. No options for hot water or coffee/tea in room. Amazing authentic Italian restaurant. The waiters and staff are very friendly. Great wine selection and great tasting food. Definitely at the top of my list of favorite restaurants in downtown Seattle.

We had drinks and food here. We do not stay in this hotel. My drink in the bar was really good. The food in the restaurant is amazing. I had the sweet potato gnocchi and a salad and my husband had a steak. And we were both extremely satisfied with our food. I will definitely return!

Nice hotel. Not the best Kimpton I've stayed at, but solid nonetheless. It's about a ten minute walk from most of the sites in downtown Seattle. The staff is super nice, and very accommodating.

This was a great place to stay! The room was clean, quiet and nice. The staff was always ready to assist and even helped me retrieve a pair of jeans I had left in the room! They host wine tastings in the evenings in their cozy front lobby room and have crisp cucumber water for the guests! They offer doggy-care if you bring furry friends along and can’t take them out with you. There are quite a few little touches that make it a nice place to stay.

Quaint hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. The Hotel has Wine theme that includes everything from the decor (cork headboards, vineyard named rooms) to the scheduled and unscheduled tastings. They have elevator parking only, so be prepared to use the valet.

I feel like I really lucked up with this place. It was central to everything I needed and they actually let me check in at 9am the day I got in! My room came with all kinds of bonuses after I signed up for their free rewards program — a $10 credit for the mini or hotel bar and $30 towards spa services. The massage I had was great but I did deduct one star because when the company called to reschedule my appointment (which was inconvenient for me), they neglected to tell me that the hot stone massage I'd ordered was unavailable. Instead of asking me which other service I might like — or offering to let me cancel — they chose another package for me. This gave the masseus and I an awkward start because I had no idea. And initially I was pretty ticked because I really only ordered a massage to try the hot stones. I likely would've cancelled the appointment had I known, or simply opted for the least expensive one. Anyway, she did a great job, but I am still irritated with the company about the lack of communication. Everything else was great! The room was larger than I expected and I enjoyed a great bubble bath with some Lush bath bombs. The bed was super comfy, and the bar and snacks offered a great assortment.

The room was very nice! The location was prime and very close to Pike Place Market which was the main reason of my visit to Seattle. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly! I did not use most of the service from the hotel, so no comments there. Friendly staff though!

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle — walking distance to everything downtown. Clean room, nice interior, and very friendly staff. The only turn off about the room was the shower pressure in the bath. All in all a great experience, would stay here again!

Our room was not big but neat and cozy. Housekeeping was well done everyday. The best thing I love is that they have a HDMI cord for the TV so you can use your laptop with it.

Best experience. Attentive staff, nice facility, has it’s own style. The wine service at 5pm is fantastic, and a great chance to meet your neighbors. Don’t stay here if you need modern construction or huge rooms. The older building is renovated well, but the rooms are not huge, and no pool. The staff goes the extra mile, so it’s my favorite downtown Seattle hotel.

Friendly staff welcome you upon entry. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available in lobby. Also complimentary wine hour in evening is a nice touch and way to relax after a long day. Close walking distance to theater and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

I love the Alexis and Monaco in Seattle (my usual haunts) and this was my first time at the Vintage so that is my comparison. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and well appointed. However the lobby is miniscule (I passed on the wine reception as there was no place to sit) and the room was one of the smallest American rooms I have stayed in. I liked it but I will go back to my favorites.

Great hotel, and the restaurant had excellent food and service. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The free wine tasting hour in the lobby area from 5 to 6pm was a total bonus! Highly recommend to stay here.

This Kimpton met all of our expectations during our recent visit to Seattle. The staff is very welcoming and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the evening wine happy hour, featuring different local wineries each evening from 5p-6p. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Was very clean. Provided a pack and play for the crib. Very small. With the crib up only had enough room to walk around it. Good free coffee in the morning.

We recently stayed overnight @ the Kimpton Hotel Vintage in downtown Seattle & we couldn't have been more satisfied. We began by parking in the hotel facilities. All parking is valet @about $42 per night with a half off break for hybrid or electric vehicles. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They actually read our reservation note that it was our anniversary & gave us a complimentary room upgrade & bottle of champagne. The rooms were nicely appointed with a Bluetooth speaker, ways to stream your video to the TV and thick robes. My only nitpick was the lack of multiple electrical outlets near the nightstands. The following morning we had brunch in the adjacent restaurant Tulio and again had a pleasant experience. Overall, we will now look to stay @other Kimpton properties and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Modern, lovely hotel in a super convenient location. They upgraded my room for free, simply because it was available. And there was an adorable little dog at the front desk.

This was one of the most cozy hotels in which I've stayed! I was first struck by the high ceilings, spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. The cherry on the cake was the free wine hour in the evening, the easy access to the Tulio restaurant and the boutique feel.

Great service… but.
Small rooms and definitely not as nice as the Kimpton hotel that is just up the street. We wish we would have stayed there instead. It has a much better restaurant too. The restaurant next to the Vintage is nice but not as laid back as the Sazerac.
The hotel itself is clean, but stuffy and a little too pretentious for what it is.
Great staff though. Can't say enough about the people. That is what is the best part of the Kimpton brand and what keeps us coming back.

Cane here to visit some friends who are in from Portland. The hotel is excellent, beautiful and clean inside. The room was small but nice and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and courteous at all hours, and the room rates were less than the experience implied.

The hotel is quaint and we'll maintained the sitting area in the room adds the extra touch wish the morning coffee service was extended to 10 because when on vacation I would like to sleep in but sure would appreciate the coffee service since there are no coffee makers in the room the bathrooms have full size lotions shampoo and bodywash instead of the small awful sample sizes I wil l stay here again. If you care about an elaborate lobby and a fabulous view this is not the hotel for you but if you are looking for a boutique hotel with friendly staff and clean welcomimg room definitely stay here.

Vintage fits the hotels name. Quaint boutique type hotel with smaller type rooms and bathroom but comfortable. Has an older feel but everything is quality. Amanda at the front desk was helpful giving us local tips.

Just spent three days at the Vintage. The staff was wonderful, any help you needed they were happy to provide. The room was comfortable and clean. I tend to look for Kimpton Hotels as they are smaller and the service is wonderful. Thanks for another great stay.

Wonderful setting. Very elegant. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Responded perfectly to every request. Could not have been made happier.

I was scared because I saw a horrible review in regards to the hotel. But when I went there staff were all cordial and very responsive. The wine tasting was crowded but worth it. Room was nice and everything was a you use you buy thing. I would recommend being realistic about the rooms they are meant for 2 max 3 people. My room was a very nice size with a king bed. Location wise we were in the heart of Seattle and was able to walk to a lot of attractions. Even took a cab to a local club which only cost 5 dollars. Well worth the money.

Great hotel, very nice, clean, comfy and elegant. We had the suite which is always a good thing. Everyone from the front desk to room service to valet was absolutely great. Nothing went wrong and everything was perfect. We had our company holiday party with over 220 people at this location and not one negative feedback from our employees was heard throughout the night and not even later. Everyone loved the place. I am sure we will be back to this place next year again.

We booked a room through a third party, booking a 4 star hotel. We called to upgrade our room, we were asured by Adam a premier king room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We are a family of 3 adults and one child. When we arrived we were informed they gave up our room to someone else. They didn't give us a room with two beds and kept in the tiniest room. The front desk receptionist was so unprofessional, talking down at us and giving us dirty looks (the tattooed girl with the dog). The only thing that was offered to us was a tiny bed (sized for a little kid) which barely fit in the room. We talked to Elizabeth (the manager) expecting a bit of empathy and a apology but instead she made us feel less for booking through a third party. All guests should be treated equally no matter where you book through! Told us she cant do anything just give us breakfast.

! READ ME! How you doing? bet its better than me because I had to sleep on a hard roll over bed brought to me by these people. I couldn't fit in that small room they placed 4 of us in a one bed, room I'm truly upset and discouraged they gave away our room even though it was booked I hope you guys see this honestly I couldn't be more enraged by this situation they only offered free breakfast but the food was bad real bad. The people are rude unprofessional and racists don't go!

Great location for a vacation or work trip. I forget the scheduling, but check with the staff when they serve wine and light snacks for guests in the lobby for free. Hits the spot after work!

The room itself was incredible. King size bed, large tv, roomy bathroom. Other than the view of buildings to the east, the view from the top floor was great! Only thing I'd recommend would be to put microwaves in each room along with a mini refrigerator for drinks and such.

Very pleasant stay at the Hotel Vintage in downtown Seattle. Nice room with a good view of the city. Hotel awards $5 vouchers for in house restaurant for each night you decline room service, which is nice. Wine tasting each evening is also really cool. Cons: no complimentary breakfast, expensive restaurant/in-room dining. Overall 7/10.
