Do not get catfish! the pictures on the site are complete lie. Our room was super tiny with old cigarette musty smell, we had no A/C, no lamps, toilet was smaller than my kids potty training toilet, list goes on!. Receptionist was complete rude and incompetent and refused to answer any calls. I called and got hanged up multiple times. Stay away from this cesspool place, it reminds a lot like the infamous hotel Cecil in skidrow. Stay away!

Do not stay here. First and foremost, this hotel ripped me off for $180. When I booked the room, I prepaid for parking. When I arrived, they had already sold out their parking garage. The clerk told me to park in a nearby garage and they would reimburse me for the cost. At the time of check out, a second clerk assured me they would reimburse my funds and he had successfully done so already that morning and would work on it immediately. This never happened. I called numerous times. Most of the time, no one answered, but if they did, they transferred me to the manager who never answered and never returned my calls. I'm still waiting. This hotel provided mediocre service (at best) during the time of stay. The rooms were small and dirty, the bathroom effectively microscopic. The first room they sent to us had numerous maintenance issues and had evidence of drug use in the room (syringe in the heater, a spray of some unknown substance on the window above it). The ventilation is POOR (non-existant) because I could smell cigarette SMOKE coming through the bathroom vent as well as other unsavory odors from whomever we shared ventilation with. This is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. Absolutely no sound proofing, you could easily hear everything going on in the hall. The walls were filthy, there was an unidentified brown smear on one of them. One clerk told me they were undergoing renovation, but I don't think renovation excuses mystery smears on the wall. Worthless customer service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, not only Is it in the middle of a bad area there is nothing executive about the place I wont go into how rubbish the rooms are as thats personnal preference however they have over charged us, and not refunded our deposit, they have not responded to our communications. Stay well clear! It is not worth any money you pay, unprofessional scammers. They owe us over $400. We have had no invoice or receipt either or any explanation and no response to our emails questioning this. Stay away.

Confirmation for 6 rooms. Showed up and only 3 rooms available. Asked to find rooms for all 6 at another hotel, the front desk employee says that it would cost me money. No accountability!

Horrible experience here. Broken door handle, slow service At check in, room didn’t meet expectations, services such as restaurants, weren’t open, no security to rooms, parking garage full, price was way too high for what we received.

Wonderful Staff! They not only excused my reservation cancellation because of COVID-19. AND gave me a Voucher!. That is love.

Rude staff and incredibly unprofessional. Andy refused to handle a mistake on the hotel's end and was rude instead of accommodating. DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend.

Front desk staff was very rude over the phone to my husband and I. Even hung up on us. Would not recommend at all. Stay away.

Morning front desk staff a little unfriendly and rushed customers also hall ways smell old bathrooms are very compact and the rooms are old we will never spend our hard earned money to stay here ever again.

The staff was friendly and we were within walking distance of everything. We booked a double queen room back in March. When our stay arrived and we checked in we were given a single king. We are 3 adults who wouldn't fit on 1 bed if we tried. When we went downstairs to show them our reservations they stated "sorry but we are full and cant make any changes". Excuse me its not a change if we booked it 6mo ago, its giving us what we reserved and paid for. We were also advised that there were some renovations done and doubles were turned into singles. We were given free breakfast to make up for it. Not impressed wont stay again, wouldn't recommend them. If there was a way to give negative stars I would, but I have to give 1 star to even post the.

Great location a few blocks from pikes place and the rail station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were able to hold our bags for a few hours on our check out date so we didn't have to drag them around the city on our last day of vacation.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. This hotel has no insulation. We we woken up multiple times during the night and were able to hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to us. It got to the point that I wanted to knock next door and tell the guest to quit snoozing his alarm at 4am! Also a little dirty. Part of this could be due to the age of the hotel. My toilet never looked clean in the 5 nights that I spent here. There was also an ear plug (not mine) between the bed and night stand. This did not get cleaned up during the 5 nights I was here either.

The room is a little small and dated but the staff shouldn’t be penalized for that. The room was clean and the staff always had a smile on there face. Showed up a little early and couldn’t find a parking spot. We came in and Tess helped us check in. They upgraded our room to make the trip extra special. Tess went above and beyond to help us out and we greatly appreciate it. She made our stay in Seattle worth it. Will definitely be coming back because of her service! A+++ Brandon & Brooke.

We got a great last minute rate for the hotel. Not knowing the area at all, we were delighted to find the hotel centrally located for walks to the Market. Our room was extremely clean. The bathroom had been updated and was very clean. We were delighted by the friendly, efficient and professional staff. We had two small (cranky) kids with us, and the staff was especially patient with our racket upon check in. This hotel was an excellent value, very quiet, and I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel! The staff are so kind and helpful and the service was great! We actually had something on our sheets and they came and changed them right away. The location of the hotel is so close to everything which is nice :)

I've stayed here plenty of times as it is very convenient to travel to my work place whenever I'm in the city. AC and heat are controlled by the hotel sometimes leaving you freezing in the room if the weather is cold in May/June. The service is generally very good and staff is courteous. The superior rooms would have a mini fridge but no microwave. Fitness center is small but well kept. Overall I'll come here again for the loyalty points but would like to see changes in the cold/heat energy conservation practice by the hotel's top management which doesn't make sense given the unpredictable weather.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of the financial district in Seattle. Very good value for money Easy to get to and great place to move to. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great staff and great service. The hotel is old but the rooms are renovated beautifully. The staff noticed we had a little one and offered to upgrade our room to a family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was perfect. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this place in Seattle. It's close to Pike Place and walkable to the Space Needle.

Nice location but that's about it. Room was very noisy and guests in next room played loud music from 3-4am. Tried calling front desk 4 times but no reply. Had to get dressed and go down in person. Hotel security attempted to contact those noisy guests without success and just gave up. We had no other choice but to get up at 430 am. No apologies or compensation given. Our room was old and dirty. City was loud all night.

The place was in a great area and the staff was amazing and very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel and had no trouble checking in at nearly 2:30 am. The front desk clerk Sterling was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. They had a lovely social hour from 5-6 where you could enjoy wine and good company. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing location and great staff. Can tell it is an older building but they've done great updates that still acknowledge the original look. We visited for my husbands birthday and they surprised us on arrival with a birthday greeting message and bottle of wine in our room. Thanks for a great vacay!

Great location, easy walking distance to multiple attractions. Good staff, always friendly and courteous. The only issue, and it is only an aesthetic one, is that the finish of the room I am in looks like it not well installed. Bathroom is updated modern and nice, good materials, but the fitment of the bathroom door doesn't square up. Beds are comfortable. I would come here again.

Great hotel in a good location in Seattle.

This has been a terrible experience. NEVER book here for a conference! At check in asked to make sure additional night booked went through and was told it was, But I had to get called out of a meeting to come down and ensure that my PREPAID reservation was still good as they were trying to remove us from he hotel! They gave my boyfriend such a hard time that he was late getting to the airport. Upon checkout I asked to make sure we were not double charges, left lots of time for her to check. Front desk said it was all good. This was a lie, since I was charged on my credit card an extra $290! Still not resolved yet. I've worked at hotels, so I understand computer issues, but this is ridiculous. I was lied to multiple times by the staff. Be warned. Stay somewhere else so you don't get charged twice and miss work!

The location is ideal. It's a walk to Pike Place, to the monorail, to the whole town.

Within walking distance of a lot of Downtown Seattle, really close to Pike Place. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they spent money on what counts: bathroom and amenities. Service desk was fantastic, really helpful for the whole stay.

Staff was amazing! Rooms aren't that big but the amenities we're great. The room we stayed in looked as if it was recently refurbished and everything had a cozy feel to it. Great place to stay if you're looking to explore downtown Seattle. It's only a couple blocks away from the transit center and Pike Place Market.

Historical quaint hotel with character and charm. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distances to several restaurants, shops and Pikes Place Market on the waterfront. Rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable. The complimentary wine bar between 5-6 pm is a very nice amenity.

Spring rocks! Rooms are small, but the place is almost 100 years old. Front desk makes you feel right at home. Very knowledgeable about the whats what of the city. Spring recommended Von’s and knocked it out of the park! Any request was met with a quick and efficient response. Location is killer wow!

Staff is so nice. Trying to make up for so many deficiencies in the hotel. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are tiny. I'm not exaggerating. I have a small tush. I can't sit on the toilet without my side tush touching the vanity on one side and the wall on the other. Beds are on the hard side. Lots of dust, set my allergies off. VERY NOISY hallways. You'll hear your neighbors, but even more so the housekeeping staff. They are incredibly noisy. Yelling at each other, and making tons of noise with the thin walls and doors. The location is fantastic, but again, thin walls. You're gonna hear everything outside. They even provide ear plugs because they know this.

Right downtown for a good price. It's an old hotel that's been updated. The rooms are small like the old days. Staff were awesome.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Close to Waterfront and monorail that takes you to the Space Needle and other attractions. Wine tasting in lobby every night between 5 and 6. Only con I would say is the toilets are very small and hard to sit on and I'm not that big a person.

The service was outstanding. The attitude of each staff member was over-the-counter top friendly, quick and helpful. We loved the two connected restaurants and that everything was quick walking distance. Window view of the Bank of America reindeer a bonus! We'll definitely be back!

It's nothing too remarkable but the service is good, the rooms are clean, and everything feels tidy. There isn't much charm but that's honestly the my only complaint. Totally satisfied and would return if I got another good deal (and was back in Seattle).

The bathrooms were very small. It was not possible to use the bathroom felt.

My room was up against the backyard and noisy, due to the many air conditioners outside. Otherwise good clean and friendly. Enough for a weekend trip.

Rooms were small and old. The bathroom was nice though. I loved the fresh apples and wine they provided. Vovitos workers were really nice.

After the symphony, we stopped into the Lodge Sports Grill Downtown. Great service, tasty late night happy hour skillet cookie, and a small weekday crowd. This place has a beautiful, rustic Lodge feel that work be perfect on a rainy day… If not for the 8+ blinding TVs. Still, if you keep your head down, it can be a relaxing spot for a beer.

No breakfast in the hotel, small rooms (with a double bed you could save a lot of space…) But the location is good.

Just a block away from the light rail transit, and a 10 minute walk from the harbour. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathroom is a little small. Staff are friendly. Overall a fairly good experience.

I am very impressed by the staff here at the Executive Hotel Pacific. When we checked in they were very friendly, and when I asked if we were still getting two queen beds, they told me they'd given us a complimentary upgrade to a family suite (which was absolutely perfect, as my brother, SiL, and toddler niece were staying with us). They only have valet parking, but they're very willing to even just grab something from the car (we'd forgotten to take the stroller out of the trunk when we dropped it off). I would happily and enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the location, it's close enough to downtown attractions to be convenient. It's one of the most affordable options in the area. It's clean enough and moderately up to date for its age. Staff are kind and helpful. Some views are nice, mine was awful but not everyone can face the sea. My complaint is noise, the walls are tissue thin. I had a rude neighbor who couldn't understand hotel etiquette and shouted his east-coast business calls at 4:30am PST, but the hotel staff very kindly switched me to another room with no argument.

Was told there was free parking on street by front desk which was true until the morning where I got towed by the city. I understand it was my own fault for not examining street signs properly but if I was recommended to settle for the valet I would have done so as it would have been cheaper than the major fines I had to pay. Arrived late so I understood that room availability was limited but be warned that this means your stuck beside fans outside which are so loud its impossible to sleep. Tried using the hair dryer… it caught on fire. Hotel was very close to the water which was a major plus side. Getting around from this location was very easy and accessible. You get what you pay for. Visibly restored from it's old glory days.

A good value for money hotel, great location to visit Seattle on foot. Pike's market is at 500m, the Soace Needle is 2 Kms away. The service is very nice. Think well to add to the price of your room $41 parking per night in valet parking. That's pretty much the price of all the downtown parking. Breakfast is not included but there is a Starbucks close by and an Italian snack that serves pastries and hot drinks attached to the hotel. The beds are pretty comfortable, without too many springs like a lot of American beds.

Well-maintained hotel ideally located (within walking distance of the city center and market). The prices although high are correct for Seattle (city overall expensive even for Parisians). Note that the parking at the hotel will be charged about forty euros in addition to the room and that there is no breakfast service but many options nearby.
Finally do not be caught if you arrive in late afternoon, in Seattle, the shops sometimes open very early in the morning and often close around 6pm.

Great staff and clean rooms. It's an older building so the rooms are pretty small, the bathroom can feel especially cramped. But the beds are comfortable and the location is great. Easy access to many great bars and restaurants, on of course the market. There's a pizza spot and a bar and grill attached with access from both the lobby and the street.

I'm editing this review a bit today as the hotel manager has been in contact with me trying to fix our payment situation, and was successful in it. While I still wouldn't choose to stay here again, the staff IS pretty wonderful, so if you want a place to stay in the middle of the city, close to everything, can sleep through a LOT of noise (or prepare with earplugs), and TINY contortionist spaces aren't an issue, this may be the place for you! And now, my original review: My husband and I booked this hotel months in advance because it sounded like it would be nice enough to settle in for our 3day Comic-Con adventures at the convention center. We don't mind the walk, so the price seemed appropriate (about $150/night) for a decent room. We checked in Friday night at 4pm to find out that the parking was the building next door and you had to walk around the block to get in and out. More walking, but that wasn't even our issue. Yes, there is an elevator near the lobby, BUT first you have to get to it by going up a small set of stairs. Ok, whatever. Next, elevator had an odd smell which was giving me a headache almost instantly. The halls were tiny and you could already tell that this place was dated and small. The door keycards once getting up there, didn't work, so then we waited to get that fixed so that we could get in. Didn't take THAT long, but things are adding up. Finally in our room, and it is SMALL!

This hotel looks fine from the lobby but once you get into the hallway to go into the room you realize just how small it's going to be. The rooms are TINY. The bathroom is so small you cannot comfortably sit on the toilet. The sink is just that… a sink. There is no counter top or anything you can put your stuff on to get ready. The TV is small and old. The beds are just ok. If you're staying here for a quick one night visit and don't want to pay much for a room that's fine but don't expect to be comfortable. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything going on around you. The only benefit was we got a Groupon and it came with valet service. Although after being here a couple of days we realized we didn't need a car at all. Downtown is only an uber or quick walk away. The best part besides the location was the staff. They have at least been friendly.

Quick walk from King St train station, lovely staff carried our heavy bags up the stairs! Loved the view over the Seattle public library (room 614). Would stay here again.

Staying at the Excutive Hotel Pacific Seattle was overall a good experience. My husband and I stayed in a regular queen room and we were able to score a deal on Groupon, which included a valet parking voucher. The location of the hotel is in great spot if you are looking to explore downtown Seattle with great shops, resaurants, cafe, and spas nearby. As for the room it was small but it was a pleasant surprise to have remodeled bathroom. Another thing is the walls seem quite thin and you can hear people walking down the hall but it is not something to not stay again. Customer service was great and staff was really friendly. This hotel is what you pay for and if you are looking to spent most of your time enjoying the city without paying an outrageous price to stay over night.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a quick weekend trip to Seattle for Valentine's Day. From start to finish our service and amenities were excellent. Our room wasn't quite ready at check-in, so Jennifer, who was already very busy, upgraded our room and got us checked in promptly. Upon getting into our room, it was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The hotel itself is quaint, charming and located conveniently within walking distance of Cap Hill, Pikes Market, Bell Town, and any other adventure you could dream of Downtown Seattle. The entire staff was incredibly informative and friendly, and the room was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying at the Executive Hotel Pacific.

Decent value for the money. After reading prior reviews, we knew room would be small and there would be some quirky things considering the building is built in 1928. Bed was comfy and staff was nice. Free wine hour was good too. Room had noisy heater so sleep was not perfect. We would stay again.

Man, people sure are picky! Here's what I look for when I go to a hotel in order: A: Cleanliness. B: Price C: Location. D: Comfort. E: Does everything work properly (bathroom, tv, iron, lights, etc. ) Executive Hotel gets a A rating in all of these categories. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a gym room which I used multiple times. They have an attached bar and grill which is open late with awesome staff. They even have free wine tasting. The price for the location is unbeatable. It's 2 minutes from the light rail that connects directly to the airport… for 3 bucks! How can you beat that price? I admit if you are driving, the parking might be expensive, but why not take advantage of Seattle's super cheap and efficient public transport? When I stayed there it was super quiet too… I didn't really expect that based on other reviews. Everyone that rates this less than 5 stars has some issues.

My team was there to use a conference room and it was very dark! We ordered coffee and water up to the room and it took much longer than expected, for the presentation (coffee in a box from vivito and a cup of sugars and cream). I would think 20 minutes to be reasonable, but 45 felt too long. Staff was all very nice. Will choose another location downtown next time.

Doorman was the only good experience. They put off a perfume bomb before we entered the room which almost made us turn around. No amenities, no customer service at reception, room not ready at check in time. Worst hotel in Seattle.

The hotel uses central air during summer months only. If its a hot April or May, you will be out of luck. They do offer an electric fan tho. Other than the heating issue, the hotel is okay.

The rooms are "Harry Potter-room under the stairs" small. There are NO amenities. The price is OUTRAGEOUS for the facility and quality. A motel 8 is better.

The Doorman was the only good part of the experience. Parking is next door, 4 floors up and roughly $20 a day. The walls are paper thin as we noted after the domestic dispute next door to up knocked the pictures off the wall. Room service comes from the shady Bodega in the parking complex. I couldn't sit on the toilet as the space between the wall and the sink was only 13inches wide. Buuut. It's cheap and in downtown Seattle, just go get high and have random adventures instead of staying in your god awful hotel room.

Location is decent, close to the light rail (2 blocks away). Small room and tiny bathroom. Older building so the hallways and carpet are dated. AC was adequate. Only 1 elevator working which was a pain. Free Wi-Fi. Meet our needs, which was a weekend to check the Seahawks game.

The room was very small as we had 4 of us. With 2 it might have been better. We arrived early and were told we could check in early and then our keys would not work. We had to walk down 4 floors to the lobby 4 separate times to get a new set of keys, did not work each time. There was only 1 small elevator working for the hotel and it was busy. We were only able to get into our 1 time as a friendly staff member made it work. That was it. We came back and over 8 hours later our keys still did not work and finally moved down one level to another room as the night bell man had to call the "auditor" and take apart the door key assembly. Very frustrating, and will never stay here again. Pros, bathroom although small was decent, and the staff members we dealt with were accommodating.

I was disappointed in our stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific. The hotel's downtown Seattle location was great; its service was, frankly, bad. The hotel is within walking distance of many downtown Seattle attractions; however, we ended up getting a good location that sacrificed both customer service and room quality. Our room had multiple electrical issues, at least two of which were safety concerns (one lamp with a broken socket and exposed wires; another lamp with a shade that had clearly been scorched). The bathroom had just one light fixture; one of the two bulbs was burned out, leaving the room rather dark. We requested not once, but twice that the hotel staff replace the burned out bulb; in our two-night stay, the problem was not fixed. On check-out, we informed the desk staff about the problem a final time, and the only response was, along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear that. I'll take your valet parking off the bill. " Since we didn't have a car to park, that meant we received nothing but lip-service for the Executive Hotel Pacific's poor response to our legitimate problem with our room. The Executive Hotel Pacific is trying to remodel and realign itself as a more modern, high-class accommodation; so far, it's failing. If you're looking for a hotel in downtown Seattle, look elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend the Executive Hotel Pacific. They might be worth trying again in several years, but I, personally, wouldn't chance it.

Very nice service and great room at a low price. Also within walking distance to everything.
