The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you order room service and eat red meat, try the marketplace steak. Do not get the risotto with chicken, it is rice with onions and a very dry piece of chicken. We equated to what you used to get on airlines years ago.

Friend of mine was recently sexually harassed by several men in the elevator and hallway to her room. When she complained to the hotel staff they simply told her they could do nothing about it but offered to move her room to a different one that would have been a downgrade from the room she was already paying for without a comp in price.

The hotel is under renovations. There is no lobby. The executive lounge is very poor.

Service was great, the staff were super helpful. Our room was reasonable, if a bit outdated in terms of furnishings and decor. The view was less than stunning, but it's downtown, so fair enough. The hotel bar off the lobby was a bit of a dim, windowless box that made me a little bit sad every time I passed through the lobby. All in all, our stay was perfectly fine, and not at all exceptional.

Room I shared with my friend was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. I ordered breakfast for room service one of the busy early mornings I had there and the food was okay but could've been a lot better for the price.

Location was perfect, easy access to public transit and a short walk to pikes place. Big shout out to the day time asst manager for making sure our stay was exactly as we booked. Also recommend their morning breakfast, it was awesome!

Great hotel with very helpful staff and good amenities. Only downside was only 2 elevators were working when we stayed, so it was a long wait for the elevator most times but it didn't really effect anything for us. Great hotel. Also nice and clean.

I travel a lot. My thoughts were you can't go wrong at a Hilton. Wrong. I agree with one of the other reviews that these are old rooms that have been upgraded. It is easily the worst Hilton I have visited. I must compliment management though. Management is very understanding and helpful. The concierge never returned my phone call, however. Depending upon where you want to visit there are other Hilton properties closer to the action that I will stay should I return to Seattle. I will not return to this Hilton. I could itemize more specifics but I think keeping my review more succinct is best.

We paid extra to upgrade to a high floor with skyline view and it was definitely not worth it just for the breakfast and the happy hour. The room was tiny and outdated. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, stiff and lumpy. Not sleeping well makes the trip all around less enjoyable. I’ve stayed at much nicer Hiltons for less and gotten more. I’m disappointed overall but it did have a decent view aside from the construction. The staff was friendly and that’s the only thing that was positive. Not sure I’ll be making use of my Hilton honors membership after this.

Downtown location is nice so you are within walking distance of many Seattle attractions. Based on the room rate, I would have hoped that the rooms were a little more spacious. Also, when considering how high the nightly rate is, do you really need to charge $45 for your guests to park? Bedding is very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is very weak (which may just be a casualty of being in Seattle). Quite a few dining options nearby. Most are on the pricey side. Family dining options in the immediate area are somewhat limited. Staff has been a mixed bag with some being naturally friendly and helpful and others not noticing that you are a guest in their hotel. Not a bad hotel but I certainly would have expected quite a bit more based on the reputation and rate.

I stayed here for one night with my kids, I had forgotten to pack pajamas for myself and called the front desk to request for a robe so I could walk around my kids and be comfortable without wearing the same outfit I wore all day while exploring the city, the front desk said the robes are for “executive members” and because I was not one, I couldn’t get one. They could not spare ONE robe for one night, I even told the front desk that I don’t have sleepwear and she replied “oh… ”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because they lack customer service but hey, you get what you pay for. P. S, no valet parking service, no luggage assistant, no cart to roll your belongings on or maybe you had to physically request it and you may get denied because you’re not an EXECUTIVE MEMBER.

Dated Hotel. Parking was expensive, the room was very small and the beds were old spring beds. The AC didn't work properly. For the price in Seattle they should have better hotels… Stay away from the Hilton though.

I stayed on 23rd floor and the room had a great view of downtown Seattle. The rooms weren't the fanciest, but they were clean and nice enough. The staff at the bar were very friendly and the food made for a great late night snack. The hotel is located in the middle of downtown, within two blocks of the lite rail station and a quick walk to Pike's place.

The hotel is definitely a more dated hotel, but they've kept up with it and have taken care of it nicely. It still has a more modern feel, but still some signs of being built in another time. The windows are able to be opened, which is awesome and something you rarely see. The bed and pillows were top notch, very comfy and they made it hard to leave. When we got there, the bathtub was clogged, but staff quickly remedied that issue. That wasn't after somehow managing to get about one inch of standing water on the floor. The shower pressure is off the charts, almost too strong for my liking, and I think it blasted right past the shower curtain. The executive breakfast was nice, although navigating between the tables and breakfast line was difficult. Overall, it was a pleasant staff and a nice hotel.

Good location and most of the rooms are good sized. Be aware that the XX01 rooms are awful. There is 1 per floor and they feel like they are converted broom closets. I was put in 2001 to begin with and the door touches the bedding. Gross. Even though there was room on the other side of the bed so the bed could have been placed to not be in the way of the door. Also, these are right off the elevator lobby and you can hear the elevator all night. Then there was this sensor thing hanging by the door. Maintenance came up and said, " it's a motion sensor for the HVAC, but there were no batteries in it so it was non functional anyway. " Additionally, the light switches we're gross. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. This was not the Hilton experience I'm use to and I was very dissatisfied. They said it was the room level I paid for. This was not true, I got a deal on the Hilton website for booking 3 months in advance, not because of room type. The staff said there was nothing they could do. The next morning, I talked to the front desk staff again (different group of people) and they changed my room to a very nice room.

Nice rooms, good views, really nice location in downtown. Could use some upgrades, though — the door lock still uses the swipe cards for entry making them incompatible with the Hilton NFC door key app, the air conditioning units are louder than in other Hilton hotels, the TVs are older and lack features and connectivity compared to other Hiltons. Nothing wrong with quaint, just don't expect all your Hilton amenities you're used to in other Hilton hotels working 100% here.

They were very accommodating. Had to rearrange our room specs at the last minute and they got right on it. We also needed an early check in and it was promptly taken care of. Thank you, Christina @SeattleHilton. Any stress or anxiety we may have had was relieved in minutes. Clean rooms & efficient staff.

Bed was very comfortable, room was tucked into a corner and quiet. Shower was kinda small and the water temp varied a lot. Overall for the price it was ok but nicer hotels are right nearby for similar cost.

Very comfortable stay for the weekend. Rooms are great for either business or pleasure. Hilton members get a complimentary breakfast on the top floor. All the amenities you would expect of a downtown Hilton property. The only setback was the dining. We felt the food was subpar for the property. Recommend you eat on the town.

Had an executive suite, small but comfortable. Great amenities, including access to the executive lounge. The TV in the room is a bit old and dated, but the beds were amazingly comfortable… passed out rather quickly. Sadly, slept too late to try the continental breakfast.

Location is great and rooms are fairly large. The rooms were also quiet, which is always nice when staying in a downtown hotel. Staff though I felt was below average for a Hilton property. The rooms were also a bit dated compared to other properties I have stayed at recently, though not the bed or lights but power outlets, heater, window covers, etc. I was the only person checking in and it took a really long time. The person acted more annoyed than anything. Very different experience from the Hilton fashion district I stayed at last week.

Good but not great Hilton. Great location and overall good for the prices. Although it’s an old building, my room was nicely updated. Very slow elevators, and the digital key was slow to activate the elevators. Concierge lounge was meh… I’ve had better breakfasts at most other Hilton lounges, and it closed fairly early in the evening (I appreciate the lounges at many Hilton properties that allow 24 hour access to water and soft drinks).

Very nice staff and place. Centrally situated for convenience. I was a little shocked at the price for overnight parking ($45 USD) but that was easily offset by the free drinks we had in the executive lounge. Very comfortable beds and pillows. In fact, the pillows were so nice that I looked at the tag to find out what they were (Classic Too — Down Dreams). Highly recommended hotel.

Very nice hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and attractions. Biggest downside is the $45/ night parking. If you don't have a car, this is no problem. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful time from the executive lounge (which was super packed with a party went we went up there) to the room service which was pretty darn delicious. The room was a little on the smaller size and the view was alright. But it was a really nice stay overall and they were really awesome about it.

Lovely bed and linens. I was a late check in, so there were not any of the room type I reserved on hand, but they upgraded me to the executive level so I could have extra amenities. Staff were all friendly. Bar is relaxing, fireplace and sofa seating as well as tables.

Everything in the hotel was rich, and the beds were comfortable, but I had to pay Wi-Fi, and there was cold wind everywhere.

Dated room. No USB plug ins, the TV was old school. The bathroom was smaller then small. Bed is so old and sunken in. Old furniture. Don’t sell these rooms to paying customers, until you’ve upgraded. Old smell to the room and even the floor. Super sad, would not recommend. Walked through Sheraton looking at the Gingerbread Village, it’s nicer there for sure. Hilton Honors member and get the $h! t end of the stick.

Great view, clean, friendly. Very noisy heater. Breakfast is not very diverse. Evening lounge is nice. Card is needed for elevator. Privacy setting and door lock is available. Gym room available. Free Wi-Fi available by registering with Hilton honour. However, I needed to enter the code couple of times a day.

Overall we had a good experience. We asked for partial bay view and the view was definitely very partial… but the room was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The only issue is that it's quite a while to get from the parking ramps to the actual rooms. The elevators don't work great and at times we spent 20 mins getting from the car to the room.

I stayed here for 3 days in executive suite in Sept. Once cab drops you at hotel, you have go inside the entrance. There is an Avis counter and Hilton representative shall be there to help you out. You need to take elevator and press L to go to the lobby which is at some floor. Hotel restaurant is right besides the lobby. The executive suite room comes with executive lounge access, which is at the top floor and to be used for complimentary breakfast & evening reception. After checking in you will be given room key card which you need to insert to go to your room's floor or for accessing executive lounge. The floor corridor is narrow and although nicely decorated, is a bit aged. My room was single standard king size bedroom with standard amenities. Bathroom don't have bathtub. Bathrobes & room slippers were provided. But the highlight of the room is the mesmerizing 27th floor view of the city. The view at executive lounge has equally fantastic view of the other side of the city. Although lounge was kind of small & congested. Breakfast and the evening reception food/drinks options were limited. There is no swimming pool and smoking room (federal rule). Ordered dinner once from hotel restaurant and the food was good & hot. It is located right in middle of downtown so you can walk to Seattle waterfront or convention center or city center.

Nicely located. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, except the seagulls. Strange entrance in what feels like a side door, up a couple stairs, up an elevator, and no signage to find the lobby and registration. Elevators are really slow but nice business amenities.

Great rooms and located downtown within walking distance from the convention center. The inside bar and restaurant area are fancy and pretty clean. The front desk ladies are also very nice. I like that the restroom and sink are separated by a door unlike other hotels that have them all in one.

The room are clean and contemporary. We have a nice view on our room. One issue, though, is that with a hotel this expensive, you'd think they'd have more help. We went to the bar for happy hour, and there was only the bartender there. She had to take out appetizer order and our drink order and serve us as well. She did a fine job considering that she was alone. Then, for breakfast this morning, they had only three servers, and the servers were so busy they didn't have time to clear tables so more people could sit. Their restaurant is supposedly good, but considering that it's in the bar area, I'm not convinced that we'd be served in a timely fashion. They just need to hire more people, but I guess this is what happens when there's a mandatory $15 minimum wage — they don't hire more people than they think they can get away with.

Average experience. Not amazing, but not bad. Concierge lounge is nice with good food. My room feels a bit dated but not too bad. Exercise room has nice equipment although the router is not large. Overall it's a good place to stay.

So disappointed. I'm a Gold Hilton member so I chose this as the write up on hotel made it sound good. So overpriced. Room adequate but the bathroom is so small you can't dry off from the shower without stepping out of the tub area. So poorly designed. Paid extra for concierge room. The worst I've ever seen. Small, food fair, wine and beer selection small and cheap. Did not go to evening reception after first night. Breakfast poor. Again no room, seats. There is nothing I can recommend about this hotel.

Recently renovated. Great location. Friendly staff. We had the only suite on the executive floor but would not recommend it. Bathroom is tiny with shower ceiling at eyebrow level. Air-conditioning is noisy, making clicking sounds every 15 minutes. Entrance to the room is severely cramped with a desk right in the way. Second room is spacious with a bar and stools. Entrance to the suite should be through this room and bedroom door should be blocked off. Executive lounge is nice but very basic food selections.

Our corner suite was the best! A little awkwardly spaced with a desk at the immediate entrance. It would make a little more sense to open the suite at the first door. But everything was clean and comfortable. Very happy with the room.

Beyond disappointed with this hotel. We booked 3 rooms months in advance. Upon calling for a special request, the person we spoke with somehow managed to cancel rooms, ignore the request, and then was unable to re-book the rooms at the same rates we originally booked. We eventually (after much back and forth) were able to get that sorted out. Upon arriving, the rooms we had requested were not given to us after all that hassle. After our checkout, each person that had put a card down for a room received a charge for nearly $700 on each credit card. They were all charged this "on accident. " It has been nearly 2 weeks, countless calls to this hotel, and we have still not been refunded. On top of all of this, my sister, who was in another room, left some items and had called to have them shipped back to her. She was charged multiple times for this shipment, nearly $40. She called to confirm they were sent, as she has not received them, and was told there is no "paper trail" of shipments out of the hotel, so they could not confirm if or when they were actually sent to her. This hotel experience was beyond chaotic. No attempts were made to offer any sort of compensation for any of these countless mistakes. I've generally had positive experiences with Hilton hotels, but this was enough to make me not return. From start to finish it had been difficult. These rooms were way too expensive for all of the hassle.

I was only at the hotel for a company event, not an overnight guest. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was reasonably priced considering it's downtown Seattle. It's a little difficult to get downtown, especially during peak traffic times. MOD pizza is right across the street and very delicious!

Room was listed as being ocean view, but you can only see some ocean if you look at the correct angle out the window. The TV's don't have HDMI so you can't use your own Chromecast or anything. Internet jack didnt work and the Wi-Fi is only b/g.

The executive lounge is newly remodeled, very Chic and modern. Friendly staff offer drinks and food at happy hour. Near Pike street market and local shopping.

It's a great location for the downtown area. The rooms were typical the size of Hilton hotel room. It was nice that the gym was up to date. For being a typical Hilton Hotel in a very old building I was surprised at how expensive it was. And by the way the digital key and phone app were extremely and painfully slow. Don't waste your time getting it.

Dont accept a room on the 14th floor. You will have the roof of the parking house right outside. Dont bother to mention it. If you get the room 1401 its to be aside the freeway with the elevators running upp and down. Aside the view and noise the room is from the eigthis. They charge extra for Wi-Fi — im surprised I didnt meet a dionosar in the elevator.

Very friendly staff. The flavoured water in the lobby was a nice touch. The rooms were as expected (maybe a little dated) and the lounge was great. I love that they are now offering free alcoholic beverages in the lounge.

After a subpar stay at the hilton's cramped rooms, I realized one of my $70 pendants had fallen off of the string. I called back and the menu directed me to reservations and I had asked if there was a way to see if housekeeping had found it. The woman rudely told me that this was reservations and not her job to handle that, to call housekeeping. There was no option for "housekeeping" and is it that hard to route my call? Enjoy my anniversary pendant, Hilton, because you'll never enjoy my patronage after this point.

Enjoyed the location, and the room itself was pretty good. The bay window is uncommon for hotels so it stands out a bit, not in a bad way. Appreciated the water with fruit infused in the lobby every day. Only complaint is that this hotel doesn't have a pool or hot tub! I thought all Hilton's would have that, but not this one. Keep it in mind!

I cannot attest to the quality of the rooms at the hotel, but the event center is excellent. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the event center and bar were of a very high quality. I would happily go to another event here.

Service is not great. They do have a lot of amenities but it's not your typical Hilton service. Food was average, elevators confusing at first, parking a pain, bathroom with someone else's hair stuck to wall, and just not friendly at checkin. They do have nice views from concierge lounge and the top floor. The bar area is nice but ensure you know the happy hour details as they don't communicate that with you and the bill can be more expensive. Also, had been charged twice for my dinner bill once I checked the room charges at checkout.

The room is small and the building is apparently more than one hundred years old, the view is not that good as you can only see the highway and some skyline. Executive lounge is kind of small but that is alright since it's a smaller hotel The service however is incredibly good and better than most of the hiltons I stayed.

Stayed on the 24th floor. The service was awesome. The room was tiny however. Took a little bit to figure out the elevators. The crepes at breakfast were amazing.

Very nice staff, pretty clean hotel! For the amenities and the price I got the room for, it's great value. Very close to the Pike Place Market too! Only downside is the Wi-Fi can improve.

The only bad thing was that we were told there was free parking with our reservation but when we arrived, we had to pay for parking anyways. That was annoying but everything else was great. The people were friendly, especially Jimmy, the doorman. He was super kind and helpful!

Room was clean. Service was great. I didn't try the food as it was more pricy than the street restaurants, but I would go again on business. I would go cheaper if it were on my dime.

By far the worst hilton I have ever stayed at. The key card scanner for my room didn't work so if I ever wanted to get into my room it was a Neverending struggle trying with multiple keys. The employees there told me this has been broken for a long time… seems to me they are too cheap to make things work properly… When I finally got into the room I turned on the TV only to find their TV listing is completely wrong. This is not that big of a deal but it shows how misorganized and lazy they are for not having up to date information for their customers. Then finally I wake up to take a shower only to find that the shower is broken and I cannot take an actual shower. All I get is an apology and I still had to pay 43.00 to park there for 12 hours. This is the shadiest place ever. Stay away!

1. Bathroom had numerous problems. Faucet difficult to twist, toilet pressed up against rub, and the water is scalding. 2. TV has no HDMI port.

Love this place. While the hot water did not work properly, the stay in their executive lounge was great. All you can eat and drink between 5 to 7pm for free.

Stayed at this hotel for the Monday Night Football game. It's a great location, clean hotel, and a friendly staff.

We just spend a few days in this great location hotel, it's by far the best service in Seattle, Big thank you to all the friendly staff, in particular Ricardo in the lounge and the front desk, you guys rock! I stayed at hotel Hiltons and we never had such a good time. We definitely come back next month.

I stayed in the hotel for my first night in Seattle (6/11/2015) after driving across the country to relocate. I was met by James and Cae, both transplants from out of town as well. It was THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced, and I have been in hospitality for 20 years. Take a note from these two at the front desk! They were helpful in every way from my room to where to eat, as well as the easiest way to get around. They were warm, welcoming and spent time answering questions and making it an extraordinary personal experience, rather than robotic answers, or rushing me quickly. I look forward to a staycation with them again, and will book with them for out of town visitors when they arrive. Thank you Cae and James!

My wife and I Stayed here for 2 weeks on business. Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and eager to help whenever they could. I was able to walk to most sites from this hotel and that was great. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many hot options. They went out of their way to tend to our every need. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were high quality feather pillows. Every day, when they make your bed, you get complimentary bottled waters. At most hotels, you have to pay for them. We stayed on the 28th floor. Our view was fantastic. We could see almost all of Seattle from our window. The Space Needle was visible. If you're a Diamond or Gold Member, you get complimentary breakfast between 630-930am. It is not your typical continental breakfast. They have everything like eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, different cereals, juices, yogurts, and pastries. I appreciated that even after checking out, they held our luggage for the rest of the day until it was time to catch our flight. The Wi-Fi is a huge bonus for me since I was also working from the hotel room Would love to stay here again. The customer service was the best ever from the staff! We parked in their parking lot and it was our first time in Seattle. The only complement I have is the Parking lot is cramped and if you have a truck/SUV it is not easy to park. * Parking lot is shared with WAC building so it can take up to 20 minutes to leave the parking lot if you leave at the wrong time, like I did.

I will be clear that we didn't stay here BUT received the BEST customer service ever from the staff! We parked in their parking lot and it was our first time in Seattle. James and Cae assisted us in finding both the typical places to see and eat as well as the hidden treasures (Including a troll! ). I will make a point of staying there next time. If their employees/customer service reflects 1/10 of that hotel, its still worth its weight in gold! thanks again James and Cae for making our trip a memorable one, I still have my Starry map.

Provided transportation to and from the local hospital that serves 5 states and had reasonably price parking and good front desk help.

Overall Pleased. Rooms are clean and the T executive lounge is very nice with a great view. Staff was very friendly.

Save this from a long and boring review I will right it in point form. * Parking lot is cramped and if you have a truck/SUV it is not easy to park. * Parking lot is shared with WAC building so it can take up to 20 minutes to leave the parking lot if you leave at the wrong time, like I did. * You have to walk through a bar/restaurant to get to the lobby, not a comforting welcome if you are with your family like myself. * I was told that I have a room on the 14th floor, I tried the key to the told room and it didnt work, had to leave my family in the hall and come back to get a new key, was given a new key but it still didnt work, I called the front desk they sent a security officer to let us know that our room is actually on the 23rd floor hence the keys are not working. * When something like this occurs usually, for good customer service, the hotel makes up with giving something eg. Internet, parking etc. But in this case nothing was given or even a phone call to apologize. * This mistake was a result of the front desk attendant being distracted as she was having her dinner and no one else was there to check us in. * The room was clean and the view was good. * To summarize, I did not have the best experience due to the following reason: * hotel design * parking * service Next time, I will pay half the price and stay at lower star hotel (free internet and parking) and will be more comfortable.

The only two thing I would like to say is that they are completely incompetent and rude. They are very lucky my brother is visiting from Japan for my younger brother's wedding and that I work for Hilton. I literally cannot believe how disrespectful every single person has been.

I would not recommend for low income individuals. For what I paid for the hotel ($180 thanks to Expedia), the room itself was very good. The bed was really comfortable, and everything appeared to be clean. It also smelled clean, too. The reason I would not recommend this hotel is because to me the cost of everything was not worth it. This hotel is cheap in the sense that they will SQUEEZE every penny out of you that they can. They charge you 11 dollars for parking for less than 30 minutes in their parking garage, despite it being practically empty, they don't have any sort of breakfast included in the price of your hotel, and honestly it was confusing getting inside of the hotel. You couldn't take the "entrance", you had to go through the parking garage. All in all, one night, I was satisfied enough but never ever again. This hotel could pass for a very good 2 star hotel, but it is a poor 3 star hotel. Especially for the price, holy crap.

I was expected a more up to date hotel. I did notice as we were leaving that new renovations are coming in 2014. Just wish I would have known prior to booking. Electrical wires were out of the wall and it just made the place look tacky. The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom was setup horrible. The actually shower and toilet area was so tight with the door being right in the way. It was hard to move around in there. I wasn't extremely dissatisfied, but I wasn't 100% happy either.
