Don’t go there for money the value for money yes if you got a good deal. There was a leak in the bathroom. They did not fix it in three days we were there. We asked for tea bag instead of coffee were told to go buy our own. So basic room only kind of deal. But definitely clean and decent.

I stayed with my little family The people in charge are always nice and polite Everything was clean. I highly recommend Sutton suites!

This hotel picks you up from the airport, takes you to the hotel for a night, takes you to the port and picks you up at the port after your cruise and takes you back to the airport. This is the main reason I picked Sutton Suites. Our room was large and clean with a small kitchenette. We had 3 rooms. The staff did enter the rooms without knocking. We heard several guests complaining about this as well as experienced it. The lobby is very small. There is no elevator. Breakfast was general hotel food but my grandson and his parents were a little late getting to breakfast and the food was being put away. They went to the back and got him milk for his cereal. The front desk was helpful with information about nearby restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable. There was a mix up the next morning and some people who were scheduled to go to the port at noon were told they had to go at 10 am. We were scheduled to go at 10 am but had to wait until the shuttle came back from taking the noon group. We still had plenty of time to make it to the port. We called upon getting through customs and were picked up within 25 minutes and easily made our 11 am flight. The driver was courteous and pleasant. Some people were complaining about things in their room not working but ours was fine.

It's no Holiday Inn but it has beds and a shower and good hosts. Worked for us to have a place to stay before an early morning flight. Sure the rooms weren't gorgeous but we weren't looking for perfect. We wanted safe and reasonably priced and a decent bed. They even made sure the room was big enough to fit our travel crib for our baby. Worked for us!

Shuttle driver needs to learn how to be a professional driver. He has no common courtesy whatsoever.

Out dated room old furniture old carpet with stains. Been here almost two months they have raised the price 3 times. They only have 1 maid. Like the location and size of rooms it was a okay afforable place before the raised the price not worth 120 a night smh terrible for that price I can go to a 3 star room … Unbelievable … If u rebook room online they want u to check out and check back in at 3 very con artist unprofessional ran …

If there was anything lower that 1 star this hotel management would deserve it. Customer service sucks and I suggest if you have questions do not trust that front desk employees know the accurate answers because the "Manager" will not back up her employees mistakes. Theres a Motel 6 down the road that has better service then this place.

Bad service, had to get key fixed twice, several things in room didn't work or broken. Don't come hete.

It's an ok place though the rooms are very outdat. Grounds are dirty and unkept. While walking to my car was asked twice if I had a smoke.

Clean, dated a bit. Staff was very helpful. I'd park and stay again. Close to SeaTac.

A place to sleep and shower. However I was very disappointed that, when I booked this room, I was promised a pickup at the airport. When we landed and called, I was informed there was no driver, but I was assured that a driver was available all night. It was only 7pm. I am in an unfamiliar area and having to find a ride to this hotel and tired after flying all day. I had to pay for my own taxi, and then complained to hotel and they credited my cars back for the taxi fair. I am glad they gave me my money back, however I was disappointed that I was assured of a ride and then it was in available.

Typical budget motel. Clean. Suites r decent size. Great location. I'll stay here again.

Clean, friendly and over priced. The Continental breakfast was very sparse and the coffee was not good.

At first the place looks run down, but once your in your room it look nothing like it's outer shell. The room are clean, spacious nice and big. They need help with those their customer service but all in all I would stay again.

Nasty old rooms with hunderds of stains in the carpet, also with staff at the frontdesk who just do not care at all and act if they are going to let personel fix the rooms asap. I do NOT recommend this hotel, ever.

I stayed here just for one evening and I left my wedding ring on the table. As soon as I realized I had forgotten it I gave them a call. They notified me that they found it and would mail it to me. When it failed to arrive the manager told me that she personally mailed it but did not get a tracking number because she did not want to go through the trouble. She also stated, "there is nothing else she will do for me. " The hotel was disgusting and on top of that the manger stole my wedding ring. This is the only hotel that has ever treated me this way and it was by far the most disgusting.

Only got a star becuase its a 24hr shuttle to airport. Rooms are gross! The water for a shower is luke warm at best. Payed 25$ extra to do a early check in to come into a room that looks as if it wasnt vaccumed and has cobwebs in bathroom. Stains all over floor and blankets on bed. Shouldn't be charging the price they do completel rip off if I had a mobil transportation I would cancel this and go elsewhere. Ohh and the deadbolt is bearly hanging on to the wall.

Convenient to the local airport, but I'd look elsewhere if possible. Based on the observed clientele, I'm not sure the area (and the facility itself) are all that safe for children. Reception at the front desk was less than welcoming; I was not able to get a working key card to my room door after three return trips to the front desk. Finally I was told that I could either put up with this limitation, or leave… and I'm quite sure I didn't say anything to provoke anybody. Supposedly, someone would be available to let me back into my room if I needed to step out (which I did), but I ended up having to wait for over an hour in a totally UNATTENDED front lobby before someone finally appeared to open my door. In that lobby, I watched a pretty long line of newly-arriving guests form, some of them having to wait as long as I did for service of any kind. Overall, the place left me with a sense of deferred maintenance, unhappy employees and mismanagement.

I read the reviews still went, it was inexpensive and I got a suite. Shuttle driver was great and the two consierges I encountered were sweet. Yeah its outdated stuff but I dont mind. I wanted a place to rest overnight in comfort and I got it.

We, three ladies of age 67, 70 and above 80 booked this hotel because it has rooms with 3 beds. When we arrived we found this hotel does not have elevator. I asked girl on the front desk if she can give us a room on the first floor because it is very hard for us to take luggage upstairs. She told there is no room on first floor and she does not have anybody to help us because here is short staff today. She was very rude and she told if we can take our luggage on the upper floor we can go to another hotel. She give us number in the upper building on the second floor but explained if we do not want to use stairs we can go up to the hill and enter second floor from the back door/ We did so. When we tired from walking up to the hill come to our room we found out it is occupied by women and children. The women explained us she is going to stay two more nights. She called on the front desk and was told we have to go back to get another room. I took the phone and explained I'm not going to walk back and force. After this? the lady from front desk come to us and brought another key from the room across hallway. Unfortunately this room was occupied also. Finally she found a room for us on the FIRST FLOOR (you remember it was no available room on the first floor). The lady from the room helped us to take our luggage downstairs. The that we got was for at least three people however it was one cup? one glass and one vine glass. The sheets on the sofa were dirty with some hairs.

The receptionist Danielle was beyond nice. He offered to take us wherever we needed to go in the morning, without us asking. He also offered to come get us if there were any issues with our car rental placr. Our stay was nice and they had a small but good breakfast.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Called for a Shuttle 5 times and it never came, had to take a taxi. Pulled up to an outdated looking hotel with a musky smell. And there was nobody at the front desk. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up. Finally got our room and it's is outdated and has a bad smell. Do NOT book this hotel. Way overpriced and that staff is horrible.

Called for a shuttle from the airport 4 times and got no answer so was forced to find a taxi. Was given a room that was filthy and just stayed in twice and when I finally got a clean room, I was woken up out of a dead sleep to be charged more money. This hotel is piss poor and should be shut down.

Great service, cheap pricing, hard to find tho. I'll come back if im in the area.

It was the most disgusting hotel room I've ever been in my life there was blood on the sheets the garbage can was under the kitchen sink catching water my wife pubes on the toilet we walked in and walked out terrible place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Once you make a res, they take your money & run! They will NOT give you back ANY $$ even if you cancel 3 weeks in advance. who does that in 2015? greedy! stay away!

Worst service we have ever received a hotel. Very dirty bathroom, horrible breakfast selection and the shuttle service is VERY unreliable. Told us they would pick us up at 10:30, then pushed it back to 11. Then said would be 20 minutes late. Didnt end up getting us until 12:30 pm. Do not stay here. Doesn't matter how cheap it is, not worth the price.

Lots of spiders lots. Pot smoke in the hall way as we walk to your room several times. Bathroom was well stocked til the last few days. I don't know of sheets were changed when they did clean I think they just remade the beds but I could be wrong. We did request a non smoking room and found out it wasn't.

This is hands down the most foul and unsettling hotel I've ever encountered. I don't believe the sheets were changed between guests after finding hair and crumbs between the sheets. Piles of dust in the corners make me wonder when it was vacuumed last. Forget about relying on their breakfast bar for edible food too. The orange and Apple juice dispenser tasted so acidic that it was probably molding inside and I was too scared to touch the milk jug left out on the counter. Overall, you'd be better off sleeping in the airport terminal than spending money at this establishment.
