The room was relatively clean and the air conditioning worked. Beyond that, the experience overall was pretty miserable. The day we arrived the hot water wasn't working, and the shower and sink weren't draining properly. We contacted the front desk twice regarding this but no one was ever sent to repair it. The hot water did begin working the next day, so it's possible it was fixed without our involvement. The draining issue, however, was never resolved. We also requested additional pillows three times. Each time the front desk advised they were sending some up, but we never got them. The room was in overall poor condition, with floor tiles broken and graffiti scratched into the table. We would definitely avoid staying here in the future.

Nice and clean place near to airport. Front desk was very helpful. I checked in early morning and she helped me to quickly move into my room. Spacious rooms with neat and clean linen. Best value for money near to airport.

Overall, a clean and reasonable accommodation. The front desk people were cordial but not warm and receptive. There are very few amenities, such as a small bar of soap and cable. However, television reception was horrible on all channels. I was in a nonsmoking room, yet felt overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. My room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. This made transporting luggage challenging. Finally, the vending machines were expensive, with a tiny bag of chips costing nearly $2.00. I put. 75 cents in the machine but lost it when I decided against purchasing. Advantage: The area was safe, and convenient to bus transportation.

Shuttle service was not appropriate, I had to ring 3 times to get a driver into the airport despite having sent 2 emails requesting a pick up at 10.30pm. I have to wait 45 min for my shuttle from airport to motel. Then nobody informed me that you have to book in advance the shuttle motel to airport… again another 30 min wait at the reception for the shuttle. Additionally, no free Wifi, no toiletries in the room so I could not wash my hair. It was an absolute rip off, massively overpriced for the service offered. I won't stay again.

It was the WORST stay ever in a motel, the room were horrible and even though I tried to make do the service was just as bad. The clerks were and the supervisor made no effort to correct the problem I had until the last day of my stay and they were not knowledgeable about anything that I (we) brought to their attention. They OVERCHARGE me for your me and gave special rate to others. They don't clean the rooms unless you completely check out I guess, because I had ask for my room to be clean everyday. The microwave in the room was horrifying, and was never taken out and two morning we woke up to roach and told supervisor and nothing was done. I would strip the beds so I would make sure the sheets and blanket would get change and would return to room only to find the things that I took off were just put back so I go down to the office and request new blankets and sheets and only get sheet because they did not have blanket. There was no Iron in the room and if you need one you had to go to the office and ask for one and leave you ID until you brought it back. There was no toothpaste, shampoo only small bars of soap for those of us who did not bring their own. We went to the store and purchase Lysol cleaning supplies and Spray to keep the room up to our standard as much as possible but if I could have moved at the time I would have quick, fast and in a hurry. The very last clerk that I spoke with on the day of checkout would have to have been the friendliest of all.

This hotel is just the basics. Sheets are a little scratchy. Shower controls are hard to use (hot and cold, but hard to get warm). No shampoo in the bathroom. Front desk frequently does not answer calls. I say this because I saw front desk not answering calls when I was there (they could have said "hold please" if they were busy) and also when I called from my room, no one answered. Walls don't keep much noise from other rooms. Price is lower than other places. It was okay for the price, but don't expect much. This is a good place if you need a bed for a short sleep before a flight and you don't want to spend money.

As far as motels go this was probably the worst experience I've ever had not only was the room disgustingly dirty when I asked for clean sheets they claim they didn't have any. Then at 1 in the morning when I called the office to ask them if they could tell the people above us to please be quiet she called me back and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Margaret was her name. Here are just a few of the photos we took. Among them you'll find holes in the doors mold on the walls burns in the chairs. So now it is 10 till 2 a. M. And we are headed from Seattle to Portland thank you so much Motel 6.

Blankets had cigarette burns. Bed had hairs in the sheets. Overhead light didn't work. Fridge was left unplugged so it wasn't cold when I needed it (this is a good energy saving measure so maybe this is ok). The airport shuttle ran regularly but the front office couldn't give good time estimates of its next arrival (on both days). There was nowhere to sit down either inside or outside the front office (a few benches would be nice).

I stayed 5 days, and wished I hadn't! The people upstairs from my room were so loud I hardly slept the whole time! It's like the walls were paper thin, I heard everything and I mean everything! The the maid only came in twice in 5 days, and all she did was give me fresh towels and soap, and take out the garbage. Not once did she wipe my floors or change the sheets on my bed or wipe the counters or table or anything for that matter, she didn't clean the shower or the sink or the toilet. She even put a fold on the 1 square of toilet paper left on the roll, instead of just replacing the whole roll. I will never stay there again, it was the worst experience I've ever had! They could do better on the TV channels to pretty cheap when it came to that. And as for the internet they charge $3 PER DEVICE! Gets pretty spendy! That's a big thumbs down for this Motel! I don't recommend it at all.

Rick, the manager was pretty much a jerk. The toilet in my room was clogged and the maintenance person worked on it for 3.5 hours. I called about it at 5 AM. The person came to look at it a little after 7 AM. I asked for a different room and the manager said he could move me (I had the option of a stale smoke room) but I could not move back into my own room until the following day because he would have to pay for a room to be cleaned twice for me in one day. So, I did not have a toilet, privacy, or the ability to get ready for my day (i. E. Shower, brush teeth, etc. ) until 3.5 hours after the time the maintenance person began fixing the toilet. I had gone to find out where the guy was at one point, and the manager said that he had to run an errand. I asked for some type of compensation and the the manager (Rick) said he would check into it, which he never did (I knew he wouldn't based on his attitude. ) When I came down the next morning for coffee, he poked his head around the corner and saw it was me and went back to whatever he was doing without so much as a "hi". Very rude and not customer friendly. Unless you are on the phone with him … then he sounds like the nicest guy in the world. But when it comes to face-to-face, problem-solving customer service skills? Not so much.

The walls are thin… I could hear the children on either side of me, electronic games, TV, as well as the man on the second floor snoring! Albeit clean, I'd rather have carpeted floors as I kept slipping with my socks on. Also, the Wi-Fi and TV reception were spotty at best.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the constant presence of drug addicts and possibly prostitution. I stayed for 2 nights, and barely slept at all, due to the person above me moving furniture and pacing back and forth CONSTANTLY … as in, this person did NOT sleep. The staff was kind enough to give me a partial refund, but this is not enough to replace my sleep or make me feel safe to stay at this specific hotel again with my preschooler. During our brief stay, I saw police on 2 separate occasions, although their presence was clearly not enough to make a difference in the short-term. Within an hour of our arrival, I had two separate, sketchy characters ask to bum a cigarette from me. This hotel is unsafe, especially if you are traveling with children! I only give more than one star because the staff was pleasant, especially given the circumstances they likely deal with on a daily and nightly basis.

The rooms were updated in a stylish manner. I enjoyed the new floor and the beds. Bed linens were comfortable. But the building itself was old, and it was obvious. One example was the cover to the bathroom vent fan was off. The mechanism was old and dusty and a little disturbing to see. There was paint on the soap ledge within the tub surround that looked like some kind of goo, but it was just dried paint. The plug not he sink was missing, and a toothpaste cap was sitting in the drain. Plus, the chrome was worn off, and the drain as rusty.

Great location. I always choose this Motel 6 because of it's proximity to SeaTac airport. Desk clerk forgot to notify shuttle driver that we wanted to head to the airport at 8 am, but all worked out, since we had given ourselves a time buffer.

I would not rent a room here again I'm sorry to say. It seemed dirty in the "lobby" and in the room itself. I spilled my soda in the room and grabbed a towel to wipe it up and the towel was quickly soiled with diet that had not been mopped up in I don't know how long. It was the same with the table and shelf as well. The woman who was working at the front desk was friendly and helpful though.

The internet access was excellent a few years ago and free. Now he is horrible and you have to pay for it. We hope that will change in the next years.

Pretty typical of what one would expect from a Motel 6. Nothing fancy and nothing special. The best thing I can say about this location is it was very clean.

If I could give zero stars I would so having said that… NEVER AGAIN! Will I stay at a motel 6. The pillow cases were dirty, cigarette burns on the bedspread, chair, and floor. But the worst part were the gunshots on the floor above me. No hot water, the heater never turned off. It's not just this one either. The motel 6 in Spokane WA. Was just as bad and actually dirtier. Don't leave the light on for me and motel 6 should be ashamed.

I think that location were motel 6 was great. I would say the same thing about the room. I didn't like it at all because there were too much noise & place smell nasty.

I am convinced there is a burglary ring at this particular motel 6. It involves housekeeping, maintenance as well as at least one front desk person, Olivia The Evil One. I was systematically robbed over last week of thousands of dollars of irreplaceable heirlooms. Beware, I believe crooked cops are involved with kickbacks.

Nice stay for the money. Beds are like something from from a North Korean prison camp. Two things bouy this places score: 1. ) The manager and 2. ) The pool.

This is the worst motel 6 I have stayed at and let me tell u my expectations aren’t TOO high! If your cell phone service runs off the sprint network like mine (I have Virgin Mobile) ur gonna be forced to pay $3 for 24 hours of Wi-Fi PER DEVICE and this is paid up at the front reception desk. From the moment u arrive your cell phone will NOT work, it’s like a dead area. The plumbing is horrible. Getting the sink to turn off is a mission in itself (it has a sweet spot that is very hard to find) and taking a shower there is a nightmare. I like my showers pretty warm but instead what the shower gave me was bouts of luke warm, then semi cold, then blazing hot! And there are cameras literally everywhere in all hallways and outside which makes me uncomfortable. To get into your motel room u have to enter in to the motel hallways and u have to use your card which decides when it wants to work. I could swipe it 4 times and it turns red but finally when it wants to work it will give me the green light and let me in, which by then I could have already been robbed or stolen and sold as a sex slave. And check out is at 11 which I feel is way too early when check in is at 3, and room service kept trying to clean my room BEFORE 11am and kept interrupting my sleep since like 8am. What a rip off.

Really enjoyed my stay. Came in around 10 do to weather and got a single room. Rooms were spacious only thing was the beds we're a bit firm for my liking but still a great hotel and I'd definitely stay again. Morning staff was amazing.

There are two Motels 6 related to Sea-Tac Airport. This one is not the close one. Even with my expectations lowered for Motel 6, this one still disappointed me. For what cost virtually the same as more upscale places nearer the airport, I was treated to a dingy room and was serenaded by the sound of Hell's Angels revving their Harleys and later by the sounds of partying from at least two different sides. One of the things advertised was the free shuttle to the airport. I told the night clerk the time I needed and she said there would be a shuttle. The next morning I found out the hourly shuttle did not run at 8 and that I should have been there for the 7;00 shuttle. I ended up shelling out more money for a cab and barely made my flight. If you want the classic Motel 6 experience, stay. Ar the one nearer the airport. If you want a decent night's sleep and need to catch a morning flight, spend a little extra and go anywhere else. If this was the only place with vacancy, I would opt for the luxury of sleeping in my car or even a park bench.

Great location if your flying out the next morning but if you are planning on staying a couple nights prepare yourself for late night activities and homeless people roaming around in all honesty I didnt trust my car overnight in the parking lot.

Room appears to be redone but on the cheap. Walls are thin so you hear everything. Bed was ok stand up shower worked not to bad for $60.

Good value. A little too much cleaning fragrance. Hot and cold shower water controls were reversed. Friendly staff.

Shower didn't work. Receptionist made me feel stupid after reporting it. Just say you'll look into it, even though I may be wrong! I was placed in a joined room next to a newborn who cried most all night. I also was right underneath the stairs with several people coming up and down all throughout the night. I was lucky to have gotten 3 hours of sleep. Horrible stay, will not reccomend to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Good security. What more could I want?

The first room we were in was a non smoking room. It smelled like a bar. It really stunk of cigarette smoke. Then when I went to the bathroom I lifted the seat if the toilet and there was dried blood on the bottom of the seat. Later when I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. I called the front desk he suggested the I let it run for 5 minutes. I told him I had run it for 10. He then asked if I wanted to trade rooms I could. We did. It was much better. In all the rooms were very minimallistic.

I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6's in the past. This particular one was absolutely horrible. Nothing worked in our room, including the fact that our door did not lock. We watched drug deals go on out our window that faced some sort of alley. Watched the police chase a stolen car. Phone was ripped out of the wall. Some chic kept asking my husband for money while he was getting our belongings out of the truck so nothing would get stolen over night. To top everything off our TV did not work either. Never again!

My family and I flew in for a funeral. Upon arrival as I walked into the front office, the guest rep was sitting down doing something in the iPad. (No greeting) the manager walked in and just saw me waiting there. (No greeting) While waiting, two police vehicles pulled up and arrested a man who was parked right next to us in the main parking lot. I asked the manager how safe is this place, she responded, "it happens to all the property. " We finally get to our rooms. One of the lights were not working and the bathroom light was also out. When I tried to use the room phone to call from desk, I realized the phone didn't work. So I walked back to the front office and told the guest rep of the rooms. I told him about the light above my bed and the bathroom being out and the phone not working. He responded "can't you use your own personal phone? ". Never have I ever been treated so disrespectful. But I tried to make the best of it.

Air conditioner didn't work and there was no fan to offer us, fridge which you pay extra to have hadn't been defrosted or cleaned. The only housekeeper we saw couldn't speak any English, made asking directions to the pool complicated seeing how there was no information in the room. But other then that it was a pleasant stay. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. Will stay again and hope for a working ac.

This motel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Bridget, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful and the men who drive the free airport shuttle were very polite. The price was incredible also. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

I only write good reviews, but this experience has inspired me. Unknowingly booked a smoking room, the shower doesn't work, I was greeted by surprise lasagna in the front door (origin unknown), the sheets and seemingly everything else had burn holes. I'm not sure what's going on here but, wow. I understand the necessity of a cheap hotel just outside the airport, but this place may consider rebuilding or renovation. I've spent half as much money for decent accommodations. If you're interested in an unsavoury evening with a " lady of the night" sure I guess Stop by here as ask if it's by the hour, but for any legitimate purpose I'd suggest sleeping in your car. Save the money. Yuck.

My boyfriend & I were stuck in Seattle, after missing our flight & we were so stressed. We searched a dozen motels & we found a good deal here with the help of Bridget, she is amazing! She got us a nice room & we were very comfortable. We made the best out of our time there & explored the city & enjoyed ourselves, not to mention it was my birthday but it is one for the books, I will never forget. Thank you Bridget for all your help & great customer service! We will never forget our stay at the Motel 6 in the ever green state.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was acceptable but the floors were really dirty/kind of sticky. We did not get any sleep. There was a woman screaming in a nearby room when we checked in, we called front desk and it stopped shortly after. There was a TV making noise all night, we called the front desk but the TV never turned off. Then around 3am there was a man yelling in the hallway. There was also lots noise from the highway located near the hotel. I was constantly being woken up by trucks and loud cars. Oh and the air conditioner was not working properly and the room was hot. Horrible night.

Disgusting. My boyfriend found a needle in the room. Front desk wasn't surprised. They sent room service to come get it and they don't even understand English. Pointed it out to them and they just said oh so sorry. And left.

Im not sure what I was expecting based on the price and mixed reviews. Wow. Everything was great besides the car prowelers pillaging thru people cars outside my window. The condom I found in my sheets, or the ridiulous security doors that wont accept guests cards. Oh and being called a liar by the front desk.

The frost desk staff is a bit rude. They gave me poor directions to my room. The stairwell had a broken plastic spoon just laying about and a pair of someone's boots just laying in the stairwell of the first floor. I did not even make it to my room before a very sketchy person asked me for a cigarette. I stay in motel 6 all the time, but I advise steering clear of this one.

I stayed for two nights when I came up from Oregon for a training. The front staff is very friendly. The property is clean. There is smoking so you can smell cigarette smoke, but not in my room. The first thing I noticed in my room when I open the door was it smelled really clean. My room was really clean the only comment I could have is there is a little bit of a trickiness with the hot and cold water. Other than that I really enjoyed it here. It was quiet and my bed was really comfortable. I'll come back.

I decided to stay at this hotel because the next morning I had a 9 hour interview scheduled in Seattle. When I checked in, the first room reeked of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change rooms and they moved me to another room. The second " non-smoking" room still reeked of cigarettes, to the extent that I left my interview clothes in the car so they didn't smell. I didn't sleep at all, as other motel guests were KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AND CALLING MY ROOM PHONE at 3:30 IN THE MORNING asking where "so and so was". When I talked to the hotel clerk about it the next morning, she laughed and said "oh yeah we tried telling people so and so aren't staying there anymore". Needless to say, I got zero sleep for my interview I drove up from Portland for, and I did not feel safe at all. The clothes I slept in reeked of cigarettes when I got back home, and are ruined. Do not stay here.

Well never entered a hotel so badly and apart very dirty and smelly bathrooms are too dirty and the bathrooms smell like marijuana truth not left me eager to return!

When I stayed at Motel 6 across from SeaTac City Hall, I found dirty panties in the bed and contracted an eye infection. This place is a disgusting nightmare. They tried to charge me extra for a room with a working telephone. And they do not offer Shuttle service from SeaTac airport! Stay away from this place unless you want bed lice and an infection!

They completely suck. Most of the staff are unfriendly and very rude. They dont help you find a solution to a problem just tell you that they cant help you. I have never been this disrespected in my life. I wont ever recommend them to anyone ever. They are not worth the time and effort.

That staff was amazing. We got in from a late flight and the staff got us pre-checked in and really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, but it is a budget hotel so it wasn't fancy at all. Good for just a quick stay.

My company sent me up here on a job and we stayed at motel 6 the clerk Niki was so helpful with our meals directing us to places to eat and made sure we had fresh coffee. Thank you niki.

The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The desk help was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was plentiful and access to the building near our room was more than sufficient. Have stayed there before and would again.

-Shower goes from scalding hot to ice cold randomly. -No microwave ANYWHERE on the property.   Apparently this is too expensive a piece of equipment for a multi-billion dollar company… -No shampoo available to guests.   Really?   I have never seen a hotel/motel without shampoo.   -No mini-fridge.   Many other cheap motels in Seatac have a mini-fridge and microwave INSIDE every room. -Desk clerks were rude, and one of them was wearing clothing that depicted strong political views.   Very unprofessional… -Unlike literally EVERY OTHER cheap motel in Seatac, no free Wi-Fi.   And even when you pay for it, you can only connect ONE device.   And what do you know?   The Wi-Fi was slow as hell.   After telling them all this, they still refused a refund.   Apparently they need that three dollars more than I do.   What a ripoff. My recommendation?   There are a dozen other motels in Seatac that offer far more amenities at the same price point.   Check out the other motels and save yourself a headache, especially if you are flying in to visit Seattle; Don't let this Motel 6 be your first introduction to this city.  

The staff is nice and as helpful as they can be. The rooms are clean. There are some plumbing issues that I'm told are being addressed. All in all, for the price, it is a good value.

Words cannot describe how awful these rooms are. Flooring is linoleum and freezing in the morning. Our entire floor smelled like weed. There was graffiti in the shower. First and last time I'll ever stay at a Motel 6.

This is a crack shack, never a peaceful night sleep, im guessing this place is hardly insulated since I can hear every detail of my neighbors pounding out for the last 3 nights, big time drug croud. Spend the exra money and go to a best western or something. This is more of a place to bang a hooker behind your wifes back joint.

Looking for Capable, Competent, Courteous Service? Look ANYWHERE Else! I've never before written a 1-star review… and honestly tend to discount them as perennially dissatisfied folks who would complain about anything or nothing. I can't honestly say anything about the facility beyond the front desk — — which was physically about what you'd expect for a less-than-2-star average review: a typical aging, run-down facility close to the airport, sadly short on cleanliness but, hey, no dead animals in the lobby… But that was as far as we got. Full disclosure: Had booked the room only that afternoon, via Travelocity (OK, now, sadly, Expedia, ) had written confirmation on smartphone but desk manager refused to let us check until SHE received written confirmation, too. Urgently explained that we'd flow nearly a thousand miles for an event starting in 90 minutes but Expedia had botched the reservation, could I submit my credit card temporarily as a "guarantee. " No luck "We're trying to reach Expedia now by mobile since our land lines are out. " I offered to call myself to try to get through to Expedia's "Customer Service" in Manila, even offered to video how hard her trainee was trying to reach them on her personal cell phone but kept getting dropped. "If you try to video here I'll call the police. " Stunned, I asked why. "OK, I'm cancelling your reservation and you can deal with them to try and get a refund.

I stayed in this place for a couple of days, the room itself looks nice, but paying for the Wi-Fi is actually really annoying to do. The worst part is that there were two bugs in my room, a cricket and some small cockroach thing. I can accept things not working or even the Wi-Fi, but I cannot tolerate bugs. Also, it is a pretty sketchy area to be in.

Worst stay we have ever had at Motel 6! Very Ghetto, dirty, loud. Bathroom fan was super loud — had to disconnect it just to use the bathroom. Electrical sockets not secured properly, they were hanging out of wall. No amenities at all that are normally in most Motel 6 locations — like Microwaves or fridges. They charged for everything including Wi-Fi — when most Motel 6 chains do not charge, its included. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Internet is $3.00 for 24 hours and only on "one" device coffees more so "colored water" laundry is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry and it takes more then one dryer cycle staff harassed us every week saying "you need to pay, you didnt pay", knocking on the door 2 and 3 times, and the calling on the phones we stay for a week at a time, they know this they know who we are and the company that employs us pays for the room, we reserve it and have reserved it over and over and over again, they know whats up but comtinue to harass we asked for a room with a microwave and or oven (kitchenette), said at the end of the day they, d move us… but now tomorrows our last day and we never got a room to cook in " passwords "bought" for wi fi sometimes do not even work and you bring it to there attention and they are now irratated and wish to argue the fact. And we asked to if an clothes iron was available, we had to leave our entire wa state id card for it so we told them no… is this jail, or a concentration camp where we cant be responsible enough "in there eyes" to use a simple clothes iron… I would go else where these people are 2 bit penny pinching hungry hens in this chicken coop, these women are stuck up and rude, like theyre better then any of us staying here.

We checked in on Thursday (7/22). The rooms were basic with not much to offer. We had to check out a hair dryer from the front desk because they are not provided in the rooms. Our air condition was EXTREMELY loud and when we asked for someone to come fix it they never did. We had to ask for new sheets to be delivered to the room because the sheets on the bed had hair and stains all over them. The shower head was super low on the wall so if you enjoy only being able to wash your lower half then it's great. Wi-Fi costs $3 for 24 hours! What place in this day and age charges you for Wi-Fi? Other guests were extremely rude at the motel. One guest slapped my girlfriends butt right by the office and ran off. HERE'S THE WORST PART… During our final night (7/25), at about 2:30am, two RANDOM men came into our room and were standing at the edge of our bed. They startled me awake and were going off about where their rooms were and laughing. I told them to get out and they slowly left our room. I then jumped up and locked the door as they proceeded to try and get into the room next to ours where one of my employees was sleeping. After no luck getting into my employees room they came back to my room and knocked on the door. I opened the door and asked what they wanted and they asked again where their rooms were. I told them to go to the front desk and leave me alone and they walked away.

No hot water at 7:30 AM (huh? ), non working Wi-Fi, noisey.

Stinks in room and bad stink in hallways. Staff is rude and over charges, gives wrong room number, already occupied. Shady activities outside, lock on gate cut and left open. Not a good Motel 6 at all. : (.

Internet is not free here. Three dollars per day for each device. The electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom and neither did the bathroom fan. The toilet seat was also broken and would not stay on. Linens and towels are heavily used and stained. Bed sheets also have cigarette burn holes in them. Do not visit the vending machine as the room has not AC, so everything chocolate is melted and the Pop is warm. Ice machines leak al over the floor. There are also families on welfare and migrant workers that live here on a permanent basis. They are rude and loud all the time. They let their kids run the halls at 2AM. The walls are paper thin and you can hear guests upstairs stomping around. None of the staff spoke any decent english. They also lost electrical service and didn't inform any guests about the issue.

First off the girl at the front desk was very nice and efficient the room was clean. One of the covers did have a cigarette burn. The problem is I did not feel safe at the motel. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke I guess some folks are smoking next to the hall doors. The entry doors to the halls where you have to use your room card to enter were propped open with water bottles and or small rag. This means people with out cards are coming and going at will. In my room there was no locking door latch just the door lock well there was half a latch. I just wanted the room so I could park my car go to the base ball game relax a bit before the long drive home. When I got back to my room after the game I just did not feel safe at the the motel so I just took a shower did not stay over night and just drove back home home over 2 hour drive.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable but the screen on the window is broken beyond repair and most of the other screens are missing or broken on the building as well, so I didn't have the option of getting fresh air to the room as I was worried my cat would fall out of the window if she tried to sit on the sill. The bathroom light above the mirror doesn't work. The key card system barely works and I've had to return to the front desk multiple times to have it fixed. A few entrances to the building are constantly open, which is unsafe, and when I asked the front desk about it they said the key card access is broken on some of the entrances. The vending machine is in the laundry room which is very hot all the time, so most of the candy items are melted when you get them. The front desk staff are helpful for the most part but I've dealt with some rudeness from staff since arriving. I wouldn't make a point to stay here again aside from it being one of the cheaper pet-friendly options.

— extremely sketchy staff at counter, extremely rude, stating things like "if your roommates don't sign in they can sleep outside for all I care", some lady saying she's gonna fight someone in the parking lot afterwards, etc. — I felt scared staying there. — requiring all the guests to scan their ID just to stay in the room. Makes me feel like I'm in a prison for God's sake. — disgusting comforter. One of our beds looked like it was covered in nasty stuff. Extremely gross. — light above bed didn't work. — hot water and cold water in shower was backwards. — drain took forever to drain. — outside doors didn't lock. Not safe. — every night I had to go to the front counter to reset my keys. Every. Freaking. Night. Absolutely disgusted. Never will I ever spend money at a motel 6 again. You can put a pig in a dress but its still a pig.

Torn and stained bed cover, no TV remote, no clock, no phone to call front desk and complain about no TV remote, hole in bathroom door, door to room only closes by slamming it due to old, outdated locks. Slumlord owner apparently won't spend a nickel on maintenance or upgrades. Worst Motel 6 I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many. Wouldn't be so insulting if it were cheap. Avoid like the plague even though the front desk staff was nice.

I just received a survey email from here, and this is my response to the questions: What could we have done to improve your overall guest experience? Burn it down and start over. Just kidding, but seriously, if there was a zero star rating, I'd select it for this. I don't think there was one good thing I can think of except the lights worked and so did the TV. Without detail in the interest of time, here's the list of things wrong with this location: Staff Clientele (one dude was at the desk when I checked in with bloody knuckles and no shoes) (what's funny is he was the one who pointed me to where my room was while I was getting ignored by the attendant) (in her defense, the FD was there for the water issue) Replace the screens in the windows in the halls. For some reason they're all cut. Energy efficiency? Supply some tiny shampoo? Not a Motel 6 thing? Train the staff that "no" is not the response to "is there a shuttle to the airport? ". (I had to ask for the time, as I asked at 6:30am, and they didn't start until 8am) Clean sheets and comforters? This was the nail in the proverbial coffin. However, I was too tired to go somewhere else. Pay the staff more than minimum wage and raise your rates a couple dollars? (oh, and train them and hold them accountable? ) Tighten the faucet in the bathrooms and put another layer of teflon tape on the shower head pipe. Perform regular maintenance on your facilities.

Great staff was courteous and always willing to help even with the occasional how to get somewhere questions also very clean establishment.

Really bad. Staff horrible. High crime on/near property. Stolen things. Very noisy; many dogs; no security; please stay away you have been warned look elsewhere.

By far the worst experience ever. I had made a reservation the night before we were scheduled to arrive I specifically said I have a baby and I want a NON smoking room. The receptionist said that was not a problem she was very nice but failed to inform me that all they had were smoking rooms. Since it was already midnight we decided to stay my son was exhausted and so was i. The room was disguising, dirty bathtub, dirty counters. The blanket looked like it had been in a drive by. The only reason I'm giving it 1star is thanks for the hot water. Because everything else was terrible.

They put in hard wood floors which is nice but they put it on the second floor also. When the up stairs neighbors decided to walk around it is all you can hear. I then called the front desk to inquire about the shuttle to the airport and the receptionist at the front desk says I just missed the last one at 1 pm and the next shuttle will run at 6 or 7 pm. Luckily I didn't have a flight at between those hours. Also it is near nothing. There is one gas station next door and one pizza place that delivers. I will not return.

Good price for new rooms nice smell, pool was good. Friendly staf. Had some nice view rooms. One problem to dine out I had to drive one mile, though they had some choice for deliver in.
