Review of Motel 6-Seattle, WA - Sea-Tac Airport South 2*

I just received a survey email from here, and this is my response to the questions: What could we have done to improve your overall guest experience? Burn it down and start over. Just kidding, but seriously, if there was a zero star rating, I'd select it for this. I don't think there was one good thing I can think of except the lights worked and so did the TV. Without detail in the interest of time, here's the list of things wrong with this location: Staff Clientele (one dude was at the desk when I checked in with bloody knuckles and no shoes) (what's funny is he was the one who pointed me to where my room was while I was getting ignored by the attendant) (in her defense, the FD was there for the water issue) Replace the screens in the windows in the halls. For some reason they're all cut. Energy efficiency? Supply some tiny shampoo? Not a Motel 6 thing? Train the staff that "no" is not the response to "is there a shuttle to the airport? ". (I had to ask for the time, as I asked at 6:30am, and they didn't start until 8am) Clean sheets and comforters? This was the nail in the proverbial coffin. However, I was too tired to go somewhere else. Pay the staff more than minimum wage and raise your rates a couple dollars? (oh, and train them and hold them accountable? ) Tighten the faucet in the bathrooms and put another layer of teflon tape on the shower head pipe. Perform regular maintenance on your facilities. (Prior to my check-in, I was told there was no hot water in my room due to. Something broken) Train the staff on situational awareness. (The next night I had key issue and the attendant told me the hot water was still out but it actually worked that morning, the morning after check-in) I don't leave negative reviews, but you asked, so hopefully this gets read and helps someone who cares. This is one roach away from being a roach motel. I understand it’s Motel 6 near Seattle’s airport, but I’m embarrassed I even slept here.
