Here for breakfast at Biscotti only, not far from public transportation and hotel is beautiful. Look old on the outside, Thai antique decoration inside. Elegant architecture and atmosphere all around. The stars are for BF at Biscotti only, not the hotel. On Friday, it was a litttle buffet line along with some hot dishes from the menu. Highlight, not sure as I didn't try Thai food which I heard would be good. Staffs are all attentive and helpful with menu and order was quick. Not many people at the time. Waffle was good as well as egg benedict. Love the hot chocolate here. Buffet line is quite limited, maybe due to low occupancy rate. The view at Biscotti overlooking the koi pond is really nice and relaxing. I could sit here all day with cups of coffee.

Simply the best in all aspects… rooms, food, selections, and service. Throwing in special applause for the gorgeous flowers decoration year round too. Covid makes things difficult for everybody, but the hotel still lives up to the high standard. Thank you for sweetly enhancing our experience.

A marvelous centrally located hotel. It has gone through several incarnations through the years and now has found its home as the Anantara Siam. The views of the room overlook the lovely Royal Bangkok Sports club and it has a great tropical pool with Cabana style rooms nestled closeby. Spa is very good, they have numerous treatments, we normally just have the signature massage. The best thing about this hotel for us is the F&B choices. Centered around one of the best courtyards in Bangkok is Aqua, a local institution where you will find great drinks in a outdoor setting. Madison steak house is great, so is there Thai offering Spice Market. For us though, our favourites are Biscotti for Italian and Shintaro is our regular go to place for Japanese, both highly recommended.

This hotel is very centrally located in Bangkok if you are looking to be able to get to the sky train and to the shopping district. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are a decent size. They have a good selection of restaurants inside the hotel as well. I love that they cater to children by offering a child sized robe and bathroom amenities to make a parent’s life more manageable. The only thing that I was not crazy about was that there was no iron nor ironing board in the room to use. I would suggest that they offer laundry by the pound for their guests verses their current per item which is overpriced for a family traveling for many weeks.

The place looks good and the stay is wonderful. The people are champions if there's a competition for friendliness. if you're getting a cab from here always ask to go for the meter. Though you'll always get a fixed fare often 2-3x higher because you're staying at a 5 star hotel and these cab drivers know you're loaded. they also provide you with a smartphone complete with local guides and free internet and phone calls! the breakfast buffet provided was a bit underwhelming and it was just okay. You can probably get a better breakfast somewhere else. do note that the minibars are not free and they do charge for requesting for a razor set. If you do request for an iron do check if it is clean or not. My iron was actually dirty and it ended up staining my shirt.

Beautiful colonial styled hotel formerly the Four Seasons. Well appointed, comfortable and cozy rooms. Beautiful lobby, restaurant / lounge areas. Smart onsite barbershop for a styling or shave. Impeccable service from very kind and professional staff. I had left an expensive shirt in my room, which was easily located by the concierge and housekeeping staff. Very Impressed!

It is a bit old but well maintained hotel, with a great Thai food restaurant. But their interior was not my thing — I still don't understand why the hotel put a single golden fish inside of a small vase as a decoration. Why? The fish was slowly dying…

Our first stay at the Anantara Siam. Outstanding service and staff. Personable and attentive. We were at the Club Floor. Basma made us feel very @ home. The hotel location is second to none.

Formerly Four Seasons, the Anantara Siam is perfectly located. Newly renovated, nothing can be faulted. Breakfast offers a large quality choice. The food at the Thai restaurant was delicious. A very good address in Bangkok.

The GM Patrick Both and his team of intellectual professional staffs certainly take their 5 Star Hospitality to another whole new level of wonderful services! I am both impressed and awed by their intimate concern for every guests. Once, I was down with severe gastroenteritis and not only did they got their own in-house nurse to attend to me but being too sick to even get up from bed, the F&B Manager literally arrived at my room every lunch and dinner to feed me oat porridge, which they so kindly prepared for me in the Kitchen! If they are not family; what are they? I thank all of you from the very bottom of my heart! God Bless You!

2/13 is expected to stay 2 nights, 2/13 is the 1th night, the Hall mural Spectacular Beautiful, the environment is peaceful and warm, but unfortunately 1, the service attitude is not good: Reception Miss Bunny is Chinese, and another Joe can speak Chinese, but in checkin, but will not take the initiative to greet, Let our family 16 people checkin spent an hour, everyone tired to stand on the sofa, the counter staff Pearl also did not smile, very unfriendly service 2, three warm maintenance suspended use, booking or checkin when not actively informed, after check-in phone inquiries to know not to use, But you can go to the next Hotel St. Regis use, but to make an appointment, and then did not go. Did not tell this in advance, really very unprofessional look forward to stay in the Four Seasons Hotel, hope that the 2nd party better 2/14 update after today, no hesitation immediately to change a star, too bad service staff and attitude, very bad accommodation experience, the nominal star hotel early 08:00 itinerary before departure, and concierge Mr. Tour confirmed can go to St. Regis use three warm, and as long as a half an hour ago to make an appointment, I rest assured that the trip 20:15 back to Anantara, and another concierge, Mr. Nimit appointment, 21:00 can be past St. Regis use three warm, by Mr. Nimit sent someone to take me to the 20:50 to St.

Outstanding. This hotel was tastefully and beautifully decorated with traditional Thai artifacts and murals. There was definitely a jaw dropping moment when I entered the lobby. The location is near many restaurants and tourist spots. The restaurants in the hotel were high quality and the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and just beautiful. I highly recommend staying here and wish I could've stayed longer! Ask for a fish in your room and you will have a beta fish to keep you company.

I stayed here for four nights. The service was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The housekeeping comes twice a day. Breakfast spread is a mix of international and local delicacies. The swimming pool is a tad small but the spa is excellent. The only main gripe I have is that the pillows are too soft and the other firm pillow they provide on request are hard as bricks.

The hotel has an excellent hospitality, the food are flavourful and delicious. The paintings on the wall bring beauty and classy ambience. In the rest room, you have an option to use cloth or tissue which I find it very cool. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent amenities especially the spa and all. Healthy food and polite staff, spacious room and I like the ginger scent they used for shower and even lotion! I noticed that they have used plain cloth than paper towel in the rest room which is kinda amazing. I definitely would recommend your hotel to my friends, relatives and colleagues.

Guests at the Anantara are surely amazed once inside the hotel lobby. And when I first entered I also had the feeling that I had been there before. Then I recalled I saw the lobby and the lounge bar in a scene from the Netflix serial 'Jack Whitehall, Travels with My Father, ' when Steven Seagal pushes Jack into the lobby's outer pond. Wow! For the Anantara hotel brand, the facilities and services are their primary focus. Starting from check-in, which is fast, yet friendly. A l…arge, clean room with a welcome message on the television screen and flower/fruit parcel greeted us. The hotel also provided a mobile phone to make free calls anywhere – unfortunately, except Indonesia : ( Breakfast in the 'Aqua' open garden restaurant was our favorite every morning. The variety of food and drink on the menu is so diverse it was hard to choose. For lunch at Biscotti's Reserve, we tried the signature dish: Sea bass, Tasmanian salmon and rock lobster spaghetti Aglio Oli, with Panna Cotta for dessert. Oh, so yummy! We were also spoiled for choice when we had dinner at the Spice Market restaurant (voted "Most Delicious Thai Restaurant in Bangkok). " The menu includes poo nim phad prig thai orn (stir-fried crispy soft shell crab with peppercorn sauce and chili) and roasted crispy pork salad. Delicious, indeed! I also tried the Anantara spa for 90 minutes.

I recently stayed at Anantara Siam Bangkok. Once you enter the hotel, you are given a very warm welcome and refreshing drink. Checking was very smooth, last at the reception was very courteous and helpful. We were staying at the Premier Room, which was very tastefully done, spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast had a good spread, being vegetarian we requested for some indian vegetarian dishes for breakfast, which was very well taken off. Spa and swimming pool area is very well maintained and again managed by a smiling staff always. Location is one of the best in Bangkok. You have everything in walking distance, 2 BTS stations close by. Restaurants, shopping centres all in walking distance. I would highly recommend people to stay at Anantara Siam when visiting Bangkok. Hotel is surely made and kept as per 5* standards, but it's the staff that wins all the scores for being so smiling, courteous & knowledgeable.

Absolute value for money! We were initially booked at Holiday Inn and due to an issue with the rooms, we moved to Anantara since it was just around the corner. Best decision ever! Extremely helpful and efficient staff, spacious and comfortable rooms and an absolutely gorgeous property. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. Definitely staying there on our next trip. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

I would have rated a 4-star experience if our salad box didn't poke a hole through one of the heavier shopping bags. We bought many items home tonight — salad, quiche, 8 sausage rolls and 3 cups of panna cotta when the lady staff who helped us with packing at the cash register was trying to fit all items mentioned above in one bag! What a lack of common sense. I had to ask for an extra bag so I could put some items in there to reduce the overweight in our first and only bag she intended to give. Everything would have fallen through if I didn't ask for another bag. They are paper bags. Come on. You were trying to save on bags while your patron would have to carry many many items in a single bag all the way home? I have been here 5-6 times already but was disappointed tonight when given the extra bag but got no help from that same staff while she suddenly turned her attention away to the next customer. Why so rush? You didn't even finish us. Please improve your customer service and perhaps add a wai and/or a verbal thank you at the end would be a nice gesture.

Breakfast is only warm. Only the egg and noodles are hot. Spacious room but the down pillow is too soft. I like the aroumatic steam room. Won't it be great if we have a sauna too! Love the beautiful main hall and classic deco.

Love how the check in was fast and easy. Service was great and everyone was so warm and welcoming. There was no issue with the room as well. I like how it is easily accessible right in the heart of the city. The hotel has eight dining options including Biscotti for Italian cuisine, Madison, Spice Market for Thai food, and Shintaro for Japanese. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and spa.  

The hotel is clean and pleasant. It is close to all the shopping area. I had a junior suite and the view was fantastic. The service staff was very attentive too.

An old but well-maintained hotel. I can look at the vintage interiors all day and won't get bored. This was once a Four Seasons, but it is now the Anantara. Glad to see a Thai-owned business growing in the hospitality industry. Was here for a company event and everything was perfect. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the bathroom and cutlery/dishware were clean.

I had a beautiful wedding at Anantara Siam Hotel. Very nice memory. Staffs here are very experienced amd supportive. Warm welcome from hotel. Very surprised by in-room afternoon tea and food after wedding event. Flower arrangement here is superb. Stylish and elegance. Sunday brunch is full of good food. Very impressed with oyster and veriaty of international food.

Our favourite Sunday Brunch venue. However they keep tweaking the offering and upping the price. Food is excellent as is the service.

5 stars hotel, so great services and good room condition. But, there are nothing to do around hotel. If you want to enjoy something, you should take a taxi to go nearby central world.

Very limited parking. Even though the hotel have secondary parking prepared for the situation, the staffs did not provide any helpful communication for guests. Need improvement.

This was once a Four Seasons property. The service and staff of the Anantara is amazing! If you're given an opportunity to upgrade to Club level-do. The drinks and foods are worth the "spend". The rooms are comfortable and the amenities within the rooms are decent. A smart phone is available to Anantara guests. We did not find it useful. But hey, it's free and included as part of the cost of your stay-so why not?! Great city location to shopping and foods! Very bad location when it comes to getting a taxi but right next to the train-so choose your mode of transportation wisely.

This is a good place to find respite after a long day of exploring Bangkok. As expected, it feels pretty similar to other Four Seasons Hotels around the world.

Wrong location. It is on other side of road beside the Hyatt erewan. Look closely at Google to see rather than placemark.
