One of my two favourite hotels in BKK… always a pleasure staying here. Attentive staff, large rooms in what I would call a modern Japanese style. A short walk to the nearest BTS skytrain station : Ratchadamri.

I had booked to stay in Samui, but my flight was delayed so missed the only connecting flight. While the others on the flight shouted at the airport staff, I spoke to Hansar who transferred my booking to Bangkok and arranged an airport pick up and pcr test in the hotel. I was out before everyone else (my other option was to sleep in the waiting area of the airport, after what had already been a 28 hour flight). They gave me a free room upgrade with a balcony as I am a smoker and could not leave the room. Breakfast was great, staff incredibly helpful. I have another week at their Samui resort and can not wait. Thank you Hansar for all your help, in what was a nightmare situation. Very, very much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very peaceful place to stay, relax and retreat.

And I'm back again for second time.
Urban suites — nice view of the park, too bad, the air pollution is a mess at the moment. Room is far from lift and located next to residential part of the building. Think it was part of the residents area before converted to a hotel room as the stove and fridge are different from other suites. Fyi, no kitchenette provided.
Room is spacious, well designed and look clean. Welcome fruits, tea, drinking water and mini bar (charges applied). Coffee is free but you have to ask for it. Nice drip coffee though. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable but I like that there is no password so I can connect my Chromecast easily. Desk and chair are good for working, comfy, and you can see TV from there as well. Bathroom is big but with glass door for both shower and toilet. Better to stay alone or close the outer door for privacy. Bathtub is nice with the touch of moving tray so I can watch movie while relax. Bring your own bubble and have fun. It is a bit weird as toilet seat is facing big mirror, so you practically watch yourself doing private business.
Staffs are nice and friendly. They are short-staffed at the moment but everyone is working with smile.
Breakfast is at the cafe and you can choose from menu, not many to choose from though and it taste ok. Hot chocolate is good.
Tips — bakery at Elefin start selling 2 for 1 at 6 pm for selected pastry and cake. Get there early for good deal. Deposit of 2000 is required when check in.

Very clean, hygienic, and spacious Urban Suite room. Decent food and only a few minutes walk from BTS Ratchadamri. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for your impressive service ka.

Healthy breakfast buffet and spread is not overwhelming which is great! I will definitely be back!

I come from Hong Kong and this is the first time that I live in Hansar Hotel, Hansar Hotel is a good services hotel and the staff is so nice. When I go back to HK in the morning flight on last Sunday, Cherry, the receptionist of Hansar Hotel, prepared breakfast box and transportation for us. She is a very nice and helpful staff, I think I will live in Hansar Hotel again next time. Once again, thanks for Cherry’s attentive care to us.

Service is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Concierge and the staff on the front desk helped me a lot.
Was feeling a bit under the weather and asked if I could have breakfast in my room. After breakfast was delivered I received a call from the front desk asking if I was feeling ok.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I decided to stay for 9 nights this time. The Wi-Fi in the room does not work, the TV stops working when it rains, quality of TV is very bad. Most of the time, food item in the in room dining is not available. I booked “returning to happiness” offer which includes late check out. They offered me 1 hour late check out at 1:00pm. They said another guest will be arriving. When I asked if I can pay for late check out they said 4000 baht. What happened to the arriving guest? Anyways I would never recommend this hotel to anyone again :) I would have changed to a different hotel if I haven’t paid full amount in advance.

Super spacious room with greay service. Pool and gym is nice. As well as free mini bar. Def visit again.

When we arrived the Vertigo Suite, there was a used towel hanged on the drawer, and we found there is a contact len dried stuck on the bathroom door. That is not acceptable when you enter a new room but then found out such disgusting thing. Also, we seen lots of cigarette butts around the balcony and the ledges. All in all, the breakfast and service is good, but there is no reason to stay anymore with such price.

Service staff were warm and friendly, place feels luxurious and comfortable. Close proximity to major shopping malls and destinations. Location is less than 5 min walk from station. Would recommend.

Very nice clean hotels, we prefer the studio suites as it has a great view of the city and sunset, the higher priced rooms mainly faces other building with a lesser view. Staff are very friendly and the hospitality are top notch!

1. The environment is low-key and elegant, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-class high Hall, and full of calm and elegant fragrance, impressive.
2. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 3. The room is constantly pleasantly surprised, drinks, snacks, fruit free supply, daily replenishment, very intimate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom space is quite large, only the shower room floor smooth, bathing should be careful to slip down.
There is a pen on the desk, a temporary note but no paper, very embarrassing. 4. The pool is not big, the people are very comfortable. Adjacent to the building shade, the sun after noon.
The gym is fully equipped with Thai boxing driving range.
5. Breakfast has to use meal vouchers, choose a variety, and exquisite, worth tasting. 6. Recommended Urban Suite, a room will be amazing! Just around the hotel is high-rise, outside the window vision is not beautiful.

A very friendly, courteous, service oriented team at Hansar Hotel. It is just off the main road, so the road is quieter and not very busy. (Bangkok can be very busy and noisy with traffic) Very helpful in guiding the new comers with their trips, helpful suggestions, organising taxis etc. Love the green garden in the room. It is a boutique hotel, that s what makes it personal.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I dropped my phone in the pool and they rushed up a bowl of uncooked rice to help. Phone works perfect. Their breakfast is incredible. You can choose from thai or European style plus a giant buffet of various small dishes like fruit and coffee or tea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an amazing stay!

It's a nice hotel but the service has really declined the past years. We had the rudest check-in person at the front desk which starts off your trip on a bad note. He called us a liar on the # of people we reserved, even with our printed reservstion in hand. This will be our last visit to this hotel, we would check out but we prepaid.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed here our first night in Bangkok, and it was the perfect way to settle into the city. Our room was large, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and very kind. They were happy to lend us a phone charger and to offer is options for a late check-out. And breakfast was incredible. There was a whole menu of made-to-order options, as well as unlimited pre-made hot and cold buffet. If this is in your budget, I'd highly recommend a stay.

Room is very large hotel, if the child can be appropriate free on the good, in addition to the kitchenware, since there is, simply let the guests use it, why charge it. You can do your own laundry is the highlight.

The best hotel in Bangkok. Every moment from eating breakfast to falling asleep felt magical. Their breakfast is just as good as everyone says it is. It makes waking up the best part of the day. They also keep the pool clean and the gym stacked with a nice set of equipment. The staff is incredibly pleasant as well. I'll be coming back.

Room is a bit old, need to be improved, bed linen is a bit stained, cleaning service needs to be improved, others are good.

I had the best hotel experience here in Hansar Bangkok Hotel! I stayed in the Urban suite and I really liked everything about it. Bed was comfortable and room was so spacious, especially the bathroom! The service here is top-notch, especially Golf was so friendly, helpful and welcoming! This hotel is amazing. From the cold towels and welcome drink to the room service, amazing breakfast and world class service, I've traveled many places and the service here beat anywhere else hands down.

Love this hotel. The outside of the building is a living wall of green vegetation. The inside is all about calm. Huge rooms with an even bigger tub in the bathroom. Great food. I will definitely come back.

Although check-in with the original order of different, but the hotel's services to understand immediately after the adjustment for us. The manager is really good with a Mandarin-speaking executive. The room was very large, very comfortable and clean! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good, except for eight days at the front desk, except for one who greeted you with a big box and a taxi. Even the entrance command vehicle staff are happy to greet you! The most important doorway counter is indeed the most puck face of the place!

Excellent front dest staff. Massage were truly heavenly and service absolutely wonderful. Save your money not going to Lets Relax come here instead.

Tried the Japanese restaurant. Not worth a repeat… that is what I could say about the food quality. Thai restaurant tasted good but overpriced. Common facility looks nice.

Our favorite hotel in Bangkok. Just look at the room. Beautiful large room with the most comfortable bed (and indoor garden! ). We can truely get good sleep here. Clean room, wonderful staffs. Best free breakfast. Walking distance to Central World or the staff can get you a Taxi.

Perfect for a short couple get-away with hubby. The Luxsa spa was amazing and the spa treatments they offer will not disappoint you. Breakfast was great, being different from other hotels that normally offer a decent spread of buffet. Here they will pamper you and make you as comfortable as possible. No complaints. Airport transfer is really a big bonus!

Hansan Hotel in a quiet area in a beautiful atmosphere. I self been several times invited by my business partner, and has a big double room with a office space. Very friendly staff, in the morning a amazing good breakfast with coffee. I really recommend this top hotel. (Near the center)

Great location on a quiet street just round the corner from all the action. Sky train 2mins walk away. Comfortable beds with a choice of 4 pillow styles. Spacious rooms and a good breakfast buffet. Live music near the bar area. Friendly welcoming helpful service. Nice spa.
