Poor guest experience people and some hotels have forgot how much customer services means when therie are so many to choose from. I always go back to hotels who does everything they can to accommodate. Which means just double checking if the room type is available other than simply saying check in time isn't actually til 3 that's the experience I got from the overweight lady at the front desk who you can tell just loves sharing her misery will not go back.

Its a decent hotel to stay and good thing is you get shuttle service to close by places. Staffs are good. But there is no such amenities in this facility for the price they are charging.

Room is clean. Your bed will be made daily and anu towels on the ground will be washed and ready when you return. We had a kitchen in our room with all the tools nevessary to cut fruit, vegetables, etc into a meal or snack. The served breakfast will get you going for your day. All in all a good experience that met my expectations.

The rooms were clean and since we stayed for more than 7 days, they cleaned every other day or whenever we posted up the sign. Staff were nice and accommodating plus free cookies fresh from the oven between 5-9PM is definitely great! Only downside was the breakfast wasn't really hot unless you toasted bread or bagels or microwaved the scone or muffins.

The hotel has nice clean rooms. I found the rooms to very quiet. Even though outside there is a highway. The noise does not transition into the rooms. Very close to dining options as well.

A very friendly service. The hotel is located just near a supermarket from and restaurant and the staff are superb.

Found lots of hair on the first bed, it took the almost an hour to change the room and still hair on the bed but less so we cleaned it and slept. May be need new dryers. We not recommend at all. Very nice receptionist though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. Just a few miles from airport and a short drive into Seattle. Would definitely stay again!

When I went to stay at the Larkspur in Renton it was initially a good experience for the first day. The 2nd day after training I had the opportunity to go into downtown Seattle to explore for a few hours. I had the hotel shuttle take me to the light rail. While exploring in Seattle, someone was in the process of ransacking my room. Unbeknownst to me, it is apparently an issue with the doors shutting but not latching when you leave the room. The staff was well aware of the situation as one of the maids was the one that told me after the fact. I take the blame with not checking to make sure it was shut, but it was how it was handled after the fact that upset me more than anything. The manager when called that night I got back was less than helpful. When informed that someone had stolen my stuff, she refused to come down and look at the cameras. The front desk staff was of no help whatsoever. It was her day off, so given that information, she still refused to come down the next day and get footage of the cameras for the cops. All this while knowing that I am only there for one more day and my rental car keys are in the bag that was stolen. I was flying into the Boise airport the next day, and would be stranded there, 2 hours away from home, at 11:30 at night. After getting home, I was asked to get a list of stuff that was stolen and cost to the manager.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and quiet location. They serve fresh baked cookies for their guests and compliment coffee at all hours of the day. Nice little lounge area with fireplace off the main entrance. If you're looking for a place that isn't on the main road but close to the hub, check out this place!

A nice, comfortable place to stay. The room is well appointed room with a small kitchen. Breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, I would be happy to stay again.

The hotel was easy to find and it wasn't on a busy street. It wasn't within walking distance of much, unfortunately. The room was small but it had everything you need and more than I expect from a hotel room. There was a desk in place of the usual tiny table I expect, with an Ethernet plug in. The kitchen had a full fridge with freezer and two stove top burners. Some drawbacks for me: the bathroom had a sliding door with no lock, the shower was a bit too powerful, and the blackout curtains hung right over the heater so they just balloon out instead of rest against the window and block light properly.

Room was very nice. Not quite close enough to town to be convenient, but not too far away. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Simple standard, kitchen in room, clean, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, 2 computer + printer available.

The hotel is okay for the price. We got a small suite for $65/night for 3 nights during new years. Overall it was good, room was spacious with a small table, sofa etc. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dish washer, cook top with all cutlery, pots n pans and all of that. Breakfast was nothing special — coffee, cereals, yogurt and fruits. The only reason I give it an avg. Rating is because of the old, worn out look and the fact that my wife complained about bedbugs. She has rashes all over her neck and lower back. The airport shuttle was very useful, infact the lady dropped us to the car rental mall in SeaTac to pickup our rental car.

A good place to rest, the mattress a little uncomfortable why it is very soft but the room is very clean and has everything you need for a quiet stay.

Wonderful spacious rooms, amazingly comfortable beds, decent breakfast, courteous and (mostly) friendly service. Only complaint is something was wrong with our room door/key from the very first time we tried to get into our room, we had to change keys literally every single we left and came back to our room, (which was more often then most, as we both smoke) but the guy, Brandon, working at the front desk was not incredibly helpful about it and seemed to get annoyed at our situation and more so even after each time we had to reapproach the desk, (although he had appeared to be annoyed from the very moment we first encountered him checking in) but it was very apparent we were being quite an inconvenience to him, but he had no solution other then stay silent, look quite monotonous, and give us another key. And perhaps we got some how a little lucky as on our second day in around 11pm, the woman working the Front Desk (who we had not enough until this incident) gave us a new room as we we're no longer able to get into our room with ANY key, and being Christmas Eve none of the maintenance people were working and not one would come in (which is understandable, but still. ) to try and get the door open, so we waited in our new room (thankfully for only about an hour) until finally she was able to get the door open after many many tries with not only her keys, but the maintenance keys as well.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Seattle. Price performance good. Quite a good breakfast by US standards.

In the executive suite. Full size fridge, garbage disposal, diahwasher… Living room comfortable and good looking. My husband found the bed uncomfortable and too firm but it was fine for me. Nice bedding, big t. V. 's… Only two complaints: no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no locks on bathroom or bedroom door. I have a toddler that loves to bust in on you so draw back for me on no locks. All the staff I encountered ranged from polite to very friendly. It was very affordable to boot! Would definitely come back.

Love it! Very relaxed setting. No pool, so that took away a star, but they have fresh baked cookies from 6 to 9 every night, so thats good. Plus free breakfast in the morning. They have free Wi-Fi and oranges all day. (Oranges are located in the lobby at the front desk in case you're wondering. )

They get 4 stars because the hotel is in dire need of modernization if it's going to keep up with the hotel industry and not lose business. The price is awesome and they go out their way to help. However, furniture and over all look is in need of updating. Staff is nice, helpful, and it's clean. I had an allergy flare up because of the fall scents in the hotel and almost had to cancel. I just got medication instead and went to sleep. It was better but still couldn't breathe well the next day. Overall, they get 4 because they are just simply in need of those upgrades that will make it more appealing.

The young girl at the front desk named Layla was exceptionally courteous and professional. She made me feel so welcome and was so helpful with my questions and concerns. The amenities were nice. Especially the laundry room. The room was nice and clean with one bed and a nice view. It was 111.00 the first night then 79.00 the next but when Monday came The price went back up. We were looking for a place to stay for about a week, so I could work at getting settled in the area. But after the price increased we decided to move on. /: (

The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained. It was a visibly fancy place to stay, with two sinks in the bathroom and included ceramic plates and cups and two large televisions.

The rooms are huge! Extra comfy bed, full kitchen with all appliances and cookware/dishes. Huge bathroom. DVD player in the living area. IPod docking station and a CD player in the living room. Two large closets. Not to mention the very nice front desk staff (Jennifer is patient and friendly), free shuttle service, warm cookies in the evening, business center with a printer and healthy options breakfast. I have traveled many places as a traveling nurse and this is the absolute best suites I have stayed in.

Very clean hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are great beds are very comfortable. Great suites. Only negative tv's don't work well picture often freezes.

The room was very comfortable and by design our room was well isolated from other rooms so we heard very little from other guests. The front desk staff was great and the price was right. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Hotel location is great for airport access. Rooms are decently sized but definitely feel dated on every aspect from furnishing to lighting and appliances. Staff is friendly and helpful.

To begin with, the rooms are very clean and the bed very comfy. The shower was also excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met Dave the van driver who picked us up at the airport and took us out to pick up some food we brought back to the hotel, very friendly and pleasant to converse with. Highly recommend these accommodations. Looking forward to our stay here again after our cruise.

I just want to relay my experience in this hotel. I booked our accommodation for a Grand Suite for July 2-4 through Expedia. Upon check-in at reception desk, the lady told me that they don't have the accommodation that I booked, and I showed them my reservation paper. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was throwing blame to Expedia for booking and not informing their hotel which I don't know how this two coordinate, but I felt helpless at that time because I have 4 kids with me and we travelled from Canada. In fairness to the receptionist smart? idea, she offered us to squeeze in a 1 bedroom/boardroom accommodation. How on earth will this work for 6 people? Thank God I have not accepted her offer OR this vacation would turn into a nightmare! This apologetic lady with lack of empathy probably because of too much practice gave me her manager's number but also told us to call in July 5th because manager's on vacation. (maybe the usual practice). I said to the receptionist that I just need to go outside to take a breather so that I could think and calm myself from this impending doom! LUCKILY, Hilton Garden Inn is just a walking distance so I went and tried my luck. Told them what had happened and got their empathy so just less than 5 minutes I got our room keys! I AM so thankful to ERIC for knowing and understanding our situation. He had made our stay truly a Very good vacation! Kudos to the staff at Hilton hotel! We will definitely go back in this hotel.

Easy to get to, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was clean and spacious. The air vent between the bedroom and the main room is kind of loud so I just turned it off. Breakfast bar area is crowded but has good selection.

Overall, this place is a nice hotel. I've certainly stayed in worse. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms have a fridge and sink which is nice. If you are simply looking for a place to stay one night while you are passing through, this is a pretty decent choice. One the down side, the rooms are dated. Old and strange wallpaper and old carpet. And the TV had very limited channels. So if you don't care about that kind of stuff then you will be fine. The reasons this place got 3 stars instead of 4 is because it is a little pricey, and the breakfast. I don't want to judge the entire hotel on the breakfast alone, but the breakfast was really bad and frustrating. I saw a review saying it was good. False. First of all, they serve breakfast starting at 7am, which is unusually late for a hotel. My wife and I got there at 7:05am. The sign said there would be hot cinnamon rolls that day, false. There were no cinnamon rolls. All they had out was some crappy muffins, and some bread. And they had fruit and stuff like yogurt. I was pissed because if you are going to serve breakfast that late, at least have the courtesy to have all the food out there when it starts. My wife tried to toast her bread in the toaster and after 5 minutes, it was just warm. I guess the toaster was dated too. All of the other guests were walking around aimlessly just like us wondering where all the food was.

Nice place, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The bed is comfy… The pillows are awesome. Definitely stay here again.

The customer service was terrible. They told me one thing and then did something else. The front desk rep didn't know how to help me and contacted her manager via phone. Then, she told me that they couldn't do anything for me even though I pre-paid for the room. I even told them to charge me the first night if they had to. I was tired and just wanted to rest. They told me that they didn't even see a payment. I pulled up my receipt and tried to show her the receipt… but she didn't even look. It's like she didn't want to acknowledge me. The hotel staff told me that they didn't receive a dime and that I wouldn't be charged. Unfortunately, I was charged the full amount of four nights when I didn't even get to stay a night. The customer rep gave me attitude and made no eye contact with me. She was rude and didn't even try to empathize with my situation. She told me that she's running out of rooms and told me to pay again if I wanted to stay a night! I understand if there are policies to be followed but try and explain it… Give me the courtesy and look at my documents of payment if I stated I have one.

Very big. Separate room. Friendly staff. Complete kitchenette with full size fridge, pots/pans and even a small stove top and dishwasher. Only downside would be the shower head sprayed allover the place in the bathroom and our phone in the room didn't work. Other than that it was a great room for the price. Would love to stay again.

Great little hotel, nice suite with kitchen. My husband stays all the time for work and it is very friendly and a nice home away from home. This was my first time and I couldn't have been more pleased!

Do not book this hotel. Their short-sightedness on revenue blinds them from delivering a normal level of basic guest service. I booked a room online for Saturday and Sunday. I called on Thursday to ask if I could cancel the room Saturday and was told no because it was prepaid through a third party app. I said that was fine but will still need the room on Sunday. I was told that was ok and believed my reservation was still intact for Sunday. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm Sunday and was told my reservation was 'kicked out of the system because I had not checked in on Saturday". But was told I could be re-checked in with a new reservation because there were rooms still available. (Keep in mind, I had already paid for two nights. I was quoted a rate of $71 and my friend supplied a credit card for incidentals. I gave the clerk a $100 bill and said, "That should cover it, please don't charge my friend's card". I was told the card is just for incidentals and was given a room key and went to bed. In the morning, I checked out with the front desk manager to make sure the card wasn't charged and that we were settled up. I was informed in fact the card was charged and there was no record of the cash transaction. Because we had to catch a flight, I exchanged numbers with th FD manager and proceeded to follow up over the next few days.

My stay here in Renton, WA was amazing. The shuttle was on time and very convenient. The staff was knowledgeable about the near by attractions and made suggestions. They also have this thing where you can check out movie rentals during your stay. The room was nice with a kitchen and clean dishes as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seattle, WA. They are very friendly and professional.

Really like this place. The rooms are comfortable with a small kitchen and full size refrigerator. There is a nice continental breakfast and free self service laundry. The only complaint I have is that I have to call and request that my room be serviced. I leave the card in the door in the morning and no one shows. I have to call and request service. If you stay under 7 nights, refresh is supposed to be daily. I shouldn't have to call. Otherwise, this hotel has everything you would need for a short or extended stay.

This is a wonder place to stay because the member's who work with the guests are outstanding. The luxurious style of the facility is very enjoyable and create a stay that you cant wait to come back to. The team at this hotel are always ready for new faces and are excited to make your stay smooth, comfortable and providing the service you need!
