While it provided what I needed, it really wasn't that great. Room felt clean, but having to leave a deposit didn't seem great. I've never had to do that before anywhere.

FILTHY! I had to clean the bathroom floor that was covered in dirt and every kind of body hair a person could have and shed; the overnight guy at the desk was rude and stated that they have been having cleanliness and maintenance issues for a long time and they do not care. The owners didn't care when I spoke to them in the morning, even when I asked about the safety chain lock, the owner said all the locks are broken and they are fine like that. I also had to clean the filth off the faucet and remove the grime coated bed spreads from the beds. Ooh, don't even get me started on the smell…

Good place for a truck driver. Not too expensive. Conviniently located right off highway.

Never stay here! My husband, daughter and myself checked in on a Tuesday night. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. We got in the room, it smelled horrible. Went in the bathroom and first thing we noticed was the shower rod hanging off the wall, only being held on by the inch of paint used to secure it. My husband called the front desk so we wouldn't be charged. We then literally layed down and passed out. When I got up and looked around in the morning I was so disgusted with the cleanliness or lack there of. We again called the desk and tried to get a manager to no avail. We asked to leave if we couldn't get a manager which was fine with this guy at the desk. We came to town to see the Bluejays play the Mariners. We work hard and save all year for this trip as it is closer than going to Toronto. We were staying 4 nights and maybe adding a fifth if we could afford it at the end. We then booked another hotel and went down to check out. He told us he would not refund for last night but would refund the remaining 3 nights. I signed after a little discussion on the room they gave us. I was checking my visa and noticed there was another charge for the amount he told me was my refund. He tried to tell me it was the refund and it would clear up in 3-5 days. I now have almost $1600 tied up from this hotel and another booked for the same time period. Our vacation was over right there.

The hotel was okay, nothing fancy. The pool was nice and the needed in the hot weather. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The front desk staff and night and morning were not very friendly. They wouldn't let me take my breakfast upstairs for my kids. They made me take the food back which was weird. Overall, the stay was mediocre and just what I expected.

Stayed three times last summer. Clean and comfortable.

This Lodge is very dirty and something bite you, the fan is very noise in bathroom and faucet is clog.

It was comfortable and surprisingly nice for the price. Easy access to the highway.

Noel was super helpful and friendly. All of the staff are friendly. Customer service is amazing! It is so nice to be greated with a smile everytime you enter the lobby. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, slept like a dream. Thank you for making our trip with 11 people amazing!

This motel does not clean their sheets. Inexcusable. I switched rooms once only to find the second room was also dirty. I was told there were no other rooms, and no effort to provide me with clean sheets was made.

I love this place room so big and very clean and the breakfast is great the staff there friendly.

We got a decent clean room and friendly efficient service. Would go back because it suited our needs for a room without the high prices. Nice breakfast bar.

Rented a room friday night. We noticed the bathroom was missing a shower curtain but didnt think much of it. When I left, not only was I accused of stealing the shower curtain, I was also charged for it. They took our deposit of $100 and I was charged an additional $30 to cover the shower curtain that I did not steal. The $30 CHARGE to my card was made without my permission, I wasn't even given a receipt. I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank. The way everything was handled was really sketchy. I had stayed there in the past and had no complaints. The manager was supposed to call me yesterday to speak to me about the matter and I am yet to receive his call. All very sketchy. Please avoid this place. I'm out $130 for additional charges plus the $80 I paid for the night because because of this place. Stay away and please believe all the horrible reviews they are not lies.

Clean, bed is very wide and soft, air conditioning hot wind good, there is a coffee machine did not burn kettle, there is breakfast. Convenient transportation, near convenience stores and fast food restaurants. Overall good.

Beds were hard. Pillows were hard. Barely any water pressure in the shower. Was affordable. Not coming back to stay.

The room was okay but the front desk doesnt know what they are doing! We stayed one night and got charged extra $56 for “damaged pillow”. I think they just try to make their money using different made-up charges. No receipt. Nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would, this place is dirty and everything is either broken or just leaking. The TV doesn’t work properly and the employee I spoke with, Doug is rude. Under no circumstances are you to give attitude to a customer, screw you and your crappy hotel.

This place was awful! It smelled terrible, the fan in bathroom sounded like a garbage disposal, had to unplug the mini fridge in order to sleep because it was so loud! Had a nice plug by bed with 3 outlets but it didn't work! Free breakfast? Do you call that breakfast? Was supposed to stay 2 nights and was told to check out before 11 in order to not be charged for 2nd night. Checked out early and was told that we had to call Choice Hotels Customer service to get refund for second night. Was on hold for 30 minutes and got cut off. Still trying to get refund! Stay somewhere else!

Decent hotel. Reasonable price. Good for a one or two night stay if your purpose is not to just relax at hotel. Parking lot design is ridiculously complex if you are arriving from the south as is a mouse maze to get in and no sign to let you know which entry actually arrives at front door. Take the one closest to free way on ramp btw.

When you walk in, you think it's going to be awesome. Nice floors, clean to the initial view. Then I sat on the bed. Very squishy. Found myself & wife in the middle of the bed like it was a V. Had to crawl out of the middle. Earlier in the evening, she took a wet towel and "mopped" the floor. Wow. It's like it's never mopped! Scary. Staff was very friendly. The only good thing.

Terrible place, Wi-Fi is not working. Blankets are dusty and dirty. My friends couldnt visit me because accessing to lobby after 11.00pm is forbidden.

All I can say is that the Manager, is rude very much! he is a manager cause it's the owner son? The room were dirty, it smells like smoke, we call the front desk and the rude Owner son answer Choi (I think that's how you spell it) really has no manager skills, he basically said were full and if you don't like it you can leave, and we can refund you? Wow me and my husband have been driving for 12 hrs were in our 70"s and its 8pm and tired, fine how about some towels can you send some towels to our room? Very rude said no? If you want come and get it, never in my year have I been treated like this, not even at a Motel 6? And were choice members, I know there not full service but still can have manners! NEVER AGAIN!. The next morning we complain to the young lady in the front desk, and she apologized, and explain to us that he was alone, and Ed can't leave the front desk, and housekeeping puts extra supplies in the back for us just in case? No if he would of said that we would have understood and be ok with that, you don't have to be rude? She should be the manager! (I don't remember her name but it was a long European name)? I wish I remembered she was so nice and funny? Plus he wasn't there alone, he was there with a other guy I think he was training? And he needs to shower I'm sorry? I will never go there again, and more because of the manager? He needs training how to speak to people?

I called and specifically asked if trucker friendly… oh my lord… they are NOT! do not attempt to go in here with a semi and 53ft trlr!

The bathroom and shower were good. The front desk lady is kind.

Their Wi-Fi does not work well. Signal lost all the time when in the room. Just for connection, have to stand outside of room. Terrible. They need to check it.

Clean, roomy and great price.

I thought this place was awesome. My mother and I stayed July 2015 and they saved us from staying in a horrific place near the airport. They were very kind in helping us out. What made it even better is there is a Starbucks near by :) I plan to stay there again. Thank you, Econo Lodge for all your help.

It's clean, quiet, warm and the manager is very nice.

Scary location and filthy room. Left after about 10 minutes. After calling Choice hotels customer service on our complaint, their attitude and apparent lack of caring made us choose to cancel our several other Choice hotel reservations planned for this trip. Never again will we choose a Choice hotel.

Beds are OK but don't expect any kind of decent maid service (you'll be lucky if your trash is empties and you get fresh towels). Also the continental breakfast is basically waffle, cereal, muffin and orange WATER. Speaking of water … if you want to take a hot shower hopefully no other guest are taking one in a room near you and Oh there is no lake side view. The lake is on the other side of the freeway!

Prices change all the time. Extra charges to your card. Front desk help is rediculous. I live out of hotels and I'd have to say this is the worst I've ever seen with their fluctuating prices!
