They lied to my face about the pool being opened. Now I'm up here for the weekend and the soonest I'll be able to get into another room in 4pm. My son loves to swim that's why I asked before I checked in. Liars! I will never stay with you again.

Newer rooms, great customer service, hard beds (probably bc they are brand new. ) Full fridge, stove/oven, sink, etc. Need to request dishes, pans, towels, etc. Pool was closed. Airport shuttle and VA hospital shuttle. Pet friendly. Breakfast consists of less than continental… they call it a "grab n go" w oatmeal, granola bars, coffee and tea. No fruit or protein.

Had early morning surgery at Swedish Hospital desk clerk not only got me a taxi there early morning but have a second one in case first one didn’t show up excellent service beautifully clean room.

I have been staying here for a little over a week now I am wait for my home to be ready to move into. The manager or owner is a really nice lady who is always ruining around making sure things are done. The two young ladies at the front desk are nice and friendly always helpful even when I keep putting my key card in my phone wallet out of habit an deactivating it a million times a day. Great customer service and very friendly staff all around. I have my two younger children staying with me and the rooms are clean and big! perfect for a family or single mother. It's like a little apartment. The beds are clean and comfy and the couch has a pull out bed for my 6 year old. The kitchen is a full size kitchen I love the laundry facility on sight! this place is hands down the best in the Renton area and is a decent price Differently if you looking for a place to stay in the Renton area book here! — Amanda.

Three stars is all I can give and that is strictly for the room itself. It was really nice — spacious and clean. The grounds appear to be well maintained. The facility is located close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to highways. Everything else really was awful. The furniture was miserably uncomfortable. People talking in the hallway could be heard as though we had no door. Street noise could be heard as though the windows were open. Voices and movement in the adjoining room could be heard Because there was not so much as a coffee pot or hair dryer in the room, one would think that such would be offered at the time of check-in, along with dishes and cookware. Even after figuring out that we would have to ask for things, no one at the front desk offered ANYTHING over and above what we specifically asked for. Because we were travel weary and did not think of everything at once, we ended up making several trips to the front desk in order to put together all that we would need to utilize the room for a single night. What a PAIN! We are truly grateful for the VA putting us up when we have to travel for my husband's medical care. We would not likely stay at this motel again, otherwise — especially for an extended stay.

We found our home away from home. Great price for what felt like an efficiency apt. We were there for three days, friendly, down to earth staff. We enjoyed the mini bbq pit, shaded area, tables and chairs in the back, we still had a chance to eat our Texas BBQ for Mother’s Day Room for improvement: The bathroom didnt appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. It was restocked but you could tell it was a rushed clean. The pool isn’t accessible, that was quit a disappointment. Overall we were satisfied and will resort to this hotel while visiting. For those that complained about the “fish smell” keep in mind every room has a kitchen, and Wa. Is notorious for their seafood, not to any fault of the hotel.

Customer service was wonderful, however you have to specificly ask the front desk if you need anything like glasses or razors and dental hygiene products. Rooms are very spacious for the price.

Room was great. Service was fantastic. The shower however left a lot to be desired. Water pressure was nil.

I just can not believe earlier today I had to go to Extended Stay in Renton to help my business partner pack her and her little 2yr old daughters bags and food last minute right before our most important business event because the front desk British lady called the police claiming she was rude. Not even a valid exuse. Even the Police officers told her "not to spend anymore money there alongside suggestions. He also made it clear he "was not going to stay and babysit while she leaves. " 1st of all, this resulted in my business partner and her daughter with all their things, having no where to go. And we were 2 hours late to our own event. The British lady caused "Harassment, under the laws of the United States, is defined as any repeated or continuing un-consented contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm, annoyance, or emotional distress. … This later became the legal basis for early harassment law. " I haven't even stated all the other violations. People like her cost money…

First off I have officially stayed at three Extended Stay locations. Two in Tukwila and this Extended Stay in Renton. This location is hands down the best location. I’ve had the pleasure of staying here for over a month now. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The area around the hotel is safe and clean as well. I have to say the staff is the friendliest I have experienced staying at any hotel. Heather is ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond for us! She has been so helpful on numerous occasions. The entire staff has been helpful and really makes it feel like home! Thank you!

1 The ROOM was big and really clean 2 We asked for pots and pans and they gave to us. 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE : If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. Very professionals, fast, nice. They helped me with my request with no problem. 4 Small Fitness Center (No freeweights but Anytime Fitness is only 8 minutes away) 5 PARKING available at no cost. 6 Laundry Room : there is more then one washer and dryer and it is kept very clean. 7 BREAKFAST is mainly a To go with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruits, muffins and protein bars The Help Desk Attentant and or Concierge went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you! Keep up with the good work.

I love this place. My husband and I have been visiting Seattle since October on a regular basis so that he can receive treatment at the Seattle VA hospital. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and always enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly, any concern, request or question we have is promptly resolved. The rooms are large the beds are comfortable, and it is very affordable. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Bugs, poor cleaning, poor service at the front desk, stink in the room. Do not recommend.

The staff admitted they removed every thing but towels from the rooms because of rampant theft. When asked for a coffee maker, it took more than 30 minutes for them to deliver it to the room and then we had to find a store to get sugar, creamer and cups. Not impressed.

Loved having this huge room with a great kitchen. Comfortable bed too!

This motel was a nightmare. We received a stuffy room way down a long hall next to loud tenants who were up all night banging and swearing. Must have been on stimulants. Appliances and heater were noisy all night. Smoke alarm kept flashing 2 green lights over the bed. It had a kitchenette but no utensils, not even paper towels. Not a good night's sleep at all, and the bath tub was dirty. Will never go there again. This is the Extended stay in No try Seattle. Ugggh. Just awful.

All in all, I was pleased with my stay. Very accessible parking and very clean rooms. The continental breakfast leaves quite a bit to be desired (weak coffee and granola bars? ), and the towel rack in the bathroom was missing, (you can see where it should have been by the mounts on the wall), but those my only complaints.

Was clean and inexpensive, but had to go to the desk to get coffee pot and cups, etc for next morning. Also had to get pillow cases for extra pillows.

Nice clean hotel with large rooms at a good price. Paint color choices for the rooms is pretty questionable. Gym and pool are nice.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful with everything! Hotel has such a nice manager Louis, he is so friendly and always meets you with a big smile! Deonna is also such a pleasant and helpful person. Room service is always great. The room has all necessary amenities. Our staying at this hotel was very pleasant, thank you!

Looks fine from the outside and staff are great, but when you get the room and there are no supplied toaster or coffee pot or any pots pans dishes or utensils and they tell you they can't leave them in the room because they have all been stolen so they will bring you What you need you wonder about the area. When you complain because you can't check out on time because this big place has only one luggage cart and tell them they need more and are told that that big item was also stolen, you know to worry. Bed was comfy and everything was clean though. Breakfast was coffee tea and little muffins and granola bars.

The entrance of the hotel was well-kept. The young lady who helped us check in gave us information on pizza in the area for dinner and scavanged up some blankets for the hide-a-bed. I can't give more than three stars because the strong marijuana smell on the second floor hallway made me nauseous before we reached our room. The room was clean and worked just fine for a single night.

Service was great the staff accommodated me quite well. You get what you paid for. The only thing it doesn't really have is breakfast but you can always make your own by asking the staff for pots and utensils.

The location in Renton WA has very nice staff and we willing to help with any accommodations as well as helping with an issue in the room.

The GM, Kelly, is unlike any other hotel management you often come by. She is warm hearted, welcoming, and cheerful. By far the best experience my family has ever had in a hotel thanks to her and the way she trains her team. Granted, this may not be a 5 star, but they definitely have a 5 star attitude towards the way you are accommodated, which speaks volumes in your home away from home. Don't forget, this is an extended stay and if you plan on being here for more than 7 days, you are scheduled housekeeping on the 7th day. You may exchange daily linens by bagging your old ones and bringing them to the front desk. You take your own trash to the trash room when you are ready for it to be emptied. Basic kitchen sets are available for free through the front desk. Grab and go breakfast only. Think coffee, muffins, granola. Decent availability in TV channels. Very comfy bed. They don't have rooms with 2 full beds yet (queen & sofa bed only), but Kelly told us about how hard she's been working to make that a reality for her guests. Beware, this area may not be the safest, it is Renton after all and Kelly makes sure to let people to know to park in the front where it is well lit because unfortunately it's out of her control that people do break in to cars that are parked in the back and side. She truly cares about every person who walks through her hotel and they all become like family.

Great service & friendly staff! Super clean room, large clean bathroom and Nespresso machine. Located in Koreatown. Uber driver said it's not a great area (I didn't feel unsafe) but I wouldn't walk around alone either. 24 hour security standing at front door, I didn't think that it was necessary, but I appreciated it. Hotel was super clean, with free parking! Business center (they printed my boarding passes) and gym. Uber ride cost $6 to the staples center, can't beat that! $120 + tax = $138 out the door. 4 stars for the location, but hotel was great.

Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel on a business trip. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your at home. The team definitely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. Right when we walked in the lobby doors we were greeted by a young lady name Deonna the early check in process was wonderful, the room was clean to my expectations. They provide a shuttle service in which Kelly the manager was able to get us on the next available ride. If you are traveling in the Renton area I would highly recommend this hotel. Great customer service from the checking in, during my stay and checking out with Kelly. The whole team is outstanding and represent Extended Stay very well.

There was cigarette ash in the room. Though that it had a too firm bed and I like it firm. Staff was nice after I made sure I wasn't going to be charged for cigarettes all over the place.

We stayed at this hotel overnight for one night. The staff there was absolutely wonderful. Albert andDeonna were just fabulous, bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. It was located very close to the airport and at Enterprise rental car was right next door so it was just perfect. Not a long wait for the airport shuttle to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. Lots of space, just a wonderful stay overnight.

Rooms were clean and included full set of kitchen ware service was good cons were that vending machines did not accept Cash or coins only ctedit cards.

Not much to tell got there slept woke up left. Was ok kinda spendy for location.

The staff was great and super friendly. Ignore the morons who expected a 5 star resort. For under $100 bucks in Seattle this place is great.

Great staff, decent rates. Room wasn't clean on checkin — things like a plastic bag covering the smoke detector in a non smoking room, and bags of cheetos on the counter (open/stale). So a few annoyances like that, but the room was cheap and the staff polite and helpful.

I read the previous reviews and some of them must have stayed at a completely differnt location. I loved this place it was recenlty renovated and out room was very nice. It had hard wood floors in the entry and a spacious restroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pool was heated. Did I alread mention the continental breakfast, Great coffee great, great fresh fruit and bagels! Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
