Perfect location for what I need. Quiet clean and the staff is very nice.

Comfy beds and feather pillows, however…. The TVs and remotes are prehistoric, the fan in our bathroom didn’t work, and the front desk ladies didn’t even lift their heads up when we passed by (several times) and said “Good morning”. As a front desk receptionist, I know that acknowledging my customers is very important. Not here, obviously. smh.

Nice hotel, though they charge you for everything. $7 pee night parking $7 for breakfast. Great staff. Would rather they just charged you more per night then add these extras.

A few people had a few problems but they were very well compensated and any complaints were taking care of definitely would come here again.

Family friendly and very convenient.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. We went to use a credit card to check in which they had said was declined. So we used a different card. Then paid CASH in the morning at checkout. I later noticed that our card that we were told was declined had been charged so I filed a dispute and called the hotel. They sent me an email of the receipt saying we paid card. I called again and the manager “Ryan” said he would fix it and send me an email showing we paid cash. NEVER got a call back. Same for my husband when he was told the same thing. So of course we didn’t win the dispute because they supposedly don’t “ have records”. Well I have witnesses and a lawyer. Don’t stay here they scam you.

We're regular guests at this hotel. Nicole and her staff always treat us so well and we're most appreciative. Love the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Always a great breakfast and free airport shuttle.

Nice place and easy to get to from the airport.

When I booked my reservation, no where on the site said I had to be 21 to check in. Literally no where.
Once I made my reservation, it told me.
I called then not even 12 hours later, because I made it at night and wanted to call in the morning.
The lady, Marla (I think), was very rude. She said there was nothing they could do, and hung up on me. … I won’t ever try to stay there again.

Very friendly staff there was a basketball team there when we got there so they put us on the 4th floor so it was super quiet the rooms were very clean food was great and yes if I come come to Seattle I would 100% stay here again thank you for an enjoyable 4 days so definitely 5 stars from me.

Front desk staff greeted us each time they saw us. They were speedy in checking us in and out. Great room, great room location, comfy bed, clean room with all of the amenities and room service was awesome. I stay here anytime I need to be close to the airport and every single time is a wonderful experience. I love that they have coffee station, a restaurant and just an overall nice attitude and they are within shuttle distance to the airport.

Absolutely amazing stay! The beds were soft and clean and the Front Desk staff was diligent and kind. I'll stay here again next time I'm up North.

The hotel rooms are quite nice. That said, as a long time Diamond member, I have always had an issue with the quality of the dinner menue. This hotel is no exception. Steak was ordered medium rare. It had little flavor and was just short of well done. The service was just okay. On the other hand, the breakfast is usually really great at all Garden Inns, as is the service. In all fairness, I usually stay at Garden Inns at airports as I don't have to leave to have a steak and a beer.

Excellent! after returning from an Alaskan Cruise my check in time was @ 3, we arrived at 9am to the Hotel. Stardance, made a room available for my wife and I within an Hour. Regan was very professional & Helpful with giving suggestions & how to Visit the Marketplace. Clean rooms & Great staff! would highly recommend this hotel.

Old and a bit tired. Time to update or convert to a Hampton property. This has been my go to hotel because of their consistency and that I could get good food without leaving the hotel. For example; their NY strip steak would compare to any decent restaurant, but now they hav obviously changed vendors or at least the quality of food they are purchasing. A couple of weeks ago I was in Atlanta and ordered the steak which I had to refuse due to not being able to chew it. I thought this could have just been a location issue so now I am here in Seattle Washington and had a little better steak but it was not even close to what they served a year ago. In short you should not plan to eat here unless you are okay with sub standard food.

I only gave this one star because a Zero star is not an option. I was treated poorly by Marlo at the front desk — when I brought this to the attention of her manager, Nicole, I received about the same. Nicole boasts about being the GM and will back up Marlo's poor customer service … so there is no use in reporting any mistreatment. After advising Nicole that I will report this to corporate, she laughed. This is the ONLY property that I have EVER had any issue with and will NEVER return. Nicole doesn't compare to the high and classy standards of the other Hilton Honors properties. The property is very dated and I'm sure we were given a less than updated room because of the initial issue. Still, there is no skin off my back. I completed my stay and enjoyed my time with family in Seattle. If the other rooms are as outdated and broken as our room, I would advise any and all that this place is not worth the money; I would advise to pay an extra 20-30.00 and receive the class you deserve at a different Hilton property.

Noisy, vibrating in — room air conditioning all night. Could eadily hear footprints above. A secondary high pitched noise in room that I could never find source for. Had to pay $3/small bottle of water if you wanted it. Bed high. Liked all the outlets available.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and only 10 minutes from Boeing. The on site restaurant offers excellent food and drink choices. Breakfast is a full spread. There is a pantry at the concierge desk if you forget anything. I definitely recommend.

I have to say that the initial foyer and reception was very nice and what you would expect from a Hilton. Once we got to our rooms however, it was somewhat different. The place is somewhat outdated, and numerous items were not working. The Hotel manager, once I mention it to her, immediately brought it to the attention of the maintenance and staff and immediately fixed it. It ended up being a great stay with many pleasant people working there. Great staff! Thanks!

Location was off the highway with no road noise. Beds were very comfortable and clean! Good service overall.

Great place to stay. Close to the freeway. Close to a Walmart. Free breakfast was good. Indoor pool. Side note, the hotel is located next to the corporate headquarters of Wizards of the Coast. Makers of Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering.

We stayed two nights for a Mariners game and all the staff were super friendly! They were also a lot of help! They shuttle driver also went out of her way to help us. No one was ever rude even though our kids were being a little loud. We will definitely be returning!

Nice staffs, the only thing I don’t like was the noise from the hallways early check outs. We can hear the housekeeping vacuuming the floor so early before 0900. Very pricey, they should offer free breakfast then maybe we’ll be back or recommend this place to others.

I have to give Hilton Garden Inn in Renton 5 stars. I rented a room to give my mom a minor getaway. The staff was so wonderful. They treated me like I was family. Everything from the time I checked in to the time I checked out was great. Almost got a room for another night. To the Staff Thank you so much.

The hotel was fine. When checking in, water was turned off for hours due to construction. In room refrigerator didn't work. Front desk staff when checking in was fantastic however, and provided a pleasant customer experience.

This was not a Hilton that I would recommend. The price for what you get is not worth it. They do not even offer free coffee in the lobby after about 9 am but make you purchase each cup you want for $2.00 each. There is no free breakfast here and if you want a basic breakfast you will pay at least $13.00. We were there for a conference and had one handicap man with us that even at our request was put on the 4th floor all the way back (and hotel had other rooms available just not for us) The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and made it bearable, rooms were clean everyday. Hilton needs to send a secret shopper in this one. This is the first time asHilton honors members we didn't love our stay.

This Hilton Garden Inn, has nice rooms, most of the staff is friendly. Unlike most Garden Inns that I have stayed in as a Hilton Honors member there is no free breakfast offered, they do not even offer coffee. In the lobby but charge for each cup after am hours. The pricing I was charged was overpriced. I have to say I was disappointed for the first time staying at a Hilton.

The location is good if you have a car and are not relying on public transportation. It is in a very quiet area, but not far from Downtown Renton and I405. The staff was very friendly and the room was quite clean.

Let me just start this out by saying I am not normally one to leave reviews or complain but I had a particularly bad stay here last night that I feel I need to share. I have stayed at Hilton hotels quite a few times and have always enjoyed my stay but this was my first time at this location and I was not impressed. First off, I booked my stay for this room only 3 days prior to my stay and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because I wanted to use the hot tub/pool. After we arrived we found out that the hot tub was down but we were not told by any of the staff we only found out after we tied to enter the pool and it was closed off. Now I understand that things break down and need repairs but I was very unhappy that I woke up early to go down to the pool only to then find out that they were both closed. No one informed me at all during my stay that they would be down so I went to the front desk to try and ask someone about the pool and there was no one to be found. My boyfriend and I waited around the lobby for 5-10 minutes hoping someone was coming but after a while we left. We decided to come back like 20 minutes later hoping someone would be back and there was still no one even around to talk to or any way to call someone. I eventually just looked online on their website which now says that the hot tub is closed down but it still says nothing about the pool which we can't use either.

Well earlier I wrote about poor service, tonight I got excellent service. My glasses broke this evening while I was trying to catch up on reports. I was able to find the lense and the screw that held it together. Problem is now I am blind as a bat. I went to the front desk and Regan was on duty. Regan was very polite and helpful. Though we could not put the screw back in without a glasses repair kit, we were able to tape the frame together. I appreciate Regan's patience and humor throughout the event. Breakfast was late getting out Thursday again so I didn't have time to eat; but Regan's excellant service made the end of this trip a positive event.

Great hotel with attentive staff. Always a great great, clean room and close to good restaurants. Parking isn't bad but could use some diamond spots.

All the staff are amazing, fun and great at their jobs! From waitresses to drivers to front desk to the back, morning staff to night… they are all great and make you feel at home! Very impressed!

Great location to all attractions around Seattle. Hotel itself seems a bit old but the staff is warm and friendly and helpful to resolve any issues that arises with your stay. Personally I did have several issues but all the staff was helpful to resolve them and I'm back to enjoying my to out west!

Stayed across the street from this hotel and since ours didn't have a bar or restaurant we walked over. We were immediately greeted with a smile and "hi folks, welcome"! Cameron was a fantastic waiter and bartender and offered some great touring advice for Mt. Rainer which we planned to visit the following day. Hotel lobby, food and staff were wonderful! We will be staying here on our next trip to Seattle.

I really loved the staff was great and friendly all around. The bed in our room was the softest bed I had ever slept on I woke up well rested. The breakfast had so many good choices and both the waitress and cook were so nice and funny we had a good time here at this hotel. Sad thing was we checked in about 10:15 and the pool and hot tub was already closed, it closed at 10pm. Great hotel I loved it.

Hotel feels updated but rooms still have some weird quirks and didn't feel like they were as nice as the lobby would ha you believe. Wi-Fi experience is not good and you've got to jump through a bunch of hoops to get connected and be a loyalty club member for free access to the low speed stuff. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The location is kind of out of the way of the main center of the city, but it provided for a quiet night. Our room and on suite was very spacious. Staff was very polite and treated us with the utmost respect. Only sad thing was you can't order anything on pay-per-view.

The hotel was good. We went there for one night as our flight was delayed by more than 12 hours. The shuttle from Seattle airport stopped at 10 PM but the hotel was good enough to reimburse our taxi fare for us. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

Easy access is about the only thing that is above average here. Location is average or slightly below. I suppose it has cheap rates which can be a plus but is far from worth it. When I went to check in it was good customer service but very average for hotel industry. The room is dull and boring and they layout is terrible. I am on the first floor with about 5-6 other rooms running parallel to the Pool/Fitness room. It is non stop kids yelling, screaming, running and banging on doors all hours of the day and night. As a Hilton Honors member I will definitely be spending the extra $80/night to stay at the Hampton Inn in Kent for the remained of my month in Washington. Don't normally write reviews but the layout, dullness and lack of parenting leading to rude children everywhere has warranted this one.

I got in about 9:30, then check in was very slow due to only one person trying to work the front desk and store. I had an early flight, so I set my alarm and got settled into bed. All night long there were doors slamming and people loudly running in the halls. I literally got no sleep until hours later on my plane. When I was checking out the front desk asked if my stay was ok. I told them it was ok, except for the loud noise all night and that I got no sleep. He said there was a basketball team staying there and that they'd been running around in the hotel all night. He did not offer anything to make up for it. Felt like I wasted my money since the point was to sleep.

Good location nice made to order breakfast. Like the Keurig in the room. This is a good chain for travelers.

Worst hotel ever. The hotle made me sign up for the airport shuttle service and I waited at the lobby 30 minutes prior to the shuttle. The shuttle left without telling me that it has arrived. And I told the desk attendance and not even a single apology. The worst service ever and will never return to this hilton. Highly diasspointed in this place.

Rooms were clean, service was great. Although I was very disappointed that a exceptional hotel such as the Hilton would charge there guest for breakfast when other low end hotel/motel have complementary breakfast.

Rooms are newly renovated and are quite clean and comfortable. Very nice for a Hilton Garden Inn. The common halls need some work, but they have signage up noting that the work will be shortly. Super friendly staff, these folks enjoy working here. Very nice experience.

Great stay. Nice room. I wish they had complimentary breakfast, but they did offer a full breakfast buffet at a reasonable cost.

I travel to Renton every month and usually stay at the Hilton Garden in Renton. Up to now I've been happy with the experience but last week's stay was so awful I had to comment. First of all the remodel is now apparently on the 1st and 2nd floor so if you go ask for a room on the 3rd or 4th floor (I've heard they are very nice). I wasn't so lucky and was stuck with a room on the first floor across from the fitness center so first thing the first morning (about 4:30am) I heard people talking in the fitness center. Apparently the room stank so the users opened the door. The hotel has also moved the dining space to a room down the hall from me so I could smell the food cooking both days. I had a conference call the second day and went to my room but the jackhammering was so loud I couldn't hear anything and they weren't going to be done for the day until 5pm. When I asked if another room opened up the front desk suggested I go to Starbucks and they'd give me a coupon for coffee. I ended up sitting in my car rental for the call! I told the front desk they shouldn't even be renting the room (108) while the work is proceeding but they said it wasn't their call. Finally, the second morning we had a false fire alarm about 6am!, I'm writing this and writing corporate… considering the nightly rate was $169 plus tax I don't think I'll stay again until the get finished with their remodel, if at all!

Originally booked 2 nights on a third party site. Biked from portland to seatle to get this hotel, ran into many problems on the way. Got lost and lost signal and gps. Couldnt call to tell them we are not coming in at night, and that we wont make it until the morning. We got there 10 am on saturday, the lady at the front tells us our reservation has been canceled. We asked her to reinstate the reservation and also book us for a third night. We were ok with losing money for the first night that we did not sleep there, but we needed a place to stay. After 28 hours of being on bikes, with no sleep. We were exhausted and ready to pass out. The lady did not want to make it work, I gave her several options that would work and she was just like no. She called the only manager available, the maid manager. He was listening to us and trying, but he has no idea how to work the computer, so the lady at the computer just kept telling him that she cant do it. She could do it and did not want to. We paid almost $300 for 2 nights non-refundable. She wanted us to book another night and pay a second time for something we already paid for. So we lost almost $300 for nothing and ended up needing to spend that amount again to book another night. She had no sense of understanding. She did not want even give us a discount for at least one night for our troubles. She did not care about how we felt. Customer Service is important to any business.

We just returned from. Three night stay. I know in the evening there is a we smell but let's remember the pool and the gym are right there. As for nice people everyone is friendly and kind. We met Eric the mgr last night and made sure he knew how great Laura in the resturant and Anthony on the night desk were to us. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The bed was a little on the firm side for us. But the overall stay was great. We saw the sights of Seattle on Sunday took a train back to the airport, called the hotel for the Schuttle back and he was on his way already we waited for 3 min. Out of the city, quiet and good people. Appreciate these people and they'll appreciate you. Thanks to all of you for a great stay. Waters Ca.

This location was pretty crappy — — don't stay here! First, the halls and our room smelt like dirty, wet carpet. There was a stench of mildew that seemed to follow us around. Second, the A/C unit was loud and gurgling with water, and the window could only be opened a few inches. Lack of airflow in the room made it pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, we spoke to someone at the front desk to reserve a shuttle ride to the airport. When it came time to leave the next morning, some other guy at the counter could not find our reservation. The shuttle had already left and the next one wasn't for another two hours. We ended up paying for an Uber which arrived in 5 minutes. Whoever took our reservation the night before was smug and unprofessional, and the guy who attempted to find our reservation in the morning looked absolutely clueless. It was quite frustrating. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to tour Seattle unless you rent a car, because their "local area shuttle service" is unreliable, and this location is too far from the city center. P. S. Their free Wi-Fi sucks!
