This was the cheapest room that I could find in the area, yet my stay was excellent! Apparently, I was originally given the wrong room, which may have had other guests in it. Luckily, they realized the error before I had a chance to get to the room, and it was immediately corrected. The staff was very professional and polite. The room was somewhat small, but it was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern, the room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, and the beds were clean and comfortable (although one had quite a loud squeak! ). The room was quiet. Breakfast runs late (until 10) and the selection was normal. Considering the double-digit price, I'd say this hotel is a very good deal!

Clean, and good size room, bathroom was small with out dated toilet and shower. Vinyl plank tile on floor and mini bar area with sink and storage made up for small bath. Nice atrium elevator plus reasonably quiet accommodations overall. Staff was helpful and focused. Limited breakfast items. Hotel has good bones.

Customer service was great! Workers are always willing to help as much as they can! Room itself is nice, AC was very helpful since it has been warm here the past few days. Location is half an hour to Seattle but is actually an hour during the rush hour. Great hotel overall!

Rude staff. Disgusting owner. No manners at all, on top of predatory business behavior. Go there only if you want to be abused.

The rooms are nice, clean, and more roomy than other 2.5 star hotels. It looks neat, it is not a bad hotel, however you can see how dated the rooms look. The front desk people were nice Chun was anyways wallpaper, small amounts of mold in bathroom. Jacuzzi is broken down. The restaurant is down for renevations. Also only one way in or out. Fire exits are not apparent. Breakfast is very low budget expense. In the end you are paying for what you get. If you live frugally go here.

Two stars only because the Front Desk Agent, Chong, was very understanding and helpful with our problems. He was very patient with us. The elevator is old, and will shut on you if you are not fast enough to step on. We did not want to stay at this hotel and ultimately left because the hotel lobby and our room smelled musky and moldy. We checked our beds and pulled back the linens upon arriving, and found hair in our beds.

My daughter booked a room online paying with debt card, verified room before leaving town. Drove over with her 4 kids arriving after 10pm. Hotel refused to honor room saying a credit card deposit is required, said debt card can't be used for deposit. Then refused to allow her to have her boyfriend or I pay deposit over the phone with credit card saying any credit card had to be in her name. So Hotel International has stranded my daughter and grandkids with no room and to top it off says room she paid for with debt card is non refundable. How dare you jerks leave these kids stranded! I travel a lot with my family, we will never stay with this place or any affiliated hotels. You better hope we find her a room tonight or I'll be driving over to take care of this personally.

This is our second time staying here. This second time, were waiting for our house to be done so we have been staying for several months. The Manager/owner has been absolutely awesome, very good to us. They just recently remodeled all the rooms with beautiful hardwood floors, some new furniture and appliance's. Painted, put new wallpaper in, and some other things here and there. Got a new Washer and dryer for the 3rd floor. Personally, I think the remodeling made a big difference and really made the rooms look more upscale, and overall beautiful hotel. The worker's are always very friendly, willing to help with anything you may need. I would highly recommend staying here! Very nice hotel at a very reasonable price and very close to freeway, bus station, bus stops, restaurant's, and lots of things within walking distance! If you're coming to Lynnwood, I would recommend staying here!

Intro — I stayed here while visiting the Seattle area for a convention, namely SakuraCon 2018. And wow, I was surprised at how good of a hotel it is, especially after seeing the rates, location, and exterior appearance. Atmosphere — It's a two-star hotel, so you can't expect much. But it's actually quite nice. The lobby can be seen in the photographs in this review, and it's beautiful. The room itself isn't super sophisticated or anything, but for what it is, it's quite nice. Service — Very good. The clerks at the front desk were very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the housekeeper is always on top of things and works hard. Upon checking out, I thanked and complimented her. Luxuries — Not many, but for a two-star hotel, that's not a big deal. The room I rented came with a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, a sofa, a coffee table, a dresser, a heater, a closet, and a fully-equipped bathroom. Just the basics, in summary. There is also a workout room next to the lobby and they offer Wi-Fi (the password is given upon purchase), but no pool, no free breakfast, and no oven or stove. Cost — I rented a room here for literally $65 a night, which is the best I've ever seen. Every other hotel I saw before booking this one were at least $80 a night. I didn't even have to sign up for anything. Not only that, the clerk gave me a business card, and said there are sources on there that usually give better rates.

Nice place. Easy drive to downtown Seattle. Nothing really in walking distance but a short drive gives you all types of restaurants.

Beds are soft it's clean. It's old fashioned but good.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are cleaner than a lot of hotels I've stayed at. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel, clean, impressive lobby, pleasant and helpful staff, I'm in a large room with coffee maker, fridge, micro, big tv, plenty of desk space to work. It was easily accessible from I-5 in a quiet area but close enough to grocery and restaurants. No pool, breakfast but a decent price.

I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years and it is a nice place for the money. The staff are very friendly and even give me a discount because I have stayed there in the past. It seems they are continuously trying to upgrade as they can. Usually I don't get charged a deposit but this last time they charged me a $150 deposit which have not yet received back. (I have not stayed at another hotel that does this. ) This is inconvenient for a poor guy like myself who does not have a lot of money in my bank account to begin with. They also really should fix the ventilation system for the bathrooms. Other than that it's great. I will stay there when I can. For the money its a great place. There are some scary places I have stayed at in the lynnwood area for this price range and I am glad to say this isn't one of them.

Overall it's a decent place to stay. Came up for work for 5 days and it's quite and the bed is amazing. Walking in you can see the place needs some repairs but nothing major. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back every week while working up here.

An overall pleasurable experience, clean inside. The windows were a bit dirty but overall a good experience and would recommend.

My fiance and I stayed for a night. The location is convenient, staff was polite (not friendly and welcoming, just polite), and things seem to be clean. We couldn't find the continental breakfast in the morning, so no idea if it was any good or actually exists; we ended up at Ihop. The decor is nice, but the hotel is in need of upgrades and repairs. Our room had a loose floor tile in the bathroom, I noticed mildew in the bathroom light, wallpaper peeling / bubbling in a few places, obvious wear and tear on furniture. The bed was reasonably comfy, TV and fridge worked (didn't use coffeepot or microwave). We didn't have a proper dining table, just a little end table with chairs on either side. The shower head leaked, and part of a sink handle was missing. The bathroom is small and the shower stall opened from the far side, which meant maneuvering around the toilet in order to get in the shower. The bathroom had no fan (which would account for the mildew in the light fixture), and there was a lightswitch in our room that apparently does nothing. Lighting was poor, overall. The window was left open before we checked in (the windows also need replaced: hard to open and screens were ill-fitting) … so we found a couple of bugs during our stay. No cockroaches or anything like that, thank god. I saw no evidence of bedbugs (I checked after seeing the room), and I could smell the bleach on the sheets so I assume its clean, but… I was a little nervous about it.

Facility is little old but stuff is very nice. It will be good choice if you want a short and quiet stay.

Spacious room with mini fridge, microwave, and friendly staff. Located 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. Cons were no fan in bathroom, no mirror outside of bathroom, and housekeeping repeatedly left only 3 bath towels when there were 4 of us. Room was very clean and updated. Would stay again.

It has nice size rooms and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. They serve breakfast in the morning and have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in room. It is convenientlylocated about 20 min from the sites in Seattle. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Seattle.

I did not stay at the hotel as a guest, but rather, I had arrived at this location to deliver food to a resident. I was greeted at the front desk and was escorted to the room I needed by a very helpful employee. They are extremely attentive, whether you are staying there or just visiting like I was. Great experience.

This place is not super Luxurious, but modest and clean. The room I stayed in had No musty smell, something that is hard to find in Motels now days. The window opened and I had fresh clean air all night, something I personally really like. The bed was clean and comfy, with 4 pillows. The owners are very kind and helpful. It looks kind of old on the outside but the room was nice and clean, something I require, well it is owned by a Korean family, and they are usually very clean people. Not super cheap, but not as expensive as some places. I payed 115 total for a room with one Queen bed. It is extra if you want a King size.

Very rude staff. Nice rooms though. Gave off that creepy "haunted hotel" vibe.

I don't know how it got 4 stars, but they need to come back and repo a few. The lobby was dirty, the grounds were nasty. The smoking area looked like a crime scene. The rest of the place from there was/is just a low end hotel you'd expect to be robbed at. Avoid if possible.

The hotel itself is physically really nice… HOWEVER, these THIEVES will take an extra $30 if you pay with credit card, $100 with debit or $150 if you choose cash. You get the $30 or $150 back upon checkout (assuming they aren't robbed while you stay there). The refund for debit payment ($100) can take up to a week. Ridiculous policy. If people damage a room, you specifically charge them. You do NOT assume that all people are criminals and steal our money.

Best one-off hotel I have stayed at. Classy: Towering lobby with beautiful carved wood Seattle-scape wall hanging, and modern ornamental lamps hanging in the hollow interior of the atrium, marble tiles, granite sink countertop. Great continental breakfast includes wafflemaker! Flat TV, microwave, and minifridge with freezer, 3-foot round table and two comfy chairs for self-catering. The whole building is well cleaned and cared for. They were blowing off and sweeping up the already clean large parking lot all yesterday. (Note: no charging for electric cars here or nearby. ) Three exercise machines next to lobby in a little glass room. Lovely forest park (Scriber Lake) across the street. Walk 2 blocks to 3 supermarkets including Trader Joe's and other shops. Very comfy firm bed, quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Family has a sushi restaurant attached to hotel, we did not visit. Price was the best we found in Seattle for a quality stay. Highly recommended!

Called to book a reservation. The lady on the phone barely spoke english. I asked the lady if there would be a hold placed on my card as I was curious of the total for the room, "I don't know" was her response. When arrived at the hotel to check in, the clueless front desk lady failed to inform me that they do not accept debit cards or cash … Seriously? Not only was I uninformed but there was a huge convention in town and I was unable to get a room remotely close to the area. Thanks for nothing. I will NEVER stay in this hotel nor recommend it to anyone and I didn't even make it to the inside of the hotel, just simply by how AWFUL and CLUELESS their front desk staff is!

Hotel International is an excellent budget hotel; I would recommend it to anyone. My family and I stayed at the hotel for a week at the beginning of July 2012 and had a wonderful experience. The family who runs the hotel is incredibly courteous and accommodating; they changed rooms for us at no charge when one person was unexpectedly unable to make the trip. They were always friendly when greeting us at the front desk and one of them even gave a gift to my aunt during an encounter and conversation in the laundry — very sweet! The hotel itself is older, but very well-cared for and very clean. The rooms were great — simple, clean, comfortable. The fact that there was a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot was nice bonus. The free Wi-Fi was a super-nice bonus. There was a flat screen TV in the room with local cable, but we didn't watch much. I was in a single king room with two other people and I didn't sleep on the bed, so I'm unable to give review of that. I slept on the couch in the room, however, and was quite comfortable. My mother and aunt slept in the bed and they both said it was very comfortable; there was also quite a bit of snoring going on, so I assume it truly was a comfortable bed. A continental breakfast was served daily from 7:00am — 10:00am (I believe) with typical fair — yogurt, fruits, breads (bagels, toast, croissants, waffles), cereals and condiments, along with coffee and juice.

They have a tight turn on their parking and was difficult to get into the parking space without knocking down bits and pieces when at dark. Room was good but the costumer services weren't outstanding.

The reviews on this hotel or not too good but we were quite impressed the room was very clean the bed was very good and the free breakfast thingy was okay. People were very nice although I think the price they charge me was slightly more than I expected it was still a good deal for the area. There was a nice desk but there was no AC outlet close to the bed where I could charge my cell phone overnight. Next to in the same building what seems to be a high-end sushi restaurant There was something wrong with the shower or shower head the water came out kinda funny and I reported it. Plastic laundry bags in the closet and I kind of need those when I travel to stuff my laundry. If there was a restroom on the ground floor it was not obvious and I think they need to have a coupling into the shared restroom in a sushi restaurant or something because because Definitely stay there again it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the people were very nice.

So I stayed at hotel international for a cheap last stop for my boyfriends birthday. Price was awesome and location was okay only a $3 cab ride to uncle jacks however I will spend the extra $30 or so to stay at the best western. This place is very misleading! appears clean, until you start to see roaches appear as you settle into your room. Not to mention the spiders webbin it up in the bathroom. Thank god my boyfriend is a germ freak and we brought our own sheets because there was sex residue all over not too mention a few disturbingly odd colored stains as well. The phone didnt work, neither did the Wi-Fi. The shower was okay didnt really get a chance to use it because once we arrived back and our friends were helping us bring up all the birthday gifts this crazy old woman started yelling at us telling us to "hush" and that we could not be there? then once I told here I was a customer and we are going to my room she said "No No! i'm calling police! " like are you kidding? we ended up getting ESCORTED out by the cops of OUR OWN ROOM because why? this hotel is a legit headache and dont expect there to be management because its just a son and mom running this hotel. (none speak english well either) I really feel like this business is a joke thats why i'm sharing my experience on here and as well as the health department because aint nobody got time for that.

I booked the Hotel International for my week long stay in September. The manager I booked the reservation with was very helpful and cordial. When I arrived on site, the hotel appeared a more dingy than I had anticipated, but rest assured that the inside accommodations are excellent! The staff was always available and helpful, the room was quiet and spacious. The bedding was to die for: just the right amount of fluffy and firm. Our TV received all the good channels: Discovery, Food Network, Cartoon Network, HGTV. And the free Wi-Fi was very speedy! I did not have a chance to eat at the attached Japanese restaurant, but there were plenty of food options in my budget (Denny's, Ihop, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Taco Time, Wendy's, etc. ) within walking distance, as well as a laundry mat (hotel laundry does not open until 10 and I had an early start on the day), and a Fred Meyer. My issues with our stay were negligible: the bathroom sink sprayed water all over the counter instead of having a direct stream, so brushing my teeth and washing my hands proved challenging. (The shower was perfectly tempered and had great water pressure, however, so I didn't bother registering a complaint. ) I have high-protein dietary needs and, whereas the continental breakfast was well stocked with fresh waffles, fruit, and excellent coffee, there was no protein (eggs, sausage, peanut butter. ) provided. For the last few days, I opted out of the included breakfast and took a walk to Denny's.
