The first thing we saw before checking in were 3 women in the bottom floor handing something through the window to 2 guys. Not sure what it was but it was unnerving. Also while out back at my vehicle a woman on the 3rd floor was yelling at the top of her lungs at someone else in her room that I brought it to the attention of the front desk guy. He did immediately check things out. Feel very unsafe but too tired to drive any further. Not worth the price I paid for tonight's stay. The front desk guy Kelley is a nice guy. This hotel reminds me of someplace they put people when they have no where else to stay. Again not worth the money we paid and this will get reported to corporate.

Nightmare. This company needs to step it up. It took me 45 minutes to check in because someone at the front desk was putting people in rooms and not putting it in the computer, so people were were sent to occupied rooms. No washcloths in my room either. At least this room was clean. They've been filthy in the past, and I mean filthy. I must say that the poor night manager handled the mess he was left with with grace, dignity and calmness. He apologized profusely and did what he could for folks.

Folks I was told by management they only have housekeepers come once a week and this was more than just one of their locations. At different locations they tried to sell me dirty rooms. Lol.

Best place to be in a forward motion in your life. Totally great and caring staff. Too much fun. Love them all! Happy breakfast sandwich and coffee friends! You are ALL in my heart.

Located in a nice area. Friendly staff. We reserved a studio with a queen sized bed, small kitchen (double sink, 2 burners, microwave and full sized fridge) and got a complimentary upgrade from a queen to a king sized bed which is nice :) We returned to the hotel at 2:00 a. M. And they let us check out at 12:00 p. M. Instead of check out time which is 11:00 a. M. I had a great experience and would stay here again! I do recommend this hotel to others :)

We spent one week at this hotel and were very pleased with our room. We had a clean bed and a clean bathroom. There was always hot water. The pillows were very comfortable and I had perfect sleep every night. Thank you.

The extended stay Broadway doesn't charge for pets apparently Lynnwood does. And apparently it's 30 dollars a night for a 5 pound Chihuahua. And apparently they don't notify you when they see the dog. Oh no they do it bright and early the next morning so it isn't an option to take him home instead. So after stealing that 60 from us I won't be coming back. Especially since I couldn't speak to a manager and got a 1 800 number to make a complaint. Thanks for charging me an extra 60 on Valentine's day you stupid bastards. Oh and you get no stars. It made me put one to post this review.

NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! My family and I drove three hours for a business trip that was a week long and we had nothing but problems. Before we left to head up to this Extended Stay, we had problems trying to get the room reserved and it took almost 45min to an hour to get resolved. When we arrived the front desk tried up selling us by telling us to upgrade our Wi-Fi and so on. Once we received our room key we come to find out they DO NOT work after we carried all our items to our room (now we had to go back down to the front desk to get that fixed another 20min of waiting after a long9 drive). Our heater would not turn on for HOURS, that night my family and I were freezing. Next, our fridge stopped working with all our food either warm or still warm from take out. When the front desk was called to have this resolved their answer was to wait until morning to have it fixed, move our food to the empty room next door, or move to a different room (this is at 10 at night). All our refrigerated food was wasted. The problem with the fridge alone was too much time and effort after a LONG day of work and with kids waiting. For $1000 to stay here they should of checked to see if everything worked properly. The cheapest of hotels are more than accommodating. Do not waste your money here!

Better than the name suggests, but nothing special. The staff's ability to listen and help was pretty underwhelming, and if your tempted by the continental breakfast offering, don't be… they'd be better off offering a vending machine.

Monica at the front desk is very friendly and always makes check in quick and easy! She is professional helpful and has wonderful customer service.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were nice!

No internet service, business proposals/homework, the internet service moves like a snail, if it works at all. Please be prepared for this. The Library is close by. The front desk reps are SUPREME: nice, friendly, attentive to detail, top notch — all three, "K", Eileen (tall, dark bob cut), and Monica, of course. Families stay alert: 3rd floor has major creepers on it. So keep your family and kids safe by avoiding this floor. Many creepy male tenants that actually leave their doors open, some do cat-calls for long periods of time, and just insane scary. Whistled like Jack N. Would have on The Shinning movie. Please alert the kids that not everyone that looks safe is SAFE. Other than that, Monica rules at the front desk as the rep. She is beyond awesome, and many brag upon her for good reason. She has customer service down pat. If you ever feel afraid Lynnwood Police are just moments away from this location. Call them, they are some of the finest officers that walk the beat.

Very comfortable beds and professional staff. I had a peaceful nights sleep.

Nice hotel with nice rooms the pool was awesome everything in the breakfast was good and the workout room was really nice.

It was quiet the parking lot had plenty of places the staff where kind and helpful, the room was clean and the view was good.

Crappy hotel for the money. I might have been happy for half the price. Paper thin walls, bare minimum amenities, tiny TV with bare bones channels. Will never book at an Extended Stay American again. All that said … the lady at the front desk was warm, caring, and welcoming.

The room was quite nice, but that was the only good thing. A "breakfast" being small packaged muffins and granola bars was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room the entire weekend.

Very nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and actually seemed like she wanted to help you. Very clean and nice, very quiet. Pretty good breakfast for the price, good grab and go stuff, was not pushy when almost time to check out, overall I had a very nice experience staying at the Extended Stay Lynnwood. Could use a pool or weight room for something extra, more smoking rooms, and the breakfast could be a bit better. Some hot foods possibly. 8.5/10 Very Good overall.

Hotel was easy to find off the I5. Checking in the staff was friendly but very informal. They couldn't provide us with a room with 2 double beds as we booked so they gave us 2 rooms with 1 bed at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and nice looking but the beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel was adequate for the 1 night we were there. The free breakfast that was provided was coffee, a granola bar and a stale muffin.

The Lynnwood Extended Stay is quite delightful: The Staff has been charming, the view is stunning, and it is far enough from the city that you can actually hear nature at night. The main draw was the hotel's partnership with Allure Aesthetics, making it the only affordable option in the area for surgery recovery. The only downside is that the parking situation is a bit of a joke.

I will give this place ZERO stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. Poor customer service, no manager on site, we had a problem with our reservation they had one employee in the front desk very slow, doesn't know what she is doing and didn't have answers for our questions, when she called her manager to get answers I asked to talk to the manager on the phone the employee asked her if she want to talk to me and very clearly the answer was NO. In addition it's not a very clean place. Breakfast is a joke you get coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, prepackaged muffin and fruits (orange and apples) but you better be in throb by by 930 or you will go down there and breakfast is gone. All the front desk employee no matter which shift were such grumpy people.

Limited rooms remained so we had to utilize the additional pullout bed which was extremely uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was very low. The TV remote did not function correctly. All other aspects of the stay, location, rooms, service were average.

Quaint little place, rooms were decent sized had microwave, fridge, and stove. Room where good priced and customer service was awesome! Best part the beds are super comfy!

It was a nice basic hotel room. They did have a small kitchen and offer breakfasts.

I have a hard time even giving this place a star. The entire hotel was smoky! Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel and smoke literally rolled out of the elevator when it opened in the lobby. I stood in the lobby with three other customers that were in my same boat. We reserved a non-smoking room and were checked into a smoking room without being told. When we promptly returned to the front desk we were all told that non-smoking was a preference and not a guarantee. We ranged from those allergic to smoke, to a senior citizen on oxygen, to a small child with asthma — all checked into smoking rooms without being told. If you are out of non-smoking rooms, do us all a favor and let us know when we are booking! This seems like a reasonable way to operate business.

I'm a smoker and I'm not in a smoking room wtf. I all so told the lady at the front desk that I'm a smoker. I'm having no problems so far. The rates r pretty good.
