Bed was uncomfortable. Cable didnt work. Very noisy quests and noisy surrounding businesses.

It's cheap, get what you pay for. Gotta little bar next door. Great drinks.

Bad customer service. $10 non-refundable deposit for key to room. Dirty room. Vomit in the parking lot. However on my scale of bad motels this at least gets 2 stars because no bed bugs or hookers. Update: Instead of letting me switch rooms, they plunged my sink. Update 2: After "cleaning" my sink for 15 minutes, it's still dirty.

Room was ok. The upstairs neighbor had a shower all night and walk around angrily issue. That and the "24hour policy" stating that All visitors must have valid I'd and register at the office, makes me feel a bit uneasy. The thinner skinned traveler would do well to pass this one by.

The place was reasonably clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and well mannered. My major complaints would be the number of pillows (there were only two) and the quality of the soap was lackluster but it was soap. I've stayed at much worse and I've had much better. I think overall this place fits their price point found on websites that offer a discount.

This is actually — 1 stars … but that wasn't an option. I do not recommend this place. Room was average sized. However it's a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke. Had ashes and a match on side of the bed. Bed was half assed made up as if someone got up real Quick And attempted to make three bed. Sheets looked slept in and had a pink stain. Food crumbs on table that held the TV. Ashes on the bathroom floor. Hair in tub on the floors and toliet. Management did nothing to rectify this.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The office man was very shy of harassing me. They have a very unrealistic policy of no visitors after 9pm or they will charge a $15 fee for every person the see after 9. Very rude and just horrible experience and horrible customer service.

They need to tear it down and start over! In disrepair and some questionable looking people stay there.

The staff were great and quick to accommodate my needs.

Bed bugs rude Indian guy and his wife would. Stay there again for free.

Traveler beware! There is a "no refund" policy if you prepay and need to check out early! My husband travels for work and his schedule changed after 2 nights when he'd paid for 4. They wouldn't refund him or even let him have credit for the next week when he would be in town again. Horrible people, really stupid policy, horrible customer service. If they had been even a little accommodating they would have kept my husband's business. Now we are writing reviews everywhere to warn people away. The cherry on top is the place was apparently having water problems, too, and it was turned off for 1/2 a day. When it finally came back on there was little water pressure and what came out of the faucets was dirty.

Clean enough rooms. Busy parking lot.

Stayed here last year, paid with cash and they required $10 for key deposit. From my understanding you will get the $10 dep key back once you turn in your key… came in to check out in the morning to return key and he said "thank you your $10 key dep was given to you already"… umm how the hell you tell me you gave me and I am there with only 1 key to the room for mah dep… then I checked in last week and a woman help me, did the same thing when I checked out in the morning… stated that the man that was working at night gave me my deposit at night… I have worked for hotels for a very long time and I have alot of experience with people like this that just want to mess with your money and think that you are stupid while they we're trying to make money off of you… i've been in the hospitality business too long for them to play the game with me… so pls especially if your not from here, they will do what ever they can to try and get more money from you…

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The prices qere fair and overall the stay was pleasant.

They where rude discrimitive. The man working nights would bully me a 5 ft 100 lb. Woman with stage 4 cancer making it hard for me to even leave my room by myself.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel a few years back with some friends. They were busy, so enjoyed the nice bar next door. Great location. Sweet rooms and staff. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean room, friendly, accomodating staff, quiet guests.

Maid that lives in end room is drug addict hanging with other drug people that are in the motel she also lets others do laundry in where the motel is doing the sheets and towels need some better help.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude. He needs to learn how to talk to and treat people. Also if you checkin after 4am you should not have to check out 7 hours later at 11am. The room was alright. But I didnt like that I couldn't get extra piillows.

There are some people that work here that are very rude. One of the office attendants is rude. But the one lady that works there is as nice as can be and always willing to work with you.

I can't see how anyone would post some phony review about this establishment my experience there was more than pleasant the staff was very friendly management was available for any questions I had and my stay as resident was a little over a month. Thank you for my experience. I will be taking a vacation soon an la plan on staying there I must say though a room with a Jacuzzi would make it perfect lol but it's well worth that minor discrepancy.

I have never written a review in my life time, but the horrible experience I had at King's Motor Inn in Fife have prompted me to write this as a warning to all who all who are thinking about spending the night here. I requested a non-smoking room, but got one that wreaks of cigarette. The bed sheets were dirty, the blankets had cigarette burns, the toilet had urine stains, and the towels had hair in them. I had to spray febreeze three times in the 8 hours that I was there. Take your $60 somewhere else. You have been warned…
