Google needs to make it to where you can give 0 stars because this place is nasty and very very very outdated. The Ac/ Heater unit is from like the 1970s and smells sooooo gross when you turn it on and also they didn’t caulk it so you can see outside (look at my pictures to understand) so bugs are getting in the room. Beds are disgusting. I should’ve taken a picture before I slept in it so you could see how dated it was. There’s lots of black dirt things on it (I hope it was dirt and not bed bugs but I don’t know) and there was someone’s false eyelash! I also found a long strand of hair on the bed and I know it’s not mine because I have very blonde hair. I took the blankets apart after reading reviews on here and it’s obvious they don’t clean the bedding very often at all. When I came in here the desk chair was laying on my bed. Lights by night stand don’t work, vanity light takes forever to turn on. Right when you come in here and look at the room and the beds you can tell how dirty it is. The only updated thing is the tv. They updated that so they should update the entire room.

This place is gross and so dirty and shouldn't be able to rent rooms to any one and the front desk lady is rude and kept my deposit And your not allowed to have any one there and they call the cops on you If someone even brings you food.

Clean rooms but check in took a little longer then expected but was still a great place to stay and I will be back again.

This motel is way better than road way in witch meam I hope u come to this on cause road way in is nasty it stinks and it jus gross so me to sunshine motel.

There needs to be a way to rate 0 stars as this place is horrible. Staff is trifling, getting into other people's business and causing fights between the tenants. The maids do a horrible job at cleaning and they have a nasty look on there faces when they passed you by, even though, I always smiled and said good morning. There was a big splotch on the hallway wall, I hope was chocolate, that was never washed off, it had been there since the day we got there. The maids act as though cleaning was a burden rather then their job. It always smelled bad in the halls. They put in as little effort as possible. I had to take out my own garbage, barrow a vacuum, and scrub the toilet because I didn't want them coming in at 8 am and they treated my like I was asking too much for them to do it later, even though they were still working on my floor. When I asked for sheets and towels, I was treated as though I was going to steal them and half the time I was told there weren't any. The other half, I was told they would bring me some and then they did not. I had to go out and get my own. There was cat litter in my room. The room floors were, so dirty my children's feet or socks were black at the end of the day. The elevator was out of order. The tiles in the front entry were broken that they just covered with a rug, there was an older gentleman that had had several strokes and walks with a walker, his wife was deathly afraid he was going to get caught up and fall.

The front desk staff are nice, that's about the only thing in this place that is though. The 'clean towels' in my room had brown and red stains on them, luckily I brought my own towel. The bedsheets also had mystery stains on them. The walls are paper thin and I could constantly hear people across the hall talking at 5am. The carpet looks like it hasn't been washed since the place was built. The in-suite mirror again was covered in mystery smudges. Overall the place is disgusting.

Terrible place. Do not stay here! Drugs and prostitution seemed all around. The rooms were filthy beyond belief.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, Wow where to start. Well I shouldn't have let my friend book the room. I will pick it next time. We pulled up and as I was waiting a guy ran out yelling and a girl in a car. Drug addicts arguing. This motel is drug infested, we pulled to the back and drug addicts were sitting outside. In the room it had massive stains all over the carpet. Very ugly floral bed spreads that looks like they are from the 70s. The hallways are gross along with the carpet in all areas. We didn't stay. Pretty sure this place has bed bugs. The staff acted like its normal to have this place so dirty. This place should be closed down! If you like a dirty and gross place then this one is for you.

Run down dump. Smelled awful. Couldn't sleep bed was too uncomfortable.

People working there very nice, rokms are ok and quiet.

The room was big, but very very dated. I believe the beds were put in, when the building was built. There were 2 beds in the room, so obviously, more than 1 person would be staying there, yet there was only 1 towel and 1 packet of regular coffee and 1packet of decaf. We were unable to find an alarm clock until we were getting ready to leave, when I found it in the kitchen cupboard.

Worst hotel experience ever. The men at the front desk were so rude. Took them almost an hour to find our reservation then refused to give us our room for the price we were quoted ended up paying over 50 dollars more than the price they had promised us over three weeks before when we made our reservation. The parking lot and hall ways throughout the building were disgusting dirty. The room had holes in the walls and stunk like something ive never smelled before and hope I never have to again. Would never recommend that anyone stays at this hell hole.

The place is a dump. They should be paying people to stay there. Seriously, I asked for a non smoking cuz I have a 7 month old an as soon as I opened the door, it smelled of cigarettes an mold. Looked at the mini fridge which is open because the door doesnt shut, it was growing black mold, the coffee maker didnt work, ac bearly worked… blowing from only a third of the vent which was full of dirt. Need to jus bulldoze that joint.

Very scary. The shampoo packets had mildew in them.

This hotel was so nasty and dirty I didnt even wanna take a shower or sit down on the toilet. When I called the front desk to inform her about the blood that was splattered on the walls, all the pubes and urine that was all over the ground in the bathroom thst was clearly never cleaned. The one towel they left in the room was smaller then the floor mat and looked like it was used as a wash rag at a car wash before its lovely life here at the "sunshine hotel! " I also informed her that our fridge wouldnt stay closed and we had placed one of the chairs in front of it to keep it closed but it didnt seem to be getting any colder and had a real funky smell coming from it. When I asked her if we would either like a different room or if someone could please come clean our room properly while we went to dinner. The lady was beyond rude and even threatened to charge us for there only being on towel and said that their maids cleaned that room and there was nothibg she could do about it. I will NEVER be coming back here and I will make sure everybody I know who is planning on visiting this area doesnt stay here either.
