Well okay so the rooms were fairly clean rooms. I was in like 4 different rooms so I believe I would know. Every room that I stayed in were all double bed rooms and I loved the fact that the beds each had 4 pillows… Microwaves and refrigerator in all the rooms as well. I remember thinking " wow, impressive rooms all had at least a 32" inch RCA flat screen TV, mounted on the wall AND working appliances was totally a plus. And they even had the continental breakfast for those of us " that actually paid to stay there " we got nice bug fatty waffles ta munch down as long as you made it to the lobby by 9:00 am …

BED BUG INFESTATION I got a room here June 01, 2018 for a night. The lady at the front desk was kind of rude, and prices had shifted from when I had called before my arrival. My room, which was labeled as non smoking smelled like an ashtray, but seemed clean-ish. The next morning I woke up to what looked like a rash on my arm and neck and my husband had similar markings on his arms. He suggested they could be bites of some sort so we lifted the mattress and were horrified to see these little bugs in the corners of the box spring. We went down to the front desk. They told us we were lying, did not give us our deposit back, and did not even bother to apologize or take any measure to go look under the mattress to verify they have an infestation. Horrible horrible experience. Unless you don't mind sleeping with bugs that drink your blood while you sleep, I suggest you run far from this place. Terrible business scam they are running.

Wonderful, helpful employees. Awesome breakfast. Large rooms with accessibility for ♿ bath, large, clean premises. Comfortable beds. Tons of channels. Also directly across from the Emerald Queen Casino in Fife.

Great rooms and breakfast just be careful of the surrounding area its pretty drug infested out there.

This room we are in Is very nice n clean, I like it here, you come to relax, that is my opinion, not to be up in everyones business or being nosey, I mind my own business and stick to myself, cuz then I don't have no problems and I don't bug no one,

Rooms stunk like cigarette smoke. Moved to another room still stunk. Other customers looked a little sketchy/white trash. Loud noise came right thru the thin door late at night. Scratches/gouges in all the wood doors & cabinets. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was bleak.

I've stayed here a few different occasions and found the staff very nice along with the rooms as well.

This is a great place for truck drivers, very basic neat setup and there is a discount for truckers. I was looking everywhere for room and a lot of places in the area filled up for the week, and I call this place and they have one spot available and to my surprise they offer trucker discount.

Tweeter motel! Stayed for a week. The most disgusting place in Washington! People slamming doors all night. Cars speeding in and out. No respect for any other tenants! My company will not use his hotel ever again. Let's not forget the $100 deposit per room you must pay. Just don't stay!

We were not told of our Deposit having to be $100 Cash. There were 4 of us we also had to pay with cash. This was a business trip, we have never had this come up before. They have an atm machine but by the time your done with the atm fee and bank charges your about another $5. Had we known this we could have been prepaired.

The good: the room had a bed and a working shower. They attempted to clean the smoke stink from the room. Decent breakfast: boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice The bad: We booked a nonsmoking king room with disability accommodations. We ended up with a smoking room. Front desk person was quick to blame the booking site for the change and repeatedly stated how it wasn't her fault. I found her behavior rude. Since I needed a shower seat and they had one on the sites picture, I wanted to verify if the plank of wood was the shower seat in the picture. She told me she really didnt know and she had no reason to go in the rooms to find out. (for those of you who are looking at the picture, yes that plank of wood IS the shower seat! ) If we weren't so tired and in need of a good shower, we would have left. We were given a Wi-Fi password for the internet… Which never connected since the signal was so weak. Poorly patched walls, mold under the sink. Though we needed to do laundy, that was in another building in the complex. We didn't attempt to check it out, we didnt trust the facility enough to check it out. Please note: they asked for a $50 cash deposit plus a credit card at check in. Keep that receipt or you wont get your deposit back.

Absolutely wonderful visit! Will definitely be staying again. Loved my room, the location and the staff. Good job guys, keep it up!

Easy to locate and find as a newbie in town. Sheets were not changed and it was obvious. I did NOT complain to the front desk so they could have an opportunity to fix it. I got in late after a concert and just wanted bed before an early flight. Lip stick and mascara marks on my pillows, gross scab skin in my bed. Yes. As if someone picked scabs. Shouldn't have to complain after a concert hen ya pay money for this stuff.

So I book through a well known online travel site, which charged me for my room. I get there pay my deposit we stay the 2 days. Decided to stay one more day. So I payed cash. 3 days later go to use my debit card and its over drawn. So I checked my statement online… And low and behold Days in charged my card twice @$129.00 I'm angry and I'm disgusted. They stole from me and caused me big inconveniences.

We arrived at 3:15, the room was not ready until 415 even though it was guaranteed by 3 p. M. The room was stinky and walls dirty. When we realized we needed a tooth brush the front desk didn't have one available. They photo copied our cc and when we asked for them back after checking out they refused. The front desk staff on Saturday was rude and un-accommodating.

The staff is polite & attentive, and the rooms are spacious. I always focus upon key factors, including service, comfort, temperatures & ease of access. I took note that there are common issues with wear & minor blemishes, which do not diminish the quality of our stay. The motel is situated near a casino & a busy thoroughfare, which may add to the noise levels intermittently. There is one regular & several fast food restaurants near the motel, which make quick dining a probability.

Overall it was not bad. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and sered its purpose. On the down side, the nonsmoking room still smelled like smoke. On the up side, it was very close to the casino.

My stay was rather pleasant, in fact for their low rates I am extremely pleased. The customer service was dignified and the people were very kind. And the room had been extraordinary clean, I managed to sleep very well for being out of my own bed. I came to the casino for a day with my friends and I couldn't get a room. So I instead was greeted by a large yellow sun on the side of the road. And I found my way into their lovely establishment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. And they have free breakfast!

Decent service. Good price. The rooms are a bit old and need a refresh soon. It smells of old wet carpet. Breakfast was a small selection but the usual waffles, cereal, toast, oatmeal. Stayed on the second floor had a hit of smoke smell not sure from the other rooms nearby or the AC machine.

For the area it was very quiet. The room was a nice size. Everything was updated and clean. Housekeeping was polite. Front desk staff a female seemed a little rude. I gave a four star because we were given a room next to the laundry room and during the day when I would try to put my son down for a nap he would get woke up. It was pretty annoying being next to the laundry room. Also there is only one entrance to the hotel and its pretty close to an intersection. It takes forever to get in or out of this hotel.

Rooms are pretty nice. I like that they are as cozy as they are. They are a little pricey for Fife but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff very helpful and friendly service. Needed some papers copied and faxed and they were very accommodating. Felt being taken care of was not an inconvenience for them and the staff was always smiling and happy.

Omg stayed here for 2 nights both nights the cops showed. This hotel has no class they will rent a room to anyone from the street saw people doing drugs in the parking lot loud music drinking all night long. They run out of breakfast 830am n don't restock it. If u r looking for a quiet night go somewhere else but if u like drug drinking partying all night than this the hotel for u. Complain to front no help at all.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't stay here, full of pimps, hoes and drug dealers. And they will also put a boot on your truck and then charge you $100 in the morning to take it off. Do not stay here.

Yuck this place is a nasty peace of crap and rude customer service they act like its the hilton or something. Full of tweakers go to the quality inn next door save your money don't stay here unless your junky then this hotel is for you.

Our truck was in the shop and our standard hotel chains (Holiday, Hampton, Hilton or the casino) had no non — smoking rooms available this weekend, we had to give in to getting a room here. We had room 215, on the second floor, in the front. We had resort to staying at Days, Stone Mountain GA, earlier this summer and was pleased. Here it was better than sleeping on the streets. The carpet had unacceptable stains, the curtains/rod was in need of repair. The bathroom ceiling was developing mold. With that being said the room had no odors, the bed was firm but comfortable. It was quiet at night. I would stay again if I had no choice.

If you're looking for drugs and prostitutes, then this is the right place. Cars come in and out every 5 minutes as the drivers sit in their car waiting for someone to come to their driver window and shake hands. Very young girls run from one unit to another. We were woken up at 3am by a female pounding on the door next to us wanting her dope. Her dealer was shouting at her then eventually let her in. I slept with my clothes on. The fire sprinkler looked suspicious. The attic covering looked like it had recently been disturbed. The box spring was stained like I've never seen before. We sleep with the lights on.

I've been coming to this place for years and there's a huge change this year. New owner, new staff and the hotel looks amazing inside and out. Staff is always on top of their A-game to bring the best customer service to us. Thanks yall.

We are commercial drivers and have stayed here on a few occasions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and they are "pet friendly". Casino across the street with a buffet a restaurant and a 24 hour snack bar with great sandwiches, soups, etc. All in all a nice place to stay. Request a room in the front building facing the street. It's a bit noisy with traffic during the day but very quiet at night. Rooms are nicer in front building. It's nothing fancy but rooms and grounds are very clean.

I am a truck driver and stay all over the country. I look for a clean room, clean shower and up to date. This hotel had all of the above, my room also came with Direct tv, microwave, desk with nice office chair, a separate comfortable chair and the showers were very hot! Staff was very friendly! Truck drivers, they also truck parking! I will be back.

We have stayed here in the past and not had a problem. However it is unfortunate that I must say it will be the last. We have had a very bad experience with the staff. We paid for the room over the website and charges are pending in our bank account until my husband checks out, however when my husband arrived they charge our account again and now we have double pending. They flat out refused to reverse the over charges and take care of the problem saying it will fall off when he checks out however $224.00 is not going to be available to us because it is being held by days inn. I spent 4 hours trying to resolve this problem and have been treat very poorly by the staff. I ask if a manager could call me. They told me that the mangers were off for the weekend. I had to call the cooperate office for days inn only to be told that all of the Hotels are privately owned. But they did call the fife days inn and a manager called me at about 9pm, only to be very rude and she would not reverse the charges saying she would write a letter to the bank " FOR WHAT I ASK HER. This has nothing to do with our bank. We have been over charged and nothing is being done about it. My husband is now short of funds because of their incompetence and unprofessional staff. No one will tell me who actually owns the hotel. I will be filing a compliant with the attorney general, and the better business bureau. It is my recommendation to avoid this Hotel at all cost.

Stayed one night here with my husband the room was awesome the lady at the counter was very nice, I recommend this place.

We stay here every time we're in the area. Pet friendly, 18 wheeler parking, staff is very pleasant! Several places to eat within walking distance, casino just across the street, and a little shopette just down the road. Love this place.

I stay here every couple of weeks. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The price is inexpensive. The location is good and on a major bus route. The only reason for four stars instead of five is every time I stay here, every room has something broken in it. The first was the closet door. Then the heater in another room made funny noises and I worried about it bursting into flame. Another room had the fire alarm dangling from a cord thru a hole in the ceiling. Overall it is a good place if you overlook the little things. I have not had issues with excessive outside noise. There is some, but personally I sleep like a rock.
