Well I couldn't find a room anywhere in town. So I started going down the list and this was the only place in Everett that had a room. It was 5 am and do tired just wanted a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Well the shower was really small my guy friend is 6'1" and had a hard time with the shower being so short. There was only 1 set of towels and we weren't offered anymore at check in… the remote control for the TV didn't work. So we had to call for a different one… that was over a 30 min wait for them to bring one up. Then they opened the door after knocking 2 times at 11am. To tell us it was check out time… So after 6 hours maybe of sleep. We tried to get them to let us stay for a couple more hours and they continued to say no… I really don't think that I'll ever go back to be honest. Even if it's the only place to get a room for the night…

I like this location because the staff are nice. I was staying at the one in Everett by casino rd and the only good thing about that place is the staff otherwise it's druggyville.

I actually liked staying here. The tenants were very quiet, people were barbequing in the parking lot. The room was clean and the man working the front desk was very sweet. If you plan to have guests, make sure they stop by the front desk to show ID. Checkout is at 11 am.

Had a blast hangen with my sugar sugar. I got served for a change-it was fabulous gna get served again tonight and getting an extra plate.

I had raw sewage poor out of my bathroom light and they did nothing but tell me we didn't ask you to stay here. This motel is for drug addicts and prostitutes. Every room comes with your very own black mold farm! avoid this motel if you care about your health at all or well being. If you have kids do not bring them here they are not safe.

It's not the best but it's cheap and I recommend it.

Substandard guest services. Not only was my husband not allowed his support animal, having reserved 2 beds as we have a14yr old as well, we had to argue to get a proper room, and staff was rude and short as we attended breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are always very clean and they have on site laundry! Very good price for what you get!

Be careful when booking, there are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is available until 9am.

I went in to help find my missing father and the gentleman at the front counter wasn’t helpful at all. He kept shutting us down when we asked whether my father was there or if he’s seen him. You see we thought he might be there because my father likes to frequent that hotel when visiting from out of town. It was a very stressful time for my family and I. I understand him keeping customer records private but it involved a missing person. We followed up with stressing that this is an extreme situation and still got shot down. So we looked for a different plan of attack, we asked if the proper protocol was to have an officer come in and request the information. That quickly got us kicked off the property. Im left very upset with the lack of cooperation we received during a case of emergency. I hope no one else has to deal with this gentleman’s BS. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Worst hotel in the state of washington! the front desk clerk who looks like an ex-meth head mis-treated us because of our race when we complained he called the police, when the black police officer arrived he called for another officer they both asked why they were called on a matter that should not have involved them the punk changed his story and tried to have us removed from the property for trespass. Based on public accommidation laws not only were his actions illegal but the actions of the white epd officer who then tried to make a case when it was clear that both their actions were done out of malice. I will never stop exposing wrong doing & those who profit off of ill-gotten gain! do not stay at this hotel no matter how great the price!

Comfy rooms good housekeeping. Good stay at a good price.

Reasonable rates, fridge and microwave in room, great location across from Fred Meyer and Jack in the box, laundromat and other stores nearby, including subway and tobacco shops.

This was THE worst hotel experience I have ever had. The reservation price was not honored, the desk clerk was completely rude and spoke far less than minimal English, the room was FILTHY. It took me over an HOUR of haggling and debate to check-in after I had already reserved and paid for the room in advance. I was charged DOUBLE the amount I reserved and initially agreed to pay for it (charged twice). Several trips had to made to the front desk to get a dirty ice bucket (none was in the room), to get a remote (none was in the room). The heater made an awful groaning sound and never would blow heat, the air conditioner blew the most fungal and disgusting smell Ive ever experienced. I had to remove the cover to access the filter which was 2 inches thick of hair and filth, to rinse it off in the tub. I reserved and paid in advance for a smoking room, I was given a non-smoking room, and on n on. Awful. The Wi-Fi was slow and kept dropping, the people hanging around outside all night were eery, the absolute filth of blood/urine/ and mystery splatters all over the bathroom walls were disgusting, there were hairs and puddles of mystery on the bathroom floor and toilet. Hardly any channels but infomercials would come in on the t. V. And finally, I HAD to rate 1 star to post the review… 1 star that this place did not deserve.

You get what you pay for. They mind their own business and don't bother you but the last time I was there the people next to us yelled, fought and screamed from 5pm at night till 5am the next day. I called the office a total of 5 times and spoke to then twice. They went and yelled at the people one time but that was it. It was one of the worst experiences I've had a hotel/motel. I didn't sleep a wink all night. But other than that the guys at the counter are friendly and nice. They don't require a deposit or debt card to book the room so that is a big bonus to staying here.

The stay was less than satisfactory and that is being gracious when describing it. One of the front desk attendants speaks so little English that after 3 minutes of asking whether there was a convenience store nearby (there is by the way, about a 1 minute walk away) in as many ways as I could manage resulted in no useful information. The rooms are barely cleaned. Under the dresser there was trash that had expiration dates over a year old. Half the TV channels were unwatchable due to static somehow despite analog TV not existing any longer. The internet is so slow you can't even stream low resolution video. The only redeeming quality it had was that the breakfast was slightly better than most continental breakfasts offered at low end motels, but be prepared for 7 unattended children taking enough food to feed 20 adults so get there early or you are out of luck. There are no other amenities to speak of and as far as I could tell despite the incredibly ominous looking guests that were not even hiding their activities and the aforementioned filth I described pets are not allowed. Even medically prescribed therapy dogs. Not sure what else to say. You get what you pay for so if you're on a budget and have no expectations this might be for you.

I'm giving this place 4 stars not for the "class" of the motel but for the all around deal of the place. 1. Its clean — seriously it is 2. The guy watches the place like a hawk so your stuff is safe 3. Its quiet see no. 3 4. Its cheaper than the motel 6 5. They have a Continental Breakfast for free (well you pay for it in the price to stay here).

This review is based solely off the guy who answered the phone. He was incredibly rude and had a serious attitude problem when I was inquiring about a room. Didn't even bother booking for the night. Learn better customer service!

An older, but well kept and very clean motel. All of the staff were quite pleasant; the owner exceptionally so. Enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again.

The place was cringey. When we first went to check in there was a mentally unstable woman bothering the front desk person then when we left the office she started harassing us telling us that she was going to call the cops because we stole her room then when we get to the room it smell really bad. And I went to get settled in and noticed blood in the bathroom on the wall from the previous person there was a pubic hair on the back of the toilet. I wanted to leave then but there was no other place we could have went at the time we had to ask for towels because I Room didn't have any and the towels that we did get one of them had blood on it like it wasn't washed. So that night we went to sleep and I couldn't get comfortable because the sheets weren't feeding up with the bed so I tried to make the bed better and notice that the plastic cover that covers the mattress was ripped up so I tried to straighten that up so maybe it would help a little and notice that there was blood stains on the mattress itself that freaked me out so I put the comforter down then the sheet down then use the other sheet in the other fuzzy blanket to sleep with. The next morning I asked the maid if she could change my blankets my sheets and it she did so she was very nice I think that was the only thing that was best about staying at Sunrise Inn. To say the least I will never ever rent a room from this establishment ever again.

Motel claimed renovated rooms on their website, but our room was only partially remodeled. Shower head was way too low, and the water pooled up. Wifi was awful and kept dropping. Bed was decent, and A/C unit was relatively quiet.

It was a nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Shower is hanging quite low which is not very convenient.

Smooth check in friendly staff. Room was clean had a full size fridge microwave and 2 burner stove top. Bed was comfortable nice blankets and pillows. Continental breakfast fruit boiled eggs muffins bagels yogurt. We would stay again as the price is reasonable. It is older so if you are picky keep looking otherwise good value.

Small room, large bathroom. Clean room but smelled like it was a smoking room being covered up by cleaner. Check in was easy and fast. Super nice staff.

Great value for money! I was really surprised by how clean it was, definitely exceeded my expectations. It was calm and quiet at night but that's mostly because people in the adjacent rooms were quiet. AC is kinda noisy but very effective.

The man at the front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about Washington & the area. The rooms are very clean & all at an affordable rate. Would definitely recommend for those who need a place to stay.

The rooms are inexpensive and very comfortable. The breakfast is just enough to get you through the morning with decent variety for such a low price. The room phone could use an upgrade as the sound was extremely quiet but I believe it's fair in terms of the price. Weekly rates are available and more than gracious in discount.

It is clean and quiet. The service people who have helped us the two times we have been there were nice, polite and efficient. I would go back.

Worst service EVER! The motel in itself is beautiful with great breakfast but the old crabby white man is the devil himself! He yelled at me three Times and hung up on me while I was trying to make a reservation. I had to call back three times due to him hanging up on me. Then when I went to pay for the next days stay on the third night he screamed at me saying I needed to get the hell out of here and could no longer stay! We had done nothing wrong! We slept for two days straight hardly ever coming out of the room! He called me a prostitite just becUse I wear heels and dress nice! Never stay here!

Just had a horrible experience at this place. I read the reviews earlier and saw that a week ago somebody had mentioned the guy who answered was rude. I was hoping the man was probably just having a bad day but I was wrong. I called to ask if there were rooms available and the gentleman that answered said they had a few rooms available. We showed up to the lobby and the gentleman was helping another man so we waited in line for about 5 minutes. As soon as it was our turn my husband asked if they still had 3 rooms available (since he had just told me over the phone that they did). He answered in a rude manner and said "we don't have 3 rooms. " My father asked if he had any rooms at all and he didn't answer, when my husband nicely asked again he replied in a very rude way, "I heard what he said, I'm just not answering him. " He completely ignored any other question and didn't want to talk to us anymore. It made me so sad to see that this man had reacted in such a racist behavior. As soon as we stepped out he went ahead and helped another  (Caucasian) man, who had just arrived and his attitude was completely different with him. I had never seen such racist behavior so I was very disappointed and saddened to see that this happened while on vacation with my family in such a beautiful state.

Clean, quiet. GREAT staff — housekeepers go out of their way to accommodate guests. Front desk staff (for the most part) are extremely helpful and pleasant. I'm glad I have the opportunity to return for frequent stays.

Worst customer service! Called in to book a night, guy that answered gave attitude & was extremely rude. Never getting my business!

The sunrise Inn has been a very nice and friendly place to hang my hat for a few weeks! the owners go out of their way to make my stay a comfortable one! More over the maintenance is Very good, friendly House keepers Keep my room clean and refreshing! they even have a very good security camera system for the safety of all! This motel Is priced very well. Continental breakfast has lots to pick from I would highly recommend the Sunrise inn In Everett. A Big thank you to all the staff here.

My husband and I stayed at the Sunrise for 2 nights recently and found it to be a very good experience. The room was clean and quiet and in a good location for our needs. The staff was pleasant to work with. We would stay there again if we came for another visit. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding nearby. The place is affordable, clean, quiet, comfortable, has a nice breakfast, and very friendly staff. One morning at breakfast I watched the manager (owner? ) helping an obviously new-to-the-country couple plot out navigation of the public transportation system. Good job. I would stay here again.
