Comfy beds, pleasant customer service and enjoyable breakfast. Rooms had been updated amd they looked great.

Not holiday in express anymore however it is a newly remodeled delta by marriott it is a very nice hotel inside and out. The beds were comfortable the TV had streaming options the sleeper sofa was comfy I feel things could have been priced a little better as far as breakfast goes I work at a hotel and we have a far better included breakfast than the one I was charged almost 50 dollars for two people for a buffet style and that was the lowest priced breakfast there I would have rather grabbed something out of the market if I knew it was going to cost me that much. Maybe I would have have gone to a restaurant and had a freshly prepared breakfast for the same price other than that I had some great conversations with the staff and they were great from start to finish.

Great little hotel. Close to the highway for easy access, newish and in good condition. Rooms are a good size and clean, free breakfast is good (they have the pancake conveyor! ) and staff is friendly. Ample parking, secure access, no issues. Would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel on a road trip back to Canada. Stayed in a suite. Service was friendly and efficient. The hotel provides items such as toothbrushes if you forget to bring them or if you didn't expect to stay the night. Rooms are nicely furnished with ample charging plugs (2 plugs and 2 USBs per side of the bed). Very modern. Breakfast was what you would expect from this level of hotel (powdered eggs, pancakes, McDonald's style sausages etc. ). Price was reasonable for a North American hotel.

This is a very good hotel. It has got some nice features such as a folding seat in the bathroom to take shower. Thus, a handicapped person can take shower with little assistance. Also, the front desk receptionists are very helpful and cuterious. Overall, this is a very good hotel to stay if you are near by Everett, Washington areas.

Rooms are nice and updated. Access to the hotel is kind of random since you have to go through some parking lots to reach it. It's a large building and easy to see though so keep an eye out for it as soon as you exit the freeway and you will reach the hotel easy. There is plenty of parking and close to a gas station / convenience store if you want to grab a quick snack or drink and not have to drive. Its in a well populated area too so food, movie theater, stores and other things us business travelers need are not far.

This location has been recently renovated with their contemporary styling. Also has the new beds with the indirect led headboards, etc. Friendly staff, decent warm breakfast and fast internet (10+Mbps speed). Will definitely come here again! A side note. If you like quiet, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel as the front is close to the expressway and adjacent road. The furnace/AC system is not quite enough noise to block it out.

Great renovation. High tech rooms with plugs and chargers everywhere. Great room AC and lighting. Great breakfast and wireless chargers in the counters.

There's no sound deadening between walls. Hope you don't get someone neighboring that snores, or sleeps with the TV on, because you WILL hear it.

The room was clean and very quiet, the breakfast filling, varied and quite tasty, and the personal welcoming and service was excellent.

Great free breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, reasonable priced, parking is average.

Great hotel! Very modern decor, well maintained hotel with clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close enough to walk to multiple restaurants and entertainment locations. Highly recommended by myself as well as multiple co-workers! Will for sure be staying at this location for future visits.

Cozy, big rooms. Great staff. On first floor this time, so have someone above me that likes to stomp around. Guessing kids.

The hotel itself and the rooms are really nice, definitely one of the nicer and less expensive hotels I've stayed in. My only big complaint was that my keys wouldn't work to my room 4 different times with different keys. I'm not sure why as they were stored away from anything that could demagnetize them. This was particularly annoying because I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and then in the morning, which almost made me late for work.

This was a nice place to stay. I always enjoy staying at the holiday inn express' nationwide because they are consistently the same wherever you go. Great service, comfortable beds, and easy to work with. Plus breakfast included I am there!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Much better than my typical hotel stays. Staff have been very professional and attentive. Freeway I-5 right next to hotel. So, some traffic noise but not too bad.

Great staff and fresh remodel, typical breakfast with spacious sitting area. Bathroom has high mounted shower and real fan with room to close the door without hitting your knees. Soft, supportive beds and lots of handy outlets/USB charging ports. TV is on the small side.

The room I stayed in was very clean, and the staff were courteous. For the price, it's a good place to stay. I did, however get my car broken into here. Nothing was stolen, oddly enough (maybe they got scared away? ) but things were rifled through. Told the management and they took down my info and did as I would expect. I didn't take more stars off because really, it's not the fault of the hotel that the area around it is a bit sketchy. Just beware of this. Walls are also a bit thin as others have noted. During a two week stint in the area for work, I stayed in this hotel, and the holiday inn in Lynnwood. I would hands down take that one over this one, mainly due to its surroundings.

Staff was SO friendly and the room was awesome!

The rooms were very clean and modern. The service was good, considering we were a high school football team. They managed to feed us all during breakfast and catered to all our needs.

This is a very typical Holiday Inn Express. It is well located relative to the freeway. I would absolutely stay here again. You may want to check the status of the renovation in as much as it was a bit of a barrier in the main area.

Well appointed room. Very comfortable. Continental breakfast was set up for convince. Easy access to I 5. I would stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised here. Rooms are super modern and recently updated. Pool was out of order when we arrived and management said it'd be open the next day and they actually fixed the problem! Delicious breakfast in the morning too. It's a little poorly situated next to the I-5 which makes the rooms noisy. Plus it's near a casino, but the cleanliness and quality of the renovations make it a very good stay.

The newly renovated room was nice but there was no sound proofing between us and the nextdoor room. I could hear their TV and hair dryer. The continental breakfast was good but could really use real plates and silverware. The pool heater wasn't working but they had it fixed within the 24 hours they promised.

We had an excellent Stay for multiple reasons. The first being the extremely friendly staff, who checked us in quickly and attended to our broken TV within a matter of minutes of reporting it not working. The room was clean, modern, and the beds were super comfy. Hotel is located in a nice area, well lit, and clean. The breakfast bar had a huge variety and they filled all the items quickly. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with all amenities in all rooms and complimentary facilities like Swimming pool, Gym, Kitchen. Only drawback is cooking provision will not be available in all type of rooms. Only available in Suites. But a good place to stay with good parking lot with lot of stores nearby like Albertsons, Walmart, Dollar world and Fast food centers like KFC, Subway etc.

Great hotel! Recently remodeled and the rooms were very nice. Modern decor with careful though put in for amenities. The morning breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The location of the hotel was a bit confusing and the entrance to the parking lot could be a little confusing. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay again and recommend it to anyone else.

Room was great, all I look for is a toilet, sink, shower, and bed. It had all these things. I also look for breakfast. It had the standard breakfast you'd expect from this chain. However the eating area was right in the middle of the lobby and felt like an afterthought. For this it really took away from the experience. Everything else was top notch for this chain.

Very nice room, love how light it was. Beds we're very comfortable and I enjoyed the ambience of the room. The only thing I didn't like was the mini fridge, it had no freezer and did not keep my things cold very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean.

The renovated room I stayed in was excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows plus a chaise for reading. Unfortunately I was placed in room 222 next to the room the contractors use for storage? They didn't think of propping the door open so every few minutes they let the door BANG which rattled the adjoining wall. This happened from 2:00 when I arrived until 6:00 pm and beginning at 9:00 am. I don't mind construction sounds such as drilling and hammering but the banging was rude and totally disruptive. Would I stay again? Maybe. When construction is complete.

Friendly staff and standard HI breakfast fair. They are renovating right now so it is a little hectic but stayed in one of the renovated rooms and they are great.

Clean, affordable, mid-sized rooms available to guests àfor overnight stays in Everett, Washington… Adequate service, knowledgable employees willing to help. Centrally located immediately off intestate 5, walking distance to major bus depot and a variety of stores and restaurants.

I stayed here while I was working a job in Everett. The first day I was there I found an old crack pipe under the couch. Then about a week into my stay I (and a co-worker) had realized we had bed bug bites all over us. The hotel staff was very rude at first, until they actually found the bed bugs in the headboard. It was disgusting and I don't recommend staying here. They gave me one free night stay in any Holiday Inn, which was nice but not enough to forget how horrible that experience was.

Nice hotel. Kind of pricey. They did not have a continental breakfast.

I stayed in Everett Washington on 128th. The hotel was great and the people working were amazing. I've started in the hotel before and would go back again. Breakfast was awesome.

Fine hotel. Not the nicest Holiday Inn Express in the area (Lynnwood is better). Only complaint is that the freeway noise from I-5 is pretty bad if you are on that side of the building.

Great amenities! Breakfast was much better than competitors. Great value for the dollar. Staff very helpful.

The hot tub kept breaking and we were unable to use it. Even though front desk is friendly their maintenance guy probably needs training on how to fix things. Carpets felt sticky in room. One star because we booked hotel based on getting a hot tub.

Near I5 freeway, the noise larger. Although the price from a website is relatively cheap, but if I had to choose, it is near the Staybridge Suites Seattle North-Everett have been more appropriate.
