Check in was a little slow, however we were checking in at a busy hour. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was spotless and we were at the back of the building which reduced noise from the road. The pool looked inviting and clean, unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy it. The shower water was not as hot as my husband would have liked, but it was perfectly fine for me. My only suggestion would be for in-room coffee pots, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant, affordable, and provided us time outside of Seattle where we were watching our son compete in Special Oympic USA Games 2018. Thank you for a relaxing week!

Front-end Desk the best service ever had. They were friendly patience, and explain things well they spoke very well English, they had a sense of humor also. Need more employees like this. Top # 1 customer service had at a motel 6. The room was very clean. Within an hour after booking by 1pm was able to get a room early before 3 pm check in.

A good overall stay, comfy bed, wish I had a designated parking spot for my room though, shouldn't have to drive all over the lot for a parking spot. The shower set up needs some more work, and better water pressure would help.

Customer service was great. They were doing some remodeling, so that was good to see. Though the room was small, had no refrigerator, coffee, or microwave, it was updated and nice. Was a non-smoking room, yet had an ashtray with a "no smoking" sticker on it. Did not use towels. They were old, worn, and had a yellowish color to some of them. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were of lower quality, and some appear to be living there, as they seem like the type that would not be able to get an apartment with a lease and background check. The room next to me had traffic going in and out of it all night long, until around 3am. Did not get much sleep, and definitely would not stay here if I were a female or had children with me. Parking lot also had activity going on in it all through out the night.

Great place for drug addicted mutants. Stay away (as far as possible) from smoking rooms. Ken the manager keeps real quiet about that, see no evil hear no evil, that sort of quiet. Extremely drug and prostitution loaded Motel 6. The first thing you should do if you choose to get a room is to unplug the room phone, people watch, then they’ll call your room number. But warning, they’ll also come a knocking after the sun goes down. It’s a “freak” show here. If you are a cigarette smoker, and request a smoking room “BEWARE”. The drugged out mutants are like hungry roaches. They all look and act the same and assume because you requested a smoking room you must be a mutant too. Welcome to Liberal mutant left wing drugged out Everett.

Tiane was wonderful. We arrived before check in time for a family reunion. She got us into our room as quickly as possible, meeting all our needs for room location. And set things up for the rest of the family coming late in the evening would have the rooms they needed. Thane always had a smile on her face. Thank you.

My stay was very comfortable. If I would recommend anything it would be replace the mattresses. The staff was pleasant and have a dog made the choice more atractable.

If I could do negative stars here I would. The manager, Ken, could be the worst human being on the planet. My grandmother fell on the floor and we asked to borrow a chair from the office to help get her up. Ken refused and said that no chairs were allowed in the room. We went and bought a chair and were able to get her up. We called corporate and Ken flat out lied and said he was coming over to see how he could assist. He lied! Crazy, then he told us we were no longer welcome and if we tried to come again he would call the police and fine us $10, 000 because we had too many people in the room! Does he honestly think I would be there if my grandmother had not been stuck on the floor. This man should be fired.

I appreciated being able to stay there last minute. The room was basic, clean and affordable. Just what we needed.

Negatives: Hot water wasn't. Water pressure wasn't. No hair dryer or notice they had them at the front desk. Doggie area had containers for but no doggie bags. Glad I always have my own. Positives: Room is clean Room rate was good Couldn't hear Hwy 99 from our room at the back. Pet friendly (They check your room every day for possible damage) Staff is attentive and friendly.

I asked for a quiet side of the motel. The guy at the reception gave me a room with opposite qualities; on the street side instead of the back side. I did a walkaround of the property and I saw the back side of the motel, I asked the young lady to switch the room for me and she gladly did. That fellow at the front desk who totally ignored my request should not be on a job that he was assigned to.

This place literally has NO HOT WATER complete rip off I waa freezing cold and PISSED… at least have hot water and I was harassed about my second guest and told I wasn't allowed visitors but the old couple who checked in before me wasn't told no visitors I was shocked think I was stereotyped as a prostitute because I am young and good looking. Waste of money.

For the price this is a good motel. It was clean and quiet. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the towels. Very thin and scratchy.

I stay at motel 6 north and I will never stay there again because while staying there they stolen my exespensive belongings while staying there! I confront them and they denied stealing from me! They Lied to m saying I never had the items they stolen from me! I will be checking into taking them to court for all they stolen from me and lied about it! I do not trust management and employees! I think they watch us when we leave and when I came back they disappeared! Do you want take a chance staying there? The pool not worth having your things stolen! You can go to any health club and pay to use there place for the day and not losing your belongings! I had to give them a star to be able to post this which they do not deserve a not 1 star!

"Non-smoking Room we were offered reeked of smoke. Clerk could not find another room with a queen bed for two although she said she had some rooms with 2 beds. She offered Handicapped room (had several others in case of a handicapped arrival after us). She said there would be no chair. There was also NO place to set down your suitcase/bags except on the floor (No table or suitcase rack) or under the hanging clothes. Bathroom floor was dirty. We had to open a window to cool down and air out the room for sleeping. The screen was torn and the window was on the first floor. Made me uncomfortable. Bed was reasonably comfortable though.

Okay first the place looked a little rundown when we got there. Even caution tape outside. However, that was due to some construction, so this place was like the saying “don’t judge a book by it cover”. The room was updated completely. Clean and served our purpose. We were there to play soccer. We were quite comfortable and it was only a couple miles from the bay too. Our first impression was excellence service from the front desk staff. Both ladies took care of us and were extremely delightful. I am not going to ding any points/rating for the outside since it is a work in progress. Wi-Fi was not free but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Maybe a coffee pot in each room or small microwave. Nothing to drastic.

Besides the party next door all night and the drug deals in the parking lot, the T. V. Worked, but not good enough to drown out the noise. Oh yeah, Round Table Pizza won't deliver there because evidently their delivery drivers get robbed at the Motel 6. Bed was comfortable. I will never stay there again.

Could not have been a better stay — one of the better Motel 6's I have stayed at over the years. Employees, location, price, cleanliness — all top notch. Highly recommend.

This Motel 6 is very well managed. The staff are attentive, friendly, a pleasure to deal with and they work hard to keep the Motel neat and tidy. Their efforts pay off, as the parking lot is exceptionally well tended for being on a major thoroughfare and with heavy traffic There are trash cans on every corner of the stairs, a great help. I was happily surprised to find out there is security on premises as well as maintenance People during the day. Any problem is promptly attended to. Another plus a 15% discount when you stay at IHOP and Buzz Inn An easy walk A pleasure to stay here and calling reservation line is so quick and easy as making a reservation should be. If you want to spend money on going out to eat and not all on where you stay 2 thumbs up Joy E.

I enjoyed my stay recently at the Motel 6 in Everett Washington on Evergreen Way. The rooms have been upgraded with, hard wood floors, fresh paint, new bathroom, nice TV and was very clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy a quiet night in a very comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The next time I am in town, I will definitely book a room again. Keep up the great work!

In the end they did the right thing and found all my belongings which makes me happy and allows them to earn my business again. It's not how you start but how you finish that matters. Going the extra miles is how you sustain success over time. I will be back here they have earned my loyalty.

The pillows were hard. Couldn't sleep the first night. There weren't any telephone directories or pamphlets to locate restaurants. The office didn't have any either. The toilet was too low. Difficult getting up and down. The TV channel selection really was really poor. Would have liked a soft lounge chair. Floors were wood. Easy to slip on.

Cheap rooms, that's the only plus. Too far from the highway to be easily accessible and lots of traffic in and out of rooms. Even complained to management to get another room because of a party going on in the room next to us…

Customer service was amazing. Upon arrival and checking in, the receptionist noticed that they had booked us into a 2nd floor room despite my request during booking to have a ground floor room as I am 7-months pregnant. She apologized and immediately corrected that at no additional cost to us. The room was clean and warm every day when we got back at night. All in all, a very pleasant experience while we were there.

Clean, comfortable, with courteous staff. Well-lit room. Down-scale neighborhood. Not a fancy hotel, but good value.

Well after my car stopped running and couldn't make our way back home we decided to call in to see if they had any rooms available for the night. We came in the lady got us set up. The room was pretty clean and tidy. Over all a good stay.

The price and room and staff were good. Nice place to stay with my dogs. There was stairwell roped off and the parking lot beds a little love.

Very basic room in a so so neighborhood. Front desk staff are fine. Good value but your not going to get any extra amenities.

Customer Service is a coin toss depending on who's working… Quick to kick people out for the smallest problem… In a very bad part of town with lots of drug use going on so I suppose the hypersensitivity comes from that… Very busy hotel late at night. Definitely not a place to bring the family. Rooms are extremely cheap (less than $70 for one person) and never had it be full.

I recently moved cross country from Texas to Washington State. I've stayed only at Motel 6's for the last week along the way and have had very good experiences until my stay at this one. The staff was not friendly or helpful, even refusing to call Pop A Lock for me upon check out when I had locked my purse, keys and phone in my moving truck. The blonde haired lady told me they did not have phone books at either Motel 6 here and she could not look up the number. She mumbled "I'm so glad I just have one more day of this" as I was walking out. The room was okay, but the sheets, bathroom sink and shower all had hairs on or in them. The parking lot was noisy and had many shady type people wondering around, some were not even staying there, and the police drove through numerous times during the night. I did not even feel very safe and worried about my moving truck and car being broken into because I had to park so far away from the room. I actually needed an extended stay for one week but I left early the next morning and stayed next at the Motel 6 North which was night and day from the other one. As soon as I checked in there, after driving 2500 miles I was tired and was getting ice with my dog before heading to my room. Some girl yelled at me I better watch my dog which was odd since my dog was leashed and not doing anything, but standing beside me while I got ice.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was located near a place to walk the dogs. In a warm and clean neighborhood. Discount for the local restaurant was a bonus! Thank you a bunch.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Reasonably priced. Every word can be heard through the adjoining door. This is an issue that needs attention. However, when we asked to have both rooms we rented adjoining for the second night staff was very accommodating. The pool was clean and a nice amenity.

Staff were good — manager was helpful. First room was smoking when we told them in advance we want a non smoker room. They moved us to a quieter side of the hotel, room was a bit stuffy and obviously someone had lit up at some point on a previous stay. It was fairly clean, sheets/towels etc were clean but it was tired looking. The bathroom was fully functional and clean. The room did smell stale — we left the window open but not at nights. As a previous reviewer wrote there are some dodgy looking guys that drive through the rear parking lots 5/6 times through the night. The place did the job — simple.

The staff for the most part were awesome but the general manager has no customer service skills whatsoever… I am at the pool with my kids EVERY DAY including this morning and the gm calls my room 2x two min apart and was extremely rude I had to use the restroom and wasn't gone for very long! As a guest I'm obviously upset and as I am talking with my child she decides to make a comment thinking that she is intimidating me! NOT! There are no bathrooms in the pool area… I have followed every rule they have here and the one time I step away she wants to be nasty! I have worked for and managed many hotel properties including motel 6 and this is not the proper way to treat your GUESTS! THAT'S HOW YOU GET BAD REVIEWS! To make matters worse she has the maintenance man (who saw me at the pool earlier) "babysit" me… really?! Good thing I am only staying at this hotel a short time… I have to say the treatment by this GM is the worst I have ever seen! And I have seen bad… I have never been treated this way or ever have my kids spoken to in the manner that she has… She is in the wrong business and yes… you are the word I called you honey boo! You dont need to have an attitude because you think you can because of your color or your build… I am not intimidated by you! you need to learn how to be nice to people especially when they are paying money to stay at your facility… I do expect an apology because you were rude… I am at the pool! :)

Motel 6 is my go to spot. Best bang for your buck. Loyal customer 19 years strong… That oughta deserve an appreciation package… Motel 6 you read that!? ill tattoo it on my hand and tell people all about why I put that there for a lifetime VIP. Not good enough? A face tat gets a lot of attn. Just let me know…

I checked in with the auditor, Jim, as I had arrived in the city quite late. He was extremedy helpful and attentive, not only through the check-in process but later as well, as I had many questions about the area and had accidently left my card at the Front Desk. The location seems good in terms of things to do. For my purposes it was excellent as I had a number of physical stores I needed to shop at and this Motel 6 was less than a mile from each of them. The parking lot appears to become a truck stop at night. Not a big deal, but there are elements that go along with that to be aware of. The room itself was simple and sparse. No refrigerator or microwave, but as I didn't require those things, I did not feel cheated or let down. The TV was nice but I didn't use it. Also, the room didn't have shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, just bar soap. Is that standard now? If so Motel 6 as a brand may want to reconsider. It makes the brand look more like "cheap" than "value-driven. " I was a little disappointed at the lack of continental breakfast. I suppose I was under the impression that all Motel 6''s provided breakfast, or at least those that charged rates that this one did (69.99). Part of my reason for staying was the thought that I'd have breakfast each morning and I admit that I will be reconsidering other options (Days Inn) in the future. They have Wi-Fi but you must pay for it.

The Motel 6 website had a glitch when I made my reservation… it reverted back to the current date instead of the date I was traveling. The Everett North staff was VERY helpful to find us a similar room AND honored the price I expected to pay! The room was basic but very clean! Definitely recommend this location!

BE WARNED! You need to be 21 or over to stay at this hotel. My daughter is 20 and was on a road trip with a friend that is 24. The hotel denied a room to them and did NOT offer to call another hotel to get her a room. It was late at night and my daughter couldn't find another room so they slept IN THEIR CAR in a Walmart parking lot in a unfamiliar city. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I cannot find anything on their website stating that they have this policy.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and had an absolutely wonderful time! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. I loved the hardwood floors and the cleanliness of the room. The maids did an awesome job too! We brought our two dogs with us and they even had a pet waste area with baggies which was really great. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. I wish it had some sort of breakfast but you get a 15% discount at the iHop right across the street so we enjoyed that!

Nice room with micro fridge n freezer — REAL freezer so you can keep ice cream in it and stuff. Inexpensive on siis small, but you can do a 30gal bag start to finish in 2 hours for $3 if you use the super cycle. Eco friendly options like no automatic towel replacement (if you just want a fresh bath towel only, they have em at the front desk), Optional room turn down and no shampoo. In any event you forgotten anything this Walmart Supercenter about a half-mile away open 24 hours. Another deal 1660 bucks.

Clean, basic, generally consistent quality, inexpensive lodging. Though I was dismayed to find out that Motel 6 will be going to an occupancy based pricing very soon. Meaning the more full they are the higher the cost a room will be, upwards of $90 if I understood the staff correctly. Way out of line with the facility. I would sleep in my vehicle before paying $90 for a Motel 6 room. Oh well. Will have to plan trips further in advance to avoid this, or be prepared to stay elsewhere.

I made reservations for two people and when I got there they tried charging me extra. Room was small but clean. No free Wi-Fi, no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. Dissatisfied.

1st the room cost more then the quote online. Offered free Wi-Fi they would nit honor that. Planned on staying another night out of convenience, front desk called us at 12:30 told them we booked it for a second night they advised us we hadn't paid before noon therefore we needed to check out wouldnt work with us at all. Definitely will not stay there again! Front desk is rude, work on customer service skills!

BEWARE! Discrimination and human trafficking going on here. Made a reservation on line, which I stated I needed a first floor room due to my handicap and can't do stairs. I even called to confirm that a first floor room was available. When I arrived the next day to check in I was refused the room. His reason was that there is a lot of human trafficking going on in the area. What? I am a senior citizen that was left to sleep on the street. Discrimination is alive and well at Motel 6. Had to mark a star to be able to post this.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Security guard at nite. Room clean and functional, was quiet during my stay, staff did say they would respond to any noise or other complaints. Location was fine, plenty of stores nearby for all needs. Only small issues are very limited fridge available in room, and internet not free. $3 day charge is not high, but still seems should be free these days. They could charge for hi-speed maybe as added value. Will stay again if in area.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, I felt like I was applying for government benefits. Cancelled the rest of my reservation.

My friends and I booked a room here for the weekend to hang out and go swimming. The place was quiet for a weekend, which was surprising. The other guests were quiet and respectful. We managed to get the pool to ourselves, for whatever reason, and it was warm and clean. It didn't feel like a sleazy motel. We had a good time and would book another room here again in the future. Thank you.

We reserved two rooms with two beds. When we got there they didn't have them available for us.

When I opened the door to the first room I was assigned I was shocked to find it had not been touched since the previous occupant had left. Personal items were left in the room. Looked like somebody was still there. Would not give me a refund instead gave me a key to a handicapped room. Will never stay at a motel 6 again. I wish negative stars were an option.

Rooms fit 2 people but seem smaller than other hotel rooms. Internet costs $3 per day and asks you to login about every hour so save your work as you type.
