The beds are super hard. I couldn't sleep, might as well been laying on the floor.

We were visiting Everett to see some family with our 2 year old toddler and decided to get the nicest room with a spa bath jacuzzi so our little one could play and enjoy his experience! Upon checking in everything was great, while we were settling in the jacuzzi started going off all by itself and since there was no water in it the air was extremely loud that it scared our son. We were headed to the store so I told the front desk lady and she didn’t really seem to know what to say or do so I just let it be because it had only happened once. Later that night I set up the jacuzzi for my son to play in but didn’t turn on the jets since I’m sure he wouldn’t like it. We laid him down for bed around midnight and out of no where the jets started going off again. It’s very loud and if you’re a parent with a toddler you know any loud unexpected noises can startle your little one… It continued to go off and on until 1 AM we decided to pack up and check out because our son was terrified. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could complain why we were leaving and explained what had happened but she showed no emotion what so ever. She checked us out within seconds and that was it. She didn’t offer to put us in a different room or refund us for our bad experience due to the conditions of the room! I reached out the the hotel via email and got no response.

In Washington from Wisconsin for my dad's burial and after driving 3000 miles. Wi>mn>kansas>oregon>washington… we landed in an amazing place! Amazing manager richard, great friendly staff! Honestly thank you for the early check in and sympathy for our family! definitely a must stay!

Best Western Plus Navigator Inn & Suites is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean the entire building is clean. The breakfast is the best. Fresh fruit among the other food is wonderful.
If you stay at Best Western you will not be disappointed.
There is shopping centers and restaurants close to the site.
And last but not least the employees are attentive, friendly and courteous.

Free laundry room helped alot and breakfast was great and plentiful.

Dumped a whole bunch of used mattresses in the dumpster areas of my apartment complex. Why should my company have to pay for their illegal dumping?! A report has been filed with the health department. (Update: They came and picked up the mattresses once we called to complain. )

Good clean rooms and GREAT Customer service.

This is a nice, well maintained property. Room was good with a comfortable bed. Typical Best Western breakfast. The lady that was looking after it did well at maintaining everything. Same with the evening happy hour. She made sure that everything was filled up when needed. Housekeeping during our stay could use some work. Pretty much all they did was straighten the blankets on the bed. I left one towel on the floor which they took but did not replace. There were still crumbs on the table and they dis not empty the garbage. But otherwise pretty much lives up to Best Western standards.

We stayed over night for a trip to Seattle. Great rates and value. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was a nice bonus. Bathroom was decent with an extra vanity sink outside of the bathroom. The pool area was a touch small but met our needs. Staff were excellent and attentive. Breakfast was pretty standard, but a notable extra included fresh berries and watermelon. The location was convenient to get back on the I5 and provide easy access back in to Seattle. The airplane wing at the entrance was a nice touch too.

Very impressed with my stay. Great continental breakfast and dinner offered as well. Location was a bit difficult to find, but had ample parking and easy access to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

We love this place, been here several times, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. Wish they have a restaurant however it's great that the have complimentary breakfast and dinner. Meals are nothing fancy but it's nice to know it's there when you want to grab a bite.

Worth the drive North when Best Westerns south were booked. Nice aviation theme. Not a bad part of Hwy 99. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Weekday happy hour for free snacks, beer or wine is a welcome amenity! Comfortable clean and up to date rooms. I've stayed several times.

I almost had a good experience at this location until this morning I was getting fruit and the staff-person simultaneously brought out what looked like oatmeal. Myself and a another customer waited to get food. The staff-person setting up the food says rudely “can I help you” directing this statement to me twice because I did not answer the first time (because I was shocked at her tone and question and because she is here to help everyone). The other customer was waiting to get food and she did not say anything to him, I guess because he was a white man and I am black. This is the same woman I said good morning to 30 minutes before I went to the gym and she ignored me. I’m not sure if this is the way Best Western trains employees to interact with black customers, but it is unacceptable and unfortunate for the Best Westend Brand. I later asked the front desk where I can buy some orange juice. She put her hand up and points to the juice area. I repeat again my question. Then she says what’s the problem. At this point I say to her I want to know what your problem is putting your hand in my face and ignoring my question. Her colleague comes out and wants me to calm down and I ask her the same question. She also tries to mention their orange from juice stand. I don’t think I should have to tell her it is for a friend and not for myself, but I did.

This is a brilliant hotel — — the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A great base for visiting local attractions/businesses — Boeing being just a couple of miles away, the Everett Mall five minutes away and the drive into Seattle town being very easy (apart from the traffic at peak times! ). The hotel is very well presented and the suites are very well equipped and the noise from outside and the corridor is minimal — if there is a downside it's perhaps that the car park is a little small but that's a minor issue. This is my first choice hotel when needing to stay in the area — back to my comment about the staff… it looks as though they enjoy working here and it shows.

Best place to stay if you're on business meeting with Boeing plant in Everett. Short commute. Reception was amazingly helpful with sending back to me the headphones that I left behind. Big thumbs up.

Best free meals I've had at a hotel. You get quite a lot of room for your money. Fully furnished kitchen and bedroom suite, everything in good repair, clean and orderly. Parking was free and there was plenty of it, though my experience may not be typical as I stayed on wednesday and thursday night. Staff was attentive and helpful and hopefully they will forgive that I got blood on the curtains in 306, since the cut came from their door anyway. The phone in the room isn't connected but, honestly, in this age, who cares? Great value.

The hotel is in a great location north of the city. It is a nice hotel, near a few of the aviation tours we wanted to attend. The staff was fantastic! The amenities were above and beyond and even included dinner Monday to Thursday.

The Navigator, Best Western, is a nice, clean, reasonably-priced hotel. It was a little hard to find the first time we stayed there but worth the challenge. Although just off a busy thoroughfare, it is quiet inside. The staff were friendly and efficient, beds excellent. This is our go to place when visiting the Everett — Lynnwood area.

Our stay was awesome! Staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice. The breakfast bar is nice too. With lots of options available.

Was so pleased from the moment we walked in! Our room was amazing with even a stove and large refrigerator, plenty of room for a double queen bed room. Good internet service which is not always the case at others we’ve been at. The lobby is large with a couple TV’s in there. At 5:30 they put out wine, beer other juices, always coffee. Had corn dogs, salad, cheese and crackers, chips and salsa. Pool was a good length, water temp just right. Great breakfast as well. Hot tub, Great exercise room! Very clean and great service! Was totally satisfied with the rate… Plan on going again soon just for a get away. No complaints from us!

The kitchen was small and the drip pans on the stove didn't fit so it made it difficult to cook on. There wasn't very much cookware to use either. One pot, one pan, a slotted spoon, a regular spoon, and maybe a spatula. Other than that, I loved the room. The pool and spa was great and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating and very nice to me and my family.

It's nice. It's a little spend, but you get what you pay for. Quite, clean … Good customer service. Non-invasive staff (I've experienced a lot of staff interference at Motels over the last 8 months. It's defiantly worth paying the extra money for, and there is even an inside swimming pool… can't wait. Thanks, Leanne.

We reserved the king bubble tub suite but the tub didn’t work. We were very disappointed but the staff were so kind and helpful. They did make it right and we were pleased. We are looking forward to our next night stay with a working tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nice. Kitchen was stocked with cookware. Overall very nice.

This place is pretty good. They do a lot of nice touches. Flavored water in the lobby, breakfast, vending machines, laundry, computer lab, gym, pool, hot tub, kitchenette in the room… This place is popular with families and because of that the pool and hot tub are packed morning to night. So, don't expect to always have a quiet evening.

Front desk staff was amazing, kind and understanding but maintenance and housekeeping need a supervisor to kick them in gear. 3 nights in a row I have called to let them know our heat in the bedroom is not working, 3 nights in a row we have come back to our room with no working heat. They keep sending work orders, but nobody comes to fix it. We have also been ignored by housekeeping multiple days. The room was fantastic, huge bubble tub and a nice walk in shower.

This hotel is in rough shape and probably is right on the edge of not being up to Best Western standards. The room seemed clean, but had some sort of bedbugs or fleas in it as my wife and I both had numerous bug bites all over us after we left. The lobby and breakfast area were passable, but the carpet in the hallway areas was FILTHY. Looked like it hadn't been shampooed or vacuumed in a very long time if ever. With the exception of the morning we checked out, the elevator smelled strongly of marijuana during our entire stay. Most of the guests looked just like regular folks/travelers, but there was a noticeable number of fairly rough/sketchy folks staying there. The Everett PD was attending to some sort of drama that was unfolding in the lobby on the first night of our stay. They were there again the next morning as we were leaving to go have breakfast with some friends. The one thing that I do want to stress, is that the front desk employees were very friendly and efficient for both check-in and departure. They were the only bright spot. I am a huge fan of Best Western hotels, as the brand tends to be very consistent and is an excellent value 99% of the time. I will absolutely not stay or even consider staying at this property ever again.

This hotel is a joy to stay at. The room was very clean, and tidy. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. In fact, we asked about a restaurant near by for dinner, and they said, that they were offering a free dinner that night and we could eat there. The had a lasagna dinner, and it was very good. That saved us over $40.00, plus they offered the first three glasses of wine or beer for free. Amazing, and it shows they had our best interest in mind. We are a retired couple and we watch our pennies very carefully. The rooms had all the amenities you could want. Large Closet, full length mirror (you do not find that in many places). The cost of the room was the best in the area, in fact, you would pay almost double anywhere else. We will go back again, when we are in that area. We stay here once a year. Hoped to have a suite with the glass bedroom door but got a king instead. It was a comfy bed! The heater/AC unit was really loud! I mean it growled upon clicking on. Shower curtain was not properly affixed to the wall. New management? The facility seemed a little run down since our last stay. Pool and hot tub rocked!

Free breakfast and dinner. Do I need to say more? I really am enjoying my stay here. Showers have dispensing soap shampoo and conditioner which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable, but nothing like mine at home. Room is cozy. Great access to outlets so you can charge all your devices. And overall great staff and location.

I am so pleased that we chose this Hotel to spend our 35 nights! They have a Loving staff full of smiles and helping hands! Not one time did I feel uncomfortable. They always went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The complimentary Breakfast was great and the dinner was good! My 5 children were always happy and enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi in our room! it was like a 1 bedroom apt a full kitchen beautiful bedroom and a cozy sitting room! I will return to this hotel in the future!

The hotel has a great breakfast and dinner time. The room was clean, but showed some wear along the edge of the tub near the floor. The bed was a bit to firm and pillows deflated quickly, and our air conditioning unit came on low and the reved up to speed like a jet… It woke me up every time. The walls are a bit thin so you do hear folks coming and going but people weren't up late around us so didn't bother us much. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good. They also served light dinner in the evening. All the rooms are equipped with kitchen. Laundry is free too. Overall, great stay at a reasonable price!

Great hotel, clean, friendly. Had complimentary dinner with wine for three nights which I have never run into before. Was pleasantly surprised! Front reception was decorated for Halloween which I thought was great :)

When we first got to the hotel, our room had been change from a 2 queen bed Suite without our authorization to a larger kitchen suite. As we did not want to sleep on the couch we pressed the manager to resolve the situation and they provided us with an additional suite for free. Later on in the evening when we decided to go down to the pool we noticed that a visiting sports team full of Youth had completely occupied the entirety of the hot tub and most of the pool which prevented anyone else from being able to enjoy it. This was incredibly frustrating for us as part of the reason we had booked the specific Hotel was to enjoy having a hot tub to relax at the end of a long day of driving. For this reason we were incredibly frustrated that as paying customers are expectations of having the quality services that we are paying for or disrupted by a sports team of youth and a situation where the hot tub was completely over capacity.

Loved it! Such a great service from the staff. Also I loved the price, breakfast, pool and rooms! Rooms where so clean and had everything you needed! Breakfast was so delicious! The pool was a nice feature to have. And price was amazing for the great service. I will be returning soon!

If you get the chance to stay in the suite w the Japanese soaking tub — OMG!

Friendly, spacious rooms. General cleanliness good, apart from seats of the stained and dirty chairs as well as the carpet of the rooms and hallway. Too bad.

People are friendly. Dinner with beer and wine 4 nights a week, breakfast daily. Grill for use by guests, although the gas tank ran empty before my burgers were cooked it was just bad timing. Pool ans hot tub are small but nice. Room haa full fridge and 2 stove burners, and a microwave, no oven. Definitely enjoying our stay.

Our stay was nice. A little noisy in the middle of the night a couple of nights. The bathroom had a mold smell to it and under the sink smelled like cat litter. Hot tub was amazing. The mattress was a bit hard for me but my husband liked it.

We were so pleased with our stay here — we were in a suite and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen, as well as access to breakfast and even complimentary dinner during the week. We were definitely surprised that they offered dinner M-Th as well as access to laundry free of charge. Incredibly helpful staff that clearly take pride in their work. Every morning we asked for a high chair and they never made us feel like it was an inconvenience to bring it out and set it up — they would chat with our kids and ask if we needed anything else. It was a great experience overall and definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay there again!

We had our daughters graduation from SPU to attend and had 8 family members total to have stay here. The rooms were great and staff was so friendly and helpful. Our 3 little boys loved their stay and this hotel is defiantly kid friendly. The breakfast staff was amazing and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful also. We will defiantly be back for another visit.

Great hotel to spend the night. The hotel is clean, looks nice and has good amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub. Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I ended up with a king room with a kitchenette. The room was good but there were no accessible AC outlets by the bed which was very annoying for charging my phone. Plus one of the outlets in the room was so loose anything would fall out of it. There were enough other plugs around though. The air conditioning was also a bit of a problem. There seemed to be no way to turn it on constantly, only an auto mode. Even at the lowest setting, the room was a little too warm and I couldn't force the AC on. It would come on eventually every so often though. Other than that, the room was clean with lots of space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was good with a fridge, freezer, microwave and stove. There were a few utensils which was good for eating at the hotel. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well with good water pressure and warm water. Breakfast in the morning was great! Lots of choices and it was well stocked and tasted good. Checkout was quick and easy, especially with the form and receipt they slipped under the door to expedite things. Another little bonus was the aviation decor they had, being close to Paine Field and the Boeing factory. Overall, I had a great stay and would return.

It was so nice to see they had dinner on the two days we stayed there. And Breakfast in the morning too. This was the first ever that we had such good service. We were tried from our long day of driving that is was nice not to have to go out and eat dinner. Again our stay was wonderful.

Our experience at this hotel has been top notch. The pool and exercise room amenities were exceptional and clean. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Thank you for the kitchenette in our room and plenty of fresh towels every day. We hope to return again in the future.

A burn hotel, estate near some shops, and the very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and well comforting.

After hearing I had a date with my wife of 20 years, I asked if they would bring up a dozen roses after my wife picked up the key. They were so excited to be part of our date, we slipped out for dinner and they put my roses on the table along with a bottle of champagne in ice and a box of coco truffles. Way to go guys! Home run!

This is one of the nicer Best Westerns that I've stayed in. Interesting themed exterior with a huge plane wing at the entry. I drove past it a few times as it sits back a little behind a gas station and Google didn't seem to help with directing me to the actual building. Once I arrived the staff at the front desk was very nice and made some small talk. The room has a kitchenette with some utensils, a coffee maker and some dish soap. Much more than I thought it would have. The king size bed seems comfortable and the pillows (usually an issue for me) seem firm enough. I did not try the TV, but the Wi-Fi is free with a password they give you at the front desk. One thing kind of lacking is the shower. The water pressure is phenomenal, but the shower curtain will not close all the way and I end up getting water out on the floor of the bathroom because of it. Kind of annoying. Overall I would give this hotel 3.5 out of 5 and would absolutely stay here again while traveling to the area. I'm not picky about my hotel rooms.

Stayed here twice now for work. Both times the toilets were dirty (I'll spare you what was found on the seat) there was standing water in the sink and tub, gooey stuff on the kitchenette counter top, hair on the bed, and the floor didn't look vacuumed (had particles all over). The walls are so thin good luck sleeping without ear plugs. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Stale defrosted bagels and something that looks like square eggs.

We had a great stay. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was excellent, kids loved the Jacuzzi and the sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was great with waffles, hash browns, sausages, eggs and other continental breakfast food.

Very displeased at the way the front desk harassed my husband who had gone out to check on the car and when he tried to come back in without a key she didn't want to let him in. She threatened to call the police on him. She phoned the wrong rooms and woke other guests up. The security guard watched him walk out the door and did nothing when he tried to come back in. Then she gave him shit when he got a cup of coffee in the lobby. Will never stay at this place again. And as I told my brother about it in the morning she grovelled on passed us to get out the door after I pointed her out to him. Really.

This was a really nice Hotel for the price, room was next to elevator and still wasn't very noisy. I really liked the aviation theme of the hotel. Internet was slow and hot tub burned my eyes from too much bleach but the rooms were still nice and mini fridge was very useful.

I stay in Everett a lot for business and this is my favorite hotel in town (although the Holiday Inn Express is also nice if you're looking for an alternative). The Wi-Fi is very fast, comp. Hot continental breakfast, business center where you can print for free, comp. Laundry service (just pay for soap), the rooms all have stoves, microwaves, and full-size fridges, comp. New York Times, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're an exercise enthusiast this is the best hotel in town. They don't have a gym on site but there is a huge fitness center next door (Emerald City Athletic Club) to which you get comp. Day passes (just try to avoid it in the evenings as it gets very crowded). Amazing amenities for the price.

The staff was amazing! I only had to stay in everett for 1 night but my stay at the best western was awesome. They have a free snack in the evening and free breakfast. The general manager was always visable and doing whatever he could to make everyones stay memorable. Will stay there again.

Feels pretty renovated throughout. Pet friendly hotel with great military rates. They have a really good breakfast and practically have complimentary everything. Customer service was outstanding. Bed and room were nice to be pet friendly, didn't smell like dogs lived in there. Two-thumbs up.
