Better than the usual breakfast. Great service from the employees.

We got a room here n there were bed bugs in the bed we didn’t even put our stuff down n here comes a bed bug from under the blankets so we went down to get a refund n left so never again we were outta that place he offered me a diff room I said nope just give me my refund so I don’t recommend this place at all.

Very nice hotel conveniently located nearby I-5 but not too close to it. Checking in was a breeze and concierge was very charming and helpful with any requests and questions we had about the hotel and surrounding areas. Very nice and spacious room equipped with everything we needed. The only suggestion we have to the management is to add something for sugar conscious people to the pretty decent breakfast menu. Something pretty basic like plain yogurt. Other than that, we would stay there again, if we travel to the same area.

Great little spot in the heart of Everett. Very secure and safe feeling. Breakfast was fair. Rooms were clean.

Really seriously? Came here the night of my wedding after running around all day. Tired ready to just relax and the front desk wont let me check in to the room my mom had reserved for us. My name was on the reservation and everything but they refused to check me. I had to call my mom and have her try to fax a form and all this extra stuff to get me checked in. I've checked in for rooms that my mom has booked for us MANY times before. No issue. This was my honeymoon night and these people ruined it. I honestly dont think that we will be staying at the Hampton. Was a great day until check in. Thank you hotel staff.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the front desk clerk even let us borrow her phone charger because we forgot ours. Nice and clean place. The free morning breakfast was really good too.

Spacious room and large bathroom. It has quite large breakfast area and the food is great. Coffee taste very good. Nice and very spacious fitness room and laundry room. Swimming pool is great. The only thing that I didn't like was that our room was forgotten to be serviced and we had to ask for clean towels and more bathroom supplies, but that was a mistake that could happen to anyone so I don't really blame the hotel. The hotel has underground parking that is accessible through the digital key. We also had an ocean view room and I truly loved it.

I stayed here 2 nights on business. The rooms were clean, although on the small side. I had a 5th floor room and it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast area was on the top floor of the hotel, and was typical of a Hampton Inn. The pool was on the first floor and looked small. I never had a chance to swim, because I prefer hot tubs and there was not one there. They did have a business center available with a printer, that is always nice when I travel and I'm in need of printing something. They do have an underground parking garage below the hotel, but apparently a lot of people don't understand how to park in a garage and sometimes you get closed in by a bad parker and not able to access your vehicle. I had to crawl over my passenger side one of the days in order to get in. When I complained to the front desk, the manager said she would contact the individual since I had their permit number. The hotel is located in a cute area with a lot of restaurants. Although I did not walk around too much because the wildfires in Canada caused very bad air quality alerts. I would stay here again for business, but it was a little far north of Seattle to come here for pleasure.

I like the secure parking underneath the hotel. I would like there to be a safe inside the room though. There is not one. The breakfast was very good. The rates were reasonable.

We stayed here twice — once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. The first time, we thought it was a nice hotel. The second time, they wowed us! I got a phone call that they overbooked the room type we requested. Nicole (I am fairly certain I have the right name) was so kind about the error and we were able to get into another room with extra points added to the account to compensate. When we checked in, Nicole was so sweet. She remembered my name and the phone call and thanked me for being so kind. She quickly checked us in. The room was a good one. That made us happy even with the change. And that sweet girl was at the front desk again in the morning. If all front desk personnel were this nice and understanding, hotel stays would be so much better. So thank you to her. As for the hotel, it's close to the water and not far from Everett downtown. The hotel beds are comfortable. The breakfast has quite a few choices. The parking is underground and a little tight for bigger vehicles, but secure. We will stay again — unless a hotel pops up closer to our family out there. :)

Nice king suite with balcony overlooking docks and Everett Naval Base. Breakfast included. Accommodating staff. Underground parking sucks. Take your small car.

This Hampton location is managed by some of the most talented individuals I've met in my travels. The front desk manager, Ronchie Strong, was very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast is delicious. The picture included is the view from the top floor.

Friendly staff, descent rates, and clean environment with neat shops near by and minimal riff raff within the vicinity outdoors. Make sure to stop at the water front on a nice day for dinner, ice cream, the brewery and catch the ferry out to Jetty island. Also a nice local coffee shop two blocks away called "sirens" the owner is super cool with great coffee and food.

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Parking garage was a bit tight (we have a Chevy Silverado Crew Cab), and the hotel is a block or two off the main drag. Would stay again, for sure.

I was there to drop off for K-12 testing. They used several conference rooms. Very nice. The desk person made Sure to greet everyone, to make themselves available for questions.

This place is okay the rooms are clean the pool is only 5 feet deep and they don't have a hot tub. The room felt empty. Many of the rooms have great views they should set the room up to Showcase that view it would also be great if you could crack the window even an inch and let the fresh Sea Breeze Inn kind of felt like I was in a cage.

Nice hotel, pool is small. Good breakfast that is complimentary everyday. Only real bad thing we experienced was that we got a room with a "king size" bed. There king size beds are more like a queen plus if that. Even the guy at the front desk agreed that it's not a king. We own a king and definitely not one. And we had a corner room that was pretty small.

Being a Hilton Honors member at this hotel was great. My key was delivered electronically, it got me in the gated parking garage and in my room without having to check in at the desk. The room was immaculate and modern with a view of the water. Well located in Everett, and just a few minutes from great restaurants. A wonderful experience.

Pleasant stay in bay view room. Complimentary breakfast had nice variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was Wi-Fi didn't work in room on any of our devices. It did work on my phone when we were in the breakfast area. I have always been pleased with bedding and cleanliness at Hampton inns.

Very clean and comfortable room. Free breakfast with hot waffle is a must try. Will definitely stay here again.

Moreover, private underground parking with high security is good and safe especially during snow time. Room is clean, neat and nice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent check-in. Room was spotless. The pool is quite small and there was no hot tub! Hampton's also has one of the best breakfasts. Definitely get a room with a view.

Our newborn baby ended up in the NICU at Providance, we ended up having to get a hotel near the hospital so we where close. We walked in to the Hampton and received amazing costumer service, seeing we have no idea how long we will need to be there. They have checked in on us multiple times and even sent a card and flowers to our room. They have gone above and beyond what a hotels normally do. Thank you for making this stay slightly easier.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on November 5, 2017 and was very satisfied with the hotel room along with the staff! The front desk staff made sure I was well taken care of. Marissa was very well informed and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She definitely made my experience that much better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place, underground parking BUT it fills up then you have to hunt down a spot on the street. I wound up on the other side of the street a block away. Easy access close to a some restaurants. Walls a bit thin I can hear people talking in their rooms.

My parents stayed here during the week of my wedding. When they called to tell the hotel they may be late for their check-in the person who answered the phone was rude with them, and stated they did not have a reservation at the hotel. My dad read off his reservation information and mentioned he had booked through travelocity/expedia. The person then told him to never book through those sites because those reservations get lost because they never send them over. Eventually after one more phone call, and help from the person's manager, they found my parent's reservation. Once I dropped my parent's off at the hotel, the person who they'd been dealing with checked them in and tried to show my dad why it was so difficult to find their reservation. (He was tired and not impressed, nor cared about why it was difficult to find. Since I have worked in the hospitality business for years, he knows how he should have been treated). The next morning, one of the managers was manning the desk, and managed to improve my parent's impression of the hotel. My dad can't remember the manager's name, but he was very grateful to have wonderful customer service for the remainder of their stay at this location. As we do not want anyone to get picked on for this review (which if the manager hadn't been manning the desk the next morning, the rating would be a lot lower), we just want the hotel to know that some of the desk agents may need more customer service training.

This hotel is amazing. All the staff is so amazing. The hotel is better than expected. Great breakfast with lots of seating. The staff member, Ron, has trully made this stay amazing. When we come back here I will be staying at this hotel!

Terrible terrible terrible. My locked car was broken into in the locked parking garage. Nothing valuable was stolen, it was all of my work supplies that are replaceable. It was just the principle of the thing and the fact that the staff didn't seem at all surprised. The police told me that this location is notorious for theft.
I will tell everyone I know to never stay at this location.

The hotel it's self was nice and very clean. I love the location. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon the lady at the front desk was very opinionated when we told her we were going to the casino she started bad mouthing the Tulalip resort and the Native Americans. I felt very uncomfortable and told her I didn't agree with her opinions. When we checked out the lady at the desk acted like she was board with her job and didn't really care.

Nice hotel but need to work on there W/C access. The parking garage it under the hotel. The handicap parking was super small once out of the vehicle no automatic door openers to get from the parking lot in or out of the building. The accessable room was nice but while we were there they had a fire drill that shut the doors to the elevator's that is when we realized they had no way for a person in a chair to escape in the building. Yikes!

We stayed here for a night as we worked our way through the PNW. What a nice, clean hotel! The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was hearty, the staff was nice and friendly. I would go back there.

Very good 2 day stay right on the main drag that runs next to the water — locale is nice, close to eateries, breweries (At Large), pubs. Typical room with microwave and frig — good bed. Nice size bathroom with large shower (tubs on the way out in hotels? ) — very clean. Sign in and out went well. Offstreet garage parking was nice. Breakfast was good — no meat but decent scrambled eggs, waffles, french toast, boiled eggs, oatmeal, Great biscuits for this kind of setup, and fruit. Coffee was good. Juice mediocre. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I was on the third Level in the room right off the elevator for an Amazon Hiring Event. Got the job blessed, space was great. I was also in a room on the 5th floor. This room was nicely cooled.

The location was decent. It was away from the crazier parts of town, while still providing quick access to the city and waterfront. The rooms were clean, but underwhelming. The front desk was helpful and friendly with all interactions. The parking garage was gated and underground. Breakfast was certainly edible, but we choose to eat elsewhere after the first morning. Room to room noise was all but nonexistent, though noise from the hallway was quite audible. The NFC key card system was a nice security feature; a step up from the magnetic strip cards I was expecting. The pool was nice, but small, and I didn't see a hot tub. I was expecting higher grade bathroom features, but maybe builder grade is standard for Hampton, I'm not sure. I'd probably try other hotels out before going back to this location, though it certainly was adequate.

Really nice brand new hotel located just a block or 2 off of the water. The breakfast was awesome considering that it's free. The parking is under the hotel and is secured with a door which only guests and employees can open. One night we wanted to go out to eat and we asked the guy at the desk where there were places to eat around the hotel. The guy turned out to have a map of every single restaurant within a couple mile radius and gave some recommendations on which ones to go to and others to avoid if at all possible. Really nice hotel overall!

It's a beautiful property with every amenity possible. Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff at check in. The view of the waterfront was spectacular! Housekeeping staff are very attentive and do a top notch job. The doors to breakfast closed promptly at 9:57 a. M. Each morning. Maybe their clocks and ours weren't synced up, but that's what time ours said. Granted, we're not early risers, but to stand around waiting for us to exit the food area and slam it shut behind us is a little excessive. When you reserve your room, you may want to ask for something that's not on the side with the marine engine repair shop. They start early… like 7:30 a. M. Sounds like airplanes taking off… and we were on the 4th floor. The baby sure got a rude awakening! Finally, parking is terrible because there isn't enough of it. Small, narrow stalls, and it's fairly dark. I felt that it was safe enough ad it was underground and accessible with your room key. Four nights, two rooms… quite an investment. A little less than we expected from a Hilton property. Should have done my homework on the area a little better as I thought we'd be closer to the waterfront.

Close to all kinds of food and coffee shops and near the waterfront. Parking is pretty decent, it's inside a shuttered garage and included in the room rate. Rate was definitely decent. Location was a little loud outside, but quieted down for the most part in the night. I unfortunately was next to a couple screaming and fighting all night, but not the hotel's fault. Other than that the beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly. Will probably stay again.

We stayed the right above the lobby. We could hear doors opening and closing in the early morning as we as walking above us. Also the light coming in from the patio couldn't be darkened enough, no lights out shades as there were on the window. I don't recommend this place for the price.

So far so good! Room is super comfy and quiet. The whole place is tastefully decorated. The curtains make the room super dark so sleeping in is actually possible. Breakfast in the morning is what you would expect; eggs, do it yourself waffles, pastries, fruit, etc. I was pleased. There's coffee in the lobby 24/7. I don't plan on using it there's also an indoor pool and a gym. Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in the wheelchair rooms with 2 chairs per room. The accessibility of the rooms was outstanding. The only complaint is that other guests had parked in the handicap parking stalls with no handicap stickers and the front desk did nothing. They even told us that we had to call the tow truck if we wanted something done about it.

Love it! Clean room with great view. Reasonable rate. Breakfast complimentary between 6 am & 10 gives, people time to get a, great breakfast pool, spa, Pleasant crew!

Great staff, very clean, and a great stay. Only issue was no towels or working television in the fitness center. Still highly recommend when in Everett.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby and corridors are clean. Service and amenities did not seem to be lacking in any way. They have a pool, a gym, free coffee in the lobby, they have a complimentary breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, etc. They have an attached parking garage. It's also conveniently located near multiple decent restaurants and coffee shops.

Hampton Inn Everett, WA the only thing that was ok was that the rooms were descent 1 of our 2 rooms was not available until 2.5 hrs after we checked in the front desk service is horrible, Kevin Olsen is not a good person for the front desk Kevin has a very poor attitude about anything we had 2 rooms reserved in our name for over a month when we get their they say we can not check in until they run our card again just as a hold the next day when we paid cash for the rooms I find out that the hotel pulled 300 out of my account and said that's how hotels work with the hold and I should get my money back in 3-5 days this hotel is in a horrible location the parking at this hotel is complete BS they have a parking garage under the hotel that has very limited and very tight parking. (limited as in less then half the parking spots as rooms in the hotel) we had 2, 2 queen bed rooms for multi families and were told plenty of parking. When we checked into the hotel we were told we were only allowed 1 car per room and that we would have to find parking out on the street somewhere for our other vehicles (4 families = 4 cars is why we requested 4 beds but only allowed 2 cars per Kevin Olsen) The pool has way too many chemicals in it, everyone was complaining about excessive dry skin and burning eyes. (I have owned pools hot tubs and in my younger days worked as pool maintenance) the hotel ran out of towels for the pool on Friday night and was still out Saturday afternoon.

Great place to stay. The room was ready 4 hours early, it was clean and the bedding was new! The location was perfect for us, the window had a great view of the water! The hotel staff was nice, helpful and speedy in their check in and out process. They offer a great pool and excerise room, plus free breakfast! They even offered eggs and bacon, waffles, danish, oatmeal, cerceal, 4 types of juice, etc. Great place to stay, they even have secure FREE parking! I would recommend the hotel to anyone! I am planning on returning! Pam Jarmon.
