No hot water for 5 days! Manager Leila was rude and told guests they could check out if they didn't like it. Unbelievable! Manager Leila is rude!

Great experience! Clean place. Excellent amenities including a community patio equipped with grills. Would stay there again for sure!

Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest. They have some of the best hotel pillows and the best mattress we've ever been to! Extremely friendly staff as well!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I broke the glass lid of a pan of the room and they said I didn't have to worry about it.

Hi. This place is a joke. I had a real hard time with the guy at the front desk named Harish. He was extremely rude and annoying asking questions that have no basis of a easy check in. Harish gave me a key for the wrong room. When I asked him to double check it, he said, he did, to make sure noone was in the room he gave me. Come to find out when I went towards the room and opened it with my key there was a women with the dog coming towards me because it look I like I invaded her room. This was all Harish fault. When I came to him, to address the situation he said he was on the phone with one of his pals and that if I needed anything that I can call him. I was just like uhhhh what is going on he gave me the room for the wrong key. When I had addressed him about it he said he was talking on the phone and I would have to wait till he’s done. I just told him forget about it and then when I was leaving about to go out the door he yelled see ya later. This guy is very unhelpful. Anyways I wouldn’t recommend this hotel just because no one should encounter what I had to go thru.

Excellent! The rooms are extremely clean. And that is saying a lot considering that is what I do for a living. The rooms are very nice and it was great having a little kitchen in the room. The people at the front desk were very helpful and great customer service. I will definitely make this my go to hotel every chance I get. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay!

Woke up at 7:00 am with a stiff neck and now and 12:00 pm it still hurts. My mom also woke up complaining that her head and her back hurt. Also it had all kinds of different unpleasant smells. And The beds were “queen size” according to the staff but they were really full sized. Don’t stay here there are better hotels.

Good area but hotel need renovation. And rooms close to 50 are pretty noisy.

Overall good experience. Hotel was clean as a whole, our suite had everything we needed, and they let me check in an hour early. Check in was super fast too. I did notice dog hair on my top sheet which makes me wonder if it was cleaned. I took pictures and told the front desk about it the next day (it was late when I noticed) and they were concerned and apologetic. The gym was really nice and the location is good too so I would stay here again.

Stayed here twice. They always make us feel like home. The suite is always clean. They have free laundry and are pet friendly.

Had to wait about 10 min to check in, no one attending the front. Also, had an issue with one of our keys and were locked out of the room for a bit later in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. They called after we checked in to make sure the room was suitable, which it was. No ice machines and the ice maker in the full fridge was very slow, after turning it on. I'm general, nice, quiet place to stay. They had a 24 hour convenience store stocked with snacks, food, and drink (non-alcoholic), which was a wonderful feature.

Clean, quiet, great value, convenient location less than 5 minutes off of 66. Evening manager Harish is efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional — definitely one of the very best desk clerks I’ve encountered. Five stars to him, too! Each room has a full size fridge, small cooktop, dishwasher and large microwave. Updated decor — very comfy bed. No breakfast — but their rates are $40 — $50 less than nearby competitors. That’ll buy you a really nice breakfast! Love this Candlewood Suites.

It's an ok place to stay. The rate you cannot beat if you are an IHG member. I think the towel service can definitely use some work or at least the fabric softener. The bed was acceptable but I can say the lack of a breakfast option really makes this place less than a home away from home. I definitely don't dig the laundry are being co-located with the fitness center. Also being able to hear the "nightly activity" of the people in the adjoining rooms and the room across the hall did provide some unexpected entertainment for my stay. I give this place 3 out of 5 jalepños.

We were unfortunate enough to have a stink bug crawl across the table upon arriving in the room. Management was good about taking care of the problem. This location does not have breakfast, unsure about the whole chain. They did not price gouge for a can of soda (was $1).

Originally had booked to spend 11 nights here, though we only spent the first night. Had several issues at check-in and getting into our room, though all the bugs in the room made the ultimate decision to check out early rather easy.

The staff (Vanessa) was very nice. Room was average, but the hotel/extended stay was busy. Kitchennet was clean and well stocked. Blenders are available to borrow. They have a work out room but I didn't have time to use it.

Stayed four months for work. Very quiet and great staff. Very accommodating and helped with anything I needed while I was there.

Convenient to DC area and walking distance to plenty of shops and food venues. The rooms are cozy and clean. Staff is dedicated to keeping property clean, around the clock. Easy check-in and out with efficient staff.

Got there and the desk was closed at 11:00 pm. Was able to get a room being I needed to get some rest for the night. Room was last one they had left but was all I needed, a bed.

For the price you can't beat it! Really good for a long term stay. Clean enough, no real issue so far!

Excellent rates for the area. Room was clean. Kitchen was clean and had everything needed. Food is available to add to your bill. Maid service was minimal, but adequate. Location is very helpful.

I had a studio room that was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

We were comfortable and enjoy being able to cook our meals and having an efficiency. It's not an average Hotel stay. I like that you can wash your clothes and it is a free Amenitie for guests.
The best feature was the access to the Metro an a short trip to Washington DC. It was stress free to travel from this location/Fairfax. Be prepared to do your own research, the Hotel staff was not very helpful/ knowledgeable about mass sransit. They didn't have mass transit pamflets to help their guests.
Rooms are smaller then a typical Candlewood suite.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Had an issue with the thermostat of my first room and they promptly switched me. Staying there for a long term stay and they are extremely nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi. Parking lot is smaller compared to other Candlewood Suites. Fitness facility is also one of the best for a hotel gym.

Staying here for work, the staff is always very pleasant. They provide everything I need. Free laundry!

For an inexpensive hotel in the area of Fairfax, I'd highly recommend this one. Although they don't clean your room each night, your room is extremely nice and is very new.

We only stayed over one night but it was a very nice, quiet and clean place to stay with my dog. Knowing that we could leave her alone in our room without worrying about her safety was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again with my dog Zoey.
