Great place to stay. Front staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms (at least the one I stayed in) were small, especially the bathroom, but comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great, but the price felt outrageous. The front desk people were awesome!

Awful there were ants in our second floor room, the air conditioner smelled awful and the beds were so uncomfortable, but the Wi-Fi was decent and the staff were nice. Overall though I did not even feel like I was in a holiday inn.

Overall the hotel liked it. A cozy room with two large beds, a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a TV in the room, breakfast in the lobby on the ground floor and there is a microwave. There were few comments on cleanliness and the air conditioning in the room is noisy.

I give this place five stars. It’s a little on the pricier side but worth it. Very comfortable & clean. The bathroom is a little small but that didn’t bother me. If you like Red lobster, it’s right next door. However the microwave is downstairs by the breakfast room. They had a nice a gym room with a treadmill, elliptical bike & some weights.

Overall a quality stay. Standard double queen bed room had good space to sleep comfortably and work as well. Fitness is nice. Cafe area was great.

Rooms are older but with updated furnishings. Great water pressure. Very friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Only bad thing was poor cable reception/channel choices. Keurig coffee maker, so bring Kcups if you like your own flavors. Would stay there again.

Hotel rooms are a bit small/dated, but front desk service was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Rooms are a nice size. Bathrooms are small. Electricity goes out during storms. Elevator doesn't work well.

Free breakfast, decent variety of hot and cold items. Convenient location. Quiet. Nice decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom was smaller than I would have liked, but overall, good stay.

Unfortunately due to the Nor'easter, I was unable to make my trip down their for my family member's funeral. I asked for room credit and unfortunately they refused to honor my request. I could not travel due to weather-related Nor'easter! Horrible service! I will never use this hotel again.

It's simple but cute very cozy not to be missed bed mm people k work there are very friendly I recommend it.

Nice hotel, a little hard to park a large truck in the parking lot, but it's clean and quiet with a Red Lobster right next door. Will stay there again on my next trip down there.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, tidy, fresh and very comfortable. The shower had FANTASTIC water pressure. Would definitely go back!

Rooms out if date. Not even a microwave in the rooms. Front desk can't keep coffee fresh for the guest. They hide the coffee creamer after breakfast. They keep out the cup creamer instead. Won't stay here ever again and can't wait till get my ihg survey for these guys. Not looking good…

Quiet hotel at a good clean budget rate. Internet is actually fast enough to be considered premium.

Clean, comfortable and nice amenities for a hotel in this price range. Rooms seem new or freshly renovated and the beds and other furnishings are comfortable. Loved the granite and Kuerig. Front desk staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that the air in my room was extremely dry.

Good breakfast, our hot water in the shower didn't work however, biy small of a room but overall enough.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was very basic. Most things outdated, elevator sounds like its going to die.

Nicely designed rooms, give you K cups with coffee maker, hot breakfast with everything, free newspapers, elevators are a little slow, refrigerator in room, microwave in lobby, helpful staff, no laundry room, room and very comfortable, I can always count on Holiday Inn properties to be good, I ALOT for my job.

Clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Easy access to D. C. Booked through Priceline and got an incredible price compared to D. C. And the surrounding area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little small. Standatdard fare hotel and good for overnight stays. Only problem is the entrance on the road can be tricky to get to.

Hotel condition was nice, clean rooms and nice front desk staff and good breakfast. Arriving late as an out of town guest, I wished it was more centrally located close to restaurants or places that are open late but overall I'd stay again.

Hotel is very clean and breakfasts was good but the staff definitely lacks knowledge. I use my points to stay and they still try to charge me for the night be very careful.

Although a little high on price & slow internet, great breakfast and quiet. Fair amount of TV channels as well. Room was clean. Offered amenities for those "forgotten things" like hair brushes, etc. At reasonable prices. No ATM, though.

It took about five minutes for someone to come to the desk when I arrived. The room was nice and breakfast was good. Getting a late check-out was easy. There was adequate posting and getting in was easy.

Got in late and tired I was the only one checking in and it took 20 min to check in. I am a HI gold member and gave them my number. No excuse.

Great breakfast as usual. Room was clean to the point there were no bugs. However when I came in there was no one at the front desk and no one showed up for over 15 minutes. When the person did show up they were very helpful and respectful.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was older, but in great shape. Rooms were clean and the Red Lobster next door was extremely nice to have in walking distance for dinner.

The hotel it's self was very nice and conveniently located the only issue was the front desk staff had major attitude and we were treated very poorly by a woman named Barbara for simply asking for a bar of hand soap I have never been treat so rudely by a staff member at any establishment like I was there will be very hesitant if I ever stay there again!

The location was great, you are close to anything you would need. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly​. You can't be the price either.

Fantastic staff. Great location on a 10 min drive to the metro which can take you all over DC in 30 min. Hot breakfast. Only thing I wished there was was a pool but hey that's fine.

It was lovely! I wish there was cream cheese offered for breakfast. And the wall outlet didn't work. But other than that it was awesome!

The only thing that was not good was the ceiling very low in bathroom.

Alright service clerks seemed grumpy but the rooms were nice and clean I would return for another stay.

Great staff but this hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. Also my room was on the first floor right next to the breakfast area which is very loud in the morning.

Very cheap … The coffee machine was rusty and we asked for replacement. The toilet flush had issue that night and we been moved to other room. We checked out and later 6 hrs later found charges of 75$ on credit card, when checked they said we took coffee machine. Seems dishonest staff and clearly looting people.

Great — other than the fact that we have not been given enough towels since we first checked in — 4 guests 2-3 towels per night. Nice staff, good breakfast.

Bathroom was small and a little beat up but the room all in all was nice.

Cost was a little pricey, but the room was nice and good service. Enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast as well.

Everything was good, beddings, the room towels are all clean. No problem with any of that. My only concern was the internet. It has to be perfect. My laptop and my phones could not grab a good signal even when connected the data flow was terrible. Please work on this. Evem when the service is described as "complimentary". It has to be as perfect as a service you buy. Also internet is now as essential as clean bedding and towels. Please work on that.

After 14+ Hours of flight time, last thing you want to hear is that your room is not ready and that's what I got from Springhill Suites Fairfax. Quickly cancelled that reservation and found Holiday Inn Express where I was promptly checked in by very nice and professional staff member named Barbara. Hotel is in a good location and room and price are reasonable. I give this place four stars just for the service alone. When will people realize good service makes up for many things that could be lacking?
