Just had a single overnight stay, but it was a good. The room for the cost is quite nice, and everything was pretty clean and tidy. The complementary breakfast was welcome when trying to get up and out to the convention center as quickly as possible. Would gladly stay again.

It may be a tad older than some of the other Hilton properties here but I like it better than some. Here the elevators don't take 5 to 10 mins to arrive. Everyone is friendly and there's two washers and two dryers at least if you need them. Breakfast is decent but not cook to order which is fine at least the breakfast crew are all friendly and helpful.

Very easygoing stay. Friendly staff. Room was clean. A makeup wipe was even provided!

The room is tidy, clean and, although the windows open up into another building, bright and feels airy. However, there is a lack of focus on security (I just said I needed key to room X and they gave it to me. Several people have been caught in the elevator when their keys wouldn't be acknowledged by the system) and the afternoon reception is more like Motel 6 — wine or water, and frozen chicken burgers on a toasted bin advertised as "sliders". Breakfast was much better with a little more selection. The front desk staff have answered any questions but they are not welcoming (I said hello, and good morning, and good afternoon and rarely got an acknowledgement). So likely an okay place to stay if you're cautious and have lower expectations than many of the Hilton properties in used to… Hilton in name but not in execution.

Homewood Suites is on Massachusetts Ave. NE nearthe National Christan Church, the rooms are a good size for five people to sleep and share a room. The breakfast is fair and the service and attentiveness during the social hour is good.

Am staying here for the second time as ai first arrived March 18 and left four days later. The service is superb, breakfast divine, especially Turkey bacon/ham alternative, I don't take pork so it works out for me. If only this could be served every day.

The rooms are good and the breakfast is great. La location no way very close to much as attractions.

Good location. Horrible breakfast. Very noisy room noisy a. C. And constant banging noise in the room therefore sleepless nights.

Clean, comfy and very well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Only problem was the bathroom door was sort of hanging on by one hinge… if you can look past that then your good. In the morning, we arrived to breakfast kinda late. The manager made sure that we had enough of everything including turkey bacon and eggs, which was delicious!

Jessica at the front desk was AMAZING. She greet us every day with a big smile and took the time to listen to my children even if they got long stories. She made our stay feel like VIP'S. The breakfast was great and the afternoon happy hour was awesome. The room was perfect for 2 kids and one adult. The location is perfect.

Came back to our room after a day out in DC, my mom’s luggage had been rummaged through and there was a dirty cleaning cloth left inside. I woke up the next morning and went to get my diamond stud earrings out of my toiletry bag near the sink, opened the little pocket I kept my jewelry in and they were missing. I know that they were left there the day before because I didn’t wear them. While I was doing my makeup, I also noticed that some of my makeup items were missing or moved. We made a report to the manager who seemed very concerned, but those earrings are a family heirloom I will never get back. Very disappointing & devastating.

Staff was argumentative and when presented with an issue was flippantly uncaring. I expect so much more from a Hilton property. I'll certainly not be staying here ever again.

Wonderful Stay this past weekend at Homewood Suites. Could not be happier with the cleanliness of the room and how wonderful everyone treated my family and I. From the porter when we arrived to the front desk (big shout out to Yeshi, she was wonderful), to the kitchen staff. Very professional. If we are ever in D. C. Again we will be staying there. Thank you, the Martinez family!

Overall the hotel is comfortable. Just a tiny bit dirty but it's expected at a hotel in this range. Our housekeeper was great and very friendly.

Very comfortable stay. Good location. Bus stops nearby connected us to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was tasty.

Clean, well-appointed room; courteous staff and good breakfast. Not a bad walk from McPherson Metro stop, either.

Solid breakfast with good suites. The suites have a reasonable separation between bedroom and the rest. The mini kitchen would get you by for awhile. But the socials and breakfast are pretty good!

Came from Florida with San Pedro Catholic Church for March4Life. Best hotel ever! Had excellent customer service and friendly staff. Delicious food too! Very luxurious and was not expecting that for that low of a price!

Is an older hotel, but very nice fit a few day stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, there's a wide variety of options. Location is also very nice in proximity to a lot of things or a short cab ride away from the rest of the city.

3 NZ visitors, stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely first class accommodation. Room was lovely and spacious; excellent facilities; lovely and helpful staff; first class breakfast; great shuttle service to union Station. Would DEF love to stay here again. :)

My stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington was overall very pleasing. The only issue we had during the stay was the valet parking. The valet driver in no way assured us of the safety of our vehicle and our possessions inside. It was safe, though he drove rather erratically. The rooms and service were great otherwise. Pleasant stay.

We always love anything Hilton. You always get clean rooms and comfortable beds guaranteed. Their are only two complaints that I have. The first would be our view, it was nothing but a brick wall and air units. Secondly was the valet parking. The specifications state you can park your own car problem being there is no where at all to do so. That means on top of what you already pay it is $45.00 a night extra to be able to have somewhere to park your car. Other than those two things it was a great stay as usual.

A great hotel almost in the center of Washington. Spacious two-bedrooms with a kitchen. Everything you need to eat, a small fitness room and laundry. Breakfasts are not very diverse, but generally good. Dinner monday to Thursday including beer and wine. Free coffee in the lobby, with the opportunity to take with you. There is a small shop with small things, but expensive, much easier to go to CVS (2 minutes).

The Homewood Suites made my week-long stay in DC wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially during the complimentary breakfasts and evening networking happy hours. The rooms were clean and embodied the cozy feeling of being home. I would definitely return.

I booked reservation in January for June through AAA for 5 nights. Due to a change my work schedule I went to AAA to cancel the last night. AAA travel representative input the change and the rates for the rest of the 4 rooms increased a lot. The AAA rep called because she has never seen this happen with a canceling 1 night. She asked for a supervisor. The supervisor refused to resent the original rates because there was a conference in DC that. The supervisor said they received a memo that day that said the whole reservation would be rebooked for the adjustment at the higher rate-no exceptions. The AAA rep found a less expensive hotel closer to my destination and cancelled Homewood Suites. Treating a current customer like me this poorly just to make extra money is a 1 star experience for me.

Excellent service and breakfast! Temporary parking for our bus was a bit tight for unloading. The pull out couch was very comfortable when slept on (wasn't pulled out).

Sent us to an occupied room, then sent us to a one room when we were told we would get a double room when making reservations but turns out they don't have double rooms… and no apology throughout all of this. Dirty feel to hotel, barely any TP in bathroom when we arrived. Overall dingy and poor customer service.

Close to memorial park and white house. Breakfast and dinner fabulous, there is almost always a Spanish-speaking person in reception. Courteous and very friendly. The best coffee all the day free!

Staff was friendly, the room was very nice/clean and generally a good place to stay; a short walk to the anywhere you need to go. I was, however, VERY DISAPPOINTED with the response from the staff regarding a broken toilet in my room. The flapper had broken and had I been at home, could probably have fixed it in a few minutes. On my way out for the evening, I stopped at the front desk to let them know about the problem. I returned 5 hours later and it was still broken. Because I know how toilets work and because I didn't have a problem with sticking my hand into the tank (except for the nasty rubber residue from the broken flapper getting all of over my hands), I was able to improvise. I called the front desk again and was met with a promise but nobody showed up. Finally, I went to bed. At checkout, I discussed the problem with the front desk staff and was met with a smile and some "sorrys" but that was it. There was no suggestion of reducing my bill or giving me free points, NOTHING. I have to say that I was truly dumbfounded that this could happen at a large hotel in downtown DC.

Great Hotel in a good location not far from the White House. The room was well equipped and very clean. There are from Tuesday to Thursday and an Evening Reception with surprisingly good food, incl. Beer/Wine. From the airport cost with Silver Line Express Bus ($5 p. P. ), and Silver Line Metro (also about $ 5 p. P. Abh. From the travel time), travel time from IAD to Wiehle Reston (Bus) and from Wiehle Reston to McPherson Square (Metro) in total, about 1 hour. Well with the suitcases, despite the short walk from the metro station to the Hotel feasible.

Yohanes and AJ were so helpful! They went WAY beyond the call of duty to make sure that my experience was a positive one, particularly in a difficult circumstance. Thank you Yohanes and AJ.

I am currently on a long stay and I wouldn't picked any other place. The staff is by far amazing And accommodating. The General Manager is attentive and friendly. The food is great. I am hooked and won't go anywhere else in the DC area. The monuments are accessible. Logan Circle and DuPont Circle are my backyard.

Overall good, clean and tidy. Breakfast is full, but extremely nutritious ;).

Staff was very helpful. Good location about 10 minute walk to the metro. Nice restaurants around too.

Staff was above and beyond excellent, from valet to guest services. Will stay again next time I'm in DC.

Room good, price is little expensive, we live to close to $ 300 a day.
