I just spent a week in 613 I was pleased with everything about this hotel. The kitchen is great for dining inn and the bus service is great. I honestly didn't even need a car as m street had nice restaurants. I will be back soon Louis R. Pgh, pa.

Great central location good shops & restaurants.

They lot is 35 a night we parked outside and put money in the meter. I think when guess stay parking should be less if it's no event going on other than that rooms nice have a stove frige and sitting area really comfortable.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. My sister and I are here for a weekend trip and my sister’s flight was delayed, resulting in me arriving at the hotel 2.5 hours before her. I have the confirmation number, but because my name is not on the reservation, they won’t let me into the room. I can’t call my sister because she is currently in the air and won’t be landing for another hour. Did the receptionist offer me anything while I wait? No. Not hospitable at all. I have never been more frustrated with a hotel in my life. My stay hasn’t even started but I will never return.

Great service. The rooms where so clean and I can tell you for a fact it smelled amazing in there. Trully the best experience I have ever had in my life.

The room is lovely and spacey. It has a kitchen as well. The only major inconvenience is that you have to check in first and then proceed to parking garage. Which means you have to park somewhere up front, where space is limited, before the check in. They also don't tell you that you can drop garage card in the deposit box before exiting, so we had to park up front to check out again. If garage card is lost, it's $100 charge, which seems excessive. Service people were very nice.

Wow. Traveling for business. They screwed up the billing authorization and called our director of operations a "horrible person" for trying to resolve it. Room was musty on check in so I cranked the ac, figuring it needed a few air changes. Several hours later, nope the room is just musty. Went to pour myself a glass of water, discovered every single glass (of 12 water wine and juice glasses) provided in the suite was visibly dusty, had visible dirt on it or visible lip prints. Interestingly the light switches in the living area and bedroom do nothing. Front desk confirmed that they're useless. You have to use the switches on individual lamps. I do not anticipate staying here again.

Cheap rooms, approx. 100 per night. You pay for what you get. I would not stay here again. Hard beds, loud a/c unit, near the highway so you can hear cars, and has an 80's vibe.

I absolutely loved this hotel, Miguel was one of the nicest receptionist you can ask for, he real went above and beyond for me and I appreciate him from the bottom of me heart. 5 stars everytime can't wait to visit DC again!

I stayed at this place for one evening. When I made the reservation, my email told me to go to the wrong location, so I had arrived at the sister location a block away. Not a big deal, but it was raining, so they started the check in process there and upgraded me to a 1-bedroom suite for my trouble. It wasn't necessary, but it was definitely appreciated. I was escorted to the correct location and finished checking in. The front desk was very accommodating and gave me all the info on breakfast, vending machines, menus for all the restaurants around and discounts for food deliveries. I went up to my room and found it to be quite large. As advertised a full kitchen and dinnerware. Sparsely decorated and definitely not newly renovated, the suite was nothing to write home about, but very clean and comfortable. There was a TV in the living room, and one in the bedroom. There was a king size bed in the bedroom with very comfortable pillows and a relatively soft mattress. Comfortable, but definitely lived in. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, and more at the front desk. I forgot toothpaste and they had me covered. Overall I had a very nice stay here, but it's more a place to spend the night than hang out in. There's also some sort of work going on nearby that requires multiple generators 24 hours a day. It's a very loud drone that is partially blocked by the windows in the room. It didn't bother me a great deal, but if you're used to silence it will be a problem.

We love ALMOST everything about Georgetown Suites. We are Georgetown residents but have been posted overseas these last 10 years so when we come for our yearly visit we always book our two weeks here. The rooms are enormous, the beds very comfortable, the Wi-Fi excellent and with two young children we love having our own kitchen. And Miguel at the front desk (Harbor Building) is our favorite part of our experience here. Our one complaint, and it was a real problem this year, is the noise from the courtyard late at night. The windows are far from soundproof and nearly every night we were woken after 2AM by guests loudly talking while smoking right outside our window. The designated smoking areas are right near the rooms and even on the 4th floor we could hear every word. The hotel needs to replace the windows or AT LEAST relocate the smoking areas. Even though we love this hotel we are considering staying in a different location next year as our sleep was very disrupted this trip.

With the proximity to a busy road the room was quiet. In the past hotels I have stayed at hotels where the Wi-Fi was shaky at best. The Wi-Fi here was extremely stable and fast. Its proximity to the airport was perfect. My only complaint is the availability of parking. Its location doesn't permit a lot space if you have a vehicle. This isn't the hotels fault as they have tried to accomadate it with a garage on the basement level, but it is hard and can be quite stressful to navigate. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Over all I would be glad to stay at this hotel again should work ever bring me here again.

My boyfriend and I stay a the Georgetown Suites Harbour hotel frequently. The rooms are always immaculate and generously sized with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. At the front desk, Miguel, is always extremely helpful and a chat with him always lets us know what's going on around town. Without great staff, it doesn't matter how nice a place is, guests don't return. No worry of that here; we'll certainly be back!

It's a great location it's almost hidden away from a lot of the main areas of Georgetown but close enough to walk most places.

Large and comfortable suites in a good location, however outside noise us somewhat loud at night. Parking garage could be better and almost impossible to park in due to size. Miguel at reception was very helpful and nice to talk with.

Rooms are great, although we found a spider in ours. TV did not work. Staff seemed pretty complacent, often chatting in the back while I waited in the front. Had parking included as part of our room rate, but was told that they ran out of parking. I asked for parking in their adjacent property and spent the next hour sorting that out adjacent, including the time to get back to our room. Breakfast is nothing special. Would stay again, but would recommend several upgrades to the service at the hotel.

We were there for one night this trip. Dropping off my youngest to her local University. The location is wonderful. They have always been accommodating and the king suite works so well for my family. The staff is wonderful. The only issue was the location of the workout room.

Rooms are very nice. They feel very home-y. The rooms I've stayed in (2) all had a kitchen as well as a nice living room and dining room style area with separate rooms for bedrooms. There's a TV in every bedroom and one in the living room. The bathrooms are nice, usually featuring a tub shower with two bedroom rooms having two separate bathrooms, one with a tub shower combo and one with both a shower and a bathtub. Location is nice and safe. It is located right across from a waterfront/boardwalk and walking distance to parks, shopping areas and nice restaurants. It also offers a parking pass to park your car in their garage which is right around the corner.

My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Right in Georgetown and walking distance to the National Mall. Great places to eat and drink near by. Good place to stay.

I went there to visit my daughter who was in town for my fathers funeral. The hotel is in a great location with Georgetown neae Washington Harbour. I highly recommend it.

Very nice rooms. Good size with kitchen. Great location.

Set in the heart of Georgetown, if you stay here you are in the mix. No need to drive, for you can walk or uber where you want within minutes. Whether it's shopping, foodie adventures, or sites you will not be far from your desination without a hitch. Walking and biking in good weather is always a plus, it's definitely a timeless place that brings a sense of nostalgia, with everything at your fingertips.

The only problem I encountered was getting in and out of their garage. The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff was con congenial and helpful.

Spacious suites with all needed amenities & very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was much more robust than anticipated.

Good for the price. Lovely staff. Rooms are a bit run down and could be cleaner. Great location. Rooms on courtyard are sunny in the afternoon but occupants are subjected to whatever's happening down there-yesterday late afternoon it was raucous group of smokers. This morning at 7:45am it was loud banging and male voices as a truck was unloaded for the office building next door.

Have visited 2x. Staff helpful rooms large and clean. Will come back any time. Great location too. There are some dodgy parts of town and this is not one of them. Excellent option. No regrets.

Nice room with a mediocre view of a construction site. Parking was extra but convenient. Breakfast was complimentary and Continental.

It's a very sad disappointment from the very beginning of trying to get a parking space in the 15 min. Unloading area in front of the hotel just to check in. We circled 3 times, a 20 minute trip and the same cars were in the unloading area. Paul the desk clerk was curt initially. He was overly polite to the patron in front of us, I mean over the top nice. And not very nice at all to us at first. The room, not what was on the booking site. It was much nicer and larger on the booking site. We put in 5 people and we got a king sized bed and a queen pull out couch. I guess we are to sleep 3 in the king bed which is what we will do. The parking is very tricky, lots of columns to maneuver in the basement to get a parking spot. You must pay to park ($35/day) 'cuz there's no close street parking that is not 2 hours. And apparently the PD doesn't monitor the parking on the street since we saw no one getting towed who were parked in the same spot for at least an hour. We're here 5 days as there's no refund available so we will make it work. Just beware booking this hotel.

After being there for 3 days I decided to stay for a third day. But the hotel own had another plan. She charged my card and then tried to kick me and my guess out of my suite. Saying we had suspicious activity. Suspicious behavior which was on the 6floor I was on the 7th (had nothing to do with me) but that was her excuse. This place is not good with the LGBT community very distasteful for a hotel to discriminate against us in one of our highly upbringing communitys. I was disappointed. The owner a white lady named Crystal is at hand for this and I will be seeing her soon in court.

I have stayed here several times this year and have had a great experience every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. The best part is the people. Everyone is so nice! AJ at the front deck is the man.

This hotel was average at best. The room was alright, I walked in and some one turned up the heat to max so it was a sauna. I also looked underneath the kitchen sink and it looked like the trash had not been emptied for 2 or 3 guests. Also at breakfast a good bit of items ran out and it took a while to get more items out. Over all nothing special here.

Georgetown Suites is on the quieter side of Georgetown, It’s away from all the chaotic tourist venues of Washington DC, but still relatively short walk, car or bus ride to the Georgetown shopping and restaurant strip. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and management team. The hotel room are very clean, great amenities with nice touches such as free Wi-Fi, gym, spa, and excellent breakfasts in the morning. I highly recommend Georgetown Suites.

We stayed here for the Marine Corps Marathon. The entire family (2 young kids) so we were very attracted by the kitchen and suite lay out. The lay out is great for what we needed (to be able to close the door between rooms) but everything else is just mediocre. The rooms are dated and the kitchen is very old but usable. The biggest complaint is that the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing but most of all, every conversation in the courtyard. We had a courtyard facing room and between 2-6 am there was a lot of activity and loud conversations that woke us each time. I would not recommend this place if trying to get a good nights sleep.

The room here was fantastic. Very large, with a comfortable king size bed. The kitchen facility was a great help and the complementary breakfast was excellent! Would definitely stay again, just wish there was a pool.
