Overpriced for such a dated room with no refrigerator and a hard very uncomfortable bed. I chose this hotel because they advertised that they had a rooftop bar but when I arrived I found out the bar was closed. Horrible stay, horrible nights sleep, just horrible!

Upon arrival: -Door did NOT lock -Hair found in toilet -Broken bathroom light -Black specs found all over bed sheets (bed bugs? ) Did NOT receive compensation of any kind. Front desk was extremely rude. The manager was less than helpful.

Horrible experience with staff unwilling to assist in resolving issue. Have used this hotel for business and personal use for years. Obviously loyalty means nothing. Rude staff. Advise to stay clear of booking here at all costs.

Wow. I would never stay here again. Smallest room. Bathroom was so poorly designed you can not sit on the toilet without hitting the wall. The rooms are so thin and you can hear everything. The AC only has full blast or none. And the service is incredibly slow at check in and the parking/bell service. No one seems to really care what’s going on there. And there is a skybar which brings in loud noisy drunk people late at night. And this photo is our view out our dirty window.

This place is terrible. Overpriced. Small room with strange mirrors right in front of the bed. Bad cell reception. The room was by a very noisy elevator that sounded like construction. Hotel staff ignored my complaint and the hotel was booked full so nothing was to be done. The Sky bar is closed. Cell reception is bad. Hair in the tub. Water is either tepid or scalding. Avoid this place.

It was a suite with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Lots of space. The internet was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is rude. They have changed over the years and I feel disrespected by the man at the front desk. I pay almost $40 the least the staff can do is appreciate my business. I am not to be treated as if I'm in the way or a burden. And your mimosas are terrible now. What was beautiful about beacon was the atmosphere. It's been turned into a high end cafeteria.

A comfortable haven in a most convenient location. A moderate-sized hotel located on Scott Circle, just blocks from the Capitol and the National Mall, The Beacon House is a moderately-priced and convenient place to stay in DC. We found the grill to offer very good food and a decent selection. The first floor staff (front desk, concierge, and bellmen) were all helpful and eager to serve. You may find that communication can be a bit of a challenge at times, as no one here seems to be a native English speaker, and a few of the staff are a bit less adept at the language than would be considered optimal. The rooms? Nice, pleasantly-appointed, decently lit, many with good views. They seem to run a bit small, but not bad at all. All evidence is that they are well-insulated from external sounds, and the bed was comfortable; which allowed for a very good night's sleep. The bathroom was, in a word, tiny. About the size of the one I recall in my sister's Barbie Dream House when we were kids. I was able to walk in through the packet door, stand in the middle of the bathroom, and touch all four walls without moving your feet. And I'm a towering 5'9". So… a bit crowded in there, to be sure. Apart from that, we were generally quite satisfied with our accommodations and the service, and would stay at Beacon House again.

I recently stayed in this hotel and the customer service was HORRIBLE. Unfortunately I have to write this because the bed was super comfortable and that is key in hotels. The rooms are also very spacious. Just couldn't enjoy it because the AC was not working properly and my room was 76 the entire stay. Front desk could care less about customer service. I called down for assistance or to move rooms multiple times. I needed the bellman the last day and after 25 minutes uncovered the front desk didn't even tell them. Manager was "not in office" even though he walked past me 3 minutes later. Service was horrible.

My friends and I woke up and went down to the restaurant on property for brunch. As we entered the restaurant we we're greeted by the host and asked if we had a reservation to which we answered no. The host then directed us to the manager… mind you the restaurant is empty save like 5 tables. We approached the manager and told him we were a party of 5 and he proceeds to tell us that we can't dine in unless we put on T-Shirts over our tank tops. At the time it was at least 80 degrees outside and humid and there were several other patrons dining within that had on tank tops. I forgot to mention that we are 4 african americans and 1 caucasion group of gay men. The manager proceeded to tell us that the other patrons wearing tanks came in by way of someone else and he couldnt control that and then told us as we were leaving that we could sit outside if we wanted. I myself have been working in food & beverage for several well known brands on the west coast and I have never witnessed anything like this before. We approched the front desk manager and asked for higher management ie. General manager or director and we were told that no one of that stature was on property?! Im extremely dissapointed that no one even followed up with us. We are from out of town and thought this property would treat us well throughout our first DC pride experience but I must say that after check out I will never be returning. Thank you!

Perfect bathrooms — one of the best I've been to. Only let down was the room next to us was having a party at 3am in the morning which woke me up. Dialled reception and they sorted the noise quite promptly.

Perfectly fine for the neighborhood. Clean rooms. Roof top bar is spectacular. Close to everything you might want in Dupont Circle. Would stay again!

They put me in a converted Conference room the first night. I could hear everything from the bar below and the lobby. I kept thinking someone would open the bi-fold wall and set up chairs. The murphy bed was soft and low to the ground. It was horrible. The second night I got a real room but the sound from the neighbors TV came right into my room. The wall apparently isn't sealed to the window so a normal volume level just enters the next room. Not my first stay but it will be my last.

The Beacon Hotel & Corporate Quarters as a comfortable and convenient place to stay. My room was a little on the small side, but had a large window that spanned the length off the room. I didn't eat on site, but the location has a restaurant that was especially popular for Sunday brunch as well as a rooftop bar. I arrived in the morning and was able to check in by 12:45. The lobby is on the small side and I felt guilty about commandeering the only table to get work done for a couple hours. Overall, the staff members were very friendly and my room was well-maintained, though I would have preferred if the water in the shower could get a little warmer.

It is a place to spend the night, the room service Deade the restaurant is Pesimo. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night and it was horrible. Wish I didn't. Stayed there on Saturday night during Easter weekend 2018. Requested towels three times, the fourth time went down to the front desk and asked, the person there acted like I was bothering her. Drinks at the bar were fine, the food was terrible. Super loud at night because the walls are thin. Then to make the trip worse — valet damaged my car and the manager Steven Rappai won't answer calls or emails and won't review the cameras. I have a white car so the greenish brown scuffs from the beams in the parking garage left scrapes. Save yourself the trouble…

Birthday Brunch on 4/15 was GREAT! Our server was great friendly and our glasses were never empty. The food was great and the environment was beautiful fun and very welcoming. I would DEFINITELY suggest this one to my friends and family and I most definitely return. Thanks for making my Birthday memorable!

Their valet parking is $44 a night (or you can park your own car down the street for $34 a night) No roll away beds. Double (full size beds) room had a kitchen but the fridge was not working. Spacious rooms. Very firm beds. It's a decent location and a good deal. Small lobby a bit crampt at times.

Wouldn't normally do this, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Checking in was straightforward, though as I was in the process of doing so I overheard a couple complaining about how there was a loud noise coming from there room and that it was preventing them from taking a nap. Didn't necessarily affect me, but still not reassuring to hear as you're checking in for your stay. Wifi connection was slow/poor and would frequently time-out requiring you to constantly log in (would not automatically connect). Room was fairly clean and well-kept, though my room was outside of the elevators which was often noisy. Thermostat was challenging to work. Housekeeping was good, though attempted to enter the room in the earlier hours of the morning causing an early wake-up. In general, I was not impressed with the hotel and would recommend looking elsewhere.

I find it very expensive for what it is, but it is DC after all. Very friendly and willing to help.

Absolutely beautiful! I was at the restaurant for date night. They were a part of DC's Restaurant week. I had a delicious risotto dish, while my date had this yummy beef dish. Delicious.

I chose this property because it was located near Dupont Circle and I was attending an event there. I really loved everything about my stay here. The reception staff was warm and gracious. I received a complementary room upgrade and free drink tickets because of my gold status on Expedia. Initially I was only given one drink voucher, but when I explained that there were two people in the room I was given an additional one without any hassle. The happy hour wasn’t the best but they had some good drink specials. The buffet brunch on Sunday has unlimited Mimosa’s and is FANTASTIC! Definitely one of the best brunches I’ve ever had. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a great view. I called to request toothbrushes and extra washcloths and the front desk called me back to make sure I received the items I requested. Excellent service here. Well done!

Fare price for the location and room. Our room was pretty up to date, but the bathroom was a little small. A few blocks from the nearest metro station, but there are plenty of great restaurants near by.

I checked into my room (811) went upstairs to see the vent cover that’s supposed to be in the bathroom on the carpet. After trying to contact the front desk by phone they did not respond. I walked downstairs they moved to another room (805) was very dirty wine splattered on the lamp cover wine splattered on the mirror, hair on the bathroom floor, had to sanitize the bathroom with Lysol. The room was also very FREEZING felt like there was an open draft coming through the window. When asked if I could be compensated for the room issues the supervisor stated there was nothing she could do. The manager refused to come out of his office when I asked to speak to him. Very poor customer service I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The BEST part of the experience was VALET service. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I give this hotel zero stars! don’t waste your money!

First time staying here and we had to give up our room due to what appeared to be water damage from the ceiling in the bathroom. Upon entering the room the wall paper was peeled back and the vent cover was in pieces on the floor. Our next room was even worse. Obvious indications the room had not been cleaned. Outside of the hair on the bathroom walls and the beautiful wine stains on the mirror and desk lamp-it was clear the guest before me had a great time. I called twice to bring a manager up so I could show them the room issues and the only thing the manager offered was to send housekeeping to clean again. With that said, up keep is needed for this hotel along with management that cares and perhaps more training on the simple tasks needed for basic cleaning of a hotel room.

All you can eat brunch is good. The bottomless mimosas flow nicely, the waiters are very attentive. They do start cutting you off twords the 3 PM Mark but that's to be expected.

Came here for the Beacon Bar brunch. Food was good and mimosas were bottomless, but it totalled out to $50. Space was cramped and dated.

This hotel was horrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Upon checking in I was told my refundable deposit would be back in my account upon check out, which turned out to be false. Once checking out I asked a different employee was that valid and he told me finds would be back on your card in 2-3 business days an guess what that was invalid as well. When calling the hotel to see what the issue was the employees where of no assistance and did not put my needs first. They told me the manager was in the building and I had to speak with him b/c he was the only one who could access the information I needed. However the manager was not in the building and they lied. Aside from that a 3rd employee told me 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned. This has been a very misinformed stay and I don’t know which information is valid. If you can’t relay the correct information to customers you need to be fired. I’m Very livid with this company and you get no stars because this place was awful. If I do not receive my funds back within 2 days be expecting a lawsuit!

Stayed for 3 nights for a workshop held near Dupont Circle. Very nice experience! It's not far from the metro, and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I did not have the chance to try the restaurant, but looked like it offered a decent breakfast. The gym was pretty meager (a few rickety treadmills and free weights), but at least it had one! I would recommend.

Huge rooms with comfortable beds. The place was a little worn around the edges and the price was pretty high with comparable hotels nearby. Happy hour in the rooftop bar was nice, but both bars close at 9:30 which was odd and disappointing. The best part was the many signs urging folks to be respectful and quiet. Wish more hotels had those!

Clean Place near tourist area.

My stay here was good. The room was clean and the bed was so close comfortable. It's located so close to so many great locations. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi was so slow and there was no microwave or fridge in my room. It's nice to have a nice restaurant on premises although I never ate there.

The all you can eat buffet was awesome! I had never-ending mimosas and the buffet. Our server was quick on his feet making sure I never experienced an empty glass. As soon as I had finished a plate he was there to remove it. The staff was friendly and the buffet was delicious. Parking was difficult so I'd suggest using their valet. We sat upstairs and it was very hot. It didn't feel like the central air was on. They do have an elevator. Because it was so hot in there I'm going to say this place isn't epilepsy friendly.

Great location in downtown DC. Very competitive rates. Room was fairly small but adequate. Room was clean. Parking is pretty expensive, I self parked a block away at a garage, saving a decent amount of money.

The hotel was nice and our bed was very comfortable. Other than light coming in from the edge of the curtains, they did a good job of keeping the room dark. There is a rooftop bar, but we didn't have a chance to go up there. The price was good and we would definitely stay here again.

The room with the kitchen is good and very convenient if you do not want to ruin in the restaurant. The location is also great to visit the tourist attractions. However, do not fall into the panel to use their valet parking service. They charge 49 USD a day when you can have a parking for 24 USD around the corner…

It is the hotel of the best location. Walking in Washington DC is a great way to travel. Breakfast was also good. The hotel room was spacious and elegant. The atmosphere was clean and classic. Valet parking was expensive, but it was good to get service.

Love the room that we got. Kitchen and included pots, pans and eating utensils. Love the bar on the roof top. Downside is that it closes early. Lots of high Roller up there, and think lowly of commoners (just FYI). Besides that, it was good.

We booked online for a double room and when we arrived they did not have any available. The front desk staff was incredibly apologetic and thankful that we were willing to take a single king bed. They upgraded us to the king suite complete with fireplace, living area and kitchen. It was a great experience.

The way that they treat their guests is despicable. If you're ever in DC looking for a hotel, pass this one up. They want the hotel to be quiet, yet have the loudest restaurant in the city. Dont plan on gathering your group in your room before a night out on the town. Any guests other than the ones staying in the room are required to be signed in and paid for during the reservation/booking process. Theur was a dispute over this and without warning called my room and told me that they were going to call the police and have us removed. We were celebrating a birthday and to hear that when there was no music, or extra noise from the room was baffling. I promptly went downstairs to ask for the room agreement from a different manager than the one I checked in with, also without giving my name. He promptly grabbed my paperwork, and I said to him " How did you know this was me, I never gave my name. " He just stood their knowing he was caught. This hotel is quite discriminatory. Save your money and experience.

The quality of food for a brunch service was Denny's quality. DC has a vast array of brunch locations, and they are delicious. This place can't compare to other nearby venues. The dining room setting struck the aesthetic of fancy, but when a bread basket as a choice for one of three courses, and it comes in a plastic bin with parchment paper that looks like I'm eating at a fast food restaurant, no thank you. The food looks like it is store bought and is resold at a premium. The only good aspect of my experience was the bottom mimosas part. The service was very good when I was looking for a refill.

Very convenient area but the Hotel as well as the staff did not like it particularly.

I was there for happy hour. The downstairs happy hour is much better than the one upstairs. The bartender downstairs was a bit of a jerk, and the ones upstairs were nice. But rushed, and I ended up getting particularly weak drinks.

The bathrooms have no ventilation so if you are pooping make sure your button covers the entire toilet seat or you will die suffocating from the smell of your feces. Also, it took over an hour for us to receive extra bath towels after requesting them. Other hotels usually send someone over within 5 minutes of request. Didn't get bitten by any bed bugs like past reviewers have mentioned so that's a plus. I'll see in 1 month if I get scabies from this place or not. The rooms are huge and comfy and we were welcomed with a free glass of red wine and a small Voss water.

This is one outstanding hotel. It's conveniently located in Northwest DC a short subway ride from the Capitol. The neighborhood offers excellent restaurant choices, the famous improv comedy club and beautiful parks for leisure. The Beacon hotel offers cozy and clean rooms, an elegant dining experience, and a warm friendly staff ready to take care of your needs. The only downside is that parking can be bit scarce.

The hotel is located within minutes is the Red line, to easily get to Union Station and the surrounding areas. The rooms look a little dated, but are very nice and have comfortable beds. I would like the TV channels to be more diverse, currently limited to just over 20 and few of them in HD.

As I had time to think about my experience at the Beacon Hotel on my 6 hour ride home I can honestly say I was very disappointed. The hotel staff was great, from the moment we walked up to the door there was a gentleman there to hold the door and greet us, and our check in was so speedy. But then we walked in our room… At first glance we realized that we were not in the renovated section of the hotel, but since we got the room for a very good price it wasn't really an issue. But… After the long drive we wanted to take a shower and use the bathroom (Here is where the problems began), Our bathroom sliding door didn't connect with the hatch meaning that we couldn't shut the door while using the bathroom or showering. Then we noticed that the toilet was not flushing properly and the sound of the running water in the toilet continued for 15-20 minutes every time we flushed. Our shower was outdated (but again not the issue), the water pressure was horrible (which I can imagine was in result of delayed running toilet). As I made an attempt to press the "Front desk" button a busy signal appeared. Not once but 5 times. When I tried pushing the other buttons such as "room service" I noticed the same busy signal. After working the phone like a computer, I decided to press "0" only to be put on hold and forgotten about. Seeing that my boyfriend and I are easy going people we decided to just deal with the circumstances.

The rooms are tiny, the walls are paper-thin, heard the person in the room next door all night and the next morning. Key card deactivated after each use. House keeping never came by. The television kept cutting off on the middle of watching a show. The staff was great and the food during Happy Hour was ok. The cake was stale. Once reporting these issues to the front desk, it wasn't much they could've done, because I paid for the room through Orbitz. Book the room directly through the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, quick check-in process and very clean. Perfect for a short-medium length stay. Good food options onsite and only a 10min walk from the White House.

Fantastic customer service and really tended to our needs during and prior to our stay. Gerard the General Manager was great in his service and made sure that my girlfriend and I had a fantastic three year anniversary.

I stayed here in august and I really enjoyed me and a friend went for a fun relaxing weekend at the end of the month … and we stayed in the junior suite… it was so nice. Everything you need for a fun getaway weekend. … we enjoyed the roof top bar… also we really looked forward to the brunch on sun… witch we both had before… everything was fresh and tasteful like we remembered from the previous time… very nice clean place… I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Whenever I do a review, any product or service starts out with 5 stars. If everything meets expectations, then that is worth 5 stars. From there, I will deduct stars based on the experience. The main deduction for Beacon is that I can't say that I would "choose" to stay here again. Except for what I describe below, there is nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, but given the various options in D. C. There is simply better value in the area. The other deduction is for what I think are misleading descriptions of what is included in the price. My main issue here is that in-room Wi Fi (and even public area Wi-Fi) is not included in the price. But when you read the room descriptions on various websites, you would leave with the impression that Wi-Fi was included in the price. Note, you have to read the fine print to discover that Wi-Fi and Breakfast are not included. The hotel is okay. If you are staying a few nights and you get a good deal, there is nothing wrong with Beacon. The location is pretty good, but bear in mind the location is considered downtown D. C. What that means is if you are staying during the weekend, many of the restaurants (especially the quick eat restaurants) and area shops will be closed. It is about a 8 minute walk to the metro, but there is a D. C. Bike Share station across the street. If you are a tourist, the typical D. C.

So I'll start off by saying I was here for 4 days. The staff is friendly and on top of things except. Here is what I found unacceptable. So unacceptable I called my airline for an early flight out! I am sensitive to noise, and the doors of this place are heavy. Just closing doors makes it sound like slams. So my last night here from 12am to 3am I was woken up constantly. As I'm writing this at 3:47 am doors are still slamming… wtf! So I try to not let it bother me and take a shower. No hot water. Warm at best. This happened the day before as well. What a last night… future guests sensitive to sound beware. Not a safe place for us. Update: spoke to morning manager. She gets defensive saying no one else has complained about hot water, making me feel like an idiot. 10 minutes later I'm downstairs checking out and another room is complaining about hot water. No apology from management of course. Shameful…

My boss booked my trip here in DC and said this hotel was pretty good, and located maybe a 15 min walk from the White House and a 15 min walk to the metro. There is no parking so be ready to pay $46 a night to valet your car. Also they didn't really explain the whole situation with the room keys and the climate control system in your room. (You have to leave your key in the thermostat in order to cool your room) kinda confusing at first. No free wi-if. Which is sad because it's the 21st century.

Do I was 8 days, from July 29 to August 2015 for 06… good modern rooms, cleaning, very gentle staff, excellent location at only 06 blocks of the White House and the national mall… and within walking distance of excellent restaurants, exclusive shops of Designer places of fun, train lines… that ask for more? THE BEST!

Complete crap! Do not stay here. The A/C hardly worked staff was far from friendly they did not include Wi-Fi did not have have channels that we wanted. I will never stay at a Beacon Hotel again.

Nice, good location. My family enjoyed friendly staff and clean rooms. We took advantage of the Capital Bike share. We were just a short bike ride from any of the sites we wanted to see. We will surely use this hotel on our next visit to DC.

Ok where do I start. I slept there last night, I liked it. 4.5 stars from me. But why I gave 1 star. I checked in, dropped my bag and went out to explore DC area. I saw that they have a vending machine and I thought to get a coke. I paid with my card and I got a "warm" coke. Dude there is 90 degrees outside. Next day on my way to check out I wanted again a coke (probably first time machine had some issues) nope, again no cold soda. What it even more pissed me off? The machine said it charged me 2$ (paid with card) on my bank app it shows 4 bucks at a time, so 8 dollars for 2 sodas :-) ) ) Don't use their vending and if you do pay with cash.

I showed up, and had a temporary debit card, since I had lost my card the night before. With temporary cards, places can't stamp them. They are flat. I show up with plenty of money, and a reservation that I paid for. Anyway, long story short, they insist that the 40$ deposit be by card, and card only! So they basically told me to leave. The girl had a little sass when she told me, too, which really didn't help. I also had to cancel the reservation myself. Luckily I had alternate arrangements for a place to stay, but imagine if a family showed up with cash only, and no working card, but paid for a reservation, then were turned away. That'd be damn near criminal. I know it's rare, but surely possible, and they need to recognize that hole in their system.

I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel, until I realized that using Expedias mobile app the days defaulted to the current night. (I changed the date to the correct one but the search didn't go through). So immediately after booking I noticed that I booked the hotel for tonight, a night that I wasn't in DC. I immediately called Expedia, who then called the hotel. The receptionist said that I should have no problem getting a refund since I called immediately after booking, but the supervisor that approves refunds is not there at this time and to call back in the morning. She stated that I will not be marked as a no show. However, guess what happens. I call back in the morning. The hotel has no record of me calling right after my reservation and that I was marked as a no show. So I will not be able to get my refund back. Is it my fault? Yes. But they could have showed some common courtesy. I guarantee that they did not lose a customer in the 5 mins that it took me to realize my mistake. If this is how they treat their customers I guess maybe it’s a good thing I didn't stay. Needless to say when I am actually in DC they won't be getting my money unless they try to help.

Horrible experience. Room did not get cleaned. When I called the front desk, they claimed I had a do not disturb on the door. I did not. I got charged 2 days valet parking. They claimed I made this request, but I do not drive. The AGM admitted the mistake for parking charges, and ensured a swift refund; but 3 months later, still no refund.

Sunday brunch there is awesome. AYCE but with good food including egg/omelet stations. The fried chicken is simply divine. And do not forget the non-stop champagne, mimosa, and bloody marys. Yum.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and ready on time. Good location 3 short blocks from the Metro red line. A block from the National Geographic museum. I would definately recommend it. I was surprised at the negetive reviews.

Charming — but there's NOTHING worse than taking the elevator and walking all the way to our room to find the room key didn't work. We'd have to turn around and go all the way back downstairs to have the key reactivated. This didn't happen only one time either. It was numerous times over the course of our stay — sometimes more than once each day. That is why only 2-stars because it was sorely inconvenient. It seemed the problem was a very old system for key card reading on the doors. Oh — and let's not forget that we valet parked our rental car daily which was pricey but we accepted that cost. One day when we were going out, they brought us someone elses car. Shaking my head now as I think of this one. My my my.

The hotel was supposed to have rooms ready by 3pm to 6pm on 7/20/14. The room was not ready and I was told that they would call me. I didn't receive a call at all. The telephone in my room did not work and I notified them on 7/20/14. They said they would look into it. 7/21/14, I checked and still no change, so I notified them again and got the same response. 7/22/14, I notified them again and got the same response. On 7/23/14, I checked out disappointed. I sent a complaint to their HQ and no response yet.

I paid for the most expensive suite at the hotel in advance because this was my daughter's dream vacation. I unpacked in room 925 and all of a sudden the windows started rattling and the air vent starts rattling like someone with subwolfers. When we called down we were told "yeah I think there's a bar somewhere" and it continues to gets louder and all the windows begin really shaking and vibrating and the air vent nearly comes off the hinges. As it turns out, there is a bar directly above the room that plays bass booming techno music until 11 pm. The manager claims no knowledge of any such noise problems. After nearly sobbing at the front desk because I've flown across the country and have no other place to stay, I'm now 2 floors down in 825 and the windows are still shaking. Thousands of dollars on a suite and this is the worst experience I've ever had and I travel frequently and have stayed in better Super 8s,. The room is beautifully decorated, but it's like some bizzare nightmare of beautiful acoutrements with the worst possible environment imagineable like a twilight zone. It could be the cheaper rooms away from this end of the hotel have peace and quiet but this is the worst situation I could possibly imagine. I have taken video with sound to document this and even a hotel bellman said the sound was "horrific. ".
