Four Seasons properties have been a favorite of mine for many years. I truly adore this property! The staff are so kind, courteous, professional, & helpful. The suites are gorgeous. Just overall amazing!

Looks recently updated. Room was small but well appointed and overlooked Rock Creek. Steak house serves one of the best filets and creamed spinach I’ve had in a while.

Great Customer Service Best Hotel in DC!

I used the spa services to pamper myself on my birthday. The experience was amazing. Everyone was extra friendly. They serve you champagne with a tray of fruits for the occasion. It felt super relaxing and confortable. All the employees from the valet parking to the spa people were super friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel confortable and at ease.
I will be back.

On a quick visit to Georgetown for a food tour, I ran into the hotel to use their restrooms. I wasn't sure how this would be received since I was not a paying customer, so I asked permission first. The staff very graciously told me 'of course, ' and directed me straight to the facilities. Though it was a quick interaction, I appreciate the customer service very much. The lobby was lovely, and the location is ideal: right on the main drag of Georgetwon where all the good shopping and restaurants are.

Ate at Bourbon Steak. Amazing service, food, and drinks. Worth the splurge! All the staff made us feel incredibly special. All were very attentive.

Great place! I just feel the restaurant staff should take some sort of luxury / high end training to improve there customer service! For the money spent, you should receive top notch treatment! I feel I received average resturant treatment.

The reputation is well earned! 5 star service, 5 star quality food and ingredients, fresh fruit to seafood to the omelet bar and the room dedicated to dessert. You cannot miss with this brunch, well worth the $$$

Well located in Georgetown, busy shopping street with many places to eat around the hotel. It is a luxurious facility. I only used the hotel restaurant, Bourbon Steak and it is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

This is one of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to. Staff is wonderful. Food is absolutely delicious. Bottomless mimosas ain’t bad either. But please bring back the donut wall!

My wife and daughter had a overnight stay for just the two of them. Four Seasons took amazing care of them. They provided a private tea party in their room, a special dinner at Bourbon Steak, and all sorts of a caring touches. Well done.

This was our first experience at a Four Seasons hotel. I am going to sound like a gushing boyfriend who thinks the new girl is so great. (For good reason). Upon entering this hotel it is abundantly clear that the service culture at this place is pervasive. A common phrase we used all weekend is "they have thought of everything. " Let me give a really great example. We arrived at the hotel and we wanted to just stay in for the evening. We thought about takeout, but also thought about the Bourbon Steakhouse in the hotel. Joe, one of the wonderful staff, brought our bags up and we asked him about his opinion. He said the restaurant was good and he would be glad to walk up a full menu to our room. He walked us up a menu and we decided what we wanted. We were thinking: do we call room service or the restaurant? Then, suddenly, the phone rang. The restaurant called said we heard you were hungry and interested to order and we are calling to take your order. We were so happy! This is just one of many examples of the amazing service at the Four Seasons DC. We stayed in the Grand Premier Room. This is the largest of their non-suite rooms. It was remodeled only two months previous. It is a gorgeous and large room. A real treat. The bathroom products are great. As said above, we ordered room service above. I'll have to admit that I mentioned to my partner that I was hesitant to eat hotel restaurant food. In the US, hotel restaurants are generally not that great.

Service is impeccable! Food absolutely delicious! If you have to ask the price — don’t go! But you’ll be missing out. There is always something different and exciting on the menu. Dress up, family friendly and did I mention bottomless mimosas.

I attended for a social gathering/event. The staff was incredibly courteous and the service was prompt. The dinner served was high quality, and served incredibly efficiently. I can't speak as to the rooms here, however if you're attending any sort of event here, or wish to hold on, this is the place to go.

The most unbelievable, austentatious, and decadent brunch I have ever experienced. In case there is any question, I mean this in the best way possible. If you want the best brunch of your life, eat here.

My favorite hotel in the downtown DC area. Whether you stay overnight or just stop in for breakfast, the staff and hotel are top notch. Their rooms and facilities are world-class. I love to schedule meetings or brunches in their restaurant downstairs because it’s an excuse to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and fabulous service.

The Seasons is a place to dine if you’re looking for thoroughly decadent ways to start your day should look to the extravagant weekend brunch. My Birthday cake came out beyond spectacular. A brunch better than the rest, offering an endless bounty of champagne, high-end buffet stations, pastry towers and exquisite, rare cuts of meats and fish. Not to mention, of course, a list of America's most extravagant, indulgent, veritably over-the-top cocktails and spirits. My guests were very comfortable and quite content.

Seasons has long held the reputation as the place to see and be seen over a power brunch in Washington, DC. There’s a stellar seafood station with everything you can think of. A favorite among Washington’s elite thanks to its incredibly luxe spread. Recommend it. Outstanding.

Had lunch here. The burger is fantastic. Get the burger special. Staff is very attentive. Drinks are delicious. Very cool atmosphere. It's a 4 Seasons! The luxurious level is super. I can't wait to go back again. It's great to take customers here. Service was quick and place was impeccable.

The Four Seasons has always been one of the better DC hotels, and still generally holds up against the competition as a venue for eating and drinking. Both Bourbon Steak and Seasons restaurant are venues to see and be seen, where you regularly spot cabinet secretaries, congressmen, or other DC elite breaking bread. The food and service are consistently competent, with an expectedly heavy price tag to match.

I went to the spa. The pool and whirlpool are on the lower level. You have to come out of the relaxing spa area, walk down 3 flights of stairs to get to the whirlpool. The facial made me breakout. There are no couple massages. The female attendant Sue is great! The staff have amazing Four Seasons customer service! It's an okay experience. It was not the luxurious experience I was expecting for the money I spent.

Sunday brunch is amazing. The room was fantastic. One of the days that we were there, there were live musicians just playing in the lobby. It's right in the heart of Georgetown and close to all the pretty things.

Attended a holiday party here. The food was plentiful and very high quality. There were also ample bars so no wait for a drink. The staff is top notch and friendly. Highly recommend using this venue for large events.

The food is great but the service will really make you feel spoiled. Loved our steaks and the complimentary duck fat fries, truffle drizzle bread, and birthday dessert. The wine list is also extensive. They take care or you here and every time we've come we've had a great time!

Top quality hotel bar with good food. Great location and typical 4 Seasons Glam. Definitely a to be seen place. Fall time the garden is very peaceful, especially if you smoke cigars.

We were there for my cousin's wedding and we're absolutely floored by the level of service we received. I'm used to staying in 4 and 5 star hotels, but the staff at the Four Seasons in DC really went the extra mile and exceeded all of our expectations! Our room was provided a crib, baby bath mat, and Honest brand baby wipes. They were able to provide access to a tuxedo service within an hour for one of the groomsmen. They memorized most of the guests by face and greeted us by name. The list just keeps going on and on. If you can afford to stay here, you're in for one heck of a treat!

A classic icon of a hotel a cat's whisker from the Whitehouse. The hotel is steeped in history and looks amazing. Classic design is upheld in every area. Good sized rooms, great restaurant and bar and lots of outdoor seating in 2 restaurants. The lobby is extraordinary.

Went to their brunch. At $100 each it should be spectacular. Food was good, but nowhere near spectacular EXCEPT for the perfectly — cooked waffles. Buffets were laid out in sections which was great for crowd control. Seafood and appetizers in one section, salads in another. Service was bordering on spectacular so I will give them that. I enjoyed the experience but not sure I would go back.

I am an event planner in the Washington DC metro area, and I've have the fortune to plan events at some of the most top ranked hotels in the city. There's a reason I keep coming back to the Four Seasons! From my experience with Joe on the sales team, to Janelle with client services, to the banquets team on the night of the event I have the utmost confidence that whatever I ask will be executed flawlessly. The team at The Four Seasons really goes above and beyond (and not just when needed)! I frequently arrive at venues in sweatpants and intentionally dressed down, because I want to see how the venue will interact with my clients, The Four Seasons has never failed! I am confident in saying this is one of two hotels in the city that has my favorite team and I look forward (for months) to work with these people on an annual basis.

Had dinner at Bourbon Steak; the service was unmatched from the get go. Phenomenal managers and knowledgeable waiters. Service was fluid and the food was amazing. The beverage selection is overwhelming, but this just becomes all the more exciting with the bar staff that help you find something that you're sure to love. The cocktails were creative and innovative and very delicious. Will definitely go again.

The Four Seasons is in a prime location in a great part of the city. The room service is amazing and the rooms are always clean. You definitely get what you pay for here. I would definitely recommend this hotel if it's in your budget.

Amazing location in an amazing city. It's a short walk from the heart Georgetown and Georgetown University while keeping a relatively calm location. It is not as close as you wish to the main touristic attractions though.

This four seasons is excellent! I had the opportunity to speak with Sylvia who works there and she was incredibly accommodating! I think excellence is often overlooked in an industry where it is so common, and I wanted to take a moment to thank her.

Attentive and friendly service. On point with any questions you may have. Hotel restaurant is fantastic. Location is great. Bordering between Gorgetown and Foggy Bottom. There is a beautiful walkable canal path below.

We attended a corporate event for a friend's company. The food and drinks were great, and it is in a fantastic location.

Very posh, looks a bit dates, but clearly for the rich and famous. Service was very good. I was there for a wedding and the hotel staff did a good job of managing all the guests and providing a great experience.

To notch service. Seems a bit expensive for what it is though. Lots of places to easily walk to for dinner, sight seeing, or coffee.

Didn't stay overnight. Company's holiday party was there. The venue has a fantastic layout and the staff was extremely professional and classy. The kitchen provided amazing food as always. It's no wonder that our company keeps coming back.

One of my best favorite hotels ever. This was the first time we stayed at a four seasons, and it was exceptional. We only stayed one night, wish we had longer there. You pay for what you get! it can be pricey but it's all worth it.
