This is the best hotel bar none! Part of what makes it sooo amazing is the incredible staff and management! It is not your traditional Ritz Hotel as it is rather informal… but that is what makes it such a special hideaway perfectly situated in Georgetown. It is inviting and cozy and the service and amenities are fabulous. Best yet, from the moment that you are greeted at the door you will feel beyond welcomed. The lobby is warm and inviting… Fabulous for breakfast, lunch, cocktails, great snacks or just relaxing. And there are always great seasonal treats, drinks and candy available for hotel guests. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and immaculate. If there is anything you need in your room, the staff accommodates immediately. There is fantastic room service available 24/7. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Georgetown treasure and the amazing people who work here! A++++

I usually don’t wrote reviews but I had to write about the exquisite service that I received at “The Yard”, the outdoor restaurant at the Ritz Carollton. We were a big group of 11 and came a few minutes after brunch hours. The servers made a special request to the chef to allow us to order off of the brunch menu and provided excellent service despite our many request. The outdoor ambience is beautiful and the food is delicious! 10 stars!

While the hotel itself is very nice it is host to literally the worst hotel bar I've ever been in. Awkward and bizarre at best! It has couches that don't allow for normal conversation and just doesn't match the clientele.

Attended a Brazilian jazz concert. Great drinks. Fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Only been here for an art exhibition and a few drinks. Awesome lobby and great staff.

We visited the Ritz-Carlton this Friday night. The building was beautifully decorated. The service was top notch. We would definitely recommend that again.

Went for a valentines day party, the venue was fantastic. Beautiful lobby and dance floor. Hotel is in a great area, of course.

Attended a madri gras themed social event at Ritz-Carlton, it was a very beautiful place, I didn't interact with the staff to much but it seemed as though the staff was available for help if needed. I would definitely attend other events there in the future.

I have stayed a quite a few RC's but there service at this location was only bested by the world famous Hualalai! From the doorman to the housekeeping staff, everyone bends over backward to make your stay just perfect. Also, the room service food is really good. What can I say about the location… it is right in the heart of Georgetown, close to so many food options and shopping. We also loved being able to walk one block to the river and go for a nice run after a morning workout. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that was really spacious and well designed. This is the only place I'll stay at when I'm in DC from now on.

Great room, but the nickle-and-dime you. Internet is rather slow, so its hard to work through a VPN (1mps). They charge you for 'high speed' internet which is up to 3x as fast they claim, or 'enhanced high speed'. Room service and hotel resaurant/bar are on the expensive side even for a 5* hotel. Considering the price of the room (which itself is really nice! ) nothing comes free. No free printing or snacks. The feather bedspread seems nice, but its really spiky, and can be uncomfortable if you move the wrong way. The service staff were extremely polite and helpful though.

Fantastic hotel! My family chose this hotel as the place to camp for a big family wedding. Rooms are large, well appointed with luxurious beds. Property is a former factory which has been turned into a completely unique space. Public areas are so comfortable and relaxing, not stuffy at all. But the best part is the staff. Luis, Shervonne, Marianna and George and the entire staff made our stay unforgettable. My partner and I were treated like royalty. Truly lovely people here who care about their guests. We will come back he first chance we get.
