They don’t change the mattress pads between customers which is very unsanitary.

Service and room was outstanding. We needed a handicap accessible room and everything was thought out in the room to be easily accessible.

It was extremely frustrating to get the receptionist to allow us to use two different credit cards for different days of our stay. The gym is small but quaint. The rooms themselves are nice with a toaster and microwave and stove top provided in the room I'm staying in.

I really wish I could share the experience that so many other reviewers seemed to have. These reviews are the reason I booked this hotel, as well as the confidence that comes from being a Hilton Honors member and the expectation of quality from the brand. The reason this review has two stars instead of one is because the staff at the front desk were extremely nice and efficient during check-in. The price for the room was exceptional, especially for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It's unfortunate that upon entering the room, a cockroach came trucking out into the hallway. That was an immediate turnaround to check-out and go find another hotel last minute. I wish I'd had a heads-up before booking this hotel, so hopefully this will help someone else make a better decision. Where there's one (and it was FAST & medium sized), there are more. I would die if I took roaches home with me. Second unfavorable experience at the Homewood brand and will no longer stay at this brand. Disappointed in Hilton for having their name attached to this.

Really nice place. Stayed here with my family of 5 (3 small kids) for an overnight stop. Temperature outside was high 90s and the pools were great — there is an indoor one and an outdoor in a quaint enclosed courtyard. We spent 2 hours at the outdoor one and had a blast. Room was spacious and again, my family loved the flexibility of having a pullout coach in addition to two beds. Everything clean and well kept. Area has lots of food options. Breakfast was solid. Would definitely stay again and price was reasonable for what you get.

Had a terrible stay at the hotel due to a bed bug issue. Staff was notified but failed to properly handle the matter. Homewood Suites Dulles North.

Good customer service. Still under construction but they did their best to accommodate us. Loving the breakfasts and happy hours. There's a few restaurants within walking distance that are very convenient. Plenty of parking. Decent stay.

Everything was great. Friendly staff minus 1 person but was just avoided. Will stay here everytime I go back.

It is tough to give this hotel any higher than 3 stars and, in truth, it is more like 2.5. This is the second time we stayed at this location and had the same issue. No hot water. It is lukewarm at best. The hotel is currently under construction. I can only hope the rooms and furniture will be replaced and updated. The floor in our room was not clean. The sofa is worn and not comfortable. I don't even want to know what the stain on the picture by the bed is. The social was nice. The staff we interacted with were friendly.

Hotel was going under renovation when we went but the rooms were very clean and workers are nice.

The construction that is going on does not leave a lot of confidence that they have their act together. We were informed that we would have to go outside the hotel to use the pool unless the construction workers were okay with us cutting through the area being worked. There was no method to get from our room to the rest of the hotel… This is something that with the right plan can be figured out. While the website says there is construction, it doesn't say that leaving the hotel is a requirement for it's amenities. Eventually the hallway opened up, but we did not know that was going to be the case before coming back from the pool. The room was nice and the fact the embassy is right there to allow for moving amenities over to that space is very convenient.

Terrible. Tub parts fell off, water temp cool, no hot showers, furniture very warn, cigarette smoke in hall, in shuttle, no access to lobby because of construction… no prior warning of construction.

What a nice place! We were very surprised & pleased with the evening social hour supper & the accommodations were wonderful! We had searched for a place that also offered shuttle services to the airport & this offered 24 hour shuttle service! That was so important! Thank you for your hospitality!

Staff are friendly and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We stayed for two nights and the second night, the people above us woke us up around midnight with stomping and boisterous commotion. I called the front desk once to alert them to this and they quieted down. For about 10 minutes. The noise began again, and so I called the front desk again. The woman (Danielle) apologized for a second time and told me she is going to ask them to leave the hotel. Within a matter of minutes, I could hear them packing up their stuff and waltzing their obnoxious, inconsiderate butts out of the suite. Then, the following morning, the staff apologized for the inconvenience and comped one night for us. Minus one star for for the breakfast. Could have been better.

Our first room was so cold at 66F complained n technician went n checked. Said all bec our room was in the corner. Waited for few hours n yet still the same room temperature. Moved to another room n there was mold by the vent. Upon checked out yesterday afternoon at 130 the lady at the front didn't even smiled in general not friendly at all. She should't be at the front. Van driver wasn't even friendly. At 2 pm we started loading our suit cases n my son wanted to have a one pic before leaving but he said (driver) we were in a hurry. We found this very rude even the manager at that time. While putting our 2 small dogs inside their kennels. One dag started barking n in few minutes she came n said that our dog was making a noise. Obviously our dog got nervous n about to be boarded to the shuttle van. If this is the case, then they shouldn't be a pet friendly… how disgusting… their hotel is the not even clean. Elevators n hallways are not vacuumed. We are an avid fun of Hilton… stayed more almost 2 months last year at different locations like Springfield and Woodbridge Virginia, Manhattan n Las Vegas. Those 3 locations has greater n exceeded our expections. Very good customer service, great for pets, n super clean. We were expecting the same quality esp located by Dulles International Airport. Worse customer service n room. This year alone we already 7 days at the Hilton. We won't recommend Hilton Ashburn Va. Find an alternative.

Awesome place. Only thing is, keep breakfast out for longer hours and get better blankets for the beds:) Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Stayed here for 5 days while mold was being removed from our apartment. Room was awesome & the staff is unbelievable! Would recommend to anyone that needs a nice comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Included breakfast is nice. Wi-Fi can be frustrating. Avoid staying on the third floor rooms if you have a sensitivity to cigarette smoke.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The suite is large — 2 rooms and a kitchenette. The breakfast is OK, nothing special. Note that the hotel is under flight path to the IAD, you will hear the noise.
