I was injured in this hotel on March 4th. The bed frame was protruding out from the bed. My ankle was injured and the paramedics were called. We notified the staff and called the manager. Nobody has called us back at ALL!

One of the best In I love the area.

Do NOT stay here. There are safety hazards on this property and they will do nothing if you get hurt. I was injured on a bad carpet in July and they have avoided me ever since! They do NOT care about guest safety! Hilton has sent my information to them multiple times and they still refuse to contact me. It’s been 4 months and I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved to get medical care. Do NOT stay here because they can’t guarantee your safety. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Marriott where they actually care about the well being of their guests.

I had a great time, at the Embassy Suites. Even I’m Here for a job The rooms were clean, and spacious. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable, and so was happy hour.
The only downside, The dinner time to early, and the location it was far from everything, it is more like a 5 1/5 stars.

Sometimes hard to find at night — not well-lit or obvious. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. It's worth it for business travellers.

This hotel has nice, suite-style rooms. The lobby was good looking and quiet. Front desk was quick and helpful. The rooms have a little lounging area and sinks located inside and outside of the bathrooms. There is also a door to bedroom.

Great Hotel and Staff. Amazing Happy Hour… almost worth a visit just for that! The rooms seem to have a lot of "cigarette smoking" smells. Seems guests have been smoking in literally all the rooms. Odd actually, and noticeable… more than ever… you'd think it was smoking rooms only.

The place was great. The rooms were clean and neat, and the beds were a whole other level. They were super comfy. The room for the event I attended was also clean and was a great place for a event. Overall, this is the hotel to go to if you want to have an event.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and neat. Great service. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was awesome… very friendly staff! Loved our stay! Only down side was that we couldn't stay longer.

Love the decor of the lobby. The suites are quite spacious and the service is commendable. Apart from the awesome breakfast they also serve a complimentary hi tea with a wide choice of snacks and beverages. The breakfast has an added attraction. They serve customized omelettes. The place has a positive vibe. Loved the internal pool area and of xourse the sauna tub.

It's a good place to give and do class events.

Embassy Suites Dulles North is THE place I love to go when taking time off work! Amazing place, amazing people here! The Happy Hour is on everyday from 5:30 till 7:30 pm, courtesy of the General Manager. The menu is greatest! I love it.

I called to see whether we could check in early to our reservation. Not only was I not able to check in early but they told me that THE ROOM I PAID FOR AND RESERVED ON THEIR SITE was not available. They had given it to a group which came in the night prior! They were sorry but they did not have a 2 queen reservation but they would be happy to move hotels and put me in a different hotel. I was coming for a family wedding and we wanted to be with our family. To be told that we were being moved to a different hotel with different breakfast and different rooms because they gave away our room was NOT acceptable. What is the point of a reservation? I spoke to the "manager" who was not convinced that she was the manager. She told me there was nothing that she could do but she would try. I insisted that she would find a room or have a bad review online. Miraculously, they found a room for me. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I would trust future reservations because of this mix up. Other guests in the wedding party were also dissatisfied with customer service from the front desk. They should honor a reservation commitments and not stress out the guests. Once checked in, the experience was as nice as Embassy usually is, room was clean and breakfast was great. So really it was the booking and customer service which left something to be desired. Value was good and atrium was pretty.

Nice atrium style facility. Well appointed room. Large parking lot. Hot breakfast. Fair prices. What more do you need for a place to stay?

Location is minutes away from outside food sources and other shopping. There is movie theaters within a 5 mile radius. Love the made to order breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Great room upgrade! I didn't need a conference table and an exercise bike in my room but thanks anyways. The breakfast is awesome here.

Went here for a professional class in the conference rooms. Was a little chilly in there but the coffee they provided helped. Were also generous with getting extra coffee in the breakfast area even though we were just there for the conference rooms. There is a side entrance for the conference rooms right around the corner from the main entrance if you want to park a little closer.

Booked a room through Expedia but when I arrived at the hotel the hotel had cancelled my room because they overbooked! They then transferred me to another hotel but yet I still had to pay for their mistake. I wish I could rate them lower than a 1 star. I’ve worked all day and drove for an hour and a half. Just wanted to relax before getting up at 3am but I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for resolution. They gave me a complimentary meal at new hotel. Their hotel food was free. Not at all happy will never go back!

Nice quiet room. Complimentary Breakfast was good and managers reception is basic but nice. Employees were friendly and provided great service.

I enjoyed first rate customer service, a luxurious suite with two televisions and the softest linen ever. Breakfast was delicious and included when you stay overnight. In three words… Classy, Comfortable and Beautiful!

Pleasant meeting rooms. Relaxing conversation groups in the center atrium. Food was so-so. Bonus points for dealing quickly with a water issue.

TV didn't work in my room. Water was Luke warm at best the first morning of my stay. And my telephone was unplugged.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites Dulles North for a friends wedding. The hotel was nice and clean and the suite was roomy! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel staff were both friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth staying at if in the Dulles area.

Great location. Professional, polite & prompt service. We enjoy ourselves each time we stay or have family stay when they come visit us…

Pluses and minuses. Nice lobby excellent breakfast. Room was okay with sitting area and firm bed but there was a strong smell by one of the vents which was not pleasant.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean & stocked with plenty of towels. Room was very quiet. Breakfast in the lobby was a plus. Delicious food. Front desk personnel were friendly & helpful.

Very clean and well kept. Breakfast selection is much better than most hotels. Convenient location next to shops and restaurants.

If you care about a good night's sleep, this place is the best. The beds are terrific and they give you a great breakfast, omelettes made to order. TJ at front desk was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

Other than the very firm bed and flat pillows a nice place for the money. Love the free breakfast and happy hour every night. If the bed and pillow were more comfortable I would give it 5 stars!

All was very good with fast courteous check in. The only negatives were, Lobby fountain/ water feature empty and the Lower glass panel in the glass elevator was shattered. Not a good first impression, but things happen and repairs need to be made at some time and I’m sure they are working on it. The rest of our stay was great. Welcome reception, indoor pool, hot tub, Cooked to order eggs and other regular breakfast items where all utilized and much appreciated. Check out was very smooth and efficient. Would recommend a stay if in the area. Show less.

Location is very close to a mall and walking distance from several eateries. I had requested a no smoking room but the room had been recently smoked in and you can tell that smoking had occurred over many days. However, the staff immediately found another room for me and I was very pleased that I did not have to wait despite the fact that the hotel was pretty occupied. I was disappointed that I was able to check in through my mobile app but could not use the cardless feature. When I presented myself at the desk to get my card it was treated as a check-in so I was charged twice for my room. Again, the staff was very helpful in taking care of this matter in a timely manner.

My husband and I reserved a block of rooms at this hotel during our wedding weekend for all our guests and couldn't have been more pleased. All of our guests were very happy with their rooms and loved the complementary breakfast in the morning. The hotel event coordinator Whitney was amazing. She answered all my emails in a timely fashion and called me when needed to confirm certian wedding weekend details. She did anything she could to ensure my guests and myself & husband were happy! The shuttles were on time to take and pickup my guests from the venue. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this Embassy Suites location! The room was very comfortable and clean and we were very excited that we got a room on the 3rd floor that was immediately beside the stairs (which came out right by the pool! ) Our kids had a blast playing in the pool, but the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. I called the front desk from the pool phone and they immediately sent maintenance who was there within minutes to look at the issue. He was not able to fully resolve it for me, but he spent a lot of time and effort to accommodate my request and was able to make it slightly warmer. I just appreciated the effort that they put in to fix it and that gets an A+ in my book! The breakfast was WONDERFUL with so many delicious choices and we were completely blown away by the happy hour (which we certainly enjoyed! ) We ordered pizza in our room one night and needed paper plates and the front desk staff did not have any, but said that we were welcome to get real plates from the restaurant, who kindly provided them. Great customer service! The staff was very friendly and helpful and our stay was very enjoyable (despite being in town for a family funeral). Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! *Disclaimer* We would have given it a 5 star rating if the hot tub in the pool area was functioning properly, but (as I mentioned) they did get an A+ for effort in attempting to fix it. :)

This is the 6th time I've been there for my birthday, always coming back for the comfortable rooms, and luxury breakfast.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and all the hosts and hostesses were very inviting and helpful. The double suite (living room and bedroom) was as comfortable as my own home. I'll be back very soon for another stay!

Good location, all the amenities you'd come to expect. Internet isn't very fast. But its clean, foods good, and staff is friendly.
