This was a great place to stay near Dulles Airport. We saved money by parking our car there and using their shuttle to the airport. All the staff and their driver we nice and helpful.

Lovely lobby and dining area. The menu has selections for all diets and preferences. The wait staff is quick. Prices are reasonable, the salads were fresh and the food came out hot.

The location was great. Stayed here for an early flight in the morning and had no trouble getting to the airport. Had the usual Hilton friendliness and cleanliness!

We held a corporate event in their ballrooms. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The food service consisted of build-your-own sandwich, grilled vegetables with balsamic glaze, chips, and cookies & brownie bites. All the ingredients for sandwiches were fresh.

It has fake Wi-Fi. It looks like it's there but it isn't. Liers. They give you a code but it gives you nothing. Refund will be asked but not expected. If international owners don't want bad raps they should offer solid product. Or expect bad reviews like t his one.

Very nice accommodation's. Dinner last night and breakfast was very good. Definitely would recommend others to stay here.

Specifically booked a King room with the in-room whirlpool weeks in advance, only to find out upon check-in that they gave away all the rooms with whirlpools, and left us with a junior suite, and are charging us the same amount for a smaller rate room. Honor your bookings! This was my birthday treat! : (

Waking up and coming outside and seeing such a big Cathedral always made me feel rich! LOL I loved it and I wouldn't mind going back again if I was back up in Virginia again.

Nice hotel but not sufficient parking spots. HOT water for the shower was all gone @ 9am on a weekend morning. I did not particularly enjoy the cold shower.

It's a Hilton. The staff is just friendly and helpful enough. The hard sell to upgrade your continental breakfast was weird. But Starbucks is right next door.

Nice and comfortable. Thank goodness they got rid of their tubs and put real showers in the rooms. Nice.

Second time staying here. Always restful, pleasant stay here. Better service and accommodation than some higher end hotels nearby. Staff is great and location is quiet even considering it's next to the Greenway.

One of the most comfortable beds that l have ever had in a hotel. Very clean. Spacious room. Took shuttle to airport and left my car there for no additional charge.

Great 'newerish' hotel. Staff is always nice. Just got a Starbucks in the front parking lot area that has cold brew on tap! Walk in showers (not a mobility room, standard walk in shower). Redskins indoor training not far away.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Having it's own bar and restaurant is very convenient.

The rooms are nice and the suites are big. The breakfast buffet is normal fair and can order from the kitchen but this all cost extra and while good should be included with your stay.

Shuttle took me to the hospital ER when I arrived with one ear bleeding from a busted eardrum during flight. The staff were friendly and supportive the whole time I was there which was from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. The weekend staff was excellent.

Our first night was fine. Second day we got no new soaps or shampoo. Third day our room was not made up with new towels, toiletries, coffee, or beds made. Very dissatisfied with Hilton Garden. There's an ALOFT next door. Will stay there next time we visit our daughter. Very dissatisfied with Hilton Garden.

This is a great Hilton garden inn. Quiet rooms, good AC, and a well maintained property. There's a gas station right next to property as well as a Starbucks, so you can get coffee, beer, etc very easily. Stay here!

I reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North for my wedding. They did a courtesy block of 10 rooms. Once the block filled, they refused to extend it claiming limited availability. The rest of my guests then had to pay the standard rate. The hotel placed some other wedding party's welcome bags in my guests' rooms. The rooms were fine and the location is decent. I'd choose another hotel if I had to redo it.

Was one of many guests staying here for my brother's wedding nearby. Upon arriving they screwed up some changes we made to multiple guest reservations. Then my room's fridge apparently sprung a leak and I spent the next two days with a shop fan blasting in my room to dry the floor. At breakfast they were out of bananas (I need bananas for my morning runs). They also messed up giving many of us the wrong wedding gift bags. And they have no free travel toothpaste or comb available — only for purchase (and didn't even offer me a free one after the flood in my room). Then, because my room was purchased by my parents (same last name) they insisted on making my parents come downstairs late at night to give me a new room key when I left mine in my room. Clean enough hotel but some terrible desk staff and management seemed non-existent.

Not super clean or new. Feels old and tired. Lots of better places in area for similar rate.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very professional. The food choices and serve were excellent too. I will definitely recommend will come again.

Manny the night front desk clerk is very rude, arrogant and condescending. Not the first time we had to deal with this jerk. I can't believe they let this guy interact with guests. And the mattresses need to be replaced.

I stay here several times a year. It's always a nice hotel. The gym is good, the breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately, there are not any restaurants within walking distance, so you do have to either eat at their restaurant or walk to the hotel next door and eat at the Aloft Hotel. There's also a Starbucks out front in the parking lot which is always handy. You are a quick 10-minute drive to the airport.

Hotel — Beautiful, very clean and Night staff was AMAZING! Dinner — The sirloin w/ 2 sides was NOT worth $23. Looked pathetic and sad. I was still hungry afterwards. Breakfast — Confusing and the a/c vent in the back corner was Dripping on me. Confusing part it was self serve AND we had a waitress. Asked multiple times for coffee and then it was never refilled. Had to get my own refill. THEN during breakfast the fire alarm goes off! The staff had absolutely no clue what to do.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. The room service information in the room was incorrect and it left my fiance and I in a bind. We had to get frozen from the pantry instead but it was pricey.

I am very pleased with my stay and grateful for the wonderful service I received while there. Traveling alone with 2 toddlers, the staff went out of their way to be as accomodating as possible… doing things I didn't even ask for such as bringing extra linens, being super kind to my children, and making breakfast this morning extra special for us, (and stress-free! ) I don't often write a review on things, though I should. But I made it a point to review my stay at HGI Dulles; it was absolutely amazing!

Using a throw away account since they will most likely mess with my Hilton Honors account. Where are all of these happy 4star and 5star people?!? I have tried to stay at this facility several times. Each time a significant event seems to happen. Once they flooded the entire hotel. Next time there was no hot water for the rooms. The one after that was a filthy room. On the most recent attempt, a bus load of teenagers arrived at 11 PM and proceeded to run up and down the halls yelling and jumping until well into the 1AM time-frame. A call to the front desk yielded little results. No manager on duty, as if that were a surprise! The party started again about 6AM, until they boarded their bus at 8AM. I love HGI and have been a GOLD/Diamond member for many years now. This one facility is a disgrace to the chain! DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you like not sleeping (in a dirty room), no hot water for your shower and enjoy the water park first thing in the morning. Why two stars?!? Because believe it or not, I've had worse stays, and they cannot control everything; but they can certainly handle the problems better then they have to date!

Stayed here for two days and the hotel location is a bit secluded. They don't have any late night menus or provide any type of room service. I wanted more towels and the front desk said I would have to come and get them. The beds are comfortable but the comforters are not cotton and had a polyester lining. A short an easy shuttle to the airport is the only plus. Parking is also horrendous the second day I had to park on the dirt patch in another hotels parking lot.

The hotel overall was average. Nice that it was close to Dulles and they provide a shuttle. However, the "adjustable" beds are horrible. I'm a frequent business traveler, and this was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. It was either hard as a rock, or sunk down while sleeping. Also, the bathroom shower tile on the floor was very dirty and could have used a better cleaning of the grout.

I normally stay at another hotel when I'm in town for work but they were booked. Went to bed around 9pm. I put the do not disturb sign outside lock the door and the little lock bar. I like my room dark so I put a towel at the base of the door to keep the hallway light from shining in. Started watching Netflix on the iPad and fell asleep. Woke up at 10:14pm to find the light switched on in the front room area the door unlocked and towel moved. Some one went to a lot of trouble to open that door. I'll be staying at a different hotel. In the future.

Stayed overnight due to training. Very convenient location to tech employers in the area, great staff at the front desk. Didn't try any amenities so I can't review any of that. Overall thought it was reasonably priced for what you get. Only complaint (and reason for knocking off a star) is that the hotel can be a bit noisy, more sound insulation would help a great deal.

Standard Hilton Garden. Good, clean and comfortable rooms. It did take a phone call to get our recipt. But, cookies!

Front desk and customer service were VERY rude. I asked for non feather pillows due to be allergic to them and all they did was give me grief and sass over the phone. Not impressed at all.

The rooms were very clean. I loved having all of the outlets. I was able to charge all of my devices. I was not a fan of the fact that you have to pay for breakfast when all I really wanted was one of the bananas and a muffin. When I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn's in the past they have always given me a voucher for breakfast. I am unsure why this one did not. I liked that it said you can change the firmness of the bed, but I don't know if I did it correctly. It didn't seem to work for me.

I stayed there with employee discount, I apprecate the price what they gave me. But you give me complementry breakfast and later charge for that, it is not how you work. You should think before you do.

Actually, "hated it" is an understatement. I haven't even stayed there, and I hate it. Traveling to DC for a family wedding and wanted to stay an extra day beyond the time the block of rooms had a fixed price. As I was ON THE PHONE with the reservations person, he took so long putting me on hold and trying to understand me that the price went up for the final night from $119 to $129. I told him that it wasn't right — he had already quoted a price, but he would not honor that. Now the block of rooms at the lower rate is extended for that last night, so I called to see if I could amend my current reservation by one night at the lower rate. He said that their inventory wasn't high enough to let me stay in my existing room at that rate, that I'd have to change rooms to get the lower rate. I am very much looking forward to the wedding, but this experience has confirmed for me that if I can at all help it, I will NEVER stay at another Hilton property.

Very, very nice hotel, for a fraction of the D. C. Costs. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were pristinely clean, the breakfast about ($13) was very good with made-to-order eggs, waffles, and french toast. The hotel was quiet, and very tastefully decorated. If you're going to D. C. And have your own vehicle, stay here. The tolls are about $6.00 each way and a 40-60 minute drive to the National Mall is very much worth it when you are saving $100-200 a night over Downtown DC. The ONLY negatives are that there isn't much for dining restaurants in the immediate area, and the parking did fill up fast in the evening. These were very minor for us, but might be a pain for business travelers, so that's why I mention it.

We have been here a handful of times and the service is always consistent and the employees are always friendly and helpful. There isn't much around the hotel however, they do have a van and they will take you to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. There is an Aloft hotel in the same parking lot which has a nice bar and both hotels serve a limited dinner menu. Clyde's and Caliente are 2 restaurants I would try. I have had no trouble with the internet anytime we have been here. Carla is the best.

Unprofessional and unprepared. When my wife and I walked up to the counter, the staff member there (Jennifer) was in the middle of a conversation about her dissatisfaction with her hours. She didn't even acknowledge our presence for about thirty seconds. (Count that out and imagine standing at the counter waiting for help. ). Then we were told that our room wasn't ready for us. We sat down to wait, and ten minutes later we were told that the jacuzzi (the whole reason we picked this hotel) was broken, and the only other suite with one was a smoking suite. When we decided to cancel the reservation and leave, we were faced with a high-pressure pitch to get us to stay in a regular room, even though we had explained twice that the jacuzzi was the reason we picked this hotel. According to other reviews, this hotel has a lot of turnover, and it clearly has a negative impact on their efficiency and professionalism (or lack thereof). I would recommend finding another place to stay.

Not a bad hotel, but it is far away from everything. There are no major restaurants around and to get into Reston/Herdon you have to spend $11 round trip in tolls if you don't want to get stuck in traffic. The internet is terrible slow and the restaurant is not that good.

Good room. Clean, comfortable, and the jaccuzi was great after a long trip. Food and service were good. It is a long way from other restaurants and shopping; however, the front desk offered to have the shuttle take us to the restaurant of our choice. But after 26 hours on a plane all I did was soak in the tub and enjoy my company ;).
