I really enjoyed the location of my suite. I had a one bedroom suite which was very spacious. I would recommend Staybridge Suites Herdon — Dulles location to my family and friends. ❤

Beautiful hotel with great staff and easy access to shopping for just about anything. The suites have full kitchens, separate living room and a great bathroom.

I left my souvenir at front desk at chek-in, but they kindly found it and passed me later. Very kind experience!

Although our stay at Staybridge Suites wasn't perfect, altogether this is an excellent hotel in the area. We were looking for a room to sleep before an early morning flight from Dulles. Staybridge offered really great prices, so we gave it a try; was a great choice! It was easy to find, and they offered free airport shuttle. The room was big and well equipped, all the amenities that you can think of; plus a couple nice little touches: some snacks and water, kitchen equipment, and so on. The beds are okay, but not the best. The room was cleaning, thought a couple dirty spots were found (in the carpet, in the kitchen cabinet) ; but definitely not that bad. The best part was their staff: super helpful and kind, ready to assist with anything.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms and it's clean. The staff is friendly. They serve breakfast and dinner with a drink voucher for up to three alcoholic beverages. Close location to the airport. Would be better if they had 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service is only available during select hours.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean. Great place to stay! The breakfast was amazing with great options. The pool left much to be desired. The pool opened at 10am, we weren't able to start swimming until 1130 because the pool was filled with bugs. I understand that standing water equals bugs but the pool should have been prepared and cleaned prior to operating hours.

Our family stayed here for our family vacation this year and had a great time. From the time we walked into the lobby until time to leave everything felt so inviting. The entire experience there was second to none from the accommodations to their customer service. Everyone there made us feel welcomed. I don't remember everyone's names but thank you Ken & Mr. Myron & the rest of the staff. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Basically an apartment. They do a great job with their socials 3 nights a week with good food and drinks. Good breakfast, good gym, nice pool, ample parking and great service. Convenient for Dulles Airport or any work in the area. Great family location for us udvar air space museum. I highly recommend.

A first class experience with a great staff and amazing SUITES. A very professional, attentive and omnipresent front desk staff. As far as the spacious room, I felt like I had my own apartment! A spacious, clean, adequate and quiet fitness center with treadmills and free weights. Very quiet, huge, and extremely clean rooms. Great tea and coffee options avail and stocked 24/7 in main lobby. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a great location. Evening snacks provided by the hotel include beer and wine if desired. Breakfast has a wide enough variety everyone should be happy. They have additional snacks for sale, but I didn't feel the need to look at those. Room was clean and we'll appointed for an overnight stay, or longer as needed.

Friendly staff all around from front desk checkin after midnight and breakfast on the weekend. Clean and comfortable rooms/suite. King bed w/ pull out sofa. Nice kitchenette 2 TVs and bathroom. Outdoors the stairways and walkways could use a quick pressure washing and some paint. Parking looks as if it could be challenging when the hotel is full, but I had no problems — other than the typical idiots that can't figure out how to park between the lines :). But overall it was a good experience.

Great place! First time staying after a long flight from East Africa. It was great not to have to drive home in the crazy DC, MD, VA traffic. I will definitely stay at Staybridge suites the next time I have a long flight.

We stayed at the two bedroom-two bathroom suite and it was cheaper than where our business "discounted" rooms were! And only 2 minutes away from the convention. Great staff, clean… we had a wonderful stay.

It is close to the airport, rooms are amazing, all suites, lots of room, full kitchen. Rooms are super clean. Outdoor pool and a great continental breakfast with additional happy hour Monday — Wednesday in the evening.

Excellent museum highly recommended for adults and children.

Nice place for business or family! We came as a family of 5 (2 Parents, 2 kids, 1 grandparent) for a spring break vacation and it worked out great for us. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pullout couch and kitchenette for a great price! Couldn’t figure out how to cool the one bedroom without freezing the kids in the living room, but other than that the room was quite nice. The desk staff was pleasant at check in/check out. Our only real complaint was that The breakfast area is WAY too small for the amount of people that were there this week. In 5 days of eating breakfast there we had to stand and eat once and sit in the lobby another time. Overall, would stay again.

Nice place. Seemed clean. Spacious rooms. Amazing, it had a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dishes, plates. Free parking. Breakfast was ok. Price was ridiculously low for how much was included. 45 mins to DC.

I love staying in this hotel. I always recommend it to my friends who travel to the area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy. The dinner/happy hour they offer is a great alternative on nights when I don't feel like going out to eat. And… the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts around.

Very nice cozy condo atmosphere. Breakfast 730 to 1030. My wife and kids were happy.

The location was great for where I was doing business. Rooms were far above my expectations and the managers reception at night was too. The staff here is first rate. I'll be staying here again when I'm in town.

Excellet people, family spot.

The hotel is well appointed, but completely unacceptable for wheelchair users. If all you need is a nice room and good breakfast, then the hotel is great. As a wheelchair user, the only room available was up a steeply ramped very narrow sidewalk, which caused me to flip over backwards and hit my head. There are also no van accessible handicapped spots. I cannot give it a terrible rating because the room and breakfast were good, but if you are a wheelchair user, STAY AWAY.

Great location close to airport and shopping centre. A lounge and two bedrooms… plenty of space. Good value foe money. Breakfast was quite basic.

I wish I could give 10 out of 5. This place is ridiculously amazing. We took a 2-bed-2-bath suite for 4 family members and with awesome buffet breakfast, shuttle service to-and-from Dulles airport, the stay during the 2017 thanksgiving was a very memorable one. We still wonder how they afford to give such an amazing service for such a low price!

I am very often in Staybridge for long durations (1mois) Er this is the worst. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very bad. A hotel to avoid (other Staybridge's are usually property)

I absolutely LOVE this place. The free Continental breakfast, the weekly events to keep frequent travelers with a sense of home or community while away from home is awesome. The late night (7-11 type items) mini store selections are great. The feel of being in a mini apartment is awesome, it's spacious, private, and very mindful of basics needs; with all basic cookware items already present in unit, (small dinning plate set for four, silverware for four, drinking and coffee cups, coffee maker, pots, pans cooking utensils, complimentary snacks). A working stove-top, microwave, standard size refrigerator, dish washing liquid, cleaning items such as dish cloth and drying towels. Very nice size dish washer, living room area with couch and chair, wonderful size bathroom; even with all those amenities, housekeeping service still provided, nightly, weekly and monthly *special* rates. Complimentary shuttle from airport and within a selected radius for convenient and quick travel, also shuttle service to and from public transportation. Friendly and convenient use of printer if needed. I have never been so pleased with a "hotel/suite" ever before this one.

Very good place to stay. They offer free breakfast the 7 days of the week and free dinner 3 days per week. The rooms are spacious enough and are very clean. Also they have a small desk so you can work from the room with no major issues. If you are planning to stay to work from the hotel ask them to not send you to the last building, the internet connection is pretty bad. The area is quiet in general and you have good places at walking distance.

I cannot say enough great things about this Staybridge! The suites exceeded our expectations as it was both clean and accommodating, great customer service and wonderful amenities. We will stay here again!

The bed was absolutely terrible. Really uncomfortable and loud. They also messed up the suite we were supposed to be sharing with 4 other people. The bathroom tub was extremely slippery and needed grippers on the floor. The room needed a desperate update. The couch was pretty gross and some of the furniture looked pretty worn out. The breakfast was good and they cleaned the rooms good everyday. The location was also good for visiting locations in D. C.

Great hotel! The shuttle to IAD and the local metro station was a huge bonus! The rooms were very spacious and updated. There is a shopping center within walking distance for groceries and a variety of restaurants.

Great place to stay. Staying here for extended time due to work and really like it. Clean big room that is clean daily. Also hot breakfast every morning. Provide dinner on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday with wine and beer.

We stayed here this weekend for my daughters 13th birthday to go visit DC. I must say it is a very nice hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Excellent rooms and great price! The kids had an amazing time and the Breakfast was great too! When we got there Saturday night 09/23/17 to check in I must say the gentlemen that helped us was very friendly and helpful. I think his name was Anthony Great smile too :) (hint hint) I will definitely be back to this hotel in the future!

We had a great, albeit short stay on 9/10-11/17 The room was clean and the kitchen was equipped for an extended stay. We did not have the complimentary breakfast but it was nice to have the option. Would definitely stay again when passing through.

Great place to stay during business trips. What worked out well: 1. Great breakfast 2. Connectivity with other parts of DC 3. Shuttle service 4. Room service 5. Evening networking get together I was tempted to rate 5 star but holding back since I was turned down shuttle yet times in the morning. Metro shuttle are only available at 7 am and 10 am and nothing in between.

This location seems a bit older, but is still a good option if in town for a business. Rooms are very spacious with near full kitchen, pretty much a small apartment. They have free Wi-Fi, gym, 3 drink happy hour and food from 530 to 730. Everyone was very nice and helpful, nothing bad I can say. Just didn't blow me away.

The property had a nice layout, and the suites were very spacious. The shuttles from/to airport IAD and Metro near by are very convenient… Night Staff was good, although Front Desk could be more informed about places for a late dinner. Still a nice night stay in a quite place… We'll likely come back of stay in this area again.

We stayed for 2 nights and this was an absolute excellent choice! The suite was outstanding! Vey spacious, nice decor and 3 televisions. Beautiful scenery outside. Nice size swimming pool and a lovely cookout area with nice comfortable sofas and chairs. Nice umbrella tables to eat after cooking on the grill. We could easily stay here for a week or more.

Amazing value, incredible rooms, quality and service. Free shuttle to DC and airport, free breakfast, and a great full range breakfast with fresh ground coffee and fresh waffles! Free dinner 3 nights a week as well… The rooms are immaculately appointed for a long stay. Granite counters, spacious and very comfortable… I will be staying here again. Excellent value.

I had an amazing time with my family… from the service to the accommodations Staybridge Hotel Suites is the place to stay. We were welcome by Antuane Dixon, from the moment I enter the lobby area he was welcoming, happy and resourceful. I stay for a week with my parents and 2 boys and it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I will be back for sure :)

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. But there are no elevators, and also there is nowhere to sit and eat, which is a little strange for a suite that sleeps six with a full kitchen.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle drivers are very cool. Awesome breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We asked for non-smoking due to severe allergies and preference. The room was overwhelmingly smokey, we didn't even set down our bags. The next room we arrived in had a giant skylight in the bedroom, with no way of dimming it, so the bedroom was extremely bright, it would've been impossible to sleep there. Don't waste your time or money here.

Close to airport, reasonable prices, large two bedroom appartments for family 5+. Little outdated but clean with great staff.

Conveniently close to the IAD airport. Friendly staff, very clean, cozy and roomy. Nice variety for breakfast and nice common areas. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were awesome and very clean and guest services reps were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not that great and could use an upgrade, but overall my family really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Our stay was perfect. Shuttle to the metro and even to the restaurants and malls. Would recommend to anyone. Will certainly use this company no matter where we travel to.

Mediocre. Our room was clean and smelled good, and the beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and unsupportive, the internet service is terrible (works for 5 minutes then doesn't work for 20 min, then works again for another 5… And when I called the front desk because my troubleshooter suggested I restart the router they transferred me to off site tech support… Cause apparently nobody on site has the technical skills to unplug it for 10 seconds? ) Breakfast was simple but filling — bland eggs and salty pork products with watery juice to wash it down.
