So comfy and clean! I've been on the road all year traveling. I've stayed in many hotels. This is by far the best rest I've had. Please don't change your standards. I'll be back in March and I'm staying right here.

Tv only turns in by light switch. No adjustments to volume can be made. Cable box needs software update and keeps replaying and stops program but never gets upgraded. Reeks of cigarette smoke. Shower curtain is filthy with mildew. Mattress itself was dirty and stained. Several homeless people hanging around all day inside and outside at night. Had to have our key recharged every day we were there. Hallways appeared to never have been vacuumed. The whole place needs a total makeover. No where near compares to best western plus. On a good note, housekeepers were very friendly and attentive to any request made.
