We made a booking via a phone call, they got hold on our personal details and credit card info. And when we went to check in around 10pm, Night clerk with no sense of sorry and empathy told us that the reservation was happened through central reservation so there was no room for us, even though we were told that room is available and booked for the night. It wasn't a joke to find a room with 2 kids after 10pm in Houston during the weekend. Horrible customer service.

Location is convenient for dining and shopping. Not extremely far from beach. Hwy is easily accessible. Rooms are not well insulated, you hear everything in the hallway. There is a cockroach in the cabinets.

Ugh dead roaches in the small kitchen area and by the TV. Never stay here! Find another place to stay for the money.

Breakfast was not good. We got only muffins and coffee. We expected at least few fruits or breads for breakfast.

If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. This was the WORST experience we have ever had a hotel. My family and I travel 2-3 weekends per month and stay in all brands of hotels. We booked this hotel because our daughter was playing in a softball tournament near by. Upon check in the hostess did was not friendly at all. She gave us our room keys which I realized very quickly was for the wrong type of room. She put our family of 5 in a 1 queen bed room. Upon request of a 2 bed room, which is what we booked online, she then charged us an additional $30 (original room was onlu $70) for a room with 2 beds. Once we got to the room, unpacked, changed into our swimsuits we went down to take the kids swimming and relax for a while before dinner. We were THEN notified by the front desk that the pool was "out of order". She said there was "an electrical issue, if you get in the water it will shock you". Seriously? First off, if there was an issue with the pool, why wasn't that explained when I CALLED TO CONFIRM THIS LOCATION HAD A POOL? WHEN WE CHECKED IN WITH 2 KIDS MAKING COMMENTS ABOUT GOING SWIMMING? It was never mentioned! At this point I was beyond frustrated, with two upset and bored children and it was almost 7pm. I wanted to check out and go to another hotel but the kids wouldn't have had time to swim or enjoy the new hotel at this point. I was told that there was security on the property beginning at 10pm.

Great service clean rooms the only thing that is really a let down is the gum.

The best part about this hotel is the front desk clerk. There are cockroaches.

I will start by saying the nicest thing I can about this hotel because there's only one thing, and that was the front desk clerk. He was very nice and helpful but unfortunately for him the hotel he works for does not compliment his shining personality. The first room: this room was on the corner, with the door wedged between 2 other rooms. Very odd. When I entered it smelled almost dingy, with a chemical spray overlay. After a quick walkthrough I started taking pictures to send to the company that booked me there because I just could not believe what I was seeing. The kitchen was beat up, dents in the dishwasher door, peeling tiles all over the sink, scratches and faded paint on all of the unclean cabinets. The chair was covered in dirt/stains/crumbs, absolutely wasn't cleaned. Dust and cobwebs hanging from the lampshades which most were crooked making it look like I just walked in after a fight. (I'm NOT exaggerating) The lights flickered for 10 seconds before turning on… The real kicker was the garbage can wedged under the bathroom sink that was full of BLACK MOLDY TOWELS. No wonder the room smelled! I almost threw up when I saw this, I couldn't believe it! So down I went to the front desk where I got another room. 2nd room: kitchen even worse than the first, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, chewed up gum in the fridge, a forgotten dirty sock lying next to the bed, empty coke cans (and the TV remote) under the dusty bed… I just can't even deal with this hotel anymore.

It leaves a lot to be desired breakfast, only coffee and bars, but out of that excellent service and comfort.

Great location near Shopping Center room was clean ample space although the restroom was a little bit small. Breakfast could be a little bit better only had granola bars, hot cereal, coffee and hot chocolate.

We had house issues and could not stay home. We needed a place to stay a few days with our dogs. This worked great for our needs. Very friendly staff.

Room had an odd smell to it. Towels in the kitchen area were folded but dirty. Could hear everything in the next room. I`'ve never given a bad hotel review before but this was rough.

The stay was fine until the weekend. The people above was waking us up in the middle of the night. On top that I woke up to the maintenance guys making noise. Lastly, a roach on the day we were leaving by the kitchen area. My family and i, are pretty much clean people. So we didn't appreciate seeing what we saw.

My family and I have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Our apartment home flooded and we lost everything, including one of our vehicles being considered a total loss. I reserved the room with Extended Stay over the phone, however when I went to check-in to the hotel, the service desk representative (Sydney) had difficulty pulling up my reservation. She ended up having to book me a room again and provide me with another reservation number. When I received the keys to the room, I was disgusted to find that there was male facial hair in the bathroom sink that was not properly cleaned up. The packaged bar soap that was provided on the bathroom sink did not lather up at all and it seemed as if the soap has been left in the room for 5 years. The bedroom air conditioner was not blowing any cold air out and when I called the front desk to receive assistance with this, the representative (Tina) put me on hold and the next thing I know is that the call was disconnected. I called again only to wait 20 minutes for someone from maintenance to show up only for me to let him know that I couldn't wait anymore due to the bedroom being steaming hot and ended up unplugging the air conditioner and plugging it back in, hoping that it will work. It did end up working but barely blowing any cold air out at all. In the kitchen by the refrigerator floor, I saw a roach motel with a dead roach laying beside it. There was rust on the microwave and dried up food on the stove top.

The extended stay price (more than 30 days) of $45 p/night is pretty good and the best thing about the place is there are a lot of dining options close by as well as the freeway. The rest of it not so great. On the surface it looks okay but you can expect the staff to ignore any requests you might make and usually do the opposite. I requested a room by the elevator and they gave me the last room on the top floor furthest from the elevator. After being there one night I asked to move as there were so many things wrong and broken with this room I decided it might be their 'parts room' that they harvested spare parts from PLUS someone had either killed an animal in there and left it or squeezed out a used feminine napkin on the floor as their was active blood on the carpet as well as the smell of a rotting flesh. They did move me halfway down the hallway nearer the elevator however, next to the trash room. If you can stand the stench that permeates the rooms from the mountains and mountains of garbage in the trash room that is there continuously (they only have a part-time maintenance guy and the maids don't take the trash to the dumpster), then… it's okay. More than once guests just stood outside the trash room door looking in trying to decide if they should open it or not, some would just leave their trash next to the door in the hallway. Exterior exits are the same but include unemptied nasty cigarette butt ashtrays.

This si the second time I've stayed here. While this time has been a little rough (being locked out of my room, and currently waiting almost 2 hours for the manager to get here to find the tool needed to get in). Overall, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Clean sheets, cold ac and a working tv.

I stayed 3 days and they never cleaned up the room you had to go and ask for towels daily and at the end Isieron double surcharge ala credit card. When ago calls for Aser questions they cut your call. Never happen to the manager I think is the worst hotel and used in my life.

The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, the kitchenette was inviting with a full size fridge and dish washer. The clerks were very helpful and informative. I appreciated that there were common kitchen items available to borrow upon request: these items were delivered in a nice clean bin spick and span ready for use. :)

The hostess was so accommodating, even though my fella was grumpy from the trip, she was bright, quick, and delightfully helpful. The room was very pleasing, clean, roomy, and comfortably arranged. I was especially pleased to find out it they have a variety of kitchenwares available to borrow at the asking. Very convenient. Additionally this hotel is located near a wide variety of shops and eateries (both well known chain and unique local) which made finding just what we want practically effortless. I hope to stay at this hotel again, this has been a very good experience. :)

The price is cheaper than most in the area, but the quality of the stay overall I thought was not good at all, and I definitely would not recommend it. Room had an odd odor when it was smoke free, pictures are a little deceiving as well. Just a bad hotel layout overall.

Easy check-in, nice rooms, very clean. Neighbors had dogs but they weren't a problem once inside our room.

Nice place, renovations should be really great.

The location of the hotel is in a nice area shops and restaurants are nearby. The lobby was modern and my room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing was the clerk gave me a dirty room or someone else room. Then I had to wait for the clerk at the desk again and get another key.

Nastiest place I have ever stayed. No employees after 11:00pm no one answers the phone. First room was absolutely disgusting, stained floors and furniture, large clumps of black hair in the sheets, and urine in the sink, yes urine! We got moved after lots of complaining and room was a little cleaner but not much. Breakfast was a joke, and their was no maid service. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Staff is good. Management is ghost. Not cool with a Trash Closet inside of the hallway, $2 wash\$2 dryer with no coin machine (counter gives change but not on Sunday), no coffee cups for about a month or lids and some tenants are weird. Cleans once a week which is fine for the most part. Location is pretty good. Buffalo Wild Wings is smokey and sometimes packed. Wolfie's suck. Sherlock's has lots of room and chill. A good bit of entertainment in a 2 mile radius.

I have never felt so unwelcomed as a guest at a place where I was paying to stay. The manager (when she was there, which was seldom) often glared at me as I passed through the lobby. The desk clerks seemed uninformed as to what was going on in the hotel, which was annoying to say the least. One clerk in particular started an argument with my daughter about the date we checked in. The conversation became very heated. When the desk clerk raised her voice, my daughter reciprocated. Shortly after, we were asked to leave the hotel because the clerk felt "intimidated. " Housekeeping was no better. At one point, dog poop was left in hallway for almost 3 weeks before it was cleaned up, even after we reported it to the front desk. The response was always "I'm not going to clean it up. They don't pay me enough for that! ".

Nastiest hotel room that I have ever been in. Not only was it filthy (mold in the shower, terrible smell, stains all over furniture) but nothing worked. No phone or alarm. The lock on the front door was completely cracked in half, which leads me to believe that the door had been kicked in. The outlet covers were all off and on the floor, dirty walls, and the one picture in the room was completely busted. Looks like a drug bust or fight went down. Hell, maybe someone died in there. And for $91 a night in Webster. So not worth it. Don't stay there.

The room was spacious and clean just had a funny smell to the whole place. The overall safety of the hotel was my concern. The parking lot was very dark and very limited parking places that were close to an entrance or exit. The elevators were at the front of the hotel and our room in the back so we used the stairs and just didn't seem very safe.

The dishwasher, 2nd AC unit, and microwave were all broken when we checked in. After repairs, the dishwasher worked but left baby bottles dirtier than before, the microwave still woke us up beeping in the middle of the night and had to be shut off from the circuit breaker; only the AC was genuinely fixed. We also had problems with noise from the unit above ours, but weren't given the option to switch rooms. We ended up checking out a week early and finding another place to stay. On the good side, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good.

Room was clean. No bugs that I saw. Staff seemed friendly. I was gonna use the pool, but the clump of hair in the bottom turned me off. Breakfast was alright, muffins, bagels and coffee. Decent place to stay.
