It is all good and a good service I recommend it.

We’ve stayed here for one month! And it was as if we were at our own home! Everybody is extremely kind, caring, helpful, professional, etc etc We would highly recommend it to everybody! Our stay was just amazing, wonderful, comfortable, etc etc. Thank you to all but especially to Noe, Karen, Esteban, Alejandra, Geraldine, cooking staff, front desk staff etc. And all!

The gentleman we had checking us in was phenomenal! He handled a large group of girls, made accommodations for changes needed, he was friendly, polite, patient! Good management and marketing skills for the company.

Friendly, clean, and helpful. All around pleasant atmosphere!

Our family was amazed by the service. The room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning they had waiters and cooks who were very accomodating to our requests. We loved the stay and are planning to go back! Thanks!

This is one of the best garden inn we stayed in. We stayed here two times in last 5 years and both experiences were great. Staff here is very polite and helpful. They will go extra mile for your comfort. Rooms are good with ceiling height is almost 10+ ft. AC works fine, TV cable is good. Enough parking spots. The breakfast here is good too.

I would give 10 starts if possible. Chelsea at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Top notch service. Breakfast was very good, customized omelette was excellent! Service at breakfast was excellent! Carry out breakfast to the room was beautifully served on a tray (not in a styrofoam box like everywhere else). We got everything possible here to make our stay comfortable and recommendation for places to visit. Our room was huge with high ceilings, large bath with stand in shower & tub. Love this place, this was our second time here and we would want to return for sure.

We have stayed here several times. The front desk and restaurant staff are wonderful and give amazing service. Their chef cooks scrumptiously delicious meals. The rooms are nice and clean; the housekeeping staff do a good job. There’s ample parking in the front and back of the building. This hotel’s location is perfect as it’s close to many shops & restaurants. They are, however, undergoing renovations of the lobby right now (Dec. 2017). The alarm went off on our last night starting around 11pm and would sound off every so often until morning. We got our last night free, but we barely slept a wink. I think it’s unacceptable for it to keep going off. It honestly was such a negative experience.

Went to a 90th birthday party in one of their banquet rooms. Friendly and professional staff, food was good too. Not a large hotel but this party was for about 60 guests and the room/vibe was great.

I loved staying at this place in Webster Tx this past June 15 — 20. It is close to everything. Just off of south 35. The staff was friendly and courteous all around. If I come to south Houston, I will definitely stay here again.

Iam visiting from Vegas. City of big well known hotels. I am very impressed with this hotel. The staff from front desk, maintenance and housekeeping were very very courteous and was very efficient with their jobs. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious enough and yes nice and clean.
I would definetely come back and stay and tell my friends bout it.

Excellent service and good quality rooms. Contrary to most places, the breakfast was worth the price. Also super close to torchys tacos. I would be happy to stay here again.

I am on our local girls softball association board and was tasked with booking hotel rooms for 36 girls and their families for our All-Star tournament. I contacted multiple hotels in the area and the Hilton Garden Inn gave us the best group rate by $30! The sales and front desk team were beyond amazing — they assisted me with printing and making copies of additional paperwork needed for the tournament and gave everyone in our group late check out. The breakfast each morning was hot and delicious (unlike other continental breakfasts I have eaten) and the staff was smiling and very accommodating to all our requests. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Hilton gets a 0 rating from me. The young lady at the front desk go down in history as the rudest person I ever had engage me at a single business location. She didn't bother to greet me, nor connect and she barked that she didn't have any suites to honor my request. She was so consumed with being rude, I had to ask what type of rooms they had because she didn't bother to share. Do not go to the Webster location because the staff is extremely rude. Rudeness is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. What a piss poor reflection of the Hilton brand! I strongly felt she was racist and her judgemental vibration surfaced, redendering me the most horrible experience ever.

The beds are old. The mattress on king size bed was lumpy and saggy. The room is not cleaned to what I would expect for the Hilton chain. Lobby floor dirty. Counters are low. I am 68 inches tall and I thought I was in a handicapped room because the counters were so low. Save your money and go elsewhere. The staff was nice but that is not enough for the money you pay to stay there.

Service was great. Lovely hotel. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes but slept well enough. Food was fabulous.

Good location, nice staff, clean rooms, ac in my room got it nice and cool down to 62, plenty of parking, close to shopping and eating and easy on and off freeway.

Great Hilton property with a great crew running the breakfast service. Great service by friendly people. Oh and the hot tub was hot!

Lovely room, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit confusing to me the first morning and I had to ask for help to carry plates. I walk with a cane. Staff responded promptly when I asked for help.

I have never slept so good then ever when I was there. They are so nice and have the best breakfast ever.

This place is clearly in… transition. There is some construction in the lobby area but I never heard any noises from it. Nitpicky room issues were that my toilet couldn't flush (chain wasn't attached to the flush lever), the sink drain plug wasn't attached correctly, and part of the shower door was removed and a curtain was haphazardly hung in its place. Overall though the stay was nice. They provided ample free breakfast which was prepared nicely and the location had easy parking.

Rooms are fine, clean. Renovations (not repairs from Hurricane Harvey) rendered the main lobby restaurant area undesirable 1st best, and when the fire alarm went off and won't me up, I got excuses and not a single apology from the front desk. I know it's not their fault and it's mostly out of their hands, but an "I'm sorry" goes a long way.

Under renovation but still remarkably clean. Room was great. Plenty pillows to choose from and a good bed. Tv used see remote as home so was easy to use, DirecTV.

A great experience the service of the house keeping is very good the spectacular cleaning.

The beds are super hard and not comfortable. The Wi-Fi does not work on second floor and up. There are only 2 washing machines and 3 dryers in the whole place and only one washer works. Lots of construction going on right now and it looks like the remodel is giving them a very nice upgrade so I won't give them too low of a rating. Nice attendants at the desk. Huge draw back is now they have waiters wanting to serve you breakfast so they can receive a tip. It's really stupid. They wouldn't let me get my own water and then the guy was upset when I didn't tip. I'm not tipping for a breakfast that offers powdered eggs and sausage. Its ridiculous that hotels are trying to squeeze every penny out of you for just a night stay AND some.

Everything is great… except for 1 out of 2 elevators work and that one is tremendously slow. Gets old after awhile waiting to get to the room. Otherwise great place to stay.

I stayed here for a while for a work assignment. The room was very clean, the staff very helpful, and breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel for work in ages. The rooms were very nice and seemed quiet. I did not hear my next door neighbors at all, however I did hear what was happening down the hall through the door and above me through the floor quite easily. My only true complaint with this hotel is the Wi-Fi. I'm not sure how the service was arranged, but you login using your room and it would claim the Wi-Fi would be active for 24 hours. However, I'd have to reauthorize my connection on a fairly regular basis. I could not find any rhyme or reason to the frequency of this either, which is the more frustrating part. My only guess is a data cap of some sort, which is set at a low value or a bad connection. I often can get around the bad connection issue using a travel router and Ethernet or virtual Wi-Fi. However the Ethernet cord was nothing more than a decoration in the room. I would gladly stay here again as everything else was extremely pleasant. It was also very conveniently located to many establishments and for my needs at the time.

Had to wait little while to check in — nobody was at the desk when we got there. But since then, everything has been fantastic.

I give the service I got at Hilton Garden Inn Houston, Clear Lake NASA a ten out of ten. Every single employee I encountered was extremely friendly. Not once did I encounter an employee that didn't have a smile on their face. The food was awesome!

This room was the first room I've stayed in that I didn't have to re-clean or spray Lysol on everything, and their staff is the most hospitable, friendly, professional, caring group I've encountered in the travel industry. The beds were comfy, and the extra blanket I covered with while watchin' TV smelled amazingly fresh & clean. I never want to stay anywhere else. Room service was the only thing I didn't care for, but it was my first time to order room service, and I had high expectations & was disappointed that it wasn't all that good. Other than the food, everything else was perfect! Breakfast is okay; they've got really yummy muffins, super fresh fruit & plenty of ice cold milk, so I was happy with it. They'll jump through hoops to make their guests feel welcome.

Working at the hotel for a couple of days holding a conference. The conference rooms are very nice. Lighting is perfect for our needs, there is plenty of space, and the staff made sure we had all we needed. Lunch was catered by the hotel and it was really fantastic. They provided plenty of options and it was presented beautifully. I'd recommend this place again for meeting, conference, or an event.

The hotel is fairly new, so it looks and feels beautiful. My wife thought the bed was too hard for her, even though they have the number mattress, it didn't seem to make a difference for her, it was still too hard, for me it was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a strong bacon smell, I didn't like that because I didn't want to smell like bacon when I go to work. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

We had a WONDERFUL time on our vacation. The service and overall experience here was great. The staff was super nice. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a reservation since Tuesday locked in for a 2 day stay. I showed up last night at 12:40 am tired from a. Very long drive ready to check in and go to sleep. I was told they have my room away and they were full. I explained that I had a reservation with a confirmation number and I'm an honor club member. They lady was nice but told me there was nothing she could do. And I'd have to find a room elsewhere. I will NEVER stay at this location again. I have been staying at Hilton family hotels for 15 years and this has never happened before. It's not fun looking for a room at 1am when you are exhausted from travel.

Omg. What else besides AWESOME people. My Mother in law was admitted into the hospital to have emergency brain surgery. I called this hotel to book and they accommodated us immediately. We had a very late check in due to surgery and they were so friendly and accommodating at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I have never been treated with such compassion at a hotel. They do it right. They even included free breakfast vouchers for my family and other super unheard amazing bonuses. The staff at this hotel should be commended for their passion and understanding for the hotel industry. I could go on about all the wonderful things this hotel has to offer, unfortunately we did not get to enjoy them all, but we plan to be back many more times. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality.

Pros — Breakfast is superb. Well worth the $9.99 extra charge. Was initially apprehensive of the extra charge and thought it would be a rip-off, but I was so wrong. — Staff at breakfast are super polite and super helpful. — Spacious room. Cons — Room maintenance is mediocre. Light was continuously flickering. Air Conditioner/Heater was faulty with erratic cut-offs.

The hotel is very nice. The room was spacious, but the bed was way too firm for my liking. The location was close to many restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast fine. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Overall ideal for us, as we have family in the area and this was a good base. Plenty of good eating in the area.

The front desk staff was helpful but it was disappointing to be given a king room when we had reserved a double queen more than 3 months in advance. They said they ran out?. I think they hoped we wouldn't say anything but after we realized what we had been given and complained (3 adult sized people in a one bed king wasn't going to work) even trying to switch hotels they did step up to make it better and we ended up staying. Just wish they wouldn't take a reservation for something they couldn't provide.

This hotel NEVER disappoints. From the friendly front desk to the thorough, professional housekeeping, I know I'm getting a great experience when I stay here.

Great location, amenities! Close to stores, restaurants and tourist attractions. Very clean!

Customer service over the phone is TERRIBLE at the 1800 number. Good luck getting someone to answer a phone at this location and it seems computer system doesn't work well as the hotel and the service center could not seem to cancel all 15 rooms we had booked with them. Thankfully a clerk at the hotel we switched to managed to take care of the cancelation on the phone with them.

I have no significant remarks about this hotel. Its about on par with any other Hilton you will stay at. My family will likely not stay at another Hilton hotel only because they do not include a continental breakfast as part of your stay with the Hotel. The hotel was otherwise clean and employees friendly. The Wi-Fi — although free — sucked.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room was nice and very clean and the breakfast was great. It was not included in the price of the room but it was fresh and hot even though I didn't come down to the restaurant until 30 minutes before they stopped serving. It was worth the price. The location is also very good. There were countless dining and shopping options. Overall we had a great 3 night stay and we would stay here again.
