I stayed here after staying at 6 other hotels all around southeast Houston after Harvey and this was among the best! Y'all treated us very well when we went to the office, and the rooms were well-kept and clean. Also, the area is pretty secure even for late at night. I got to the hotel at 3 AM one night and a cop ran my license plate for being out so late as a security measure which is absolutely fine with me. The maintenance guys were nice and made sure everything was fixed when we needed. Heck, even my neighbors were nice. Just all around great place to be! Thanks for making us feel at home away from home!

I came here to pick up a friend. I didn't spend much time here, but I met a nice cat whom I named Roscoe. He climbed into my car and acted all cute, but I unfortunately did not take him home. I will be back for him though.

Excellent facility, clean functional and professional. The staff from the security officer to the amazing management go above and beyond for each and every guest. I recommend staying as long as you need. This place will not let you down.

THE WORST! Stayed here two-weeks; they never once cleaned my room. Spoke directly to the house-cleaning staff and the front desk … they couldn't have cared less. Was woken twice at four in the morning because of police drug raids. Spoke to the manager when I checked out to inform him and he said "it isn't my problem". Hey Mr. Pertchik, somebody needs to look at this place!

This place is horrible. Ants are everywhere, by the time I noticed them they were all over my things! Once a week do they take out trash and change your covers, also very loud neighbors. Do not recommend.

Decent place to live. It really has everything you need. The manager is great! The cleaning service is a little lazy when it comes to sweeping and mopping. It's pretty quiet!

I've lived in in town Suites before so I kind of know what to expect great service friendly staff free of bugs comfortable bed overall a great place to stay close to many eatery's. No Riff Raff.

Our room was nice and clean, have been here for 3 days and havent seen any roaches, so thats great. Its pretty quiet, have meet a couple interesting neighbors but nothing scary.

Very poor service try call the front desk the office hours are very poor never can get no one on phone or office is close to check out if a problem you have to try the next day.

Staying in town for a few months. Thought this would be a good efficiency apartment style option. Checked out the room prior to check in, looked good to go. Started bringing up luggage and guess our opening of all the cabinets and doors and looking aroind stirred up the bugs. Killed a roach and then the ants came… one by one by one all over. Had to leave and scramble to gine a different place. Cant do roaches. Not bad if you dont mind them I guess the front desk guy was nice.

They offer great weekly rates. On arrival the room was very clean and orderly. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

The absolute worst hotel in the bay area! dirty, dirty, dirty. Crawling with ants and roaches, and your occasional prostitute walking around. Cops there almost every night do to a call from someone. Please dont stay here not a safe place for a family to stay!

Staff is friendly and location is great. Close to many restaurants and the highway. Weekly rates available.

Nice staff! The rooms look Nice! There were some ants around the room which was a little annoying, but other than that it's very enjoyable.

Location is great, centrally located in the Clear Lake area.

Good rates, pretty quiet compared to past experiences here. Good rooms, but some bugs still if not cleanly. Have to wash your towels and only get house cleaning once a week. If you pay for 30 days in a row, you start to save all the tax and get it as a credit back. Nice water pressure and plenty of hot water, small sinks, no dishwasher, no oven or pot or pans. Tv on wall but in a position you can't see some from one side of the bed. Usually a spot by our room to park in. Nice neighbors so far.

Ots an ok place. Last time we stayed there the room was dorty when we got there and took them a while to come clean it. Didnt happen this time. Not fancy but good for short stays.

The staff was always concerned to make sure all needs were ment. I work all hours and they accommodated me in every way. Can't wait too good home…

Cheap repair work, to use their laundry, you have to upload money on your room keycard, you do that in their office. The office is never open when I get off. So compare office hours to yours, to see if it's right for you.

Now that local law enforcement has cracked down on the drug dealers that typically walked these grounds it is getting better. Walk ways are filthy and have the faint smell of urine still.
