The extended stay price (more than 30 days) of $45 p/night is pretty good and the best thing about the place is there are a lot of dining options close by as well as the freeway. The rest of it not so great. On the surface it looks okay but you can expect the staff to ignore any requests you might make and usually do the opposite. I requested a room by the elevator and they gave me the last room on the top floor furthest from the elevator. After being there one night I asked to move as there were so many things wrong and broken with this room I decided it might be their 'parts room' that they harvested spare parts from PLUS someone had either killed an animal in there and left it or squeezed out a used feminine napkin on the floor as their was active blood on the carpet as well as the smell of a rotting flesh. They did move me halfway down the hallway nearer the elevator however, next to the trash room. If you can stand the stench that permeates the rooms from the mountains and mountains of garbage in the trash room that is there continuously (they only have a part-time maintenance guy and the maids don't take the trash to the dumpster), then… it's okay. More than once guests just stood outside the trash room door looking in trying to decide if they should open it or not, some would just leave their trash next to the door in the hallway. Exterior exits are the same but include unemptied nasty cigarette butt ashtrays. Yes, they allow pets but they are not pet friendly, and because they do not treat the facility or the grounds for pests, they also allow an active infestation of fleas. Fleas inside, fleas outside jumping from one pet to another, fleas in the halls, coming into the rooms… and the staff when you mention it? You've just released the bitches from hell and they will be gunning for you from that point forward, blaming you for Their fleas (there are none where I came from, I am sure my pet was infested in the blood soaked room) and blaming you for Their trash stench when there is a multitude of pets putting out a multitude of odors on every floor, And Then they want to charge you $300 to clean up Their mess (Corporate actually waived that when I produced a well documented Incident Report). Also the A/C has a mind of it's own and if the part-time maintenance guy isn't there when yours goes out, they just shrug and say they can't fix it. Oh, yes. It's a Great place for a long stay… (sarcasm). One comment said they yelled at her daughter when there was a disagreement, that comment was absolutely true because they Do yell and yell a lot… in fact you can't get a word in edgewise once the manager gets started. There were more than just these incidents, plus other times when the manager was very unprofessional in front of and to the guests, when she was there. There is just too much stuff to list it all. Ahmed was always helpful though, except when there was no change on the weekends for the washer/dryer, but that wasn't his fault. I needed a place until my house is finished but ended up moving to a relative's home for the duration. With all the problems I had encountered the manager issued me an ultimatum or else. I was paid up to a certain day, moved out then and left my keys on the table. She tried to charge me for 3 days because she hadn't noticed I was gone. Luckily Corporate also refunded me that charge and they apologized for what I had endured. But the staff is still there and so are the problems. These true reviews show that the problems I encountered have been ongoing for a long time. So… there is no way I would Ever pay full price and will never stay there again and you shouldn't either.
