Nice clean & quiet. Well lit parking lot with cameras to secure cars, employees & owner's nice & polite, near all sorts of stores. Even had reasonable washer & dryers upstairs. Vending machines were also available. BBQ pit available for customers with picknic benches. Near hospitals as well. My 2 adults girls & myself really enjoyed staying here.

Owners was very nice and polite and treated us with respect.

Very nice rooms an service.

Great rooms and Business supports community.

Have a storage space there.

My wife and I stayed here three nights. The room was ok, but the continental breakfast was a joke. There was only cold cereal and 2 slices of white bread for toast. When we were trying to decide on a motel to stay in, we originally chose The Palace Inn because supposedly it had an outdoor pool. When we arrived we noticed that it has since been filled in with dirt and gravel, but no one had ever bothered to update their amenities online. All in all I would say it was not worth the price. I am writing this review so that no one else will be tricked by their web page.
Mi esposa y yo quedamos en este hotel por 3 noches. El cuarto estaba mas o menos, pero el desayuno era terrible. Cuando decidimos quedarnos ahi, fue porque segun su pagina del web, tenian una pisina. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que hacia rato lo llenaron con tierra y nadie supo coregir la informacion. Despues de todo no creo que valio la pena quedarnos ahi. Quise poner ese comentaron para que no le pasaria lo mismo que nos paso a nosotros.

I was here for a night on 06/07/2014 and it was okay. It's cheap, restaurants nearby, a/c worked and room is secured. What I didn't like, one of the bed's funked like pee. The fridge was broken. As my husband and I were going out to grab a bite, someone was having sex in the back of their car in the lot. And whoever the housekeeping lady is, kept calling my husband 'nigga'. And finally, the porn channels my 6 year old daughter came across while looking for cartoons. This place really isn't good for little one's. I was going to rate them 3 stars but it felt like too much.

Right now I am staying in this motel. The worse motel ever stayed. It's not even worth $20/night. Dirty towels and smelling beds. With $60 night u can get better motels in Rosenberg tx. Being staying with super 8 and motel 6 from year never feel so cheap. This is only night other motels got sold out n I got struck with this stable.! I have uploaded the towels pic. Check photos. Very nice and clean hotel. The price for a friday night was awesome.! I would definitely stay there again if I had to. The service was great! I would just recommend for the carpet to be a little bit thicker we could hear people walking in the second floor. Other than that I love it:) ) ) ).
