Over all a decent place. Clean, affordable and convenient. Room was extremely hot at check in. I understand turning up the thermostat to save energy, but in July, in Texas, if you turn it completely off, it's gonna get a little warm. Breakfast is ok. Egg McMuffin style eggs and sausage patties, waffle maker and usual continental breakfast items. Room is clean, but a bit dated. Will do in a pinch, but not my first choice next time.

Not too expensive, and very clean! The amenities are quite nice… Pool, workout room, breakfast, it all great. And the staff is nice, too. The air conditioning send work well. The fridge in the room is a bit bigger than others I've seen. Wi-Fi works well and isn't too shabby. All in all this is a wonderful bargain for the price.

The rooms were clean and spacy. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast layout was pretty good and had waffles. I thought 9 was early for the pool to close, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Extremely comfortable, both bed and room. Nice mini fridge and microwave in the room as well as a very large flat screen TV. Water pressure was great in shower as well, with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Had an accident with the shower and management had the nastiest attitude about the situation. I was highly offended and felt very disrespected as a paying customer. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Some employees could not speak English.

Very comfy beds. Kind, hospitable staff. Clean rooms. Also, very close to 24 hour food choices… if you're hungry at 2 AM and don't mind fast food.

Worst motel in Fort Bend County! And and an even worst owner. Hes very rude and would never recommend visitors in or out if town. Sorry for anyone who is offended for my honesty.

Super comfy, at a good price. Great location, close to everything. Stayed here after traveling from Galveston and spending 4 hrs at Brazos bend state park. Spring break/Birthday.

Nice rooms and satellite tv. Free breakfast. Easy in and out and close to several restaurants.

This hotel is simple and more importantly clean. I am a germa — phobe and work in the medical field. I brought gloves and Lysol wipes to disinfect everything thing. I did not see any traces of dirt on the wipes. The housekeeper do an awesome job cleaning the rooms and the bed linens are fresh. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is alright. You cannot see the hotel very well from the interstate, but Google led me right to it. There are no views. The Room was comfortable, well furnished and clean. The desk clerk was chipper and responsive. I worked nights while staying here and the maids were very loud while performing their duties during the day. It seemed that even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door, this was where they parked there carts while cleaning. The 2 housekeepers stood by my door talked for what seemed like an eternity. Other than the disruption of my sleep by housekeeping, the stay was what was expected.

The hotel is comfortable and the front desk staff is friendly. The beds are nice and the AC works very well. The place is clean and well kept and the pool is inviting. I have stayed here before and my experience has always been positive.

Room smelled like a smoker room! We asked for a non smoking room and they said it's a non smoking hotel. The bathroom tub had a mat glued to it with mold. I refused to use the shower. The AC was never cold enough. The room ha been freshly repainted it seemed but it did not make the smoky smell go away. For $80 it wasn't that nice.

First off, the staff is so friendly. We had to evacuate due to the recent Brazos River Flood. They were so kind to give us a discount. The pool was always clean, the hallways and rooms always smelled fresh. The beds were amazingly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast had many choices, it was better than most hotels I've been to. I would definitely come back for a small getaway.

Breakfast could be improved, the juice machine wasn't working, and there wasn't much selection. Still a decent price in the area. They do offer smoking rooms, so make sure you don't get one of those accidentally, as almost happened to me when I booked online.
