Nasty room no TV furniture cracked stinks sheets stained very unsanitary for 66 motel 6 better don't stay here not fit for a animal horrible waste of money.

It may not be the la Quinta but its a good hotel. The owners miss Pritty you may not agree with her but shes real. Mr. D well he's real cool. People may complain but dont judge a book by its cover. This hotel isn't just a hotel, its a home. A place where not only will you have a great place to lay your head for an affordable rate. But you'll meet some amazing people that no other hotel has. We dont have a ton of fancy amenities except for great rates, mini fridges, microwaves and free Wi-Fi. But when you come here your not just a customer your family!

First minute I check in the room I see a roach. Mind you I paid $70 for a room at 1 am which was ridiculous! In the morning upon check out of this craphole I notice it's under repair and most of the place has tenants not guests! I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

The rooms are very large and the beds we're comfortable. The only down fall was that they rent them by the month and you have to listen to very loud rap music and can't sleep or hear TV. It is annoying when you are tried.

Decent for the price. Would recommend as theyre also pet friendly for a cheap price.

We have two rooms here now and they are really nice the first one we stayed in was a non animal room and the beds we're very hard felt good and we got move to the animal side and they are just as nice and very big rooms, and you ask for something and they make sure you get it to make you happy.

This place is ran by the dumbest people we paid 3 different prices in 3 days manager is very ride.

The rooms are beautifully remodeled with beautiful furniture fresh paint new carpet. Main enjoyment me and my family enjoyed the church on property was True Life Church its was a loving Growing experience to walk closer to God and serving Gods people.

The rooms were very nice and clean! Friendly and time efficient staff. Very positive hotel and I would definitely go back.

This people have no shame, I've book two rooms in the morning and when I got there to pay for them the person in the back of the counter sad that I could not see the rooms yet so I asked him if the rooms were clean and he said yes there were ready around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I told him that I was going to be busy around that time but that I will be there that night. To my surprise when I got there the two rooms that I have rented we're under construction because of the flood, now he could have easily told me that they were not ready and there were not in condition to stay overnight. Very poor business and I cannot believe they're still in business.

The room was okay, would have had been better if there were blankets and not just a sheet and if the room was actually clean and didn't have a dirty rag in the shower or hair in the sink and shower.

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER! I just visited a friend staying there and a little argument had started with a cousin of mine and her husband, nothing normal couples don't do, but anyhow one of the maids was listening too hard and she started cursing us out. No one cursed at her, no one was rude to her, I do understand that it wasn't really appropriate for them to argue and disturb her during her work but cursing us out was extremely uncalled for and very unprofessional especially when representing a job. The manager soon arrived, also very rude, but she asked what was going on & she had explained to us that her employee had told her that we were fighting but I can assure you we weren't, anyhow I explained to the manager that her employee had just cursed us out and she responded, in her exact words, "if you curse at her she's gonna curse back", not once did anyone curse at this lady, she was doing her job and stopped to confront us. The manager then just walked away without saying anything. I understand that my cousin was in the wrong for arguing at the hotel but the manager and employee were both very wrong. I do not receommened anyone to waste their money staying there. VERY VERY horrible service and i'm extremely disappointed.

I went to visit someone at this location and wow, just wow. Absolutely horrible, there was a bunch of junk (trash) outside of multiple rooms. As well as sketchy characters walking around asking you for things. I believe this location is more for people looking for a temporary home and not just a place to stay on a vacation. Upon walking into the room it had a very strong mildew smell. I would not recommend visiting here, I definitely won't be back for a visit.

Room doesn't have chairs to set in, have to sit on the bed… No refrigerator (small) or large so we could store food in. I haven't found where to get ice, and room service is okay I guess.

Manager was very disrespectful don't come here the rooms are horrible has a horrible smell to it there's no microwave or a fridge in some rooms no good service at all Wi-Fi sucks as well.

Old and very run down extended stay motel. All original 1986 everything. Pool cemented in. But… if you're looking for 100% authentic from the hood crack rock then this is the spot got you. And there are various vendors to choose from… it's like an outlet mall for crackheads.

Absolutely disgusting rooms, maintenance is a joke and the owners could care less about the customer!

Me and my husband stayed at this place for a week it was horrible front office people are horrible do not recommend this place at all steer clear. Bedbug infested in bed and couches since day one of us staying there mind you this room was one of the new remodeled rooms management people accussed us of bringing them there. They had such a bad attitude about the bedbugs asking to see my bedbug bites after my husband personally went to the front office with a pillow that had bed bugs and showed them his worped bedbug bites on arms, legs, back, and face. This place should be shut down or under new management never have I ever experienced anything so horrible. Health inspector needs to be Called… It's not even worth one star…

First off didn't have a lock for the door, and cold water did not have no heat you can tell it was kind of like a crackhead Hotel.

Run down, not the place to stay. Unless you wanna catch something.

Our house got flooded in the recent flood. We checked into Regency Inn & Suites on the 8th of July. We planned on staying there for a week or two. We paid around $145.00 for two rooms. The first night one of the rooms AC would not get cold! There was no fridge, microwave, or even a coffee maker in either room. When we arrived the both of the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was pee on the toilet seats and hair in the bathtub like they did not clean it at all. One of the room had BED BUGS and our legs got tore up! Walking into & out the motel there were people whistling and hollering at us as we walked to our room. Buddy system was necessary! The smell of pot was strong! The pool (false advertisement) was no longer there — cemented. We called the front desk multiple times and no one picked up. The lady at the front desk cussed me out the next day when I returned the keys and told her about the bed bugs and dirty bathrooms. do not book with them! zero stars. Dangerous and disgusting place to stay!

Everything from desk clerk to water pressure in the shower was just as I like it. Room, bath, hallway, elevator and reception area was very clean, smelled good, and had all the amenities. Television worked well and the tub was nice. Will visit this hotel again.

Nasty nasty nasty. Paid for a week cause I was working at the power plant. Was there a couple days and started noticing red spots. And of course it got worse the next day. Bed bugs tore my arm, hands, back, and chest up. And to top it off they wouldn't give me any of my money back when I called to try and talk with them about it. Told them I'd call the health department and they said if you're going to threaten me then do it and hung up. So I did. Not that anything will probably be done. Oh and the floors are about to fall through. That place should be condemned. There's a couple places there I've stayed in the past that are just a tad bit more in price. Go there, that are much better.

The most hood place in rosenberg and they charge 65 for a junk room. This place is awful.

I stayed there this past Friday 10/17/2014. I check in at 2:30PM and was out by 6PM! My friend got offered drugs, we saw inappropriate things being done, and I was harassed by people staying there as I was trying to leave. Please for your own safety do not stay there, especially if you have kids or a woman staying alone. The low rate is not worth it. The place is really nasty, dirty, and smells horrible, but that is nothing compared to how ghetto and unsafe it's there! Trust me you do not want to stay there!

I will give this motel a ZERO rating even though you see one star! Do not stay there! I went there today (July 26th 2014) to view a room, and the owner or clerk (never found out) pulled a gun on me, and threaten to shoot me in the lobby after a verbal confrontation he started. The individual slung profanity at me after I told him I will take my business to La Quinta next door. He told me to leave, and after a moment of a few more profane exchanges between us I walked out the door as he headed to the back to get his gun. He banged on his window, and requested me to come to the front, and that is when he pointed his gun at me while telling me to come into the lobby so he could shoot me dead! I called 911, and the police told me because I did not leave the moment he told me to leave, and stood there for another 30 seconds it was criminal trespassing except for the fact I also hear the lead investigator state that they could not actually prove that, but the other cop told me that no charges could be pressed! Also the Rosenberg Police let it slip that the motel has trouble, and video cameras are recording 24/7/365 (which is good for the recording) and that they were reviewing if I broke the law, and when they had nothing they told me to leave while excusing the owner or clerk for his criminal act.

Quality of facilities and service is very nice. The room is cosy and comfortable…
